"TROUBLESOME BRAT"

As soon as the whole scene is over, we went to the police.

Katsuki's been taken for some interrogation while I was taken to the hospital.

Not like I could judge them.

I looked like a girl who just survived a massacre.

All covered in dirt, tears, and blood.

Well... not exactly blood per se...

Right, so where was I... hospital.

I was admitted to the hospital for a couple of days.

The police came by and interrogated me while I was there.

My parents are the only people allowed to visit me, aside from the police.

I mean given my situation, it's quite understandable.

Although the visits went more of...

"MY BABY GIRL!"

"AKASUKI! YOU'RE GROUNDED!"

"I THOUGHT I WOULDN'T BE SEEING MY BABY GIRL EVER AGAIN!"

"WE WERE SO SCARED!"

"YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO DIE BEFORE MAMA AND PAPA!"

Basically, I almost died from how tight my parents hug me.

Can you imagine the headline? "Yuuei student who survived the villains died from the hug of her parents"

... Moving on.

I'm currently at my home with my parents taking care of me.

They took a month leave because 'they want to take care of me'

I mean... I'll be going back to Yuuei after the summer break, you know?

"Sweetie"

I turn to look at my mother, who is smiling at me sweetly, "Didn't the doctors told you to rest?", I flinched as she stares at me intensely, still a smile on her face.

"What if your head hurts again?"

I took a step back as my mother got closer to me, trembling as I look at her wide eyes in fear. She merely gave me a closed-eye smile and said,

"I'll do the cooking so sit. down. Aka-chan."

I brood as I sat on the couch, facing our television who's playing some random movie.

'Mother is as scary as always'

"Aka-chan~!", Papa beamed as he held up a big teddy bear, "I got this for you~!", which I deadpanned.

"I'm not 8, papa"

I sweatdropped as he sulked in the corner, poking the teddy bear beside him.

'He's gotten more childish these days'

"Here you go, Aka-chan", My mother said as she placed a bowl of ramen in front of me, "You should rest, okay~?", she said as she proceeds to massage my shoulders.

"You should just relax and rest while mama and papa tend to your needs, ne?", she said with a closed eye smile, "We're going to take care of you, alright?"

"That's right!", Papa exclaimed as he suddenly appeared before me and began to massage my feet, "You don't have to worry about anything!"

He let out a grin, "Mama and Papa will take care of everything~!", he exclaims.

I sweatdropped as I watched them fuss over me, continuing to do whatever they think would make me relax.

'They're just making me more nervous...'

"Aka-chan!"

I sweatdropped as I could only see Nejire's eye on the screen.

"I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE OKAY!", she cried, which I chuckle as I nervously scratch my cheek, "Sorry I haven't been contacting you guys", I started.

I'm currently in my room for some privacy, which I'm pretty sure my father is listening on the other side of the door.

The four of us just started our video chat since Yuuei advises everyone to stay at home until summer ends.

Basically we're in a quarantine period.

"I barely have the time to use any gadgets in the hospital", I explained, "Not mention my parents are getting overprotective", I sweatdropped.

"It's alright, Aka-chan", Tamaki answered as he held up the snacks he's eating, "Do you want some?", he asked.

"I... can't exactly get that through the screen, Tama-kun", I replied which he nodded, "Next time then", he said.

"Are you sure you're okay?", Mirio asked in concern as he leans forward with a frown, which I smiled.

"Don't worry Mirio!", I beamed as I gave them a thumbs up, "I'm 100% okay!"

"Is it true that some Izuku-kun and some firsties rescued the two of you?", Nejire asked curiously as she pulls back and shows her face.

"Izuku, Kirishima, Iida, and Momo", I listed, "I actually thought they would have called you guys", I confessed.

"Izuku actually called me", Mirio admitted, "But I was busy helping the police back then that I haven't really been answering any calls", he explained as he sheepishly rub his neck.

"Police?", I asked in surprise which they nodded. "When you were captured by the villain- uh... the man with the mask", Tamaki started.

'Mr. Compress'

"He fled to the scene after he captured Katsuki-san and Tokoyami-san. He was too fast for us so Uraraka-san and Asui-san helped.", he takes a bite on his snack and continues,

"However they can't exactly send everyone so we picked Mirio, Izuku-san, Todoroki-san, and the one with multiple arms uh...",

"Shoji-kun", Nejire cuts in, "We decided that Mirio is enough between the three of us and we're better off helping Mandalay-san in the clearing", she explains.

"The three of you were placed in his mouth", Mirio started, "At that time we didn't know and got tricked at first but we manage to get you and Tokoyami-san as Dabi caught Katsuki-kun."

"I... got scared when you threw yourself inside the portal", he continues as he looked down, "I kept on thinking the worse things the villains do to the two of you."

"We were sent to the hospital after the villains left", Nejire cuts in as Mirio got quiet, "The three of us insists on helping but they rejected us, saying that we're still students"

"That's where Sir Nighteye came in", Tamaki said as he munch on his snacks, "Sir Nighteye manage to convince the police and the heroes that the three of us could help with gathering information for the operation."

"We patrol the areas where they thought the villains are", Mirio explains, "We also helped the police in the finding the identities of the villains"

"We never slept!", Nejire beamed as she gave me a peace sign, "We were so haggard that Tamaki-kun got super dark eyebags!"

"Nejire-san!", Tamaki exclaims as his face turns red, "St-Stop telling that to everyone already!", he hides his face with his hands, "It's so embarrassing."

"I got pictures~!", Nejire sang with a grin as she held up her phone, "Do you want a picture, Aka-chan~?", she asked cheekily as Tamaki stutters in the background.

I chuckle, "Well... Of course!", I beamed as I grab my phone, "Bluetooth?", I asked which she replied, "Yup~!"

"Mirio!", Tamaki exclaims as he looked at his friend for help, who chuckles as he rubs his neck, "Sorry Tamaki", he held up his phone,

"I got that picture too"

Then Tamaki broods in the corner of his room, his back facing us. I merely laugh at his reaction.

"So anyways!", Nejire said, changing back the topic, "We weren't allowed to be part of the actual operation. It's the only thing we could do thanks to Sir Nighteye"

"I think Izuku-kun was going to ask me to join them", Mirio said as he scratches his cheek sheepishly, "But I was so focused on finding the information that I barely notice my phone", he confessed as he chuckles nervously.

"It's so unfair!", Nejire pouted, "Why do they get to be there while we don't!", she complains.

"I don't really think they're allowed to be there", I cut in, "If the three if you weren't permitted, then why would they allow four first years students to go?", I pointed out.

"So they snuck out", Tamaki noted, appearing on the corner of his screen, peeking. "I hope Aizawa-sensei won't expel them", he added.

"They're going to die", Nejire said bluntly as she looked at us seriously, "Aizawa-sensei is going to kill them for sure"

We all nodded solemnly at that.

"Are the villains really as scary as they said, Aka-chan?", Tamaki asked, changing the subject as he looked at the screen curiously.

"You don't have to tell us, Aka-chan", Mirio cuts in immediately as he waves his hand around nervously, "We understand it was a very traumatic experience so it's okay really!"

I chuckle at him before I wave him off, "It's okay really", I assured him, "I focused on keeping Katsuki safe the whole time.", I continue.

So I told them everything I could remember, everything that I felt, even my thoughts that evening.

It's quite nice.

To have these three listening and commenting about what happened like nothing drastic happened.

To have these three by my side.

I'm so glad they're my friends.

"I'll be going now~!"

"AKA-CHAN NO-!"

I shut the door behind me as I head towards the Bakugo household, who's just right beside ours.

My mother decided to cook some food for the Bakugo's and the Midoriya's and I took that opportunity to get out of the house.

Not that I don't appreciate my parents. It's just...

They're looking at me like hawks!

I can't even use the bathroom without one of them standing outside!

It's creepy.

Besides it's not like I'm going to kidnapped right near my own house.

Nah. I'm just going to the Bakugo's though. It'll be okay.

"Oh", I mused as I pass by a black car, glancing at it carefully.

'Ah right... it's today? Wow, I'm so lucky'

I opened the door, immediately taking off of my slippers at the entrance. I silently closed the door behind me and head inside, still holding the paper bag that contains the food.

"-Please train him hard and make him a good hero"

'Nice. Good timing'

I thought as I entered their living room, immediately catching Aizawa and All Might's attention. "I'm sure he'll be a good hero, either way, Mitsuki-san", I said, announcing my presence.

"Aka-chan?!", Mitsuki exclaims as she sat up and turn to look at me in surprise. "What are you doing here?!", she exclaims as she stood up and take the paper bag I'm holding.

"I just drop off some food", I explained as I point at the paper bag, "There's some for Inko-san too.", I added.

"Are you really fine now?", Masaru-san asked in concern, "Chiyo-san said you're not supposed to move around too much"

If you're confused, Chiyo is the name of my mother.

"They made me sleep almost the whole day yesterday", I informed as I sweatdropped, "I think I'm more than rested already"

"It's good to know you're alright, Young Genji", All Might said, which I smiled in reply. "I'm glad you're alright too, All Might", I said as I take a seat beside Katsuki.

Mitsuki and Masaru head off to the kitchen, leaving us in the living room. "I haven't thanked you for saving us!", I said as I ruffle Katsuki's hair, who glared at me with gritted teeth.

"There's no need", he said, "Everyone did their part", which I bit lip as I contemplate what I'm going to say next.

'Well... it's now or never'

"I'm sorry", I started as I clasp my hands together on my lap, "It feels like we're the reason you retired this early".

'Katsuki carried this burden on his shoulders in the series. I hope this time, he won't be.'

I bowed my head, "I'm sorry I'm not powerful enough to protect Katsuki and the rest of the students. This is all my fault-"

"-Raise your head, Young Genji", All might cut me off, making me look at him in surprise. "No one expected this incident so there's no need", he continues.

"And about my retirement... I was going to retire either way", he explained, "So there's no need to carry this burden, Young Genji. Young Bakugo", he gave us a smile.

"I have faith in our heroes to carry on my legacy"

I glance at Katsuki beside me, who's been quiet the whole time. "All Might is right", Aizawa said as he stares at me, "Have faith with us"

'Man, I love his character truly'

I chuckle as I pull Katsuki in for a side hug, "Did you know Katsuki fawn over you, All Might?", I informed as I grin at them.

"He practically worships-"

"SHUT UP GINGER!"

I snickered as Katsuki's red turn red in embarrassment as his glares at me. "He got- mph!", Katsuki cut me off as he covers my mouth, his glare intensifies.

"I'm going to kill you"

I mentally snickered at his face.

"KATSUKI!"

I turn to look as Mitsuki entered the living room, looking at us horrified.

"LET GO OF HER THIS INSTANT!"

She runs towards us and immediately pulls Katsuki away from me.

"YOU BRAT! SHE'S STILL RECOVERING!"

I sweatdropped as Katsuki kept his glare on me as Mitsuki began lecturing him in front of the two teachers.

'Glad to see Mitsuki-san's as lively as ever'

"You look so handsome, Aizawa-sensei!"

I grinned as I gave him a thumbs up. "I love it!", which he merely deadpanned at me.

"You should listen to those around you, Genji", he says as he walks me back in my home. All Might is waiting for him in the car.

I scratch my cheek sheepishly, "Yeah, I'll do that", I said sheepishly. He sighs, "You're really a troublesome brat", he said which I chuckle at him.

"You love me though~", I teased as I playfully nudge him, "Your speech in the conference proves it!", I said in triumph.

"Watched it in the hospital?", he asked lazily, which I shook my head. "I watched it while I was captured", I said casually. Although Aizawa flinches slightly beside me.

"They were watching, huh", he muttered, which I nodded. "Thank you, Aizawa-sensei", I said as I turn to look at him, "Thank you for believing in me"

He tch'ed as he looks away, "I just know you're too stubborn to stay captured. It's nothing new", he replied.

'He's a tsundere~'

I laugh as I cling on his arm, startling him, a warm feeling spreading through me as I give him a grin.

"I love you too, Aizawa-sensei~!"

"... shut it, brat"

We stopped in front of our gates. I let go of him and turn to look at him, "They saved us, you know", I said, making him look at me.

"If it weren't for them, All Might will continue to hold back", I said softly, "So don't go hard on them, please?", I ended.

We stared at one another for a few moments before he sighs, "We'll see.", then he waves me off, "Go inside. We're running late already", he orders.

"Hai hai~!", I said as I turn around to opened the gates, stepping in. I glance at him as I closed the gates,

"See you at school, sensei!", I exclaimed before running inside the house, waving at him goodbye with a smile on my face.

The last thing I heard before entering the house is him saying,

"Troublesome brat"

"You know what's good to have right now? Netflix. Why on earth does this world does not have netflix!"
