So a little while ago, some of you guys were interested in my tier list for the whole ship list.
I was thinking about making it a Youtube video, but in the end decided not to since that would take a whole lot of time. So I'm just going to post it here.
Now I'm gonna explain the tier levels.
First we got Rank S or my OTPs (One True Pairings). Basically, my favorites. The ones I'm probably going to write stories about the most and/or I just really like them together. Now I just want to be clear on something. I put these ships in alphabetical order, not by favorite to least favorite. Just because one ship is above another doesn't mean I like that ship more. They are just in ABC order. Okay? Okay.
Next we got Rank A which are for ships I like, but aren't my favorites or I won't really write about.
After that is Rank B, or BrOTPs. These are the pairings I can see having family ties, or having a really close bond, but not romantic.
Next is Rank C which is for pairings I think should just stay friends or I can see becoming friends in the long run. The way I classify 'friends' in this fashion is the characters in question should be able to ask the other character to 'hang out' without the aid of other characters. Basically, they can chill together one-on-one and it won't be awkward.
Then we got Rank D and that's for parings that I have neutral or 'mixed feelings' towards. Like, I don't love or like the ship. I can't see these character being close as family or even hanging out alone together...but I wouldn't be that upset if this ship was to become canon.
And last, but not least, we got Rank F. The ships I completely dislike. I don't like using 'hate'. I think that's too harsh. Before a ship gains 'Rank F status' I ask myself one very important question. Would I be upset if this ship became canon? If yes then they go into Rank F, if no they get moved into Rank D.
Another thing I should mention, ships that are bold are ships that need 'proof of a fandom' before they could be added to the list or ones I made up. So technically, they aren't official but I decided to add them anyway. Who knows? Maybe one of you will see a bold ship, like it, make some type of fanfiction or fanart for it and make it official. You do you.
Remember guys, this list is all in good fun. If you like or dislike my choices, then that's okay. But don't rub my face in it. I love talking about ships, but I don't like arguing about them. If you want to make your own tier list then please go ahead. Of course, I don't expect you to do every ship. But I like to see how similar other people's tier lists are compared to mine.
