Chapter 26

"So..." Tence, who was sitting on the bed in casual shorts and a loose t-shirt, looked up as Acti walked out of the bathroom of the hotel room they were using in only a pair of black pants while drying his hair. "Erika will be back soon."

"That was fast." Acti said and threw his towel back at the bathroom. "Did she call or..?" He rolled his eyes at the look Tence gave him. "Fine, fine, sheesh, tear my head off for asking a question."

"For your information, she contacted me as soon as she got back to this dimension, saying something about needing..." Tence trailed off as there was a knock at their door. She looked at Acti as he walked over to the door and opened it, revealing Erika.

"...Thanks for the eye candy." Erika said and looked at Acti's toned body. "But I'm not in the mood for that. I need a shower and about five hours of sleep because I've been running almost non-stop for the past few days."

Acti stepped aside as Erika walked in and closed the door to the hallway and jerked a thumb to the bathroom. "You don't come out in thirty minutes, I'm coming in to see if you fell asleep and drowned in the bath tub."

Erika gave him a wry grin. "You just want to see me naked."

Acti gave her a flat stare and jerked a thumb at Tence. "You think that she'd come and pull you out?" Erika looked at Tence, who just grinned and waved and nodded with Acti's assessment. "Me getting to see your naked body is just a bonus. If you were Ubi, I'd let you drown."

"I'll let her know you said that when I see her next." Erika chuckled and went into the bathroom, closing the door behind her.

"So I guess we'll be making our move tomorrow morning, then?" Tence asked and Acti nodded. "Fun... Well, it is late..." She trailed off and frowned softly. "The bigger question is, how will we get to our target? No one's seen her out much recently and when she is, she's with Black Heart. And even if we could sneak into the Basilicom, there's the fact that there's that large robot that's always around and you've seen the reports about that ninja that's our target's bodyguard."

"We just need to drag them out into the open and we'll go from there." Acti said but didn't refute her points. "Hmm..." A grimace came to his face as he realized how they could do just that. "So, I have an idea, but I don't like the thought of doing it to the people here."

"If you're talking about what I think you're talking about..." Tence said as a thoughtful look came to her face. "Well, sucks to be the people of Lastation, huh?"

"I'd rather not." Acti told her. "After all, that's worse than what we did in Lowee. People will die if I use that here."

Tence leaned back and flopped on the bed. "Hmm..." She rolled onto her stomach before spinning to face Acti again. "Well, it's not like they'd be alive after getting turned into zombies, right?"

Acti just shook his head and wondered out loud why he even had a formula for turning people into zombies.

"Because you're a terrorist who doesn't care about turning people fighting against you into undead abominations?" Tence pointed out.

"Yeah, but those are soldiers and my enemies I turn into zombies, not civilians." Acti tapped his chin. "I'm going to head out for awhile, I'll be back before tomorrow."

"I thought you were going to wait for Erika to not come out in thirty minutes so you can go in and see her naked?" Tence had a grin on her face as Acti stopped and gave her a dirty look.

"Fine... Not like I don't see her naked every time she takes a shower anyway." Tence gave him a weird look and Acti tapped the side of his skull next to his right eye. "My eyes can see nearly everything, remember?"

"...Wait, that means you've seen all of us naked?" Tence asked, irritation entering her voice. "How dare you?!"

"You're sounding like Ubi." Acti told her. "And, just so you know, Ubi is NOT pleasant to look at when she's naked. Yuck." Tence raised an eyebrow and Acti clarified. "Just... Trust me."

Tence was about to ask, but decided against it. "Fine, but if you look at me naked again, I'll rip your dick off."

"Fair enough." Acti told her and sighed. "She fell asleep. Moment."

Tence watched as Acti walked into the bathroom and there was some sloshing of water before he walked out with a dripping Erika in his arms. Considering that the naked and wet girl wasn't reacting to Acti's handling of her, she must have been really out of it. "Put her on this bed and you'll regret it." Tence said and glanced back at the second bed in the hotel room and then at the couch by the window and grinned. "Put her against the window so everyone can see her when they walk past outside."

Acti just ignored her and put Erika down on the bed before flipping the covers over the naked, sleeping girl and then grabbed a shirt, threw it on and left the hotel room without saying a word.

Tence shrugged and turned on the television.

A few hours later...

Acti stumbled into the hotel room, his clothing in tatters and groaned as he closed the door behind him, a bit too loudly as he woke both Tence, who had fallen asleep watching television, and Erika, who had kicked the blankets off of her, leaving her fully exposed as she sat up and looked at him in surprise.

"Note to self, Fenrir are giant pains in the ass." Acti grumbled as he leaned against the door and slid to the floor. "Nice tits, Erika."

"YOU PERV!" Erika screeched and covered her boobs with her arms. "Wait, why am I on the bed? I thought I was in the bath?"

"You fell asleep and I carried you to the bed." Acti told her. "Already got to see everything up close and personal and I got to fondle your boobs and butt, so you got nothing to hide."

"PERV!" Erika yelled and turned away to grab the blankets to cover herself up, giving Acti and Tence a good look of her rear end.

"Well, I guess that's one advantage to running so much, huh?" Tence commented while giving a whistle that had Erika shrieking and covering herself up faster. "Ignoring Erika's plump ass for a bit," she looked back at Acti and ignored Erika's cry of humiliation, "where did you go?"

"I figured it would be a good idea to beat up on some monsters." Acti shrugged, "I thought I saw Planeptune's CPU coming to Lastation while I was on my way here." Tence and Erika both glanced at him in alarm, "I couldn't tell though, I just saw someone with clothes that looked out of place for someone who was crossing the border between the two nations."

"An adventurer maybe?" Erika asked, knowing a few of them had weird outfits. There was that one martial artist that traveled with a bear that had torn-up jeans for crying out loud! "Either way, if it's a Planeptune CPU, we might have to revise what..." She trailed off as she heard a ringing coming from the bathroom. "What? Oh! My phone, hold on." She pulled up a communication screen and answered the call. "Gotta love Planeptune technology sometimes. Hello?"

"Hey!" Ubi's voice came over the line. "Just so you know, I'm almost to Lastation, where you guys at?"

"...Why are you here, Ubi?" Erika asked.

"Simple, the boss wants us to get the last target done right away and sent me and Beth to help you out. Matz, GBox and Tyger are staying back with the Leader and preparing stuff."

"Fine," Acti said and stood up, walking into the bathroom. "I need to take a quick shower. We're at the Midgard Hotel." He closed the door behind him and running water was quickly heard coming from the room.

"Acti's there too? Cool. We'll have a big party when we get there then."

Erika hung up the phone and sighed. "Well, shoot, I hope I packed some clean underwear at least."

Tence smirked at her. "Should I step outside?" Erika gave her a confused look. "So you can have some private alone time."

The only answer she got was a pillow to the face, knocking her off of the bed and onto the floor below.

It was less than twenty minutes later when Ubi and Beth were let into the hotel room.

"Who pissed the bed?" Ubi asked as she saw the soaked blankets.

"No one, I didn't dry off before being put into bed." Erika said as she combed her hair and glared at Acti. "So, what's the plan? If you two are here, I'm guessing it's make as much noise as possible?"

"Hmm, it's kind of late..." Acti said and sighed at the looks he got. "It's almost time to eat, okay?"

"Which makes it the best time to launch our attack." Beth said, her eyes seemingly gleaming in delight. "And I know just how to lure those CPUs out." She chuckled at them. "It's likely that the CPUs have shared the descriptions of Acti and myself. Ubi, you'll need to stay hidden when we move. Erika, Tence... I hope you're ready for your debut." She looked at Acti and narrowed her eyes. "I assume you have something special planned to keep the large robot off of us?"

"And any other security forces, yeah." Acti nodded with a raised eyebrow. "So what's the plan?"

The look on Beth's face was almost gleeful. "Here's what we'll do..."
