After their narrow escape from The Fairy Hunter and The Red Reaper. The tree that housed the Edolas Fairy Tail guild was in a large desert area. Inside, everyone was looking at the group from Earth Land, where Natsu, Aang, and Carla had just finished explaining everything to them.

"So what you're saying is, you're from another world called 'Earth Land'?" Edo-Droy asked.

"...and that you came to this world to save your friends?" Edo-Jet said.

"That's right," Aang replied.

"And there is another Fairy Tail in your world?"

"More or less," Carla said.

"Aye."

"Still that's a pretty tall tale," Edo-Macao said.

"Still, that's definitely not the Natsu that we know," Edo-Gray said.

"He only looks like him," Edo-Juvia added.

"Heh, you can say that again," Edo-Droy said as he laughed.

Once the laughter died down, Azula began to speak. "Anyway, unfortunately, the only proof we really can prove ourselves with is the fact that there are two Wendys here." Azula pointed out.

Edo-Wendy sized up her Earthland counterpart. "This girl is the other world's me?!" she asked with a slightly cautious expression.

Wendy flinched for a moment and gave a short bow to her counterpart. "H-hi!"

Edo-Nab had smiled at Wendy. "Hehe, you shrunk, Wendy!"

Now that their situation was properly explained, they moved on to the next subject. "So, could you tell us how to get to the royal city?" Natsu asked.

The members of Edolas Fairy Tail were giving each other looks while others gasped in fear as to why they would want to do that.

"This world's king pulled all our friends here!" Wendy said. "If we don't find them soon..." Wendy closed her eyes as she didn't want to think about what would happen should they get lost in Edolas.

"I hate to say this, little me," Edo-Wendy started. "But it's better if you just forget about them." Wendy gasped before her counterpart continued. "Anyone who defies the king of Edolas is as good as dead. That is how the kingdom operates. And it's more than likely your friends have been turned into lacrima by now."

"Lacrima... like that crystal they use for magic in our world?" Aang asked.

Edo-Juvia nodded. "Yes, that lacrima is then used as magic to fuel Edolas. But it will eventually be used up, after that, it is likely your friends will disappear forever."

The group from Earth Land were shocked at what they heard, and it only made it even more important that they find them. Aang had his fists clenched. "Then that makes it even more important that we beat him. Not just for sucking up our friends but for what he's doing to his kingdom!"

Natsu stood up after he was sitting on the table for so long. "We ain't afraid of no, greedy king!" Natsu said. "And, I'm not leavin' this place without my friends."

Azula had her eyes closed. "As much as I hate to agree with him, he's right. We're here so we might as well fight him to the end. If it turns out the others are dead, then this becomes a revenge plan. According to the White Cat, we have no way of getting back on our own. So we might as well raise some hell while we are here."

"It won't come to that!" Natsu said with a serious tone. "Tell us how to get there. No matter what I am going to help our friends!"

As soon as he said that, the rest of the guild's eyes turned to white circles as they couldn't imagine he would want to stand up to the king like that. Edo-Lucy looked at the group. "These people are crazy. No way they can stand up to the kingdom on their own... but..." She thought back to when Aang had redirected the Red Reaper's lightning back at him. "That kid... what kind of crazy magic is he using. No one has given the Red Reaper that much trouble since..."

As the guild continued to voice their shock at their decision, Azula managed to spot Edo-Lisanna staring at Natsu before she silently backed away through one of the crowds of people. After she left, Azula kept that to the back of her mind, along with a lot of other subjects she had on in her head

In one of the floating islands, there looked to be a large city that had different levels. On the top level was what looked like a fancy castle. This was the royal city of Edolas.

There was a giant lacrima that the people of the royal city could see. The Fairy Hunter and The Red Reaper were walking through one of the halls of the castle.

Both of them were walking with two other people. "Oh man, did you see the lacrima! It was huge!?" a man with short purple hair said. He was wearing a black and gold shirt with a white jacket over it. He had black shoulder pads on the jacket and it had a gold outline and a high collar. One of the right bangs on his hair was colored white.

The other was a man who was wearing pink armor with a white cape and a sword. He had styled blonde hair, and his armor was somewhat provocative and he had blue eyes.

"Erza and I saw it, Hughes." The Reaper said. "I've never been one for anything flashy, but it is big, as least the biggest one I've seen."

"It certainly is exquisite," Edo-Erza said, but she kept her serious demeanor

"It's the magic power of tens of thousands of Earth Land people!" Hughes excitedly said.

"More precisely, it's the magic power of about 100 wizards..." the man in the pink armor said. "Plus the lives of many others."

"Tch!" The Reaper clicked his mouth. "The lives don't matter, Sugarboy. Only the results and I'd say the king got a pretty big haul this time."

"Haha, always to the point, huh Zong," Hughes said with a laugh. "Point is it looks awesome!" Hughes was the captain of the Edolas Royal army's 3rd Magic Warfare Unit. While Sugarboy captained the 4th unit. Erza Knightwalker, who stood in the center of them was the captain of the 2nd magic warfare unit.

"Hmm." Sugarboy hummed.

"I'm serious! What I consider 'awesome' isn't any ordinary 'awesome'!" Hughes excitedly said. "It's super-awesome!"

"Hmm... Super-awesome?" Sugarboy repeated.

"Anything shiny and big is awesome to you," Zong said. "You're like a cat that likes shiny things."

"Erza, Zong?" they heard an old voice behind them.

"Byro," Edo-Erza said, greeting the short old man who was balding and wore and black and white royal robe. He is the chief of staff of the Royal army.

"Still haven't eliminated those Fairies, huh?" he asked in a slow mocking tone.

"No..." Zong said. "Believe me, if I had my way, it would have been a blood bath." he thought back to seeing Aang redirect his lightning attack and remembered the scorch mark that it left. "Someone got in the way."

"You are losing your touch, Zong. You bring shame to the name Red Reaper." he slowly said in a mocking tone.

"Heh, you of all people how I earned that name. Or perhaps, you like a demonstration, old man." Zong said.

The old man chuckled. "Heh, no thank you. Indeed the only thing those Fairies are good at is fleeing. But his Majesty has grown weary and demands results."

"Don't be in such a hurry," Sugarboy said. "The day the goddess and the reaper fells the fairies is close at hand."

"Yeah!" Sugarboy said. "Erza is awesome with a sword, and Zong's magic is way-awesome!"

The old man laughed and it sounded very disturbing like he was trying to cough something up. "Cease that laughing old man." A deep voice said.

A tall figure in a cream-colored cloak walked up to them. He had a helmet with yellow spiked fur behind it. Additionally, he looked to be covered in black fur except for his mouth which was covered with white fur white. He had circular-shaped ears and a scar close to his left eye. "Pantherlily." Edo-Erza greeted. Pantherlily was the captain of the royal army's 1st magic warfare unit.

"I don't like annoying noise," he said. "That goes for you too, Hughes."

"Me! Really?" Hughes said in an annoyed tone. "You totally think you're the most awesome of all! I'm sure of it!" he said in an accusatory fashion

"You must learn to shut your mouth," Pantherlily said.

"Hmm... You're in a foul mood, Lily." Sugarboy said.

He only grunted and walked right past them. "He's apparently displeased by the recent increase in armaments," Edo-Erza explained.

"He should be elated, as a military man himself," Sugarboy said.

"I think he's going soft. At the end of the day, the ends justify the means, armaments, or not." Zong said.

"You are right Zong. Our kingdom has nearly unified the entire world. But I have to admit I see no reason for further building our arsenal either." Edo-Erza said.

"I think our majesty is getting a little nervous," Zong said. "There might be a few resistance fighters out there, who knows? But I feel... insulted. Our power alone is much more than capable."

"Yes. We, alone, would suffice."

"I don't get it!" Hughes said with an annoyed tone. "I don't get any of that super complicated stuff. I don't get it at all!"

"Just do as you always do and you will be fine, Hughes." Zong then moved forward to leave the group. "So... increased armaments...? It doesn't matter. It shouldn't stop me. I wonder what our beloved king is up to?"

"Your Majesty! Your Majesty!" a cheery voice echoed through the dimly lit hallway. A girl was running on her bare feet while she kept calling out to her king.

She got in front of some stairs that led to a throne and she slid to a halt. She was dressed in a pale yellow and blue outfit, she wore white, loose gloves, and wore a green hat that resembled long hanging ears over her brunette hair that was tied in a front ponytail off to her right, with a large blue orb hairband. She had oval blushes on her cheeks with brown eyes. "Your Majesty! I'm told we will be able to extract magic power from that giant lacrima in four days, as scheduled!" The girls' name was Coco. She was the assistant chief of staff of the royal army. "It was a success!" she cheerily said.

"It's not enough."

"Huh?" Coco tilted her head before she comically ran in circles on the red carpet. "Your Majesty. What did you say just now?" she asked.

"I said it isn't enough." the old figure on the throne said, repeating himself.

Coco continued to run all over the halls while she responded. "With all due respect, Your Majesty, that lacrima contains the magic power of an entire Earth Land magic city! It can supply our kingdom with magic power for the next ten years!"

"My grand kingdom of Edolas... must not be allowed to be finite..." the old figure replied. The response got Coco to stop running, and she watched the king getting up from his throne. "More... Get me more magic power..." the man was dressed in brown royal robes and had a royal headdress with the Edolas royal crest on it. He was old as was evidenced by his grey hair and beard which were both long. "What I desire is... everlasting!" he said as he raised his hands. "Everlasting magic power!" He was Faust, the King of Edolas.

Near the back of the hallway, Zong had listened in on what the King was saying. "Tch!" "It really is that simple to manipulate a power-hungry fool like him." Aang's face suddenly flashed into his mind. "Him! I don't know why he keeps popping up in my head. I only saw a glimpse of him... but those movements..." he remembered seeing how Aang had thrown his attack back at him. "Hmm... Something tells me that he is going to be... a problem. A problem that I have to solve... and I'm quite looking forward to it." he thought as he turned to leave the hall.

In the middle of a huge desert. Aang, Natsu, Wendy, Carla, Happy, and Azula continued traveling after they left Edolas Fairy Tail.

"I still can't get over how different everyone was," Aang said.

"Aye, I've never seen Gray so clingy and desperate. " Happy said.

Azula chuckled and looked down at Happy. "You're one to talk..."

"GUH!" Happy flinched after Azula's teasing.

Suddenly Aang stopped walking. "Aang, is something wrong?" Wendy asked.

"Well, I think I just realized something... Natsu, remember when we saw Mystogan during our fight with Laxus!"

"Mystogan, yeah! I remember!" he replied.

"Well, he sounded and looked just like Jellal. And he even told us that he wasn't the same person."

"He was also the same Jellal who took care of me before I found Cait Shelter," Wendy said.

"And he even knew about the Anima and attempted to close it in Magnolia," Carla stated.

"I'm lost," Azula said.

"Aye, me too." Happy said.

"What I'm saying..." Aang started. "If he knew about the Anima... then maybe he's from here. I think Mystogan is really the Edolas version of Jellal!"

Natsu looked to think about it before he put his fist into his palm. "Yeah, I think you might be right."

"Dammit." Azula cursed.

"What is it?" Wendy asked with concern.

"Well Happy and Carla were unaffected by the Anima because they were from Edolas, so if this Mystogan character you're talking about is from Edolas too. Then he would have been unaffected too."

"That does make sense," Carla said.

"So, if we waited for a bit back in Earth Land. We would have had a guide by now! Just our luck." They noticed that Natsu had disappeared from them. "Where did he go?"

Natsu was looking down at a pink desert from that was croaking cutely and it oddly sounded like meowing. "Alright, just stay still..." it continued croaking and he leaped to try and catch it. "Gah! Get back here!"

"Just what are you doing?" Carla asked eyeing him before he started hopping to catch the frog.

"Natsu's just being Natsu as usual," Azula said.

"How much longer to the capital?" Happy asked while Wendy stood next to him.

"Are you serious!? We only just left!" Carla replied while glaring at Happy.

"Yes, they said it'd be a five-day walk." Wendy happily said while closing her eyes.

Carla sighed. "And since our Aera magic is acting up, walking it is."

"Can we really not use magic anymore?" Happy worriedly asked.

"I am not sure," Carla replied.

Aang looked far into the distance. "Still, I wish Edolas Fairy Tail could have helped us."

"Please... they would have gotten in the way. With how scared they were, back there, they wouldn't have helped... although I did take a liking to their Lucy. I think I'd enjoy her company."

Aang chuckled. "Yeah... I'm sure we all know why..."

They all watched Natsu continued to hop after the tiny frog. He attempted one last hop before he failed to catch it with his hands and fell face-first into the sand. "Ah! Happy! Aang! Gimme a hand! I've never seen a frog-like this before! Let's take it as a souvenir for Lucy!"

"I don't think she'd like it." Happy said.

"Which Lucy? Cause Edolas Lucy would probably kick your ass if you gave it to her!" Azula pointed out.

Natsu leaped to the frog again and he caught up to it. But as he did, he crashed into its slimy skin. Everyone screamed as they saw the frog had grown into the size of a large monster.

"HUGE!" Happy yelled.

"OH COME ON!" Azula and Carla screamed.

The giant frog lifted one of its webbed feet in its attempt to stomp on the group. "Hurry Natsu! It's attacking!"

"Got it!" Natsu held his fist as he prepared to punch it. "Fire Dragon's Iron -"

"YOU IDIOT!" Azula yelled. "We've been over this! You can't use magic here!" She made a wall of blue fire to make the frog back away. "A little help, Avatar?"

Aang quickly made a wall of fire behind the frog and Aang and Azula's flames combined to make an orange, circular wall of fire that surrounded the frog.

"Keep him still!" Azula said. "I'm going to fry this amphibian!" she moved her arms and her lightning was surrounding her arms, but before she could fire a figure had fallen from the sky towards the frog. They saw it was Edolas Lucy and she had a magic weapon, that generated a bright blue light in the form of a whip. She used this to whip the giant frog in the face, temporarily stunning it.

She slid to the ground in front of everyone. "Scary Lucy!" Wendy and Happy cheered.

"Quit adding 'scary' every time!" she angrily yelled.

Once the frog slightly recovered it took another kick on the opposite side of its face. It was revealed that Edolas Lisanna dealt that blow.

"Lisanna!?" Natsu asked with a gasp.

After taking the two blows, the frog hopped away while crying.

"Heh, that thing was a pushover," Edo-Lucy said.

"And you continue to impress me." Azula said, "Any chance we can replace our Lucy with her."

"But that begs the question. What are you guys doing here?" Carla asked.

"Don't take this the wrong way!" Edo-Lucy said with an embarrassed blush. "It's not like I'm worried about you guys." she folded her arms. "It was Lisanna's idea to follow you."

Edo-Lisanna awkwardly chuckled in the background while Natsu walked to Edo-Lucy. "It's alright, I'm not surprised you're here. You are Lucy after all."

"What's that supposed to mean!?" she angrily retorted.

Natsu laughed. "Yeah, like those snarky responses!"

Happy and Natsu started to evilly whisper to one another. "I'd love to show Lucy this Scary Lucy!" Happy whispered.

"I wonder what expression the real one would have!" Natsu replied as they plotted.

"DO I LOOK LIKE A FAKE YOU!?" Edo-Lucy kicked them both in the jaw and had Natsu over her shoulders with his panicked eyes facing upwards. She snapped his back, before climbing onto it, she crossed her legs around his stomach while pulling his arms back. She tightened the grip around his stomach. "Technique #12: Bone Snap Bridge!" she yelled as she performed her technique on a very hurt Natsu while Happy was crying for her to stop.

"She really is scary..." Wendy said.

"How long is this going to happen?" Carla asked.

"Heh, I don't care," Azula said with a giggle. "I'm loving this! And we do need a guide, who better than someone who can put Natsu in his place?"

"You scare me sometimes, Azula," Wendy said with an awkward smile.

"Hey! I'm supposed to be scary!"

After Edolas Lucy calmed down, she angrily sat on a rock with her arms folded. Edo-Lisanna was tending to Natsu's hurt arms and back. "Ow, she really knows how to hurt ya'" he then looked to her. "Hey, Lisanna. I'm sorry about before," he said apologizing to her.

"Huh?"

"Happy and I just thought you were someone else," he said

Edo-Lisanna winced before broke eye contact with him. "I-It's ok..." she replied accepting his apology.

Azula eyed the two of them and turned to Aang who was sitting on the ground. "Hey, Avatar." after getting his attention, she continued. "Is there something going on between those two?"

"Why do you ask?" Aang questioned.

"I may not know Natsu very well... but I've never seen him so... emotional. This was right after he saw her. Then he went creeper mode and tried to leap on her."

"It's a pretty long story, but Natsu was close friends with Lisanna from Earth Land. But she died."

"I see..." Azula said. She eyed their interactions, and she couldn't quite put her finger on it, but she noticed something 'off' about Edolas Lisanna. It wasn't anything bad, but just strange.

At the same time, a cloaked figure was walking through the desert and he arrived as what looked like a large desert town. "That bastard, sending me off to some nonsensical place..." the figure said. "Talk about insane." behind the cloak, was Gajeel as he looked over the town.

"Nothing much we can do about it now, is there?" a smaller figure said, also in a cloak, she looked ahead with pale eyes. "Now, let's do what we came here to do." Toph declared as they continued their walk into the town.

Before long the group explained the situation to both Edolas Lucy and Lisanna. "I see..." Edo-Lucy said. "Because people mistook you for Exceeds and reported you."

"But still..." Azula said. "Erza an enemy? I mean... we were not too long ago, but it's hard to imagine her as an enemy now."

"Man, she's scary here and there..." Natsu said.

"Huh?" Edo-Lucy asked, thinking he was talking about her.

"Oh, n-no. I'm talking about Erza!"

"Really?"

"Yeah..." Aang said. "She's become a close personal friend of mine."

Edo-Lucy shook her head. "From our viewpoint, it's harder to believe that Erza is actually friends with you."

"Well, I wouldn't have believed that you can be this awesome," Azula said. "Yet here you are."

"...The Red Reaper," Aang said.

"Huh?" Edo-Lucy gasped.

"Tell me about the Red Reaper."

There was a bead of sweat that fell down Edo-Lucy's cheek. "We don't know much about him if anything. We only know of his name 'Zong'."

"Zong?"

Natsu tried to think. "I don't think we've met anyone in our world with that name," he said. "Wendy, what about you?"

She shook her head. "No, I haven't even heard that name."

"Be glad you haven't," Edo-Lisanna said. "There isn't any wizard on Edolas that isn't afraid of him."

"Is he that bad?" Happy asked.

"No," Edo-Lucy asked. "He's worse. We could never forget the day he showed up."

-Flashback-

Edo-Lucy was about to explain the first time they made contact with Zong. "Shortly after the King of Edolas ordered the disbandment and extermination of all guilds, all the remaining guilds grouped together to try and find a way to unite and fight back."

"But... that is when we saw him," Edo-Lisanna said.

Above all of the wizards that united was Zong. He was hovering up in the sky looking down at the wizards that tried to build a united front. He hovered slowly and stood on the ground that overlooked the entire city that the wizards had come together in. He had his cloak covering his body but was without his mask, because of his cloak, only the bottom of his face and lips could be seen.

Edo-Lisanna continued. "He stood over us and said he was going to exterminate us all." Zong had raised his hand and he made had made a colossally large ball of fire that cast a large shadow over the entire town. Before he threw his attack down, he showed a sick smirk. "And that's exactly what he did..." Zong threw the ball of fire down onto the town, immediately setting it on fire and instantly killing a good portion of the resistance.

"We're not even sure how he did it," Edo-Lucy said. The city was engulfed in flames as wizards tried to escape. "He burned us all with fire." buildings were collapsing due to the fire damage. "Was able to manipulate the ground..." Several of the wizards tried running but the ground opened up beneath them, and while some fell in others backed away, but they didn't get far because magma erupted out of the ground, engulfing many of the wizards in that section. "Drown us in water..." near another part of the city a large wave of water crashed into it, putting out some of the fires, but many wizards drowned in the process. Those that could swim were prevented from getting to the surface before the water above them instantly froze over. They pounded on the ice for as much as they could but ultimately perished. "He even controlled the winds." many wizards were blown away by fast gusts of wind. Three tornadoes rampaged the city. "And for those that were really unlucky... they were struck down with lightning." Zong was seen pointing at a few wizards who were trying to climb up to attack him. His pointing finger shot streaks of lightning that managed to strike all wizards that were attempting to get to him.

"I-It was horrifying..." Edo-Lisanna said, sounding like she was on the verge of tears.

"He must have laid some magic-mines in the ground beforehand." Edo-Lucy assumed. "And the king equipped him with crazy magic devices. Its the only way I can explain it." Suddenly Zong was struck in the stomach by Edo-Laxus who had gloves that crackled with yellow electricity. "Our guild master... Laxus tried to stall him while we escaped."

"But... even he..." After they fought for a while, Laxus has bruises and cuts all over his body while Zong's cloak didn't even look to have any damage, all accept for drops of Edo-Laxus' blood. Zong had an orb of fire in his left and an orb of wind on his left. He put them together and it combined to make an engulfing firestorm that had instantly killed Edo-Laxus, turning his body to ash.

Edo-Lucy continued. "There were at least five hundred of us that day... but only two dozen at the most at the most made it out alive." After the carnage, Zong was silently walking through the city, he had dealt with many of the stragglers and there was blood all over his robe. He chuckled afterward. "People say his robe was covered in blood, which is what earned him the title: 'Red Reaper'."

After Edo-Lucy and Lisanna had explained everything, Aang, Natsu and Azula were absolutely shocked, while Wendy, Happy, and Carla were horrified, as their eyes grew and their pupils shrunk.

"Has anybody seen his face? What does he look like?" Aang asked.

Edo-Lisanna shook her head. "No, no one has ever seen all of his face. And ever since after that day, he's always wearing that skull mask."

Aang closed his eyes and shivered slightly. "A-Aang? Are you okay?" Happy sadly asked.

"No... I can't shake this feeling about him! The second I laid eyes on him, he made my stomach turn... Now I know why, especially after hearing what he did to you guys..."

"Aang..." Natsu said.

"He's a monster," Aang said. "He has to be stopped!"

"You shouldn't focus on him so much," Edo-Lucy said. "Because we're here."

They saw a large city that had buildings that looked to be made from stone. "Ooh, A city, Happy!" Natsu excitedly said.

"The buildings are very round, aren't they?" Wendy asked.

"So what will he hope to find here?" Aang asked.

"If you guys are going to go up against the kingdom, you're gonna need magical weapons," Edo-Lucy said.

Natsu pulled a thumb's up. "Thanks, Scary Lucy!"

"Scary Lucy!" Happy cheered.

"ARE YOU SPOILIN' FOR A FIGHT?!" Edo-Lucy angrily yelled.

They got into the city and Edo-Lucy began to explain about the place. "This is the city of Louen. Magic used to be bought and sold normally until just recently. But then the kingdom began its guild-hunting and now buying and selling magic is banned."

"Wow, they really are greedy with their magic aren't they," Azula said.

"Not only that, just possessing magic is a crime," Edo-Lisanna said.

"It's their way of controlling the people," Aang said. "I guess the kingdom wants to be the only ones who can use magic."

Natsu looked at a closed down magic shop. While Wendy asked Edo-Lucy another question. "What about the people who could always use it?" she asked.

"Huh... what are you talking about?" Edo-Lucy replied while confusedly looking to Wendy. "They can just get rid of it. What the heck do you mean by 'people who could always use it' anyway?"

"It seems that magic is used in conjunction with objects," Carla said.

"What?" Happy questioned.

"In other words, the fact that magic is finite here, means there aren't people like us with innate magic power. Lacrima's and similar objects contain magic power. By combining them with weapons or daily necessities, you can create magic items." Carla explained.

"Just like Sokka's sword," Aang said after realizing this.

"And it seems these fall under the general term of 'magic' here."

"So all the wizards here just use magic items?" Natsu asked with a head tilt.

"I would assume so," Azula said. "But if it is illegal, how can we acquire magic weapons anyway?"

Edo-Lucy stood before an alleyway that had downward stairs. "Down here, there's a magic black market. It's vital if you're gonna travel, after all."

"Hah, genius." Azula said.

"A black market..." Wendy was concerned about buying magic weapons illegally.

"All right!" Natsu said. "If we are going to use magic, then we should play by this world's rules."

"Finally, now you can stop being useless." Azula teased.

"HEY!" Natsu said glaring at her.

Elsewhere in the same city, Gajeel and Toph who were still in their hoods stood in an alley. "Pretty friendly place, this Edolas," Gajeel said. "I tried asking for information and the people just walked away."

"You probably look scary," Toph said. "But I could just use my feet to help us get around, but it's useless if we don't know where to go." Toph stepped hard on the ground with her right foot, she felt the vibrations around her. "Hmm, hey there are some punks over there that are walking towards us."

Gajeel smirked. "They're givin' us dirty looks too."

"Oh, now that isn't very nice. Should we teach em' a lesson before we continue our search?"

"Gihi! Why not? There are always guys more like me who can help me out..."

Gajeel waked to the leader of the trio, each of the hoodlums was wearing sunglasses and the one with the purple jacket responded. "You want somethin' with us?"

"You louse housefly!" another one of them said.

"Lousy housefly?" Gajeel said his smirk widening. "You talking about me?"

"Who else would we be talkin' about?!" he rudely asked. "If you don't like it, then how's 'maggot' sound?!"

One of them looked down at Toph. "Oh hello runt, I didn't see ya down there!"

The three hoodlums laughed to themselves. "You know, you guys aren't very funny," Toph said. Right after this, Gajeel head-butted the leader, instantly flooring him with the other two looked on in shock while the screamed. "Now, that's funny!"

"You want a piece of this!?" they both punched Gajeel in the face and their hands instantly felt pain as it felt like they were punching iron.

"Gihi!"

"Oww!" they both cried.

"Aww, that sounded like it hurt. But... ow well." Toph slid her foot forward and two small earth pillars quickly shot up and hit the two men in the groin area. Their voices went high pitched and they fell to the ground.

Gajeel lifted the leader by his shirt and pulled him to his face. "We're looking for a giant lacrima," Toph said. "You seen anything like that around here?"

"I dunno!" the man cried.

"That so?" Gajeel said. "Okay, then here's another wallop for ya."

"W-wait!" he cried. "We really don't know! Right? Right!?" the men on the ground nodded to him telling the two that they don't really know just so Gajeel and Toph wouldn't beat them up again.

Gajeel looked down at Toph. "Well?"

"They're telling the truth," Toph said. "Unfortunate, I really wanted to go another round with these guys."

"Tch!" Gajeel let him go. "Fine. Guess we'll ask someone else."

"Man, Gajeel. When did you get so strong?" the leader asked.

"Huh?" Gajeel said.

"Yeah! You never used to get into fights! Or have a kid with you."

Toph folded her arms. "Hey, Metalhead... you don't think?"

"Hmm, that might be possible." he looked to the three. "Yo. What does the Gajeel here do?" the men tilted their head and let out a confused 'huh?'

"He just looks like Gajeel," Toph said.

"You're joking. You look the exact same." the man said.

"Just answer the question," Toph said. "What does Gajeel normally do around these parts?"

"He's a freelance journalist, notorious all over Edolas."

"Journalist?" Gajeel asked.

"Weird... can you tell us more?" Toph asked.

"He writes tons of magazine and newspaper articles criticizing the king."

"Which is why citizens hate him too." the other man said with his arms folded.

"That explains why people were running from you," Toph said.

"Still, a freelance journalist, huh? I wanna meet the guy!"

Toph folded her arms. "Shouldn't be hard to find," Toph said. "This is already the craziest adventure I've been on... which is saying a lot."

Inside the black market magic shop, the group was all looking through the items that the owner had. "Oh! There are all kinds of weird stuff here!" Happy said as he Carla and Wendy looked through the items.

"Boy, this is one musty shop," Carla commented.

"I'm not surprised, it's bound to be that way if you're trying not to attract the attention of the kingdom," Azula said.

The owner of the store laughed. He was in a simple purple, jacket-like robe with a white, a white cone hat on his head that had a ball at the tip. He was balding so he only had greying hair that stuck out of the sides of his head. "That's only because it's so full of historical antiques! Mold, scratches, and smells are what give them their 'flavor'!"

"The 'flavor' doesn't matter. We only care about usability." Edo-Lucy said. "There are lots of counterfeits, so check carefully before buying."

"Counterfeits... how can we tell the difference?" Aang asked.

"They are unusually cheap most of the time."

Natsu was exploring the shelves before he turned to the store vendor. "Yo, mister! Got any fire magic?!"

The owner clapped his hands. "I have just what you're looking for!" he pulled out what looked like an orange and red device that looked like the hilt of a sword. "How does this strike your fancy? Edolas magic: Sealed Flame Sword!" he placed a lacrima battery inside the device. "You do this here and..." he turned it on and flames came shooting out in the form of a small fire blade. "Voila! Amazing, isn't it?"

"A pretty lame flame, but I guess it's better than nothing," Natsu said.

"You have a keen eye, sir!"

"Heh, do you even know how to use a sword, Natsu?" Happy asked.

"Hehe, I'll try. How hard can it be?"

Wendy was holding a blue, device that looked like a capsule. "I like this one!"

"How come?" Aang asked.

"Because it's small and cute." she giggled.

Carla disappointingly had her paws on her hips.

Azula sighed. "If you're going to pick a weapon... at least be practical about it!"

The owner walked to them. "This is called an Air Cleft Cannon. It looks like a cute container on the outside. But if you open it just a tad..." swirls of air were surrounding them.

"Wind magic! It's kind of romantic!" Wendy excitedly said.

"Romantic...?" Azula said with a defeated sigh. "It's like in the one ear and out the other with you..."

"If everyone's all settled, then we'll take em' both," Aang said.

Edo-Lisanna gave a confused look to Aang. "Huh, but what about you and your friend?"

"O-oh... don't worry about it... We'll be fine on our own." Aang nervously said while chuckling.

"We're not friends by the way." Azula clarified.

"That's great you're all satisfied. Together they cost 20,000 but I'll knock the price way down for you! How does 18,000 sound to you?"

Natsu glanced away from the store owner. "Ugh, that's expensive..." Natsu said.

"Exactly 18,000 too expensive. We don't have any money." Azula flatly stated. "I thought we'd get them for free since we do plan on fighting the kingdom."

Aang chuckled and looked to the shop keeper. "Hehe, please ignore her. But yeah... we don't have money."

"That isn't something to smile about!" Edo-Lucy said glaring at Aang.

"Well, they are hard to come by, after all." the old man said.

"I only have crackers in my pocket..." Wendy said.

"Hmm, how about we negotiate a price," Aang said to the shopkeeper.

"It won't work, Toph said you're bad at haggling." Happy said.

A nervous sweatdrop fell down Aang's face. "Uh... hehe."

Natsu was smiling gleefully. "It can't be helped. Lucy. Pay the man."

Edo-Lucy gasped while glancing away. "What is with this Natsu... talking to me in a high-handed way. But... it isn't that bad..."

"Lucy?" Edo-Lisanna asked while Lucy was within her thoughts.

"Fine," she answered. "I'll pick up the tab this time!"

But the shop keeper instantly objected. "No, no! I could never take money from you, Lucy! You helped me out when my place was searched."

She placed her hands on her hips and smiled. "Oh, that was no big deal."

"In that case, consider them a present from me!"

"Thanks, old man," Natsu said. Wendy bowed as well. And a crack of a smile could be seen on Azula's face.

"Well, that went better than I thought it would," Carla said. As they all stood outside the black market magic shop.

"Scary Lucy is much more dependable than the other Lucy." Happy said.

"Stop calling me scary!" Lucy said, raising her voice.

"It's just as well. Scary or not, you're pretty influential here." Azula said.

"By the way..." Edo-Lucy began. "I'd like to hear more about this 'other Lucy' you keep talking about."

Azula chuckled. "You may want to sit down... I guarantee you're going to laugh your socks off when we tell you everything about her."

"I'm not liking where this is going..." Aang muttered.

They were sitting at a café and Edo-Lucy was laughing so much, that the other patrons had glanced at their table. "I'm writing a novel?!" she said before banging the table as she couldn't contain her laughter. "And I'm some rich girl who uses key magic?!"

"Well I don't know what happened to her money, she struggles to pay her half of her rent," Azula said with a smirk.

Both she and Azula shared in their laughter. "No way... is she that bad!?" Edo-Lucy said as she laughed.

Edo-Lisanna was giggling as well.

"You're just as noisy as her, at least!" Natsu said.

Lucy's laughing stopped before she glared at Natsu. "Don't call me noisy!"

"I don't say this to just anyone..." Azula started. "Really, I don't... But I'm glad I met you, I prefer your company of you than our other Lucy."

"She sounds like a loser," Edo-Lucy said before letting out another laugh.

Wendy was fiddling with her newly bought Air Cleft Cannon. "How do we use these items?"

Edo-Lucy gasped. "Idiot! Don't show that in public!" Wendy immediately hid it under the table while looking apologetic.

"Remember, magic is banned all over the world." Edo-Lisanna reminded while Edo-Lucy was looking around for anyone from the kingdom.

"But... wasn't magic originally everywhere in Edolas at one time?" Aang asked.

"Yeah. It was once upon a time." Edo-Lisanna replied.

"The kingdom's taken an entire culture from us," Edo-Lucy said.

"What for?" Happy asked.

"To keep it for themselves," she replied.

Natsu smiled. "Then maybe the world will get it's magic back if we beat up those kingdom jerks!"

Edo-Lisanna gasped and looked at Natsu's carefree expression. "Natsu..."

"ARE YOU CRAZY!?" Edo-Lucy said as she slammed the table before standing up. "There's no way we can fight the royal army!"

"As much as I'd like to agree with you. We're currently stuck here." Azula said. "And I can't think of anything better to do."

"But, if you and Lisanna weren't going to help us, then why did you come with?" Aang asked.

"Because... we figured we'd show you the way to the capital," Edo-Lucy said. "I... I didn't plan on fighting..."

Natsu still gave her a cheery look. "Oh, okay! Thanks!"

Edo-Lucy looked like she wanted to say something, but before she could...

"THERE THEY ARE!" a soldier from the kingdom yelled. There were two of them at the cafe and more were arriving by the second.

"Seal the town's entrances and exits!"

"The royal army!" Edo-Lucy exclaimed.

They saw a myriad of soldiers blocking their only way of escape through the café. "You're Fairy Tail wizards, yes!?"

"Stay right where you are!"

"They found us out already!?" Carla asked while Happy was fearfully staring at the soldiers.

Aang looked to the other. "Everyone get back I'll..." they all noticed Azula was gone, her blue flashing outline was all that could be seen. "Huh, Azula!?"

They all noticed Azula speeding towards the charging soldiers. "Coming through!" she made a thick line of blue flames speed through the soldiers, sending a couple of them to the ground, and making many of them back off. "What are you waiting for, Avatar? A bell!?" she swung her leg for a kick and a blue fire arc took out two more soldiers.

"Why did she charge in like that?" Aang asked with an annoyed sigh.

"She's becoming like Natsu." Happy stated.

"I HEARD THAT, CAT!" Azula angrily yelled in the background as she continued to fight off more soldiers who charged to her.

The other soldiers rushed to the group. Aang stepped hard on the ground and made an earth wave that easily shook the rushing soldiers off their feet.

Edo-Lucy watched as Aang had made an air scooter to rush to Azula's aid. "How are those two using such powerful magic so easily?"

More soldiers rushed to Aang and Azula. "I never thought we'd be fighting together huh?" Aang said with a chuckle.

"Don't get the wrong idea!" Azula said as she swung a fire arc to two more approaching soldiers. "As much as you and Natsu repulse me, I still need you two alive."

Aang then made a blast of air towards a wall of soldiers that were blocking their path, but they saw that they put up their shields which made blue energy barriers that prevented the air from pushing them off their feet.

"Shields?" Aang asked.

"These ants actually know what they are doing!" Azula said with a smirk.

Wendy was struggling to open up her air capsule, she struggled with hilarious results, and she began shaking it. "Carla! How do I use this!?"

"How should I know?"

Natsu smirked. "I'll blow them all away!" he excitedly yelled. "Eat this! Fi-"

"WAIT!" Edo-Lisanna yelled, standing in front of him. "Magic is finite here! If you use it how you usually your use magic, it will finish in no time!" she warned.

"Lisanna...?"

Their attention turned back to Aang and Azula who was being forced back to them. "Did they send the whole kingdom after us!? Don't these idiots have better things to do?" Azula asked, shooting another jab of fire that ran into a shield.

"Don't worry, I can help us escape!" Aang said.

"Screw that, I can take on these Edolas scum!" Azula yelled.

Wendy suddenly popped open her magic capsule and before long there was an orb of bright blue light that formed in between the opening. Suddenly a tornado of wind had surrounded the group. Lifting each of them off their feet and spinning them inside the tornado.

"WHAT DID YOU DO?!" Azula comically yelled at Wendy.

"I DON'T KNOW!" she cried.

The cyclone had shot the entire group into the sky and down towards another part of the city.

"Quickly! After them, they couldn't have gotten far!" one soldier yelled. "Inform the kingdom we found Fairy Tail!"

After being blown away, they managed to find an empty house to hide in. They saw that soldiers were searching the entire city for them.

Edo-Lucy made a small hole through the door to look outside. "We managed to get away, but now we can't leave the city," she said.

"I could burrow us out?" Aang offered.

"We're on a floating island, remember? I'm not sure a tunnel would be a good idea unless you want us falling into oblivion." Azula said.

"The magic here is really inconvenient..." Wendy said.

"What do we do now?" Happy asked.

"Is there no other way out?" Carla asked looking to Edo-Lucy who continued to look out of her peephole.

"That's a tough one..."

"THERE YOU ARE FAIRY TAIL!" they heard.

They all comically gasped as they feared the soldiers had found them.

"Hey, let go!" a familiar voice yelled. Edo-Lucy in particular was shocked because it sounded just like her.

"Get over here!"

She, Natsu, and Aang slowly opened the door to see a certain blonde mage being restrained. "You're Lucy, aren't you?" one of the soldiers asked.

"Yeah, I'm Lucy, but what the heck is going on?!" Lucy replied.

"LUCY!" Natsu happily cheered.

"ME!?" Edo-Lucy yelled in comic shock.

"SHE'S HERE?!" Aang exclaimed.

"HEY!" two powerful jabs of bright purple fire had floored the two guards that were restraining her. After they were down, they all got a look at their aggressor. "Get your hands off my friend!"

Wendy peeked her head out next and gasped. "C-Chun!?"

"Ah... thank you, Chun." Lucy thanked.

She let out a small smile. "Any time, but next time, lets not separate."

"What is Lucy doing here?!" Carla yelled.

Suddenly they both saw more guards speeding towards them. "There they are, get them!?"

"Uh... Lucy, we might need a little help." Chun said.

"Sheesh, they leave me no choice." she took out one of her keys. "Gate of the scorpion..."

"Lucy wait!" Wendy yelled. "Our magic doesn't work here!"

"I open thee, Scorpio!" a doorbell sound was heard, and appearing out a bright blue magic circle was indeed Scorpio.

"We Are!" he yelled as he crossed his wrists.

Everyone aside from Lucy and Chun was shocked at this. Scorpio simply looked at the approaching guards. "Sand Buster!" he aimed his tail cannon and he blew away many of the guards with a cyclone of sand.

"Magic...?" Natsu asked.

"B-but... how...?" Aang said

"W-what the..." Edo-Lucy muttered.

Scorpio put his hands up and appreciated his work, but he wanted to leave. "I've got a date with Aquarius now. Later." he disappeared in a puff of red smoke.

Lucy and Chun saw the group as they stepped out of the house. "Huh, You guys..." both she and Chun were happily running to them. "I missed you guys!" she happily yelled.

"I don't know what's going on anymore..." Natsu muttered while the two ran towards them.

"Well, let's hope we get some answers..." Aang said.

"Aye..."

Lucy though stopped running when she saw her Edolas counterpart with a serious look on her face. "ME!?" she yelled before tripping on her feet and falling to the ground.

"LUCY!?" Chun exclaimed, her eyes going white with shock.

"And the worst trip ever has just gotten about a thousand times worse." Azula mouthed, getting the attention of the two.

Both Chun and Azula's eyes went white when they noticed her. "AZULA!?"

"No way... is this the Earth Land version of me!?" Edo-Lucy thought to herself.

"There they are!" the saw more Edolas guards brandishing lances to fight them. "Over there!"

"Let's talk about this later!" Carla said.

"They'll catch us if we stay here!" Happy yelled.

Lucy pointed forward. "Ok, Natsu. Take care of these guys!"

"Uh... Lucy... magic doesn't work here." Aang said as they were surrounded on both sides.

Natsu then gave a glare to Lucy. "Actually, how come you can use it?!"

"How should I know!? But if you guys can't fight... could that mean... I'm the strongest?"

"In your dreams!" Azula said as she made a fiery arc that floored many of the soldiers. "It looks like only the four of us can fight!" Azula said gesturing to herself, Aang, Chun, and Lucy. "Now, summon something and be useful for once!"

"Hey, don't tell me what to do!" they saw the soldiers charging towards them. "Actually, not a bad idea..." she held up one of her keys. "Gate of the Ram, I open thee! Aries!" Aries appeared in bright gold light.

"U-Umm, I'll do my best." Aries shyly muttered. "I'm sorry..."

"Fluffy!" Happy exclaimed.

Edo-Lucy looked back as she faced off with some of the soldiers. "Wh-what is this?!" she exclaimed, still astonished by her counterpart's magic.

"Someone just appeared!" one of the soldiers fearfully yelled.

"No, it's a monster! I've never seen magic like that!"

Aang, Chun, and Azula stood by Aries and Lucy. "Aries! Can you help them fight?"

"Y-yes..." she waved her arms quickly as she didn't want to disappoint Lucy. "I'll t-try!" a pink ball of wool appeared in between her hands. It grew until it was big enough to be spread into a long whip of pink wool. "Wool Bomb!" the wool had sent a couple of the soldiers flying, and they also commented on how soft and fluffy it was.

"Huh? Is it working?" Aries nervously asked. "I'm sorry..."

"Yes, it is, great job Aries," Chun said giving her a thumbs up.

Azula was pinching her forehead in annoyance. "Ugh... see. This is why I don't like you. Your antics always annoy me!" she had made a wall of fire which made the guards step back. But suddenly, that wall started to rapidly move towards the guards. Engulfing many of them in the flames.

Chun noticed more coming from behind. "Oh no, you don't!" Chun made thick whips of purple fire and managed to take down the approaching guards.

A couple of them were leaping from the ceilings of some of the houses to get a sneak attack, but Aang saw this and made a burst of air that pushed them back upwards.

"Wool Shot!" Aries was blasting shots of pink wool to the guards who continued to be comforted into submission by her attacks.

"It's no good, they just keep coming!" Chun said.

Aries stretched her arms out to both sides. "Wool Wall!" A circle of pink wool surrounded them, which prevented the soldiers from getting any closer. Those that were caught up in the wool wall were overcome with sudden comfort.

"Now's our chance!" Lucy said, her counterpart continued to eye her with shock.

"W-was that to your liking...? I'm sorry..." Aries said.

"You're awesome, Fluffy!" Happy yelled as the group began to retreat.

"Nice one, Lucy!" Natsu said.

Lucy had her hands on her cheeks from Natsu's praise. "Oh, I feel kind of nice too!"

Edo-Lucy looked at the wool behind them. "So this is Earth Land magic?" she thought to herself.

They were all able to regroup in a nearby forest. They were all sitting on the bark of a circular fallen tree.

"We should be safe out here, right?" Carla asked.

"Not, sure... but I doubt they would have followed us this far," Aang said.

Azula let out a sigh. "All right, now that those ants are out of the way... she looked at Lucy and Chun. How did you two even get to Edolas, I thought flying here was the only way."

"We were worried that you'd been turned into a lacrima too," Wendy said.

"Horologium and Mystogan saved us," Lucy said.

Happy looked confused as he tried to remember where he heard 'Horologium' from.

"The clock spirit?" Aang asked.

"Wait... you saw Mystogan!?" Carla asked.

Chun nodded. "After Horologium saved both me and Lucy. We saw what was left of Magnolia."

-Flashback-

Lucy and Chun both appeared out of Horologium. "W-what is going on?" Lucy asked. "This is Magnolia?"

"Where is everybody?" Chun said. "Why is it just us?"

"Things happened so suddenly that there was no time to explain." the clock spirit said. "I was the one who saved both of you?"

"Saved? What do you mean?" Lucy questioned.

"I sensed a time-space distortion. So I came here without being summoned and placed both of you inside me."

"Just us...?" Chun asked.

"But what about the others! Natsu, Erza, Aang, Wendy?!"

"I'm very sorry, but I don't know what happened either." the spirit said.

"T-that means... Hen is..." Chun didn't want to finish what she was thinking as the tears were hanging off her eyes.

"Lucy, Chun. I see you're all right." Both Lucy and Chun gulped slightly when they saw Mystogan approach them. "I am Mystogan."

"B-but you look like-?" Chun started.

"I know, but I am not him. Allow me to explain everything to you."

Mystogan proceeded to explain everything to the pair. "Edolas? Another world?!" Lucy gasped after hearing what he told them.

"So... j-just like ours...?" Chun asked.

"No, but there is no time to explain in detail. You must hurry before the entrance to Edolas closes."

"Hold on!" Lucy said. "You want us to go to this Edolas place?!"

"Yes," Mystogan replied. "I want you to rescue our comrades. I'll see if I can find others who are unharmed." He then pulled out a bottle of red pills. "Eat this."

"Huh? What are you-" Mystogan threw a red pill into her mouth where Lucy quickly swallowed it.

He looked to Chun. "You should be fine as you are?"

"What are you talking about?" Chun asked. "What did you just give Lucy?"

"There's no time to explain. Make haste!" Mystogan aimed one of his staff at them.

"W-wait a minute! You've gotta explain more than that!" Chun said. "We barely know what's going on!"

A bright blue light engulfed the two of them.

"It's up to you two, Lucy, Chun," Mystogan said. The bright blue light had shot the two of them up into the sky and into the source of the Anima.

"After we got here, we searched all over for anyone that we might know," Lucy said.

"But how can you use magic?" Aang asked.

"I don't really know..." though Lucy suddenly had sparkles in her eyes. "Maybe I'm a legendary heroine?!"

"Definitely not." Natsu and Azula said in unison.

Lucy had a waterfall of tears falling down her face. "You're giving me an inferiority complex..."

"Wait... Mystogan gave Lucy a pill." Chun said. "But he didn't give me one. Said that I 'should be fine as I am'. Maybe - and it's only a hunch but. Maybe that pill allows Lucy to use her magic. But he didn't give me one, maybe because he knew I'd still be able to use my bending."

"Dammit!" Azula cursed. "That's another reason we should have waited for Mystogan. I hate to say it, but without Natsu's magic, we might be at a disadvantage here. Especially considering evil Erza and the Red Reaper."

"Evil Erza?" Chun and Lucy questioned.

"So it's going to be down to our Bending it looks like?" Azula said.

"Hey, what the hell is 'Bending'?" Edo-Lucy asked.

"Is it some type of special magic?" Edo-Lisanna asked.

Aang was sweating for a moment before he sighed. "I suppose now is as a good time any to tell you everything."

After about thirty minutes of quick explanation. Aang had finished telling Edo-Lucy and Lisanna about the world that he is from, about how Bending works, and how they are currently at war with the Fire Nation and went on to explain the atrocities committed by Fire Lord Sozin, with how he had wiped out the Air Nomads. Though Aang, purposely left out him being the Avatar, and that the current Fire Lord was sitting among them.

"You can manipulate the elements around you? And you don't need magic to do it!?" Edo-Lucy asked.

"That's about how it works, yeah," Chun said.

"That's amazing," Edo-Lisanna commented.

"Right so that explains how you two could do all that stuff before," she said looking at Aang and Azula. "This 'Fire Nation' isn't all that different from the Kingdom. But going back to that, you guys seriously are gonna take on the kingdom?!" she asked in disbelief.

"Obviously," Natsu said.

"It's for our friends!" Happy cheered.

Edo-Lucy looked concerned as to why they hoped they could beat such insurmountable odds. "Waging war with the kingdom, even when some of you aren't at full strength..."

"Of course!" Lucy cheered. "I can use magic! So leave this to me, Fairy Tail's (currently) most powerful wizard!" she had flames surrounding her. "I'm fired up!" she then threw her arms around Aang and Chun. "And with us, we'll be the 'Vanguard of Fairy Tail'!" both Aang and Chun awkwardly chuckled.

"Well if you're leading us, we're all screwed." Azula dryly said.

"You have to admire her enthusiasm," Edo-Lisanna said with a small smile.

Edo-Lucy had looked to the group and watched her counterpart do some weird stretches before being flicked in the forehead by Azula. "They are strange, but... these guys might be able to change the world..." she thought to herself.

They managed to find a hotel and were going to spend the rest of the night there. Natsu, Wendy, Carla, Happy, Chun, Azula, Aang, and Edo-Lisanna were looking over the map. "This is a map of Edolas I borrowed from the hotel staff."

"It's not much different than Earth Land's geography, huh?" Happy said.

"Given Earth Land and Edolas are parallels of each other, I can't say I'm that surprised," Azula stated.

"But if you look at the map, we are currently in the city of Sycca," Carla said. And she pointed to the other side of the map where the Royal City was. "And there is the Royal City."

"Still a long way to go..." Natsu said with his arms folded. "This would be so much easier if we had Appa," Natsu said.

"Appa?" Edo-Lisanna questioned.

"He's my friend. A flying bison, he would get us there in no time at all... but I'm guessing he was turned into a lacrima like the others..."

"Even so, we have to get there while not getting noticed by the Royal Army," Wendy said.

"Hey, check it out!" they heard Edo-Lucy calling out to them. They all saw she was dressed in just a white towel that covered most of her body, though a good portion of her cleavage could still be seen. "Me and her even got the exact same body!" she excitedly said.

Earth Land Lucy rushed out in a towel as well while she panicked at how her counterpart was acting. "AAH! Don't come out dressed like that!"

"Edo-Lucy! Natsu and Aang are sitting right here!" Wendy said in a panic.

"So? I don't care."

"Care!" Lucy exclaimed as she glared at her counterpart.

"It's almost like their twins," Chun said with a giggle.

"Doublucy sure is lively." Happy said.

"You think that's clever or something?" Azula and Carla said in unison.

Natsu only had his arms folded in confusion while Aang's cheeks went red. Since only one of them was flustered, Edo-Lucy took the chance to tease Aang. "See something you like, Twinkle Toes? I'll show you more." she was about to reach to lower her towel.

Aang's face turned a deeper shade of red and there was a splash of blood that shot out from his left nostril.

"STOP IT!" Lucy cried.

Edo-Lisanna put her hands over Aang's eyes. "Lucy, you shouldn't tease him like that!"

"A-and I already have a girlfriend..."

Natsu let out a laugh that he was trying to hold in. "What's so funny Natsu?" Lucy asked. "Oh! You wanna poke fun at me and say that Edo-Lucy has a better figure than me or something, huh?!" Edo-Lucy chuckled at the thought.

"I'm not even going to comment on that..." Azula said.

"Don't take a bath with yourselves..." Natsu said trying to keep himself from laughing.

Both Lucys looked up in shock. "Now that you mention it..." they both muttered.

"You do look so much alike! I can't tell you apart!" Wendy stated

Edo-Lucy started to pinch her butt with her hand. "We even got the same-shaped butt..."

"Quit it!" Lucy screamed

Natsu got up off his seat and started to move quickly in one direction and then another, trying to make it seem like there were two of him. "You guys can do mirror impressions of each other!"

"Forget it!" they both furiously yelled.

"They're even in perfect tune..." Wendy muttered.

"How sad..." Carla said.

"This is what my life has become, now... how sad indeed," Azula said.

"It's like Gemini's showed up!" Happy said.

"Gemini?" Azula and Edo-Lucy questioned.

"Celestial spirits I'm contracted with!" Lucy said. "Gemini can turn into lookalikes of other people." she pulled out Gemini's key. "Gate of the twins, I open thee! Gemini!" Gemini appeared instantly taking shape of Lucy while Edo-Lucy's pupils shrunk in surprise.

"Tadah! Here's Gemini!" Gemini-Lucy sang while giving a wink.

"Oh!" Edo-Lucy gasped.

"Forget 'Doublucy', this is 'Triplucy'!" Lucy said.

"Wow, three Lucys... I never thought I'd ever be saying that today." Chun said with a laugh. "This is fun."

"You call if fun. I for one, find it terrifying..." Azula said. "I'm sharing a room with three Lucys, looks like nightmares do come true."

"Awesome!" Natsu yelled. "This would make for a great 'guess-who' party game!"

"Guh, party game!?" Azula said taking a step back in shock.

...

Happy was suddenly in a green suit and was dressed like a game show host. "The 'Guess who is the real Lucy' quiz!"

There were three identical Lucys in skimpy swimsuits with numbers pinned on their outfits, they each declared that they were the real Lucy.

Natsu, Wendy, Carla, Chun, and Edo-Lisanna were behind booths and had to guess which Lucy was the real one. Edo-Lisanna and Wendy both had embarrassed smiles, Carla looked annoyed while Natsu and Chun were deep in thought.

Edo-Lisanna guessed number 2. Carla, Chun, and Wendy picked 1 and Natsu was the only one who picked 3.

"THIS ISN'T A GAME!" the three Lucys yelled at Natsu, though Gemini-Lucy looked to do it with a smile while the other two were furious.

"They're in perfect tune..." Wendy lowly commented.

"How sad... and maybe it's time to put on some clothes," Carla said.

"Good idea..." Aang said while Edo-Lisanna still covered his eyes.

After both Lucy's got dressed up in blue buttoned shirts, Chun eyed both of them. "Hmm, it's still tough to tell you two apart..."

Azula rolled her eyes. "I can't believe I have to point this out. There is one key difference, other than the personalities. Our Lucy has her pink Fairy Tail mark on her right hand, whereas Better-Lucy has a black tattoo on her left arm."

"Hey, what do you mean 'Better-Lucy'?!" Lucy comically asked while glaring at Azula.

"I'm only stating the facts." she simply replied and Lucy gasped.

"You're so heartless..."

"Hey..." Edo-Lucy looked to her counterpart. "Didn't you have a celestial spirit that does hair?"

"Oh, the crab spirit," Lucy said. "Want me to bring him here?"

The next moment, Cancer was summoned and he held his scissors. "Long time, no see, '-ebi.'"

"'Shrimp?'" Edo-Lucy asked. "Even though he's the crab constellation?"

"So you poke fun at that too, way to go, me," Lucy said.

"I think anyone would find that strange..." Chun commented with a nervous smile.

Cancer then sliced his scissors through Edo-Lucy's hair as if he was holding a pair of daggers. "Is this to your liking, -ebi?"

Edo-Lucy's hair was shorter but still had her side ponytail with her skull hair tie. "Yeah, this is good. It'll clear up all the confusion."

"Eh, it looks better that way," Azula commented.

"But... are you ok with having it so short?" Lucy asked.

"Is caring about your hair an Earth Land custom or something?" Edo-Lucy asked.

"No, it's a 'Lucy' custom." Happy said.

Edo-Lucy walked over to the window and she overlooked the city and the sky that had the planets and moons glowing in the distance. "All this stuff about hair and having fun. They seem like nonsense in this world." She said as she had a small smile. "Out here, everyone is trying to survive."

"But everyone at Edolas Fairy Tail seemed so lively," Aang said.

"Yeah," she replied. "We don't want to wallow around being depressed all the time. Plus there are people in this world that need us. So even if it means becoming a 'dark guild' our guild will keep going. Still... that's not enough..." Edo-Lucy said, muttering the last part.

"Huh?" Aang and Lucy looked at her.

"No, never mind," she said.

The next morning, Edo-Lucy was seen running out of the city. She had a bag over her shoulder as she ran. "Relying on them to change our world. What kind of indulgent crap was I thinking? If they can save their friends, that's great. But If the world is going to change, then we should be the ones who change it. That's why, I'm going back to the guild, to convince everyone to help them. To stand up one last time." she stopped running and turned back to the hotel. "Good luck you guys. Lisanna, It's all up to you now." she turned on her heel and left the city so she could get back to Edolas Fairy Tail.

"WHAT THE HELL!?" Lucy yelled as she woke the rest of the group up and was holding a note while furiously waving her arms up and down.

A tired Azula stomped to Lucy with a tired look in her eyes. "You better have a damn good reason for waking us up like this!?" she said with blue flames surrounding her.

"The Edolas me left! She left a note saying she needed to leave, and wished us good luck." Lucy said.

"That's what you're freaking out about?" Azula asked as Natsu, Wendy, Carla, and Chun tiredly got up. "She should have taken you with at the very least. With you gone, there'd be a lot less baggage to deal with."

"But still!" Lucy yelled. "For her to abandon us like that, that is unacceptable, she is supposed to be me!"

"But..." they all saw Edo-Lisanna standing in the doorway. "I can still be your guide," she said with a serious face.

"Oh... you're this world's Lisanna," Lucy remembered. "Sorry I forgot about you, I was caught up in there being another me is all," she said while chuckling.

"No, it's ok. But Lucy and I talked it over last night." Edo-Lisanna said.

"Ah, thanks a lot, Lisanna," Natsu said with his trademark smile.

The white-haired girl blushed and shyly rubbed her arm. "Oh, I-It's no problem... Natsu."

In a separate town. Gajeel and Toph had made their way to a bar. Many people were talking about how the kingdom was going to extract the magic power from the giant lacrima in about two days.

Gajeel and Toph both sat on either side of a man with a coat and a fancy hat, he looked to have puffy dark hair.

"I heard they are going to extract all of it!" a bar patron said.

"But I heard that's a lot of magic, will that be alright."

"Huh, are you criticizing his majesty?"

"N-no I was just!"

Suddenly two figures stood up to the man. "Excuse me!"

Gajeel and someone who eerily looked like him looked down at the man and they asked their question at the same time.

"-Think you could provide more details?"

"-Think you can gimme more details?"

Both of them turned to each other in shock. "Huh, well that was easier than I thought it would be?" Toph said.

In the city of Sycca, the group was walking through to get to their next destination. Edo-Lisanna led them while the other was behind her.

Each of them had a change of clothes, aside from Wendy, Chun, and Edo-Lisanna. Natsu was in a dark jacket that went down to his lower body and had white pants. Aang was wearing a sleeveless sky-blue robe and dark pants with sandals. Azula was in a blue top that revealed her upper chest and red baggy pants, her hair was tied in its normal hair bun. Lucy had a green dress with white rectangles that decorated it. The dress itself had a zipper in the front and only went down to her hips, she had a blue skirt and sandals. Happy had a tight red cap that covered his ears and wore a white shirt with his green pack on his back while Carla wore a puffy pink sweater, with a matching, posh pink hat.

Lucy was happily cradling a book like a small child, prompting curious looks from both Natsu and Azula.

"You're more... unusually happier than usual. It's scaring me." Azula said.

"She must be happy because she found a rare book at the book-store," Wendy said.

"What did you buy Lucy?" Chun asked.

"A book about the history of this world," she said with a chipper tone. "You guys wanna know more about this world too, don't you?"

"Not particularly..." Azula dryly said.

"Same here," Natsu said.

"You two are agreeing on a lot of things lately." Happy stated.

Azula and Natsu gave disgusted looked to each other before turning away and folding their arms. "AS IF!" they both said in unison.

Lucy held up the book. "This history book speaks volumes!" she said. "This world is amazing."

"Well when everything in this world tries to eat you, you grow tired of it," Azula said. "I'm not sold."

Aang scratched the side of his head, nervously. "This world does have its charms, but I'd rather not stay a long time here." he then turned to Edo-Lisanna. "Oh, no offense, Lisanna."

"None taken," she replied with a sweet smile.

"There is a lot of things in this book," Lucy said. "For example, there's stuff written about a tribe called the 'Exceeds'"

"Oh, I heard about them too!" Wendy said. "Apparently, they are a very feared race."

Azula gave an interested look to Lucy. "You have my attention, does that book mention anything special about them?"

"Huh? What do you mean?" Lucy asked.

"Well, for instance. Where do they live? What kind of abilities do they have? What do they look like? Do they resemble some kind of animal? Something bird-like, reptilian, or... feline?" she cast a glance towards Carla who only glared at her. However there was a large shadow that was cast above the city, they all looked up and they saw what looked like a giant airship.

"An airship?" Natsu asked.

"Wow... that's huge..." Happy said.

They saw a couple of Edolas soldiers running to where it was going to land. "Hurry!"

"It's going to depart soon!" they all yelled.

"And it must belong to the royal army," Aang said.

Wendy said. "We should hide!" Wendy pushed Natsu, Lucy, and Chun behind a wall, Aang, Azula, Edo-Lisanna, Happy, and Carla took to staying behind the same wall.

They watched as the airship was landing and several of the soldiers were talking amongst themselves. "The lacrima extraction is happening the day after tomorrow eh?"

"So that's why we've been given security duty, huh?"

"Miss this flight, and you'll miss the event of the century!" while the others were hiding, Wendy and Aang were keeping watch.

"Giant Lacrima..." Natsu said.

"That's all the people of Magnolia," Wendy said.

"How awful..." Chun said.

"They will extract it in two days," Edo-Lisanna said. "That doesn't give us enough time to get there on foot."

Carla looked down. "Once the extraction begins, there'll be no way to turn everyone back to normal."

Aang suddenly felt something and he took a second look at the people who were watching the airship land. "Guys... I don't know if it's just me... but I have a really bad feeling about this."

"Is this an Avatar thing?" Azula asked.

"I'm not even sure." Suddenly someone was seen leaping out of the airship and he landed on the ground and his feet spread cracked through the ground. They all saw it was the same person in his skull mask and blood-red cloak. Both Edo-Lisanna and Aang's eyes shrunk.

"It's him..." they both said.

"Huh?" Lucy looked over. "Who's the short guy?"

"His name is Zong," Edo-Lisanna said. "Otherwise known as the Red Reaper. He singlehanded massacred most of the guilds in Edolas. Both Chun and Lucy were shocked.

"A-all the guilds? Just how strong is he?!" Chun asked.

Aang's eyes were locked onto him. "Just being near him makes me uneasy."

"Alright, what if we steal it, or take it by force!" Lucy confidently said.

"A-are you crazy!?" Carla said. "Sneaking on board would be enough. And also there is that Red Reaper we have to deal with."

"Plus, stealing it would require Natsu to ride a vehicle." Happy said. "And we all know how that ends."

Natsu grinned. "With Wendy's Troia spell vehicles are no problem-"

Wendy's eyes were just flat lines as she reminded Natsu of the obvious flaw with that plan. "We can't use magic, remember?"

"Hehe, any other ideas!?" he asked while Azula facepalmed.

"Don't worry, I'm all for it, we won't get there in time otherwise," Lucy said. "Just leave it to me I am the most powerful wizard in Fairy Tail!"

"Ugh... please kill me." Azula groaned.

"If we get the drop on him, we can all take him by surprise. Between all of us, we can take that short reaper down!" Lucy said with a confident smile.

Natsu chuckled. "Haha, I like it!"

"You get the drop on him? When did you become an assassin?" Azula said.

Lucy folded her arms. "You make it sound so deplorable."

Suddenly they heard a voice yelling to them. "If you're gonna plot someone's assassination, let me give you some advice." the wall that they hid behind suddenly sank into the ground. All of their eyes became white circles of shock as their cover was blown. They saw that it was Zong speaking to them. "Try to have a plan figured out, before confronting your target."

Even the guards were shocked as they had no idea what to do. "Busted..." Chun muttered.

"Here we go!" Lucy ran forward to take on Zong and his guards.

"LUCY WAIT!?" Aang yelled.

She pulled out one of her keys. "Gate of the Lion, I open thee! Loke!" Appearing in a puff of smoke was supposed to be Leo, but Lucy got Virgo instead and looked at her with wide eyes. "Wha...?! Huh?! V-Virgo!?"

"I'm very sorry, princess." Virgo apologized.

"It's Virgo..." Natsu said.

"Did the fool, really miscast her spell?" Azula asked.

Zong hummed to himself with curiosity, and the soldiers were about to attack. "No..." Zong said. "I want to observe this myself."

"Hey! What's going on here?!" Lucy asked Virgo.

"Big brother is currently on a date, so he cannot be summoned right now," Virgo explained.

"Big Brother?" Lucy asked.

"Yes. Master Leo previously asked me to call him as such." Virgo said while Natsu, Wendy, Azula, and Chun looked on in annoyed astonishment.

"Is he insane?!" she comically cried. "I was counting on him to beat up that 'short wannabe reaper'."

"Hey, now that's just rude. No need for name-calling here." Zong said. "All right, 'Lucy'. You talk a big game, I dare you to back it up."

Lucy chuckled. "Hehe, from what I heard, Edolas' magic comes from tools instead of people. This guy has no idea what Earth Land magic can do! Time to show him what makes an Earth Land wizard of Fairy Tail is made of!" she smirked and pointed at Zong. "Get him, Virgo!"

"Understood, princess!" She took off in a sprint towards Zong and the reaper had let out a single chuckle before outstretching his hand. He made a cyclone of air in his hand and he swung it in the same way a whip would be swung and it turned into a razor-thin air whip which was easily able to catch Virgo off guard, but even worse, she was instantly decapitated by the attack.

Everyone's eyes grew in horror as they watched Virgo's head separate from her body. "I'm sorry, princess." she apologized before disappearing in gold light.

"V-Virgo!?" Lucy cried.

Zong watched Virgo fade away. "Hmm... no blood. So she wasn't human. A spirit maybe?"

"Lucy, get out of there!" Aang yelled.

Suddenly a whip of water ensnared around Lucy before she could react. She was pulled directly to Zong's covered face.

"LUCY!" Natsu and Wendy yelled in worry.

"Who is this guy... h-he's terrifying!" Lucy thought.

"You look exactly like Lucy Ashley, but you're not her," Zong said. "She's not dumb enough to take me head-on, and by herself no less. Are you from Earth Land? Can all Earth Land people do what you just did? And what exactly was it that you just did? Tell me, I want to know everything!"

Lucy was shivering and even though his voice sounded casual, there was hidden malice that she couldn't explain. "I-I..."

"HEY!" Natsu was running towards Zong. "Get away from Lucy you jerk!" he prepared his fire sword. "Eat this FIRE!" he blasted a huge stream of fire from his fire sword directly at Zong. He dropped Lucy and he stretched out one hand and he absorbed the flames until they built up into one giant orb of fire in front of his hand.

"You do realize that black market fire sword is completely useless now right?" Zong said. "And you're not Natsu Dragion. You're a hell of a lot braver I'll give you that."

"HOW IS HE DOING THAT?!" Natsu yelled.

Wendy aimed her Air cannon at him. "I still have my magic!" a blast of Air was shot to Zong and he did the same thing he did with the flames on his other hand and absorbed the wind into an orb on his hand. "Huh? Both wind and fire?!"

"And you're not Wendy. Did you shrink in Earth Land or something?"

"SHRINK!?" Wendy comically exclaimed.

"A 'pocket-sized Wendy'. I dare say you even look... cute... Unfortunately for you, I hate cute things." he released both orbs of fire and wind directly at Wendy. She stood still in fear as she watched the attacks getting closer to her.

"WENDY!" Carla screamed.

Aang stepped in front of the orbs and raised a very thick wall that exploded upon impact. He made an air hemisphere to protect himself and Wendy from the debris. Wendy had shielded herself with her hands but was surprised to see Aang protectively standing in front of her. Lucy had run to Aang's side as he glared right at Zong.

"You again." Zong calmly said.

"I won't let you hurt my friend!" Aang angrily said.

"All right, you kingdom puppets can have fun with the stragglers over there," he said pointing at the heroes. "But this one." he pointed at Aang. "He's mine. Do not interfere."

"Y-you heard him!"

"Get them!" the soldiers were charging towards them.

Azula made a wall of blue fire in front of Lucy and Wendy. "So much for the 'strongest' wizard in Fairy Tail."

"You two get back, we'll hold them off," Chun said standing next to Azula.

Azula glanced at Chun. "So, since we're fighting together and all-"

"Forget it, I won't be your general, Azula." Chun snarkily replied.

"Tch, I figured as much." they both battled against the soldiers with their fire bending.

While that was going on, Aang and Zong were having a silent standoff, Aang was glaring at Zong while Zong's expression was hidden behind his mask. "You've been in this world long enough, so I can assume that Fairy Tail told you all about me."

"I heard more than I needed to," Aang replied still fixing his angry glare at Zong.

"That's great, that's great." he ended in a whisper. "Tell me, do you have a name? Cause I'm dying to find out."

"Aang." he simply replied.

"Aang huh..." Zong began to calmly pace. "You know Aang, you've caught me by surprise, not just once, but twice. No one has ever done that before. Not, Fairy Tail... their late guild master or even the famed Lucy Ashley. You're the only one." he discarded his cloak and Aang was shocked at his outfit.

He wore a mostly black outfit. He had a gi-like robe that exposed part of his upper chest, there was a red belt in the middle and the sleeves ended by his elbows and were red in color, he had black baggy pants with black boots.

But his most distinguishing feature was that there was a red line that went down from his neck, and down his chest. The lines spread to the underside of his arms and they split into two when reaching his hands. One line went down to the length of his thumbs, the other fell off the other side of his hands.

However, his face couldn't be seen as it was revealed his mask had wrapped around his entire face and it was zipped up at the back.

"His clothes?" Aang thought. "They don't look very different from mine. It's like a combination of the Fire Nation and the Air Nomads."

"Aang." Zong calmly called out. "Since you're new to Edolas, I'll treat you as a guest here. I'll allow you to have the first shot."

"This is a trick isn't it?"

"No it isn't, I'll even put my arms behind my back, see." Zong put his hands behind his back. "As I said, I'll give you a first free shot. And I want you to make it, as hard as possible. Maybe if you hit me hard enough you and your friends can steal our airship." Aang got into a stance. "That's it, give me your best shot, Aang."

"And if I refuse..."

"Then I'll have to settle for killing your friends and making you watch."

Aang had enough of hearing his voice and he shot a sudden earth pillar out of the ground that slammed into Zong's stomach and he was sent flying into the airship where it made a loud *clang*. Before Zong could move, Aang had raised a cube-shaped fragment of earth and broke it apart to fire rapid pebble bullets at Zong that sent him through the skin of the airship.

Aang looked at the hole and he saw Zong climbing out with minor scratches and dust marks on him. "Well... consider that nerve touched!" Aang slightly stepped back, shocked as to how Zong could get up so quickly from that. "Prepare yourself!" he shot himself out of the airship quickly and he made a rapid wall of fire speed towards Aang.

The Avatar only sidestepped it before he watched Zong getting close to him. His hands had razor-sharp blades of air blowing from them. Aang made the ground around him, shift him back far before Zong landed on the ground with a slash. Aang then sent a powerful arc of fire to his opponent, the reaper countered by sending a sharp arc of air towards the flames and they canceled each other out.

Zong suddenly had spikes of ice on his fingers and he was flinging rapid-fire ice bullets to Aang. A firewall was raised to melt them. When Zong willed the flames to disappear, he saw that Aang was nowhere to be found. He looked up and spotted him and he saw Aang slam his fists hard into the ground which made giant fists clasp Zong tightly around his body. Aang was seen blowing, a solid stream of air with a growing comet of fire behind it. The red reaper chuckled as the rocks that held him in place suddenly melted and they became lava which Zong was able to direct into Aang's attack. A large explosive burst was seen and they both slid on their feet. Zong then fired lightning towards him, but Aang sunk himself into the ground and the lightning missed. Aang re-emerged, covered rocks, and sped towards Zong.

"C'ere!" Zong threw a punch while his fist was surrounded by air. They both connected their attacks and there was another boom of air. Both of them stumbled back to their feet and kept their sights on each other. None of them could land a decent hit on each other.

He then caught glances at Azula and Chun who were protecting the other from the Edolas soldiers. "You and your friends are Benders, aren't you?"

Aang's eyes slightly grew. "How could you possibly-?"

But Zong raised his arms. "Look, no tools. No weapons... What does that tell you?"

"Zong... is a bender?!" he thought.

As the guards tried to restrain the others. They saw something approaching them that was covered in a dust cloud.

A four-wheeled vehicle had burst out of the dust and it knocked a few of the soldiers away as it drifted to its side. The car was mostly red, somewhat boat-shaped, and the Fairy Tail sigil was in its roof and sides.

"A magic mobile?" Lucy asked.

"Wait, that's not all!" Chun said.

Happy was next to notice what Chun was looking at. "That's Fairy Tail's emblem!"

"Hop in," the driver said after he rolled down the windows. "Lucy told me everything!" he said cooly said with a familiar voice and he had spiky pink hair with goggles covering his eyes.

Natsu, Lucy, Wendy, Chun, and Happy were happy to hear that someone from Edolas Fairy Tail was helping them.

Aang saw what was happening and made the ground around them shake, making a cloud of dust. After everyone got in, Aang leaped on the ceiling. "Get us out of here!" he said tapping the roof of the car.

"We're gonna burn rubber," the driver said as he adjusted the gear shift. The rear tires were burning out as he put his foot on the gas. "Don't fall out." the car accelerated and all the wheels suddenly had flames around them. "Go... FIRE!" the magic vehicle sped through the city streets, startling any Edolas guard that was around them.

"Z-Zong! Shouldn't you stop them!?" he chuckled in response.

"Oh, I haven't fought like that in a while. All of you, get on the ship."

"Yes, sir!" they saluted and the soldiers got on the ship and Zong watched the vehicle escape.

"Aang... you continue to intrigue me... and you didn't disappoint. You might be the strongest foe I've fought here." he thought to himself as he walked onto the airship as it was launching into the air.

Elsewhere, Gajeel and Toph were still at the bar. They both looked like they were being interviewed by Edolas Gajeel.

"So you were sent to this world by this gentleman, named Mystogan?" Edo-Gajeel asked.

"With the bare minimum of an explanation," Gajeel said. "So we don't know much about this place yet."

"So we looked around for a bit, then we ran into you," Toph said.

"Hmm..." Edo-Gajeel hummed with interest. "This is an utterly intriguing story."

"Hey, other world Me," Gajeel said.

"Yes, other world's Me?" Edo-Gajeel politely inquired while smiling as he put his pen and notepad away.

"I hear you're a freelance journalist in Edolas."

Edo-Gajeel sat on the other side of the table. "Yes, My job is to investigate and write articles about the truth of events throughout the world."

"Seems like a lot of people don't agree with your work, Edolas-Metalhead," Toph said. "Some guys attacked him, simply because he looked like you."

"I caused you such trouble?" Edo-Gajeel asked.

"Nothing we couldn't handle," Toph said putting her dirty bare feet on the table.

"Either way, you both have my apologies." he took a drink before he set his wooden cup on the table. "Indeed, I'm sure there are some who consider me an eyesore." they eyed Edolas soldiers that were guarding the entrance to the bar. "I write articles that are troublesome for the king and the government." both Gajeel and Toph smirked at Edo-Gajeel. "But I cannot write articles based on lies."

"Sticking it to the 'man' with hard truths. Heh, I like you already." Toph said.

"Man," Gajeel started. "I heard this place was way different from my homeworld..." Gajeel suddenly put his arm around his Edolas counterpart. "...But it ain't that different at all!"

They left the bar and walked through the streets. "Your manners and your smarts... You're just like me!" Gajeel happily said.

Toph shrugged her shoulders. "Smarts... debatable. Manners, hell no." she chuckled.

"Hey! Don't ruin the moment!"

"And I feel your wild, cool side makes you just like me!" Edo-Gajeel said. "Incidentally, I'm exceptionally skilled at singing and playing instruments."

"Oh snap, you two really are alike!" Toph said. "And with me, we'll make an awesome team!" Toph said while smiling.

All three of them bumped their elbows as they decided to form their new alliance together.

A moment later, they were hiding behind a wall with a long line of guards standing in place. "A few of my pals should be here," Gajeel said.

"And if I can get close enough. I'll be able to tell where they are." Toph said.

"Hmm... should someone so young get herself into so much trouble?" Edo-Gajeel asked Toph.

Gajeel chuckled. "Gihi. Trust me, this runt can take care of herself."

"Exactly, so don'cha worry about me!" they still looked at the guards. "If we hang around long enough, the others will cause trouble sooner or later."

"And when they do..." Gajeel started

Edo-Gajeel was on the same wavelength and looked to them both. "Yes. I'll let you know immediately. My information network extends into the kingdom and the Exceeds, you see."

"We're countin' on ya," Gajeel said. "We're gonna make our move based on that."

Edo-Gajeel tipped his hat to him. "You take care, now," he said to both of them.

Gajeel only slightly looked back. "You too."

"This is going to be awesome!" Toph excitedly remarked.

The magic four-wheeler was speeding through the empty, rocky plains. Aang was still on top of the car.

"Hey, kid. Are we being followed?" the pink-haired driver asked.

Aang looked back, and he double-checked if only to make sure Zong wasn't following them. "No, we should be fine!" Aang yelled.

Inside the car, Lucy was in the front-seat while holding Happy. The others were squeezed in the back with Natsu sickly looking down. Chun was worriedly patting his shoulder.

"You're a lifesaver," Lucy said.

"Thank you, very much!" Wendy thanked.

Azula only folded her arms and Natsu looked forward with white ovals for eyes while he was sweating all over his body. "If he vomits on me, somebody in this car is getting burned!" she threatened.

"You're goin' to the royal city, right?" the driver asked. "This is way faster than that shabby ship." raised his hands to his goggles. "The fastest man in Fairy Tail... is me," he raised the goggles to reveal he had the same eyes as Natsu. "Fireball Natsu."

"NATSU!?" everyone gasped in surprise.

"M-Me...?" Natsu sickly asked.

"S-so... you're this world's Natsu!" Lucy said.

"Two Natsus? How many nightmares must I live through?" Azula cried.

"Lucy was right," Edo-Natsu said. "You look alike." he looked to the back seat at Natsu moaning in agony. "So that's your me? Talk about pathetic"

Chun giggled... "He's more awesome outside of vehicles..."

"He usually relies on my magic so he doesn't get sick," Wendy said while she giggled too.

"And he's supposed to be me? Heh." Edo-Natsu chuckled. "Here, I'm a courier wizard known as 'Fireball.'

Natsu's sweating was increasing and he puffed his cheeks. Azula shoved Natsu over Edo-Lisanna and stuck his head out the window. "I am not being thrown-up on!"

"Your friend is pretty ballsy for taking on, The Red Reaper," Edo-Natsu said.

Lucy giggled. "Well, that's Aang. He very strong and is a good friend of mine."

Happy looked all over the interior of the car. "This Magic-mobile doesn't have an SE plug!"

"SE plug?" Chun and Wendy questioned.

"A 'self-energy plug'" Carla explained. "It's a device that converts the driver's magic power into fuel."

"But there no need for that since people don't have magic here," Azula said.

"You mean it's running on magic alone," Wendy asked.

"Huh. When it comes to cars, they're far more advance than Earth Land." Carla said.

"If magic is limited here, couldn't you find an alternative fuel source, like coal or something?" Azula asked. "It's not hard, y' know."

Edo-Natsu looked forward before slamming his foot on the brake, bringing the car to a stop and abruptly shifting everyone forward. Unfortunately, since Aang was hanging onto the ceiling, he was thrown off and screamed as he hit the ground.

Aang angrily got up while there was a large bump on his head. "Hey! That hurt!"

Inside the car, Lucy glared at Edo-Natsu. "Hey! What's the deal?!"

"She is right," he said glancing at Azula. "Magic power is limited, so is magic-powered fuel," he said as he looked to his fuel gauges which housed the magic fuel remaining. "It's hard to come by now. So this is as far as I'll take you. Get out!"

Everyone was shocked. "If I go any further, I won't be able to make it back to the guild. They also just had to change locations again."

Natsu suddenly jumped out of the car. "Ohho!" he cheered. "I'm alive again!"

Edo-Natsu smirked. "Looks like the other me catches on fast. Now get out!" suddenly all of them accept for Edo-Lisanna was thrown out of the car. "I won't stop ya if you wanna take on the kingdom; just don't go dragging us into it too." he looked away from them. "I only helped you out this time because Lucy- I mean my Lucy asked me to. But I don't want any trouble. All I want is to keep on drivin'"

Aang and Natsu glared at Natsu's counterpart. "Hey!" they saw Chun leaning on the car and she sent a death glare to Edolas Natsu while she had a rage tick on the side of her head. "You get out too..."

"I'm not listenin' to a br-"

Suddenly Natsu grabbed him by his red jacket. "She said you get out too!" he tossed him out while Edo-Natsu was frightened after he was forcibly pulled out.

"W-what are you doing, idiot! S-Stop! Quit it!"

"As the same me! I've got somethin' to ask you!?" he dropped him in front of his car. "You..." his eyes shone white as he had the appearance of a menacing figure. "How are you okay with riding vehicles?" he comically asked lowering his knees.

Chun lightly pushed Natsu out of the way and faced Edo-Natsu. "What kind of Natsu are you?" she asked in a low tone.

"What did you-"

"You heard me!" he flinched slightly. "Because the Natsu I know would never turn his back on his friends, even if it meant something bad for him. But you... You were willing to just leave us here and go on your merry way." Chun clenched her fist and closed her eyes. "You're no Natsu! You're just a selfish coward!" after she raised her voice Edolas Natsu fearfully raised his hands in front of his face.

They all perplexingly looked at him. "I-I... I'm sorry..." he apologized while there were tears on the edges of his eyes. "I'm s-sorry..."

"Huh?!" everyone looked on in shock as they saw Edolas Natsu in his sorry state. He was their savior not too long ago, and he went from that to covering his face in fear and being on the verge of crying as he looked totally frightened.

Wooo, feels great to finish this in a week. I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter, and I'll see you in the next update.
