Chapter 28
The Shield vs the Miz and the Miztorauge
After Miz TV, the rest of Monday night Raw went off without a problem. John Cena took on AJ Styles, Kevin Owens, and Rusev in a fatal four way match for the United States championship and AJ Styles won the match and became the new United States champion and also earned John Cena's respect. After the fatal four-way, Alexa Bliss won a women's battle royal for an opportunity to face Bayley for the WWE women's championship next week and finally Braun Strowman took on Elias and won with a running powerslam but then smashed his guitar on his back. Later backstage, Twilight was stretching for her match against Maryse later tonight while being supervised by her friends brother and the three princesses. Just then, the other shield members arrive but things were calm.
Roman: Are you all set for your match, kid?
Twilight: Don't worry about me, Roman. You guys worry about yourselves tonight. Also, just to make sure it's a fair fight between me and Maryse, make sure you guys dish out justice to the Miztorauge after the match.
Seth: Leave it to us, kid. See you later after the match.
With that, Seth, Roman and Dean began to leave the locker room for their match against the Miz, Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. Out in the arena, the Miz, Curtis Axel, and Bo Dallas were already standing in the ring ready for their match with the Shield while the wwe universe booed the trio.
(Cue- Sierra, Hotel, India, Echo, Lima, Delta… Shield)
Hearing that very entrance music, the entire wwe universe began to cheer because the Shield was about to enter the ring. At the top of the arena entrance, Seth, Dean, and Roman appear and they were ready to face the Miz and the Miztorauge in 6 man tag team action.
Michael Cole: Gentlemen, it is feeding time!
Corey Graves: Gentlemen, the Cerberus has come to hunt!
Lilian: And they're opponents at a combined weight of 707 lbs. The intercontinental champion Dean Ambrose and the Raw tag team champions Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. The Shield!
The trio then begin making their way through the crowd to the ring while the Miz and the Miztorauge watched. They climb over the barricade and finally enter the ring while the Miztorauge exited the ring but did not take their eyes off the Shield for a single minute.
Corey Graves: You know, I can't help but feel bad for the Miztorauge.
Booker T: Oh come on, man. How can you feel bad for these guys?
Corey Graves: Well, I mean it's not intentionally they're fault. This match was only possible by the authority.
Michael Cole: That maybe true, Corey. But you got to remember, this match was made because earlier tonight on Miz tv Maryse provoked the fourth hound of justice Twilight into a match.
Corey Graves: That's right. And she made they're match and this one possible by slapping Cadence across the face.
Booker T: And now we got a war between these two teams.
DING! DING! DING!
Back in the ring, Seth and Bo were the first of the two teams to start the match. They two lock up in the collar and elbow tie up. Both men battled for dominance trying to gain the upper hand.
Michael Cole: And here we go, it is Seth Rollins and Bo Dallas to start things off in this big six man tag match.
After a while, Seth Rollins gains the upper hand and places Bo Dallas in a headlock position and makes his way over to his team and tag in Dean Ambrose.
Michael Cole: Here we go. Tag made.
Seth puts Bo in a chin lock as Dean enters the ring. Dean then runs to the other side, bounces off the ropes and delivers a kick to Bo and then delivers a elbow to him.
Michael Cole: Oh wow.
Dean goes for a pin attempt but Bo manages to kick out. Dean stands him up and places him on the ropes. He prepares to rebound him off the rope but Bo counters and makes Dean run to the other side. Dean rebounds off the rope and Bo delivers a dropkick to Dean, knocking him down. Bo then tags in Curtis Axel, who begins to stomp Ambrose.
Michael Cole: And now the Miztorauge takes advantage as Dean Ambrose is in trouble.
Curtis picks up Dean and places him the corner as his teammates. Curtis tags in the Miz and the two begin to stomp Dean but stop due to the ref. The Miz begins to show off to the crowd thus earning himself more boos and then turns his attention back to Dean. He picks Ambrose up and places him on the ropes. The Miz bounces Dean off the ropes and rebounds off the other. The Miz attempts a clothesline but Ambrose ducks underneath.
Michael Cole: Whoa.
Corey Graves: That was a close one.
Dean rebounds off the other and delivers a clothesline of his own, causing the Miz to flip around on his back. The wwe universe begins to cheer on Dean as he makes to his corner in order to tag in Roman. However the Miz was doing the same. Dean reaches his corner and makes the tag to Roman and Miz reaches his corner and tags in Curtis Axel again.
Michael Cole: Here we go. The tag is made and here comes Roman Reigns. The Big Dog on the hunt!
Roman and Curtis charge at each other and Roman delivers multiple clotheslines to Curtis and he then delivers a powerful right hook to Bo Dallas, knocking him off the apron. Roman turns around and dodges a clothesline from Curtis. He rebounds off the ropes and deliver a jumping clothesline to Curtis Axel.
Michael Cole: Oh!
Booker T: That's it for Axel.
Curtis manages to stand himself up in the corner but Roman takes advantage and delivers multiple clotheslines to Axel as the wwe universe counted his clotheslines. On the last one, Roman pulled Axel from the corner and delivers a powerful clothesline, knocking him down. The shield was now in control of the match as Roman Reigns overpowered Curtis Axel. Victory was in the shields grasp. Roman makes his way into the corner across from Curtis and prepared to deliver his special move. He gets into position as Curtis was getting to his feet.
Michael Cole: Uh-oh. We know what's coming. Don't turn around, Curtis. You're not gonna like it.
Curtis finally gets to his feet and turns around but sees Roman run toward him and deliver a superman punch to him.
Michael Cole: Superman punch!
Booker T: Good night, Axel!
Roman tries for a pin attempt but the Miz enters the ring and breaks up the count and Curtis rolls aside. Roman attempts to counter but the Miz sets up Roman for a skull crushing finale. Just before Miz could do it, Seth launches himself in the air and takes out the Miz with a massive knee to his face.
Michael Cole: Miz trying to go for a skull crushing finale! But Rollins breaks it up and takes out the Miz!
Bo enters the ring and delivers a dropkick to Seth but Dean enters the ring and takes out Bo Dallas with his signature move Dirty Deeds. Dallas rolls out of the ring and toward the Miz. Dean and Seth rebound of the ropes and deliver duo suicide dives to the Miz and Bo Dallas. Meanwhile, in the ring, Curtis attempts to takes advantage of a distracted Roman and roll him up for the pin but Roman escapes. He bounces off the ropes and delivers a massive spear to Curtis.
Michael Cole: SPEAR! To Curtis Axel!
Seth and Dean enter the ring and lift Curtis up on to the big dogs shoulders. The wwe universe was very excited because the Shield were preparing to deliver their signature move.
Michael Cole: You know what this means!
Booker T: Here we go!
Corey Graves: Open the gates! Unleash the Cerberus from Hades!
With one swift move, the trio slam Curtis down and Roman pins Curtis.
Michael Cole: Triple power bomb! Cover!
1…2…3!
Ding! Ding! Ding!
Lillian: Here are you're winners, the Shield!
Michael Cole: What a fight!
Corey Graves: Once again, the Shield stand tall over the Miz.
The victory was amazing but the Shield weren't finished yet. Seth and Dean exit the ring and pick up Dallas and toss him into the ring. Using the ropes to stand himself up, he makes it to his feet and turns himself around but is speared by Roman.
Michael Cole: Spear to Dallas!
Corey Graves: Looks like the hounds of justice are not done yet!
The Miz wastes little time escaping and makes his way up the ramp and finally safely to the back. But at that moment, the Miz was tossed right back out into the arena causing everyone to become confused and wonder who it was that tossed the Miz back out.
Michael Cole: What the hell?!
Corey Graves: The Miz just got tossed straight back onto the stage. I wonder who did that? Braun Strowman? John Cena? Randy Orton even?
However, the tosser revealed to be none other than Twilight's big brother Shining Armor who was not in a good mood because he was very angry because of what Maryse did to Cadence earlier tonight.
Corey Graves: Oh boy. It's Shining Armor.
Michael Cole: And by the look on his face, he is not in a pleasant mood, especially after earlier tonight.
The Miz regains his composure and sees an angry Shining Armor glaring at him. He tries to beg for mercy and apologize for what Maryse did, but instead Shining Armor picks him up and tosses him down the ramp and he comes to a stop in front of the ring. Shining Armor makes his way toward the Miz and then pick him up. With enough force, Shining Armor tosses The Miz into the ring apron spine first.
Michael Cole: Oh god! The Miz sent into the apron spine first!
Corey Graves: Looks like Shining Armor wants to join this massacre with the hounds of justice!
Shining Armor looks up into the ring and sees the Shield staring at him with smiles on their faces. He then picks up the Miz and tosses him into the ring in order for Roman Reigns to deliver a spear to the A-lister.
Michael Cole: Spear to the Miz!
Shining Armor lifts up both of his thumbs and points them downwards. Knowing what it means, Seth and Dean pick up the Miz and places both arms on their shoulders. Roman then lets out a roar and the two place the Miz onto Roman's shoulders.
Michael Cole: Uh-oh!
Corey Graves: Here we go again!
Booker T: These people love it. They love this kind of action!
Corey Graves: Get ready! The Miz is about to go to straight to hades!
With one swift move, the three hounds of justice slam the Miz down hard. Knocking him unconscious, causing all of the wwe universe to go crazy even more. After it was done, Seth exit the ring and urges Shining Armor to enter the ring as well and all four men place their fists together and the shield theme resumed playing.
Michael Cole: What a moment here on Monday night Raw.
Corey Graves: The Miztorauge have been eradicated by the Shield!
Booker T: What a fight! But you know it's not over yet.
Michael Cole: That's right, Booker. Still to come tonight, Twilight Sparkle and Maryse will do battle!
Corey Graves: Well, I got my money on Twilight and it's with good reason.
Booker T: That's exactly a good point, Corey. And you can guarantee, Maryse is going to the hospital tonight. So, I hope the Miz took out health insurance on both him and his wife.
