Here's the next chapter. I hope you enjoy it. Please read and review love Hermione xxx

Arthur was at home in total shock as he got the summons to come to Hogwarts to meet with Lord Black. He hadn't expected to be taken all that seriously but he was. He entered the floo and flooed to the office Harry had told him to go to. When he emerged from the floo Harry was there a full tea service before him with different cakes and pastries there.

"Welcome Mr Weasley and please have a seat. We have decided to choose you for the marriage of Pandora Tonks to Frederick Weasley. Help yourself to some tea and cakes please. Now as you know we will require a bride price and I know all about your house as my twin Lord Potter has been there numerous times and told me all about it. You have a lot of money that you don't even realise is there. Because I lived in the muggle world I can see the potential of everything. I need to ask you would it be possible for you to ask those at your department to allow you to take any and all muggle things home with you?" he asked as Arthur smiled.

"Well thank you so much Lord Black. As I am the head of the Misuse of Muggle Artefacts Department I can take the stuff home any time I like. It just collects space and dust in the vaults at work. I would have already except my wife Molly wouldn't like it. I can do that of course but can I ask you why?" he asked as he took a bite of his Victoria sponge and moaned at its wonderful taste. Even Molly's wasn't this good and hers was wonderful.

"Well in the muggle world they hold auctions where people buy these kinds of things and I will be having my house elf fix them all and then sell them on for you at a muggle London auction house. We will have to concoct some kind of lie about you having too much stock in your warehouse or something like that. Then once the money is made in pounds we transfer that to galleons and place it in your family vault at the bank. This way you do in fact then have a bride price for me" he said as Arthur looked both happy and sad.

"I agree to do as you ask but I do admit I am sad. I do love those items and will miss being around them so often" he said seriously.

"Ok Arthur let's go casual now. You may call me Harry. For now we are just friends having a friendly chat. Lord Orion Black did everything and I mean everything as he wanted to but it was all wrong. It is no wonder you didn't know this or anything else really. What an incompetent fool he was. Besides which the bride price for one of the Black family weddings will come from Muggle dealings and I hope that bastard is spinning in his grave!" he snapped as Arthur looked shocked to the core.

"Thank you Harry" he said as Harry continued.

"Now then how many of these items do you get each week at work and what are you expected to do with them?" he asked as Arthur grimaced.

"Well we get hundreds of them each week and the Minister requests that I deal with and get rid of them as soon as I can as he hates having them in the ministry storage rooms!" he said seriously as Harry got a grin on his face which made him feel nervous.

"The fact that the Minister for magic is a fool helps us here. He wants you to get rid of those things and we will each month. You see I have discovered if you are nice to your house elves and treat them well indeed then they can show you all kinds of things they can do. You see when someone of an ancient and most noble house marries someone else the Lord Black of the time in this case myself must accept an agreed upon bride price and must give a gift of good faith to the family too. My current gift of good faith is the use of Lolly my house elf to clean and sell your items at auctions for you. Lolly please come here!" he said as the now transformed elf entered as a five ft women with minimal curves and brown hair. She would be perfect for selling the items. Her English wouldn't be great but they would say she was foreign as a cover and it would be perfect.

"Did you do as I asked you to?" he asked her while she looked at Arthur guiltily for a moment.

"I did sir. Mrs Weasel was not happy and almost hit me but I managed to escape her. I could not tells her why I was there she was too loud to even hear me!" she said panicked.

"Please Lolly I will talk to Molly later on about it. What did you do?" Arthur asked as she smiled at him.

"I moved all the stuffs from your work stuffs rooms to your sheds sir. It is all there now. Every week I will take it there for a few days and then I wills sell it for yous in London!" she said smiling as he smiled back at her.

"As the rest of my gift of good faith your house will get new furniture in it. Jim Potter or should I say Lord Potter informs me that while it is the best house he's ever been in the furniture all looks old and close to breaking at any moment something I cannot allow to continue. If my in laws so speak were damaged I couldn't live with myself. Tell Molly to expect new things later in the week and Lolly will also clean the house once too. Some of the furniture in the home might be suitable for auction too. Tell Molly each week for a few days the stuff from work will be in the shed but it will be sold for profit. You can keep ten or so items. I also have something rather useful for you too!" he said plonking the briefcase on the table which he opened with a click and smiled brightly at the confused expression on Arthur's face as he handed him a book.

"My mother is muggleborn and I was raised in the muggle world therefore it is only fair I give you this book. It documents the most common things you have here from the muggle world and tells you not only how they work but what they do. When your stuff is sold in a few hours we will decide the bride price. You see I can be very convincing and through coincidence alone I was able to get Lolly here to squeeze the first batch of things into the auction already. We will see what happens in a while. I think they sale has started already yes?" he asked as Lolly smiled.

"Yes sir. With some elves magic they didn't know the last items appear there for sale. They must all be sold and I have put a reserve thingy like you explained of one thousand pounds on some of the objects. In total we had five hundred items today. Some of them will be sold in groups I think. That will be much faster and I did not put them all in the one place because then we'll be here all day!" she said smartly. She had in fact used twenty different auction houses to sell twenty five items each. She didn't tell Arthur about the fact that used phones and the net now because he wouldn't understand them and anyway she didn't understand them herself. Arthur was stunned at the efficiency of the elf. She had done very well indeed. He was stunned that it would be a matter of time before he hand a cheque in his hands.

"So Harry if you don't mind me asking why did you choose us I am sure Pandora got many other great offers?" he asked as Harry studied him for a moment.

"Arthur I chose you because you were the most down to earth. To be honest you said it like it was no hiding anything. You only wanted to do this for your son you weren't looking for some secret hidden benefit!" he said as Lolly popped back in with a cheque which she handed to Harry.

"This says fifty thousand galleons Lolly well done" he addressed her smiling.

"Yes the first auction finished and this was what we made on it!" she said as both Harry and Arthur gasped. If this was all from the first auction he'd be loaded by the end of the day.

"Ok Arthur I have decided on my bride price. I want two hundred thousand galleons for Miss Pandora Tonks. I will have Lolly deliver the cheques to me first as I want to see them before I give them to you. It is merely curiosity of course. Now each of your children can have new wands, pets and robes. It was pleasure doing business with you Arthur. Now please sign this contract here!" he said producing one from the briefcase. Arthur eyed him in awe. He looked down at the contract and read it through.

Here is the contract laid out for the marriage of Pandora Cecelia Tonks and Frederick Gideon Weasley. Both Lord Harry James Black and Mr Arthur William Weasley are in agreeance that a bride price of two hundred thousand galleons should be paid to Miss Pandora Cecelia Tonks to solidify the credence of this marriage contract. It will be paid as and when Mr Arthur William Weasley obtains it from the sale of his muggle items in various auctions in Muggle London.

Lord Harry James Black has given as a gift of good faith the use of his house elf Lolly to facilitate in the selling of those items in muggle London and a suite of new furniture for The Burrows the current residence of Mr Frederick Gideon Weasley. This contract is beneficial for both parties involved. The rules of said contract are laid out as such.

Both parties may not be involved in any relationships until they marry at the age of seventeen in accordance with the marriage contracts of tradition as set forth by the old pureblood family standards.

Should a gift be received on behalf of both parties from another interested party blame is to be placed on that other party and as it is not cordial such gifts may not be returned.

Should either party wish to tell others they are dating instead of involved in a marriage contract they may do so.

Adultery or fornication are not allowed until the said parties do marry at the age of seventeen.

Kisses, cuddles and general affections are allowed at all times.

Fellatio/cunnilingus or any other oral act may be performed from time to time but consummation must wait until the night of the marriage.

In this marriage both parties are expected to sire two children as and when they see fit. Should they wish to have other children it is their right and choice.

Both parties will submit to a core level examination once this contract has been signed and said contract will be spelled so only those parties involved and their parents can read it. To other parties it will look boring and uninteresting. People are not allowed to know personal Black family business until such time as it is agreed upon y all parties involved in it.

Both parties may have and maintain any job they see fit without judgement. A fee of one thousand galleons is to go to Frederick Gideon Weasley for his own use absolutely as is customary with old pureblood traditions. It can be any amount the current Lord Black decides and I feel one thousand galleons will be more then enough.

Both parties shall be treated equally. Saying someone looks good or sexy is not a crime and not to be treated as such.

Signed in agreeance,

Lord Harry James Black

Mr Arthur William Weasley.

Arthur took the bag for one thousand galleons smiling as both Fred and Pandora entered seeing each other and blushed deeply.

"Welcome Frederick, Pandora. This contract here was signed by myself and Lord Potter just now. You will be able to read your copies of it but no one else will. Frederick myself and Lord Black have come to a business arrangement I didn't think of before which will essentially make me very rich indeed. I will be paying the bride price of two hundred thousand galleons to Miss Tonks when I have it. Please advice your brothers that we will be going to Diagon Alley on Saturday next to get you all new robes, wands and pets!" he said as Fred gasped.

"Thank you dad, Lord Black. I am honoured you would select someone like me to be honest. I'm not much but Pandora here is wonderful. You have made my day in fact my life!" he said flashing her a brilliant smile.

"You are everything Frederick don't say that. Thank you eh Lord Black Mr Weasley for everything. Let's see that contract then!" she said cheekily her hair going through colour cycles as Fred eyed it as though he was entranced by her in that moment. At home Andromeda got a notification of the marriage contract by the new Lord Black and showed her husband who were all happy for their daughter. She was angry at the name change from Nymphadora to Pandora but even she realised it had been done out of spite and rage at the Blacks as a whole. Finding out she'd been reinstated made her family internal magic sing with joy and she was not about to do anything to jeopardise it.

Arthur returned home to find his house already with brand new couches, beds, table and chairs, wardrobes and anything else one could need to a fretting Molly over her clean house. When she heard about his influx of sudden cash she was amazed and very happy indeed. Miss Tonks would be a wonderful addition for her family. She was very apologetic to Lolly whom she'd called to her to apologise for screaming at her. Lolly was so happy. That night they all went to bed feeling more content then they ever had.
