Hi everyone! We're back for another fabulous chapter. This one has already been written out so hopefully it won't take me too long to do. Next chapter may take some time however. I've never really planned out what to write past this chapter so I don't know where it's going to go exactly. But we are only halfway through the episodes so I just gotta pick a new arc and go from there! Until then, I hope you guys enjoy the new chapter!
This chapter is shorter but I like it well enough. It has some cute moments.
Disclaimer: Disney owns basically all of this, I just own a couple characters.
Chapter Forty-Four:
Four months had passed since Genie and I had returned home and they had perhaps been the best months of my entire life. My husband and I were closer than ever and we continued to have our daily lunch breaks together
Aladdin, however, had become very protective of me. Anytime we went out on one of our adventures, he seemed to pay a lot more attention to me then he had in the past. It bugged me a little because I could still take care of myself. Even more so since I was no longer pregnant. I was a street rat and I could fight for myself.
Jasmine and I grew even closer than we had been before. She was there for me when she could be, however, she needed to be there for the baby. Maya was a very beautiful baby girl and I was proud of my brother and sister-in-law. They were incredible parents, just as I knew they would be.
I spent as much time as I could with Jasmine and Maya. After losing my son, I wanted to fill that void any way possible. Jasmine was happy to let me hold and take care of Maya sometimes. After all, parenting was a lot of hard work and it took a lot out of the princess.
The Sultan was currently out on a Royal voyage, leaving Jasmine in charge of Agrabah. I took turns with the maids taking care of Maya. Right now, it was the maids turn. I was in the throne room with Jasmine for moral support. She was dealing with two rather... difficult ambassadors. She also had to deal with some marauders who were continuously stealing treasure. That was the reason the ambassadors were here in fact.
"Oh, not again!" Jasmine sighed in frustration. Rasoul had just informed her that yet another attack had happened. Rasoul felt bad when he informed her that they'd gotten everything and that the guards had barely escaped with their lives. "It's not your fault, Rasoul."
" Ten lost shipments, ten late payments." The first ambassador said as the two stepped out from the shadows. Honestly, those two creeped me out and it was nearly impossible to tell them apart. They looked alike and talked just the same.
"A bad precedent between our lands." The second one spoke up right after the first one had finished speaking. The first ambassador nodded. "Bad precedent, indeed. Debts ending may need action!" He spoke up.
"May need... War!" The second spoke the first two words. Then there was a slight pause before they both said the last word together. Jasmine looked absolutely appalled at the suggestion. After all, it would not be good if war was started under her watch.
"War!? Ambassadors, please!" I spoke up on behalf of my sister. She seemed to have fallen in some sort of stupor, unsure of how to respond. The two eyed me suspiciously. "Who is she? And why does she dare speak in that tone to the ambassadors?" The first ambassador asked angrily.
I stood up a little straighter and stared them down sternly. "I am Princess Kendra, the sister of Princess Jasmine's husband, Prince Aladdin. I am also the Royal Vizier." I informed them. The Sultan had asked me to be the Vizier not too long after Genie and I had returned home. I think it was because he wanted me to feel like I was needed. I accepted the position gratefully and I admit, it did feel a lot more needed than before.
"Our apologies, Princess. We were uninformed." The second ambassador replied while giving the first one a stern look. He simply shrugged, not at all affected by the second's scorn. I rolled my eyes.
" This is what happens when relationships between countries break down." The first one stated, bringing the conversation away from me, thankfully. "Your father would understand." The second one added in, as if to really get Jasmine.
"Why does this happen when Father's on his royal voyage? Well, we'll just have to get a shipment through!" Jasmine sighed, her mind already made up. I agreed with her wholeheartedly. Something needed to be done about this.
"But, Princess, the marauders, they're too powerful! They appeared from nowhere! It can't be done!" Rasoul exclaimed suddenly. I rolled my eyes. Perhaps for him and the idiots that made up the royal guard, but my brother and I could handle these goons easily enough.
"Don't be so sure, Rasoul. I'll get the shipment through." Aladdin suddenly appeared right on time. I smirked as I watched my brother, with my husband at his side, walk into the room. Aladdin had his usual cocky smile on his face. Any chance to show up Rasoul, Aladdin would take it in a heartbeat. It was sort of a revenge thing he had after all the hell he'd put Aladdin and I through when we were street rats.
"Aladdin!" Jasmine exclaimed, a relieved look on her face. She turned to ambassadors with a near smirk. "Aladdin will guide the next shipment through and you'll be paid!" She told them with confidence.
"Zorasto struck faster than the eye can see! How can you hope to beat him?" Rasoul asked, giving my brother a strange look.
" There's only one way to win this game! Hit 'em high! Hit 'em low! Hit 'em right between the eyes! Now go out there and win one for uh, uh, don't tell me. Uh, for Jimmy, no! Uh, George, no! Ronnie!" Genie babbled on. I giggled and walked over to my husband. He grinned at me and kissed my forehead.
"We'll ride with Rasoul. Zorasto won't be a problem." Aladdin said. Again, my brother's ego was way too inflated as it were. Rasoul snorted in disbelief. "Princess! Don't entrust this mission to a... a street rat!" He spat.
"A street rat!?" The two ambassadors exclaimed together. I groaned and face palmed. When was our past ever going to stop haunting us? Not that I hated my street days. However, they seem to make our royal lives difficult.
"Perhaps you're not taking this seriously!" The first ambassador scolded while the second one nodded and replied with, "Your father would!"
"Seriously, why do they keep dragging the Sultan into this? This is Jasmine, not the Sultan. She will obviously do things differently!" I complained quietly to my husband. He shrugged, not having an answer to my question.
"This street rat is my husband! He is also a prince now, if you forgot Rasoul. My father trusted me to lead Agrabah in his absence, and I trust Aladdin with all my soul! He can get the shipment through." Jasmine growled, angered.
Genie suddenly rolled up in a van. I blinked, I didn't even see him move. "Now, will that be an overnight express or two-day economy?" He asked, a huge grin on his face.
"We will take you at your word then..." The first ambassador decided, albeit reluctantly. The second one nodded. "For now." He warned before they finally left. I sighed, relieved that they were finally gone!
Vaguely, I heard Aladdin sigh dreamily. "She's got all the faith in the world in me." He smirked before Jasmine suddenly grabbed the front of his vest and asked if he could indeed do this. "Well, uh, of course I can." He replied confidently.
"You say that now, boy, but I wonder if you will be so cocky when Zorasto strikes!" Rasoul sneered before he exited. I rolled my eyes; I still hated Rasoul with a passion. He irritated the hell out of me. "Um, how come we don't fire that guy?" Genie asked, voicing both me and probably Aladdin's thoughts.
"Who knows, but I ask myself that same question everyday." I sighed, shaking my head. Jasmine shrugged, almost helplessly. "It's father's job to fire and/or hire the staff. However, Rasoul is a loyal and trusted guard. He's just... rude." She answered.
Everyone blinked and just stood there for a minute quietly. Finally Aladdin shuffled his feet and shrugged. "Well, I suppose I should go get ready. Kendra, will you be joining us?" Aladdin asked with a smile.
I shook my head. "Actually, I think I'll stay here this time with Jasmine. I want to talk to her about something." I replied, ignoring the concerned look my husband sent me. Aladdin nodded before he kissed Jasmine and left to get ready. I turned to where my husband was standing, with a questioning lokok. I chuckled. "Don't worry, it's nothing bad. Good luck out there, watch out for my brother."
He grinned before reaching forward and pulled me into an embrace. I sighed into his chest, a contented smile on my face. I loved hugging Genie. "Don't worry, Al can take care of himself. I love you." He said, smiling down at me.
"I love you too, silly." I winked before reaching up and kissing him softly. Hugs were great, but kissing him was perhaps the most amazing thing I had ever experienced.

Several hours had passed since the boys had left and I couldn't help but worry. I remember watching this episode, but it was really blurry. While I had my memories back, it had been years since I had actually watched them. So I had pretty much forgotten everything that had happened.
"Oh, I hope they're okay." Jasmine sighed while petting Rajah. We were sitting in her room, both of us worried about our husbands.
"I'm sure they're okay. Aladdin can certainly take care of himself, I have no doubt about that. Plus, he has Genie with him. Genie will make sure he's okay." I tried to reassure her. However, I feel like I was trying to reassure myself more than her.
"I know, I just can't help but worry. What if those Marauders know how to capture genies? I know Aladdin can fight without him, but I still worry." Jasmine said. She stood up and walked towards the balcony, Rajah and I right behind her. Both of us leaned against the wall and stared up into the stars.
"I worry too. I know how my husband can be. While he is quite amusing, he is still naïve. Sometimes, that puts them in trouble. However, they've been through worse and have come out on top. I believe they'll do it again." I smiled slightly.
Jasmine turned to me with a slight smile. "I'm so glad you're home Kendra. You always know how to make me feel better."
I smiled back before pulling her into a hug. "Hey, what are sisters for."
Jasmine giggled and nodded. "I had always wanted a sister, I couldn't have asked for a better one than you."
I smiled brightly and told her I felt the same way. Then we walked back into her room. We hadn't taken two steps in when there was a knock at the door. "Enter!" Jasmine called out. The door opened to show one of the palace guards. He bowed.
"Your Highness's, Rasoul has returned. He has brought bad news, however." He said, a sullen look on his face. Jasmine and I exchanged horrified looks before running towards the throne room. Both of our hearts were pounding in fear. If anything had happened to my brother, and husband, I don't know what I would do!
Rasoul was standing near the balcony when we entered. He turned to us, a serious look on his face. He bowed to us as we walked towards him. "Rasoul. What happened?" Jasmine asked, her voice shaking slightly.
"You're highness, I bring... bad news." He replied, his face twisting into a cruel smirk. "It seems the street rat has betrayed us. He and his band of miscreants have swore allegiance to the marauders." He explained almost cheerfully.
Jasmine and I exchanged a look before letting out a sigh of relief. "Oh thank Allah, I thought something bad had happened to him!" Jasmine smiled.
Rasoul gave her a strange look. "You're not upset? The street rat has betrayed Agrabah and yourself. He should be sentenced to death if he is stupid enough to return!" The guard said with undisguised malice.
Jasmine rolled her eyes and sighed in exasperation. "Rasoul, when will you learn? Aladdin's allegiance is with Agrabah and always will be. He is obviously fooling Zorasto to learn how to beat him."
Rasoul frowned. "You didn't see it, Princess. He even laughed at me, calling me a fool!"
Jasmine and I both shook our heads. "My brother is loyal to Agrabah and Jasmine. He will return, I know it and with the knowledge on how to defeat Zorasto." I explained coolly.
"And what about the Genie." He spat. "The Genie swore allegiance to the marauders as well. How do you know he's not tricking you as well? They clearly want to make a fool of you too and you're too blind to see it!"
Jasmine and I both glared at him. "Rasoul, that was out of line. I know my husband and I know Genie. They would never betray us. Now, not another word on the matter. Leave my presence or else there will be consequences." Jasmine chastised sternly.
Rasoul huffed but bowed and turned away to leave. Jasmine and I exchanged looks, both of us irritated with the captain of the Royal guard. "Seriously, why haven't we fired him?" I asked. Jasmine giggled slightly but gave no reply. Both of us were content to know that our husbands we're safe... for now at least.

Another couple of hours had passed and it was now night-time. Jasmine and I were waiting almost impatiently for word from our husbands. The longer it took, the more worried we both became. We just wanted to know if they were safe.
Rasoul suddenly burst into the room, surprising both Jasmine and I. "Rasoul, what is the meaning of this?" Jasmine asked with a glare. Rasoul quickly bowed, however his attention was outside the palace.
"I apologize, your majesty. However, the palace was being attacked by a marauder. I wanted to make sure the two of you were safe." He replied, sounding almost anxious.
Jasmine and I exchanged a hopeful look. This could be Aladdin. "Are you sure it's not Aladdin? He could be here to give us news on the marauders!" Jasmine asked hopefully. Rasoul glared, obviously still thinking Aladdin was a traitor.
"I'm not sure, your highness. However, I recommend you stand back in the shadows if it isn't" He nearly hissed. Jasmine gave him a stern look, however, we both followed his advice. It wasn't a minute later that Aladdin came souring in on Carpet. I smiled, glad to see my brother safe and sound.
However, my smile faded and was replaced by a glare when Rasoul stalked up to him and picked him up by his vest. "Now I'll show you what we do to traitors, street rat!" He snarled, a malicious grin on his face.
"No, wait!" Aladdin shouted, almost in fear. Jasmine and I walked out of the shadows. "Put him down!" I shouted in anger.
Rasoul turned to the two of us in disbelief. "Your highness?! But this traitor swore allegiance to the marauders! I saw it with my own eyes!" Rasoul exclaimed. I rolled my eyes and wondered if he would ever learn to listen to us.
" Rasoul, I told you: Aladdin could never betray Agrabah. He's fooling Zorasto to learn how to beat him." Jasmine replied sternly. She looked as if she was as sick as I was with Rasoul's constant defiance. It was certainly getting way out of hand. We needed to talk to the Sultan about it when he returned to Agrabah.
Aladdin freed himself from Rasoul's firm grip and glared at the guard. "That's exactly what I'm doing!" He shouted. The ambassadors suddenly appeared from the entrance and the first one asked him if he knew how to beat Zorasto. "Um, uh, well, not quite. Yet! He's using some sort of magic, I think."
" An unlikely story. Uncorroborated." The second one waved him off. The first one nodded and said that he lacked proof and witnesses. Carpet tried to point out himself and they shook their heads. " Lacks credible witnesses. Our land needs its payments!"
" Call in the professionals!" The first one decided. Aladdin repeated professionals in confusion. Jasmine hesitated then sighed. "Well, after the last hijacking the ambassadors strongly advised me, in the best interests of Agrabah, to hire..."
"The Riders of Ramond!" She was cut off when the Riders appeared in the doorway. The second rider nodded and said that their delivery was guaranteed. The third one just laughed. I huffed, remembering how egotistical these guys were.
"The Riders of Ramond! You guys are the best in the desert, but it's too dangerous... even for you." Aladdin said, almost in awe. He was still impressed by these guys, despite how they liked to take credit for everything, whether it was theirs or not. " Too dangerous for the Riders of Ramond? Ha!" The leader laughed.
"The street rat attempts to disrupt the shipment schedule!" The second ambassador exclaimed. The first one glared at my brother. " He is a saboteur!"
" He is a security risk!"
"He must be locked up!"
"Aladdin is as loyal to Agrabah as I am." Jasmine defended him. I nodded my agreement. "My brother would never betray Agrabah. We grew up here and we will defend it to the end." I said in his defense.
"Your own guard saw him defect."
"The situation calls for security measures! Drastic security measures!"
" I said no!" Jasmine exclaimed, not happy with them ganging up on her husband. I was unhappy with it as well.
" She shows no concern for our concerns!"
"Perhaps she doesn't feel the hijackings are undesirable!?"
" Perhaps she wants our country to be denied payment!?"
"Perhaps she wants... war!?" They both exclaimed at the same time. Jasmine looked horrified at the thought and told them that was not what she wanted. "Then lock the boy up!" They shouted but she still refused to do so. " You must!"
" What would Father do?" Jasmine sighed, completely at war with herself. Aladdin walked forward and put his hand on her shoulder, telling her that he'd so what was right for Agrabah. Jasmine said his name, giving him a hesitant look. Aladdin simply told him he understood. "Rasoul, take him to the dungeon."
"I've waited a long time for this, street rat!" Rasoul sneered, pulling Aladdin by his cape. "A long time!"
"Hey! Be careful with my brother! You hurt him, I hurt you!" I warned Rasoul. However, he pretended I had not spoken, much to my chagrin. " Listen! You can't send the next shipment! I don't know how but Zorasto is using magic!" Aladdin exclaimed.
"Magic? What concern is magic to the Riders of Ramond?" The leader of the Riders asked and they all burst into laughter, except for Jasmine and I. Instead, we watched sadly as my brother was dragged to the dungeon.
"What a fool the boy is!" One of the Riders said. Jasmine hid her face in her arms while I stalked towards the Rider who said that.
"Want to say that to my face." I threatened. The Rider gave no reply, instead the three of them left. " I really don't like them. " I growled. Jasmine stood up suddenly and walked out onto the balcony. I quickly followed her, worried about my sister-in-law.
"You have done the right thing." The first ambassador said when they joined us. I glared down, unamused by them. I was beginning to really despise those two. "You should be proud. Very proud." The second one spoke.
"Proud that I threw my husband in the dungeon? I don't think so." Jasmine sighed. I laid my head on my sister's shoulder, showing her she had my support.
"You put your city before your personal feelings."
"Good leadership quality."
"Your father would have done the same."
I was happy to hear them leave after that. Those two were getting on my nerves. I turned to Jasmine and gave her a look. "Jasmine, no offense, but you do realize you're not your father?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.
She turned to me with a sly grin. "I was just thinking the same thing. Come on." I smirked and the two of us ran for the dungeon. I was glad that Jasmine was finally coming to her senses.

Jasmine and I approached the dungeon after grabbing the keys. Aladdin was standing, chained up, in the first dungeon we had come to. We brought Carpet with us so that the two of them could make a quick getaway.
"Jasmine! Kendra!" Aladdin exclaimed, looking excited to see us. Jasmine went to say something, but Aladdin cut her off. "You can't let the Riders take the next shipment! They don't stand a chance against Zorasto!" He explained. Jasmine went to talk again, but he cut her off once more. "Go stop them! Make them listen!"
"I'm getting very tired of people telling me what to do!" Jasmine retorted and I held up the key to the dungeon. Carpet flew in to release Aladdin from his chains. Aladdin laughed slightly and said he didn't mean it that way. When he was released, Carpet flew back and handed Jasmine the key. She unlocked the cell door. "Look, I'll handle the riders. You take care of Zorasto."
"Thanks." Aladdin smiled before giving Jasmine a hug. "Good luck bro, see you soon." I smiled and gave my brother a hug.
"Now quickly! Get back to the marauders. Sabotage their plan." Jasmine professed, ushering him onto Carpet. Aladdin nodded before the two of them flew off, back towards the Marauders. I watched him go, silently wishing him luck.
As soon as he was gone, Jasmine and I went back to her room. I was sleeping in her room with her tonight. The two of us took comfort in one another presence while our husbands were away. Jasmine had the servants bring Maya in as well. The princess wanted the comfort of her daughter and I wanted to see my niece.
"She's so beautiful." I told my sister. Jasmine was currently sitting in a rocking chair near Maya's crib with the baby in her arms. I sat beside them with a smile.
Jasmine giggled. "Thank you. She looks so much like Aladdin, it's hard to believe she's my daughter too! She's my whole world though and I love her with all my heart." She was smiling down at her daughter with such awe and love. It made me miss my son that I had lost.
"She has your eyes, that's something at least. I bet she'll have your fiery spirit as well. It should be interesting when she gets to her teen years. Aladdin will be fending off all the boys, I'm sure" I joked. Jasmine laughed quietly, not wanting to wake the sleeping baby.
"True. He'll be such an overprotective father. However I also fear Aladdin will be a little too easy on her . She already has her father wrapped around her little finger. She'll no doubt be spoiled rotten." She cooed.
I giggled. "Probably. If my brother does not, then my husband certainly will. I will too though! I shall spoil my little niece and every other child you will more than likely have." I informed her with a wink.
"What makes you think there will be more? This child is a handful as it is. I don't know if I could handle another." She laughed, but I knew she was joking. I already knew that both Aladdin and Jasmine wanted at least two more children. They wanted a big family and so did I. Being an only child will do that to you.
"I know you sis. You guys will probably have like five kids or something." I laughed and Jasmine quickly joined me. When our laughing stopped, I felt a familiar bubble of fear in my chest. I always got it when I thought about the possibility of having kids. "I'm afraid to have another child..." I almost whispered before I even realized my mouth was moving.
Jasmine blinked, surprised by my sudden confession. "Is that true?" Jasmine asked. I sighed and nodded. There was no use denying it now, she wouldn't believe it. Jasmine stood up and put Maya into her crib. "Kendra, why do you say that?"
"I don't know... I guess after losing my baby, I'm scared. I don't want to get attached to another child, just to have them ripped away from me. It hurts so much and I'm afraid I won't survive the pain a second time." I explained my fears.
"Oh Kendra!" Jasmine cried as she pulled me into a hug. Tears began to stream down my face and by the sound of Jasmine's sniffles, she was also crying. "I wish I could help you. But just remember, no matter how alone you might feel, you are not. You have me, Aladdin, father, and most importantly, you have Genie. We'll always be here for you."
"I know you will be." I said with a hiccup. "I was stupid to have pushed everyone away before. I trust you guys and I don't know what I'd do without you all. I love you guys."
"We love you too." Jasmine smiled as she pulled away. "I can't imagine the pain you are going through. However, I will help you through it anyway I can. And I think you should try again. The oracle said you would be happy with your family, and she never lies."
I chuckled. "You're right. I do want to try again and I know Genie does too. He would never force me to do anything, but I can see it in his eyes."
"Genie would make a wonderful father and you'd make an amazing mother. Just think about it. There's no need to hurry. After all you've gone through, you deserve to decide when to try again." Jasmine smiled.
I nodded. "You're right. Now, I think it's time to head to bed. Tomorrow's going to be a long day." I said. She agreed and the two of us settled down to sleep. After she turns off the light, I feel asleep with thoughts of Genie and the possibility of starting a family once more.

The next morning, Jasmine and I dressed in our brown cloaks. We were planning on going with the Rider's of Ramond to make sure they didn't do anything stupid. We stepped outside in time to hear one of the ambassadors talking about Aladdin. "With the traitor in the dungeon there is nothing to fear."
"Aladdin is no traitor!" I exclaimed in anger. I was sick of them calling my brother names. He was one of the nicest men out there and didn't deserve to be treated like this. Jasmine nodded and added, "Have you considered what Aladdin said?"
"Ha, ha, ha! Magic is not worth our consideration!" The leader of the Riders said. Jasmine rolled her eyes and said, "Well, consider this: I'm paying your salary and I'm not convinced you're taking all the precautions you should!"
"The Riders are the best money can buy!" The first ambassador said appalled. The second one nodded and added, " Your badgering them makes us doubt your sincerity to resolve the problem!"
"This is how sincere I am!" Jasmine growled as we mounted our camels. "We'll see to it personally that the Riders get through the canyon! Kendra and I are riding with you! Let's move!" She demanded and we took off.
We rode in silence all the way to the canyon. It seemed a lot longer than it actually was and I was glad when we finally got to the canyon. I was beginning to get a bit restless on that camel. We slowed down the second we entered the canyon.
"This is the canyon." The leader of the Riders pointed out. I rolled my eyes, it was obviously the place. We didn't need them to tell us that. "They're supposed to ambush us here. I hope they don't use... magic." The second rider said and the third one laughed. Jasmine and I glared at them.
"Be ready, men. This is it!" The leader said. I looked up and gasped. There was a bright light coming from the top of the canyon. I went to point it out.
However, I must have blinked or something, because a second later, we were all in chains. "What... happened?" Jasmine asked, speaking my thoughts exactly. It seemed to have happened out of nowhere.
"The great Riders of Ramond captured by Zorasto the marauder!" A man, Zorasto, laughed. Great, another egotistical maniac. Just what we needed.
" A technicality." The leader sneered and the second one nodded, "We're biding our time... Waiting to make our move." He said. The third rider just groaned.
"Correct me if I'm wrong..." Zorasto pulled Jasmine and I up by our chains." but you're the princesses of Agrabah, are you guys not?" He asked, a smug grin on his face. I simply spat at his feet.
"I order you to surrender!" Jasmine demanded, unamused. Zorasto began to laugh. " Surrender? When you are my prisoners?" He laughed some more before turning to the others. "The princesses shall be returned to Agrabah... in pieces! And our new recruit will be the executioner!"
Zorasto had thrown the sword to Aladdin, who took it in surprise. Jasmine and I gasped. "This can't be happening. I can't execute Jasmine or Kendra." He said, shaking his head in disbelief. "You'd rather someone else did?" Iago asked, but he looked as lost as the rest of them.
There was a sudden whirlwind from behind us. I looked over to it curiously while Zorasto pulled out his sword. "What is this?" He asked angrily. A second later, Genie appeared from within it.
"Abdul Babool, desert insurance services at your service. Gotta hot tip that someone in this group needs life insurance. What have we got here? Marauders, kid with monkey, princesses in chains. I think I've got the picture." Genie nodded and he handed a pen to Aladdin. "Sign here, initials here, and here, and here." He looked the paper over. "Oops! Slight problem! It seems in your haste to sign you've made yourself the beneficiary! That means you can't be the executioner."
"Then I'll do it, you infernal genie!" Zorasto exclaimed, his frustration clear. Genie laughed. "Ah, a man with leadership qualities. Now, what exactly are you interested in? Whole life, term life, short life, no life?" He asked
I watched as Aladdin whispered something to Abu. Abu saluted him before zipping away. He came back a second later with the keys. Aladdin took them and snuck over to the Riders of Ramond. I watched as he set them free and a short conversation with them. They looked... angry? Suddenly, the leader picked Aladdin up and threw him against a rock, knocking him unconscious. "Aladdin!" I gasped quietly to myself.
" I coulda told ya: you can't run from a reputation." I vaguely heard Iago say. I rolled my eyes before turning back to Zorasto and Genie in an office Genie made appear.
"Let me get this straight. If I were to somehow lose all my heavily insured men I would be rich, eh?" Zorasto was asking Genie. He turned back to look at his men, a dark, malicious look on his face.
" It's been known to happen." Genie nodded.
" Ah! The Riders are free!" One of the marauders suddenly shouted. I turned towards the Riders as the leader shouted that they took no prisoners. I really hated them at that moment. How dare they throw Aladdin at a rock!
Genie began to pack everything away. "Well, it looks like I caught you at a bad time so..." He trailed off before completely disappearing.
"Play dead didn't work. How's this for a plan? Run!" Iago yelled and the fighting began. Genie appeared once more. He joined into the fight, using a pillow as his weapon of choice. " Pillow fight!" He shouted as he did so.
Aladdin finally woke up and he ran towards Jasmine and I. "Hold on!" He shouted at us and we shouted back for him to hurry. He finally made it to us and freed both of us.
"You set the Riders free! First you betray them then you betray us!" Zorasto shouted from behind us. He began attacking Aladdin with his sword. Aladdin dodged it. However, it slashed open a bag of coins though and it all fell onto him.
" No!" Jasmine shouted at the same time I shouted, "Aladdin!"
Zorasto then picked Jasmine up and ran to the top of the cliff. Another marauder grabbed me, after Zorasto demanded he do so, and followed him. " Surrender or the princesses go over!" He shouted, holding us over the cliff.
I looked down at the people and saw the Riders of Ramond communicating. I couldn't hear what they were saying though. " Zorasto! Behind you!" A marauder shouted, bring our attention to Aladdin and Genie. Both looked super pissed.
" Back, boys, or they go over!" Zorasto warned. Jasmine and I exchanged looks before telling the guys to forget us. "What?" he asked.
"Do what's right for Agrabah." I said and Jasmine nodded in agreement. "Save the city. We're not important."
"You don't mean that?" Zorasto growled, but I was happy to hear the hesitation in his voice. Jasmine and I sneered at him, saying we meant every word. Aladdin agreed, though he was confused. Then Zorasto tripped, causing Jasmine to fall. The other Marauder threw me over.
I screamed, Jasmine screamed, and I swore I saw my life flash before my eyes. Right before I got to the bottom, I felt someone's arms wrap around me. I looked up to see Genie's smiling face. "Genie!" I laughed before turning to Jasmine. She was wrapped safely in Aladdin's arms.
"You saved the princess? You beat Zorasto?" The second rider asked, surprised. The leader chuckled.
"Then all that is left is his pitiful band!" The leader grinned at the other marauders. They then proceeded to throw their weapons down. "Marauders are never a problem for the Riders of Ramond!" He laughed.
" Reality is never a problem for the Riders of Ramond." Iago huffed. I grinned up at my husband. "Nice catch, love." I said with a wink. He returned my grin. "You know I'll always catch you when you fall!"
"Still as cheesy as ever!" I laughed before I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him down for a kiss.

"The trade route is safe once again."
We had made it back to the palace and we're all gathered in the throne room once more. Aladdin had just finished explaining to the ambassadors what had happened. They both looked pleased for once.
" Good. Very good."The first ambassador said, a smile on his face. The other one agreed, saying he had excellent problem resolution. Whatever that meant. " Good display of leadership qualities." The first said.
"Well, I'm not my father, but I manage." Jasmine said, a pleased smile on her face.
" I believe we owe you an apology, boy. You were never a traitor." The leader of the Riders said. The second one nodded, saying that they had jumped to conclusion and that they'd been a little too sure of themselves. "An understandable mistake given that we are, after all, the Riders of Ramond!" The leader finished.
"Oh, it's understandable!" Iago huffed in frustration. Aladdin had simply shrugged, saying that there was no harm done. "One more concession. Given that you are a remarkable lad, we invite you to ride with us!" The leader of the riders said.
"Me?! A Rider of Ramond!?" Aladdin asked, a shocked look on his face. I grinned, excited for my brother. However, I knew he wouldn't do it. " What about vacations, Al? I say three weeks minimum or no deal." Genie threw in.
"I'm flattered, guys, but my loyalty is where it's always been... with Agrabah." Aladdin said, smiling over at Jasmine. "Aw! Aren't we all just one big happy family!" I threw in with an excited squeal. Aladdin laughed. "You know it sis!"
After that, we all went our separate ways. The ambassadors finally left the palace and the rest of us went to rest. Genie had decided I was too tired to walk and had carried me back to our room. I giggled the entire way, protesting weakly.
"Genie, you didn't have to carry me silly!" I laughed as we entered our room. "I do have legs of my own, you know? And they work perfectly well!"
Genie winked at me. "Maybe, but I love carrying! Holding you close is something that I live for."
I giggled and kissed him. He kissed back, putting as much passion as he could into it. The kiss quickly turned heated as we made for our bed. However, I stopped him. "Wait, Genie, there's something I need to talk to you about.
Genie pulled back and looked at me curiously. "What is it?" He asked, slightly confused. I smiled reassuringly at him.
"Trust me, it's nothing bad. Actually, it's a good thing." I began. He nodded and indicated for me to continue. "I'm ready to try for a baby again. "
Genie looked surprised at my confession, however, I could see the smile forming. "Are you sure? We don't have to rush into anything." He asked, sincerely.
"Genie, I am one hundred percent positive. I want a baby with you. I want us to start our own family. I love you Genie." I replied. Genie full-out grinned then. "I love you too." He laughed before pulling me in for another kiss. When we pulled away, Genie let out a loud cheer.
I giggled and joined in, feeling excited for the first time in a long time.
Yay baby! I've been super excited to get to this point. Now the second half isn't going to be her pregnant the entire time again. I'm not going to tell you what I'm gonna do yet though! You'll just have to hang around and see! Leave me a review if you feel like it!
Since this chapter was prewritten and it didn't take me long to get through, I'm gonna go ahead and work on the next chapter on this before my Transformers fic. So I'll see you guys in a week or so!
