"It's almost been 7 years since I defeated Cell time sure has flown by.

"I almost can't believe how fast it goes, It felt like yesterday when I was training with my Dad" Gohan mused.

"I'm a teen now, yet I feel a lot older maybe because I'm wise beyond my years.. atleast that's what my friends say" Gohan thought to himself as he made himself ready to fetch the last dragonball.

It was near a mountain, Gohan looked inside a creek and there is was, the four star dragonball. Gohan reaches towards it, Mixed emotions was present,

Happy to wish his father back but also saddened because after that it's goodbye..again.

The sky became dark like the has fallen and Gohan felt his stomach tighten as the Dragon asked what his wish was,

Back in the future timeline Trunks was having a stroll back home after he got groceries from the city, He still need to get used to times of peace, His friends haven't arrived yet so he took his time to put all the things in place, Gohan asked Trunks to be his best man, It's an offer he can't refuse.

Miles away from central city the Earths barrier was torn open and a tiny timepod landed on the ground,

Goku opened the lid, he took a moment to look around being home again almost brought good old memories back.

Quickly Goku jumped out of the time machine and ran inside his home,

It changed alot but its still home!" Goku mentioned.

He sensed Trunks inside and opened the door,

Trunks was focused on his e-Books, he couldn't wait to graduate from his PHD..

but then he almost chocked on his air as he saw a similar shilouette at the entrance.

Trunks grinned happily, its been way too long, he rised from his chair and raced towards Goku as he just held his arms open waiting for Trunks to glomp him.

"Goku-san!" Trunks sobbed, "

"What took you so long?" Trunks asked as his tearful orbs shined with glee. it was a feeling he couldnt describe seeing Goku again.

"Sorry, the world was in Danger again and I had to stay for a while" Goku said and looked at the enterange when a Teen Gohan came in.

"Gohan!" Trunks said acknowleging, "Look at you, you've grown so much" Trunks said as they broke apart.

"I've missed you Trunks-kun, I've missed you so much" Gohan said.

"I've missed you too, but what are you doing here?" Trunks wondered.

"To drop off Dad, and to take the timemachine with me on my way back" Gohan said.

"Dad and I decided that its for the best that there is still a way to find eachother" Gohan said.

"And I don't want to leave Chi-Chi behind.."Or anyone, I hate saying Goodbye" Goku said.

"No one does" Gohan said a bit saddened and glanced at the timemachine,

"It's time to go,.. I don't want to make any changes in your timeline" Gohan said, he tried not to visibly show that he's troubled about this.

Goku and Trunks came towards him, knowing that it's hard for Gohan to leave,

all 3 hugged goodbye. And Gohan felt it was a lot easier to let go, because no matter what the future brings it won't be the last time they will cross paths again. It's written in the stars.

"Gohan remember never stop training" Goku Said holding him onto his shoulders giving his encouragement,

" Make me proud" Goku Said narrowing his eyes just like when he let Gohan go to save the planet few weeks ago.

Gohan nodded in agreement and both know that they'll be in their hearts forever.

Without a single sorrowful emotion Gohan went inside activating the timemachine as it took off.

Gohan had a second left to raise his hand to wave them farewell before the machine disappeared from their sight.

Both watched on, towards the sky. Goku smiles a bit. He's proud of Gohan and he's positive that his son can manage things without his Father, there will be more dangers but at times Goku forgets he's a Saiyan aswell.

"You're okay?" Trunks asked holding his shoulder.

"Yeah.." Goku said regaining his composure.

"Oh before I forget I have some great news for you" Trunks said.

"What's that?" Goku wondered.

"Erasa is pregnant, You're going to be a Grandfather" Trunks smiled.

"What? so soon?" Goku was shocked.

"a boy or a girl?" Have they picked a name yet?"

"Where are they now?" Goku stuttered scanning the area,

"It's a girl, her name will be Gine" Trunks smiled,

"And they went to dinner so I could study alone for a bit,..

"Let's go" Trunks said excited to surprise them and he grabs onto Goku's wrist teleporting where Gohan was.

From a distance Erasa was seen going inside the restaurant to take their takeout order,and Gohan remained seated, knowing that she and the baby will be ok.

Gohan looked at his wedding ring, wishing his father was present to see them doing their vows.

When he and Erasa spended 3 years in the afterlife together he knew he should marry her as soon as they are wished back, for 7 years they have been going strong, none of that came as a surprise because they are made for eachother.

She's gentle and nurturing towards him and he is providing and supportive towards her and her dreams.

"Gohan!" Trunks beamed and when he looked up he stared at Goku with disbelief and that changed into euphoria right away.

Finally his father came home.

Erasa came out and saw Goku standing there with Gohan thrembling in his hold, and she shedded happy tears, her team is complete.

Back in the present as the day progressed Gohan became disheartened that he and his father parted ways for now, but he cant remain saddened, he has the timemachine, there is a way to find each other whenever the Earth needs him here. and until that day comes they are connected in spirit, no matter the distance.

On his way to Mount Paozu he got a message from King Kai, His father from his own timeline is coming back for only 24 hours, just when he thought a door closes in his face another door opens, and the time couldn't be more right. He won't be able to come back after that but Gohan is anything but miserable about it. It's going to be the best day ever, Gohan will make sure of it.

He couldnt wait to tell his Mother and friends the good news.

Not only that but another Tournament will be held, his Father will be there, he almost forgot how his real Father was, but now he has the chance to relive old times.

His father from a different time line didn't smile much but when he does he can lit up a whole room, He's full of grit and a lot more strict, a disciplined man in his way of living. He's also smarter, you can't fool him easily and shows his emotions better, they cried together and that's something he will always remember.

But his own dad is Playful,cheerful, dorky, nonchalant but he only means business when he's enraged.

Both have great qualities, and if he could choose he would choose the father of his own timeline simply because he missed his carefree way of living the most.
