HELLO, AND WELCOME TO THE NEXT CHAPTER OF THE DEMONS WITHIN! IN THE LAST CHAPTER, ALICE AND ANDREW ARRIVAL AT THE MASTER'S HOUSE, AND ALICE WENT TO CONFRONT HER FRIENDS AND TELL THE EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED ON HER WAY BACK TO HER HOUSE. LET'S SEE WHERE THIS CHAPTER TAKES US!
I ONLY OWN THE HUMANS!
Alice ran downstairs, and the room fell silent.
"You don't have to stop talking about me." Alice said, "I heard everything."
"Honey, we weren't-" Mrs. West started.
"Don't tell me that you weren't talking me. I heard you on cameras." Alice said, "Do you want to know what really happened between Andrew and I?"
Everyone nodded their heads, and Alice sat beside Hannah.
Alice crouched behind Andrew, as they saw Springtrap stalking the trees.
"Damn girl. I was busy, and now I was sent out to hunt you. When I catch you, I'm gonna torture you till you pass out." He was saying. They pressed themselves lower to the ground as he passed, and they didn't move until the sound of his footsteps faded.
"Ok, he's gone," Andrew said, standing. Alice stood but kept herself covered as much as she could.
"Can we just go?" Alice asked, "It's cold."
"How much farther?" Andrew asked, and Alice looked around for the nearest landmark.
"At the rate we're going, another day, at least," Alice said, starting to walk past him. She was uncomfortable and cold and was only listening for the animatronics. She stalked under the bushes, occasionally having to slap Andrew's hand away from her ass.
"If you don't stop touching me" Alice hissed, finally fed up with it, "I'm gonna leave your ass behind."
"Sorry." He said, and Alice rolled her eyes, fully aware he wasn't sorry at all. They stayed low as the passed another animatronic. The same one Alice saw torturing Elizabeth: Nightmare Freddy. He slowly moved through the forest, making sure to check every tree and every bush. He was sure to find them. He stopped beside the bush they were in, and Alice slowly drew her knife. She heard the bushes rustle, and she let up, stabbing him right through his chest.
"Graaaah! You little bitch!" He picked her up by the throat, and her knife fell to the ground. Nightmare Freddy pressed a claw into her arm and traced a long, red line down her arm. Then he dropped her. Alice looked up to see Andrew had shoved her knife deep into Nightmare Freddy's stomach. He dropped to the ground, presumably dead.
"Thanks." Alice said, taking her knife back and sheathing it.
"Course." He said, and they kept moving. They found the edge of the forest and looked into Alton. Most of it was either destroyed or burning, but the few buildings that survived were being guarded by the animatronics, some of which were dragging screaming, terrified people into the.
"How the hell did it get this bad?" Alice asked, more to herself, "Are they really prepared to go this far to get to me?"
"Wait, they're after you?" Andrew demanded, looking at Alice in shock.
"You didn't know that? And I still don't understand why." Alice said, feeling him back away from her bit. He stepped on a stick, and Alice quickly turned to push him to the ground. The animatronics looked to where the noise came from and started to walk towards it. They stayed low, trying to escape the impending fight. It seemed almost unavoidable until they heard a garbled noise, which the animatronics turned towards and ignored the humans.
"What was that?" Andrew asked, keeping his voice low.
"I don't know, but let's not stick around and find out." Alice whispered, leading Andrew away from the town, back into the forest. They slowly and quietly made their way towards Alice's house. They got near her street. seeing two animatronics. One was Nightmare Foxy, and the other one was black with white stripes on its legs which were pointing at the end and on its arms which had three fingers on it. It had three white buttons on its torso and a long slender neck. On its face, it had a mask that had red lipstick and cheeks, with a wide smile on its mouth, two small eyes, and purple tears that ran down from its eyes to the mouth.
"That's not what I implied, Nightmare Foxy." The new one said, turning its head away from Alice and Andrew, "Of course I want to kill her. But the only way to do that is to follow orders."
"Ye know what yer problem is, lad? Yer too by ta book. Ye need ter let go some lad. Orders be damned, I say we just kill her." Nightmare Foxy said.
"No, Nightmare Foxy. I would prefer not to anger the Creator." The skinny one said.
"Listen ter yerself Puppet. Ye used ta be ta one who always encouraged everyone ter have fun." Nightmare Foxy said.
"And now our freedom is at stake." Puppet said, "End of discussion."
"Fine." Nightmare Foxy said, crossing his arms. Puppet slowly turned its head towards where Alice and Andrew hid. They crouched lower, trying to keep away from the animatronic's line of sight. It turned away, and they quickly and quietly arrived at Alice's house.
"And that's what really happened." Alice said, almost in tears.
"Oh, Alice, we didn't mean to upset you." Elizabeth said, "None of what was said really was meant. It just sorta...came up."
"Yeah." Hannah said, "We're really sorry, Alice."
"I just...I just don't understand why." Alice sobbed, covering her face with her hands, "You all know I'm not like that, right?"
"Of course we do, sweetheart." Ms. West said, "They never meant to hurt you."
"I know." Alice cried.
She felt someone's body wrap around hers. She looked up to see Matt, hugging her close and tightly.
"Everybody in this room loves and cares for you, Alice, and nobody wants to see you upset like this." He said, kissing her forehead, "But during times of crisis, people do things that they normally wouldn't do. Even the best of people. I'm not saying I think you did it, by all means, I know you didn't. But it was just a possibility that you felt pressured and that was the only relief you had. Do you understand what I'm trying to say?"
"Yeah." Alice said, no longer crying, but still sniffing and with a red face, "Thanks, Matt."
"It's why I'm here." He said, kissing her mouth this time.
"Uh, we have a problem." Goldie said, appearing in the room.
"What's wrong?" Alice said, stepping forward.
"Springtrap's in the building." Goldie said.
