As I strolled to the back of the Market Place towards Katrina's tent, I wondered if Rosie had ever tried the same thing I was trying to accomplish. Maybe she would like to try the same thing as me? And maybe even Jill, too... Wasn't entirely sure about Jack, but he might like it as well. I decided I would get all of them in on the action with a special little spell.
I peeked my head through the tent flaps and spotted the panther digging around. And of course, her thick, black diaper was on full display. "Hello, Katrina?"
She poked her head up and quickly concealed her diaper with her dress. "Ah! Oh... It's you, Charlie... You really startled me for a moment there..."
"It's okay," I told her. "Say, you wouldn't happen to have a magic spell or some tarot card that could maybe let me and my friends... poop more?"
Katrina gave me a confused look. "I understand that you want to enjoy your baby lifestyle more, but you must remember I'm mostly just a fortune teller, not a witch," she told me in her calm voice.
"Right, but-"
"And besides," she interrupted. "The last time I attempted something of that nature ended horrendously..."
"Oh yeah... True..." I cringed a bit suddenly remembering the day Rosie got transformed into my diaper. "But maybe you could try something?"
The panther shook her head. "Even if I were to try, I highly doubt any of these books would contain anything related to an increase in defecation... I'm sorry."
With a sigh, I responded, "That's okay... Sorry to disturb you, then."
"Don't be, I always enjoy your company, dear," Katrina said with a smile.
"Heh, thanks..." Her speaking of company reminded me to the double date again. The more I thought about it, we had never spent any time at all with Katrina outside of her tent. "So, um... You wouldn't wanna spend some more time with us? Rosie was hoping to get us together for some ice cream..."
Katrina put her paw up to her mouth and sighed as she pondered for a moment. I heard her murmuring, "Hmm... I haven't had ice cream since I was a cub... Could be nice..." She then turned back to me and said, "That sounds very nice, Charlie. Thank you for inviting me, I never get to spend time like this very often..."
"Well, I guess now's your chance! It'll be fun."
"Yes, I suppose so..."
As I made my way out of the tent, I waved goodbye and said, "See you around sunset! The stand right down the lane!"
"Many thanks, Charlie!" she said as she waved back.
Once I was back in the sunlight, I knew I had to tell Rosie that I had invited those two to the double date. I was unsure of how she would feel, but no matter what, I needed to let her know ahead of time. I whipped out my phone and texted her a quick message.
"Hey, so I might have
invited Isabelle and
Katrina to our double
date..."
"Oh, that's okay! I
admittedly forgot
about inviting them,
so I just went ahead
and called it a double
date! It's a good
thing you did!"
"So it's all cool?"
"Of course, silly!"
I breathed a huge sigh of relief. Knowing Rosie was okay with it reassured me that the night might be safe, after all. I strolled back to my camper and sped off for my camp once again.
As the afternoon came and went, I made sure to not use my diaper until the time was ripe. I even went out of my way to eat a bit more than usual to ensure the best results. I was so full I felt like I would throw up, but I just told myself it would all be fine in the end.
Eventually, I got another reminder text from Rosie, who was very clearly ecstatic about later.
"Only a half hour
longer! I can't wait!"
"Same! See you
soon!"
I tossed my phone back onto the table with wide eyes. A half hour?! Where had all the time gone? As I looked up to the sky, it was starting to get dark... I figured I'd still have a little time to freshen up, though.
I got a warm bubble bath all prepared and hopped into the tub as the sun was beginning to duck below the horizon. With a happy sigh, I sank into the bubbly pool, thankful I had bought it fairly recently. It was kinda tricky washing myself without it...
A couple minutes passed, and the sky had turned dark. I was ready to get out and get dressed again for the ice cream social until something caught my eye. It was a lone star up above, the first one of the night. How lucky! I had always heard about wishing on stars, but I had never really tried it for myself. Well, seeing as I still had that issue to think about, now was as good a time as any...
"Star light, star bright, the first star I see tonight... I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish I wish tonight..." I whispered. "I wish... I wish all my friends and I would be able to know what it's like to have much bigger messes. Just for tonight."
The star twinkled as soon as I finished whispering my wish. It was strange, but I just wrote it off as a coincidence. A lot of people do say this kind of stuff is bogus, anyway. I hopped out of the tub, got my clothes back on, and drove off to get some ice cream.
