Chapter 30- Together we fall
We waited all of the next day for any signs the Autobots were coming back to rescue us, when there were no signs that anyone was coming Bee and I initiated our breakout operation.
"He'll be here in a couple of minutes so prepare yourself, remember what we talked about" I said Bumblebee nodded his helm and laid on the floor of the cell, making it look like he had passed out. I forced myself to start leaking, it had to be convincing so the vehicon wouldn't have any doubts that it was a trap.
I waited, listening for padsteps coming down the hallway, when I did hear some I looked at Bee and nodded. He powered off his optics and I started my half of the act.
"HELP HELP, SOMEONE HELP!" I screamed at the door, I heard the steps quicken slightly so I continued screaming. "SOMEONE PLEASE HELP HES ON THE GROUND!". When the door opened the vehicon stepped inside.
I was cradling Bees helm blocking the vehicon from seeing that his optics had repowered on. "Help please help him!" I yelled to the vehicon, he put the tray of energon down and walked over to Bee and I.
"What happened?" He asked, "now we do improve" I thought "He was walking and then he just fell to the ground!" I said. The vehicon inched closer to us, I turned my helm to Bee and gave him a small nod.
I tackled the vehicon and Bee went to the door to guard "What in the-" the vehicon started Bumblee transformed his blaster and aimed it at the Vehicons helm before turning his attention back to the door. "Say another word and my partner will blast your processor out of your helm" I said the vehicon trembled a bit before nodding his helm in agreement.
"We have three questions for you answer before we let you go, number one where in a kaon pit are the escape pods?" I asked, the vehicon hesitated before he spoke "O-on the south side if the ship" he finally said. "Good, next where are you fraggers keeping my swords and if you lie I will kill you".
"They're be-beeing kept in the small armory near the escape pods" he said, it was too easy to get anything out if these idiots. "Last one and then you can leave" I said he seemed a little hopeful, that was going to change in a moment "Which direction is this flying death trap headed in?" He paused again before speaking.
"South of the mine we caught you two at" he finally said. "See that wasnt so hard? Now you get to do us a favor, you get to help us get all that stuff and if anyone asks why you have us tell them we're going to see Knockout, mmk?" He nodded, I let go of him so he could stand. "Lead the way" I said pushing him out of the door, Bee grabbed the energon on the tray and the three of us made our way to the south side of the ship.
"So how much longer is it going to take Decepticon?" I asked, though we'd only bee walking for a moment but the quicker we got our afts out of here the longer it would take for these idiots to notice that we were gone. "We should be there in a minute" he replied "The first thing we're getting are your swords", he was still pretty timid but at least we were getting somewhere with him "Good, and you better not be lying or you know the consequences" I said. He took a sharp breath in as we rounded the corner.
Another vehicon was walking toward us "Transform your blaster" I whispered, he did as he was told and Bee and I stood in front if him to make it seem as if he was leading us somewhere not the other way around.
"Where are you taking these Autobot scum?" The new vehicon asked, I elbowed our vehicon so he would reply faster. "To Knockout, he requested I take them too him for more information" he replied. "Good, hes sticking to the script" I thought, the other vehicon shrugged "Well let's hope they give us something useful this time" he sneered before moving past us and continuing to walk down the hall behind us.
"Good job, now let's keep moving" I ordered, he obliged and continued to lead us down the hallway before taking us into a room after transforming his blaster.
"So this is your tiny armory" I said, it was small about as big as a broom closet with swords and what seemed like other confiscated weapons on some shelves that lined the walls. "Bee you keep watch on him while I look for my swords" Bee nodded his helm and walked in, there wasnt much in here but two black plasma swords had to stick out in this plane grey room.
"Where are you?" I thought as I scanned the shelves, they weren't on any if the low ones so I shifted my gaze to the top shelves. "Of course they did" I thought when I spotted them on the top shelf, I began to climb onto the other shelves to reach the top one becuase it almost touched the ceiling.
I finally managed to grab them when I'd reached the third highest shelf in the room, after I grabbed both of them I jumped down and left the armory. "He cause you any problems while I was gone?" I asked securing my swords into their case on my back, Bee shook his head no. "Alright then I guess we keep going, show us the way to the escape pods" I said pushing him forward to get our small group moving again.
"The escape pods should be just over here" the vehicon said rounding a corner, in front of us 5 escape pod hatches lined the wall "Alright then you're all free to go, and might I remind you that if you say anything to anyone about this I will decapitate you" I said with a sweet smile. He nodded his helm and back away slowly before turning around and basically running from Bee and I.
"Well looks I scared another mech off" I said smiling with a little giggle as a talked, Bee just rolled his optics in response. "Pick an escape pod put in the coordinates that we got for the drop site, and I'll be with you in a couple of minutes" Bee just looked at me as of to say "Where the frag are you going now?". "I'm just going to take care of something quickly" I said before jogging out of the escape pod deck. Bee rolled his optics and accessed one of the escape pods.
I jogged down the long hallways of Arachnids kaon pit ship looking for the control room, I was going to do a little damage before I got off of this fragging thing. "Gotcha" I said under my breather when I spotted the control room.
"Voices, who the frag could be in there at this time of night?" I thought it was true it was almost midnight right now, I went to one of the edges of the door frame to listen into the conversation.
"Listen Soundwave, I know just because Twinwave is an Autobot and shes the enemy doesnt mean that I'm gonna break my bond with her", "So Rainjet was still on board, and shes talking about me? Werid" I shifted closer to the door edge to get a better listen about what they were talking about.
Soundwave played a series of audio clips to form his counter sentence "She left you for the Autobots" was his argument, "I know she did, but it doesn't I mean I love her any less and vise versa" Rainjet responded.
"Well at least shes defending me" I thought, I waited for awhile to see if they were going to say anything else. But it was complete silence in the control room, I inched closer to the door trying to get a look inside.
It was mostly black so I couldn't see very much "I need to get in there" I thought crouching, I shuffled into the room to start cutting some power lines. "Weird they just dissapeared" I thought, rows and rows of monitors and circuit grids met my optics. I picked the one closest to me and drew one of my swords and began cutting a wire. I moved onto the next, I wanted to cut at least one wire from each grid.
I cut two rows before I was at the back of the room, and when I got there I nearly dropped the sword I was holding.
At the back of the room Soundwave had push Rainjet into a corner and was kissing her (don't question the logic you infernal human), I ignored the bond we shared I ignored all my emotions the only thing I felt was rage.
I drew my other midnight black sword and ran at Soundwave slashing the back of his neck, he turned around he looked mad. I saw Rainjets shocked face she looked liked she'd been leaking, I ignored her and turned my attention to Soundwave. "You asshole, she was mine" I took another go at him aiming for his spark, I missed it by an inch.
He was still in shock, I was so mad and angry that my vision was closing around me into dark, it was like going through a tunnel."How could she do this to me?" I thought and as I did I just kept hitting him, aiming for his spark but I continued to miss each time. And by the time the tunnels around my optics had dissolved, Soundwave laid on the ground leaking energon from all over his body. He looked so crippled lying it.
I hadn't realised before but I was leaking lubricate from my optics, I looked down at his crumpled body and kicked it as hard as I could. Then I turned my vision up to Rainjet, she was still leaking "I cant believe you, you promised!" I screamed. "I-I-" she started but I interrupted her. "Save it, but I wont be here when he's gone" I spat.
Before I left I cut one of the grids in half, and I ran out of the control room ignoring the alarms that were blaring around me. I didn't care anymore, the only person I'd ever cared enough for had just broken the last promise she'd given me. Nothing mattered anymore, I just needed to get off of this death trap.

Flashback
"You know I love you right?" Rainjet said to me as we sat in the garden in the very spot where we'd met. "I know you do" I smiled "I love you too, but sometimes you are so annoying". Rainjet laughed before she spoke "We'll if makes you feel any better, you're annoying sometimes you too" she said.
I shoved her a little and laughed "Yeah yeah sure" I said, she just smiled at me "I want you to remember that I'll never hurt you, in anyway. I love you way too much to do that" she said, I smiled "Well that's nice to know" I said.
The two of us went back to watching the sky.
End of flashback
I leaked more after my little flashback ended, remembering what she'd promised me hurt. I kept running towards the escape pod hanger, one of them was missing along with Bumblebee. "This day just keeps getting worse and worse" I thought, pad steps and a small amount of blaster fire could be heard from behind me. "Seems like back up finally arrived" I thought, but was already too late for them to come rescue us. "Bee probably got spooked by the blaster fire or thought I got myself recaptured" I said out loud.
"Wonder how many Autobots in here" I thought, but there want time to investigate. I climbed into one of the pods "Scrap I dont have the coordinates that Bee was given for the drop site" I realised "What do I care? The minute i get back to the Autobots I'll just get put back into combat, and theres no way that's happening. I'm done fighting this pointless war" I thought climbing into the nearest escape pod and closing the hatch behind me.
"I'm getting off this planet here and now" I said, strapping myself into the pod and launching it. I wasn't staying here, not after what had just happened to me.
