"This is Jason Carter Attorney General of the Department of Justice. At the behest of the President I am making the following statement for the public. Lex Luthor carried out illegal cloning experiments and somehow got his hands on Superman's blood. The man we saw rob the bank was a fake. I have issued an arrest for Alexander Luthor on the charges of conspiracy, murder, illegal cloning, and many other charges…"

Lex owns an Island in South America and has an underground compound on the Island. When he enters the facility Superman is waiting for him, flies him back to the states, and is put in prison until his trial can be held.

"Would you state your name for the record please." Attorney General requests.

"Mercy Graves…" She pauses dramatically, "…Luthor."

He and everyone else in the courtroom are shocked, "Are you saying that you are married to Alexander Luthor?"

"I am."

"And when did this happen?"

"Two months ago."

"Did Mister Luthor ask you to marry him, so that you wouldn't have to testify against him?"

"Objection your honor!"

"Overruled."

"He confessed his feelings for me and I…I must admit that I have always had an attraction for him. We married, consummated our love and as we speak I am pregnant with his child." Lex and Mercy did marry and they did have sex, but she was artificially inseminated with engineered DNA from Lex and Superman in order to hide his DNA from the Authorities.

"In light of this new evidence your honor I ask that Mrs. Luthor be excused from testimony."

"You are dismissed."

Lex smiles as she leaves the stand. "Your honor we would like to call Miss Eve Tessmacher." When the Attorney General says this Lex's smile vanishes. He had Eve cloned and faked her death. He had planned it so carefully and now all hope of escaping this was lost. The Mysterious Question had tipped off Clark Kent and Superman found her and turned her in.

Her testimony is damaging and she had told them everything. Lex's land deal scam, illegal cloning, his attacks on and the things he said about Superman, The incident with General Zod. His illegal weapons dealing. "What happened to Superman's DNA?"

"I truly do not know." She replies wiping her eyes. She would have never testified against Lex, except for the fact the Question contacted her and said that if she did not, the next question would be; where is my mother? So she testified in exchange for an immunity deal. Lex was sentenced to life in prison.

"May I speak with you?" Mercy Graves asks stopping Superman after the trial is over.

"What do you want Mrs. Luthor?"

"Your help…I agreed to marry Lex. I did not agree to carry this…thing inside me. I told him no and he drugged me and implanted the baby inside me against my will." Superman sighs and takes her to Star Labs. "What is that?" She asks .lying on a table.

"An artificial enzyme produced by female Kryptonians…It seems Luthor had the sense to use sunlight to rid the DNA sample of the kryptonite poisoning. The baby's Kryptonian side is stronger than its human side. It still needs the enzyme or both you and the baby could die." Nine months later Mercy Graves is given a C-Section to remove the baby. Superman takes the baby to his human parents to be raised. They name him Connor Kent and Clark gives him the Kryptonian name Kon-El.

The public's faith in Superman had been restored and people all over the world looked up with hope when they spotted him flying over their city. When a hurricane tried to hit Florida he diverted it with his super breath. He stopped terrorists from stealing a soviet nuclear submarine and saved the passengers of the Ocean liner the SS Queen which is owned by Oliver Queen.

BIZARRO

He wakes up on an uninhabited planet, with a red sun. Because of his molecular structure his powers are not based on the solar energy of the sun. He flies across the planet and when he finds no one he leaves the planet , flying through the vacuum of space. He flies into a wormhole and exits in another galaxy. He lands on a planet similar to earth, but in its prehistoric era. The inhabitants talk backwards the same as he does and comes to call the planet home.

A few years after living on the planet, it is visited by Sinestro. "Who am you?"

"My name is Sinestro."

"Sinestro?"

"Yes can we be enemies?"

"You am me enemy. We enemies everfor." Sinestro smiles.
