Hi all! I apologize for the long wait. I promise I'm not disappearing into the abyss again, it's just a combination of not having a lot of time to write and when I do have time, my muse is stuck on a different story. But I also want to write on this more because I'm super excited for future plot points. We got a lot to cover in the next forty chapters yall.

Just a warning, this chapter has some mild adult content. Nothing is explicit, but it hard-core hints at it. If you've been around since the beginning of this story, I'm sure you know enough about adult situations considering this is like 8 years old. But i thought I'd give y'all a heads up. I added an eighth face for Genie, i bet you can figure out what it is lol.

So without further ado, let us jump into another one of my favorite episodes.

Disclaimer: I own none of this.

Chapter Forty-Five:

The weeks following Genie and I's decision to try for a new baby were a lot of fun. Our relationship had blossomed into something new and more mature. However it was still the same in the ways that counted. We had fun together, he was my best friend. It was like the honeymoon stage of our relationship all over again where all we wanted to do was be together.

And unfortunately for our family, that meant we spent a lot of time in the bedroom.

We would all be hanging out together, talking and laughing. Genie or I would give the other a look, just one little smile was all it took to set us ablaze. Then we'd hastily apologize to our family and Genie would teleport us back to our bedroom.

I knew the others didn't mind. They were happy that we had finally gotten past the rough patch we'd had and that we were trying to start a family once more. Everything was looking up and I honestly don't remember a time I've ever been as truly happy as I am now.

When the Sultan asked Genie and I to accompany him and Aladdin on a diplomatic trip to Getzistan, I knew we couldn't refuse. For one thing, I was the Royal Vizier. It was my duty to follow the Sultan on whatever trip he needed to go on. We had also been slacking at helping our family these past few weeks, too wrapped up in one another. We owed them for allowing us so much time to reconnect again.

The night before we left, Genie and I talked about how we couldn't just zip away on a whim during this trip. We needed to be there for the Sultan and my brother. I thought it would be easy enough, we'd gone on plenty of missions before without needing to "take a break".

I was wrong, it was going to be far from easy.

The ride to Getzistan was absolutely miserable. Genie and I had shared a camel plenty of times before in the past. I relished those moments in his arms. However, it was like the energy between us was super charged the entire ride there. It was like I was hyper aware of everything Genie did or said.

Anytime he brushed against me, my skin prickled with goosebumps. My heart was thundering in my chest and I tried to keep my breathing steady, but I could tell it was labored. My brain was like mush and I could hardly concentrate on the conversations around me. Instead my mind kept wandering back to my attractive husband. Visions of my him kissing, be it my lips, my neck, or some other intimate part of my body, flitted through my imagination. It took everything in me not to turn around and pounce on Genie.

My only consolation was that I could tell that Genie was just as heated as I was. Though that was perhaps dangerous. If either of us slipped in our control, we would break our promise to stay the whole trip and we'd be out of here before anyone could blink. So as hard as it was, I tried to concentrate on the journey ahead rather than my temptation behind me.

It was a relief when I finally recognized that we were getting close.

"Well, we're almost to Getzistan, Genie. Uh, there's something I wanna tell you." Aladdin spoke up from beside us. He was dressed up in his best outfit, looking like the prince he technically was. I am pretty well always dressed in outfits similar to Jasmines, so I didn't have to dress up as much as he had.

"Genie, I would like you and Aladdin to be my honorary diplomats on this summit." The Sultan announced before Aladdin could tell Genie. I had known about this before we'd left. As the Royal Vizier, the Sultan had consulted with me before making this decision. I thought it was a good idea and I had zero doubts my husband could do this.

Genie perked up, looking interested in the Sultans proposal. "Diplomats? You mean all that hoity-toity, doilies and dalmatians, important visitors from foreign lands stuff…? Awesome! I've been an aristocrat, an alley cat, a vampire bat, a thermostat, but I've never been a diplomat!" He glanced down at his clothes. "Ugh, better dress the part." He changed into an 18th century outfit with a powdered wig. "Exquisite."

"Very handsome." I giggled, and Genie winked at me.

The Sultan pulled a scroll out from a satchel attached to his camel. "Now then, I figured we could go over some rules before we get there. I trust you to make a good impression, but it never hurts to brush up on your skills" he cleared his throat. "Enjoy polite laughter, but it's wisdom you're after. Show courage and might, but keep fear within sight. Don't keep anger locked inside, as long as kindness is your guide." Gracious! I had forgotten there were so many rules for diplomacy!"

It sounded more like poetry then rules, in my opinion. I'd heard all this before, of course. When I was first made Royal Vizier, I had read tons of books and scrolls to prepare myself. I'd been on diplomatic trips plenty of times before, but it was different when eyes were actually all on you rather than your brother. "I didn't forget! Who knew he'd read each and every one?" I heard Iago mutter.

"Laughter, wisdom, courage, fear, anger, kindness. Got it! Sultan, you can count on me! I'll be the best honorary diplomat-guy ever! I mean, if Al can get it right, how hard can it be?" Genie grinned confidently.

"Hey!" My brother called out indignantly.

Genie then turned into a snooty-looking man in a suit with a monocle and a large mustache. He had an annoying laugh and an English accent. I watched amused as he practiced being diplomatic. "Oh, Genie! I've been thinking…" Iago trailed off as he landed on my shoulder. There was a mischievous gleam in his eye that told me this would be hilarious.

"What, Iago?! Hurry, I'm practicing being diplomatic. Oh, I jolly do so enjoy polite laughter!" Genie laughed in a snooty manner. Iago proceeded to say that, when we arrived at Getzistan, the two of them should spend some quality time together, alone. "Uh huh. Would "quality time" involve a casino, by any chance?"

"They have casinos in Getzistan? Oh, you think I want you to help me cheat, that's it, isn't it?! Genie, you hurt me. Deep! If that's how you feel, I'll leave you to your lonely, bitter self!" Iago huffed and flew away. "Hey, Abu, wait! How many cards can you hide up your sleeves?"

I watched him go before shaking my head in mirth. Some things never changed.

Genie stiffened behind me and I turned to face him curiously. "Everything okay, love?" I asked him, concerned by the look of suspicion he had on his face. He shook his head and tried to smile reassuringly at me, but the look fell flat.

"I'm not sure, I thought I saw something out there." He informed me. Aladdin and I both looked out, frowning when we saw nothing. However, Genie had really good instincts, even when he was a goofball. I trusted him when he said something wasn't right. It was pretty dark outside so there very well could be something out there.

However, before anyone could reply, fireworks began going off ahead of us. "Incoming! Hit the dirt!" Genie shouted, having not realized what was really going on. He transformed the desert into trenches, then turned himself into a soldier with a machine gun, firing randomly. "This is for Joe! And this is for Moe! And this is for Barthalomew!"

"Genie, it's fireworks! Fireworks, Genie! The sultan of Getzistan is welcoming us!" Aladdin and I yelled as we tried to get my husband's attention.

"Huh?" Genie looked up, and the fireworks were clearly coming from the city. Sultan Pasta al-Dente leans out the window of a tower, waving a white flag, and calling out his surrender. Oh. I guess that wasn't very diplomatic…" He trailed off sheepishly.

The next morning, I found myself walking through the streets of Getzistan with Aladdin and Genie. Things had been strained with Sultan Al-Dente the night before after the whole fireworks debacle. We got to bed pretty late and had passed out almost immediately when our head got the pillows. Then we were up super early for breakfast and to prepare for the day's events.

I'd maybe gotten three hours of sleep, which was probably why I was super cranky. From the moment I opened my eyes, I was just in a bad mood. I've already snapped at just about everyone, excluding the Sultans thankfully. Somewhere deep down, I felt bad for being so nasty today. Not enough for me to lighten up though.

"Now look, Genie, things are a little strained between the sultans, so it's important to make a good impression. We're here on a-" Aladdin was explaining but Genie interrupted him.

"-Diplomatic mission! Worry not, there will be no more mess ups from me! Got the rules of diplomacy right here. Memory like a steel trap." He turned into the same English gentleman as last night. "Enjoy polite laughter," Then he turned into an Indian guru. "But it's wisdom you're after!" He finished as himself. "Eh, eh? Am I right?"

"You'll do fine, Genie." Aladdin assured my husband before he walked away.

Genie started going through the rules that the Sultan had given him yesterday, but he couldn't seem to get them correct. "Genie, Al is right, you'll do fine. And I'll be by your side the entire time. The Sultan trusts you." I tried to assure him despite the flash of irritation I felt. I needed to pull myself together, I swear.

"I've already messed up once though." He sighed while running the back of his head. I could tell he was frustrated so I walked behind him and started massaging his shoulders to try to get him to relax. "I just don't want to disappoint anyone. I know I mess things up all the time, but I don't want to with this. I want to make you guys proud."

"My love, we are proud of you. Do you know how many times you've saved Aladdin, Jasmine, and I? Too many times to count!" I walked back in front of him and wrapped my arms around his neck. "You're amazing, Genie. Please never doubt that."

He smiled thankfully at me and wrapped his own arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him. "What would I do without you?" He pondered brightly.

"You'll never have to find out." I promised him before I brought his lips down to mine. The kiss was sweet at first, but it quickly grew more heated. My skin burned against his and I longed for us to disappear somewhere where we could work through our frustrations together.

However, before I could even suggest that, I hear the sound of approaching footsteps. I reluctantly pulled away and looked up to see Sultan Al-Dente walking up "Oh, Genie, Princess Kendra! The ceremonies in the main hall at twelve! Don't forget!" He reminded us before he left.

"Forget? I can't even remember! Now, let's see… "Enjoy angry laughter in the main hall of wisdom, but the ceremonies are polite, so stay locked up at night!" Whoa, that's just plain weird. "Show weirdness and might, but the ceremonies at twelve…" Genie stumbled, all mixed up. It was like all the talking we'd just done had been for nothing. Then he suddenly gasped. "Is that noon or tonight?!"

Iago suddenly flew over and landed on his shoulder. "Genie, about that quality time…" He trailed off.

"CAN'T YOU SEE I'M TRYING TO THINK?!" Genie suddenly showed, his face turning red before it blew up. Then he disappeared from sight. Iago huffed and flew off, muttering something about annoying genies not helping him. I just stood there for a moment, my arms crossed in annoyance. I couldn't believe my husband had just left me there.

I decided the best thing to do was to just go find Aladdin. Maybe with his help, we could calm down the panicking blue lug.

The streets of Getzistan were bustling with activity as I made my way through it. No one seemed to pay me much mind, which was nice. I was still pretty irked at being left behind. Genie had never left me alone like that before. I knew his mind scrambled the moment though.

Still I didn't know the streets very well so it made me nervous to be on my own. Since coming to this universe, I usually didn't spend a lot of time by myself. Usually I had either Aladdin, Jasmine or Genie with me. Iago and Abu were constant companions as well. Sometimes I had alone time in Agrabah but it was almost unheard of in other cities. Some people might get annoyed with the fact that they were always surrounded by others, but I loved it. It was a reminder that I really was here in the Aladdin universe.

I just hoped I ran into someone soon because honestly I was lost. Earlier I was too moody to really pay attention to where we were walking from. Getzistan was large with buildings that were almost like modern day skyscrapers. They blocked the view of the palace so I didn't even have that as a guide.

I had turned a corner when someone suddenly grabbed my arm and pulled me into an alley. I yelped in surprise and immediately tried pulling out of their grip. "Whoa, whoa, beautiful it's just me! Calm down!" I heard Genie protesting.

I blinked and focused on my would be attacker. The sight of my husband had me both relieved, and irritated. "Seriously you're gonna just disappear like that, leaving me in the middle of nowhere, and then scare me by dragging me into a dark alley?" I growled at him before pulling my arm out of his grip and crossing them defiantly.

"Sorry sweetheart, I was focused on unimportant things. Now the only thing I want is you, right here and now." Genie practically purred as his eyes roamed all over my body. The husky tone he used told me exactly what he wanted from me and I couldn't help blushing.

"Here? Now?" I squeaked, my brain turning to mush. I felt a fire light up inside me and suddenly that's all I wanted as well. "But we're in public." I cheated my throat and looked away.

My skin burned when he gently caressed my cheek and turned my head so that my eyes could meet his. They were dark with lust and I shivered at the intensity of it. "Does that really matter? I know you want me just as much as I need you." And then he kissed me and whatever control I had was lost.

We lost ourselves in one another.

What felt like an eternity later, I was leaning against the stonewall of the first building that made up the alley. It had been a long time since I felt that sated and yet embarrassed at the same time. Genie and I had never done anything that daring before, nor had I ever expected us to. I really didn't know what to think.

Genie was beside me with a satisfied smirk on his face. He watched me as I adjusted my clothes, his eyes grower darker and darker. I didn't have to be a mind reader to know he was undressing me with eyes. "Are you sure we need to leave, sweetheart. I wouldn't mind going another round or two. We could make it more exciting by flying up to the roof." He winked at me.

I chuckled. "As much as I'd love that, we have to get back to the palace for the ceremony. You know the Sultan is counting on us to be there." I reminded him. He strolled towards me and grabbed my hips to pull me closer to him. "Who cares what he wants. I'm talking about what you and I both want, baby."

"Genie, love, we have to go. You know that. Now come on." I stepped away from him and he let me go. Then we left the alley to try and find Aladdin.

Genie stuck close to my side. When I glanced up at him, he was practically staring me down. It was kind of unnerving if I was being honest. I kind of felt like prey that was being stalked by a predator. Genie had never made me feel like that before so I was confused. "Is everything alright? You're acting really weird." I asked him concerned

"I'm just thinking about all the things I'm gonna do to you when we get back to our bedroom. Though it really didn't need to be there, I can do it anywhere." He replied, his voice low and husky. I shivered and felt my face grow hot. Genie had never been this forward before. Well, at least not out in public. "Right, well, let's just get through this day, okay?"

We turned another corner and stumbled upon a crowd of people watching a pair of sword jugglers. After a quick scan, I caught sight of Aladdin and Abu. However, I was thrown off by the sight of three other versions of Genie. There was a Superhero looking one, a large, smiling one and a snooty-looking one that was laughing uncontrollably.

I glanced over at the Genie beside me but he didn't pay the others any mind. His attention was still solely focused on me. "Um, do you have any clue what's going on? Why are there so many other Genies?"

His eyes briefly flickered to the others before returning to me. He shrugged. "Does it matter? Only you and I are the important people here. Now come on, let's get away from here." He suggested with a lewd smile.

I rolled my eyes and walked toward Aladdin. He looked just as stressed as I currently felt. Throwing off my husband's endless attempts to get me to bed were exhausting. My brother looked up at the sound of our approaching footsteps and his face fell even more. "Five Genies?" He groaned. "What is happening?"

"That's what I was wondering." I told him with a raised eyebrow.

"I think he might have been separated into all these different personalities by this mysterious blast that had happened back at the Getzistan palace garden. Genie's courage, Genie's kindness and Genie's laughter, that's my guess. He was trying to be all those things when that blast happened!" Aladdin explained. He looked over my Genie with a confused frown. "I'm not sure about that one though."

The Genie that had been with me was currently running his fingers through my hair. I winced when I realized what he was. "Well you said Genie was trying to be all those different personalities right? Well what's the one thing he and I have been up to the past several weeks?"

It took him a moment to comprehend what I was hinting at. When he did, his eyes widened in surprise, cheeks flaring. "Oh."

"Yeah." I commented dryly. With how much he'd been trying to seduce me, this had to be his lust. That certainly cleared things up. I had been so confused on why he'd been so adamant on shirking our duties, that was very unlike Genie. However if his personalities had been split into several different Genies, well that strangely made sense.

Abu got Aladdin's attention and started pounding his chest before shrugging. Aladdin shook his head. "No, no, I didn't forget. We've gotta find Genie's anger before he causes any more damage." He assured the monkey.

"Fear not! I will find the scoundrel!" The Superhero Genie, Courage, exclaimed before he flew away. Aladdin called after him to stop, saying that we needed to stick together, but Courage didn't listen. He flew between the sword jugglers. I winced when he was cut into several pieces, much to the juggler's horror. "It only looks like it hurts!"

"He's rather a clumsy oaf for such a brave chap, eh? Ha ha ha ha!" Laughter giggled. Genie's lust suddenly kissed the side of my neck and I stiffened in surprise. "This is boring, my love. Let's get out of here so I can ravage you the way you deserve." He whispered into my ear and wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me against him. I flushed when I felt how much he wanted me. "I need you right now."

I shivered, feeling myself grow warm. Which was completely awkward considering my brother was standing right there. Said sibling was pointedly ignoring the two of us. "I really miss Genie." I heard him mumble and I couldn't help but agree with him. I wanted my husband back to normal, as soon as possible.

I pulled away from Lust (it was so weird to call him that!) and stepped towards Aladdin. I tried to push down the heated feeling Lust had pulled from me. Now really wasn't the time. I needed to focus on fixing my husband, not sleeping with a part of him. "Come on, let's go find Anger." I linked my arms through Aladdins and pulled him forward. I hoped that would keep Lust from jumping me, which was a very good possibility.

I didn't miss the jealous growl.

We found Anger only minutes later. It was just in time to see him throw Iago into a wall. "Iago!" I gasped and let go of Aladdin so I could run up to him. He groaned in pain as I picked him up to cradle in my arms. His eyes opened in time to see Laughter approaching us. Iago immediately began protesting and demanding we keep Laughter away from him. "It's okay, Iago! Genie's not himself at the moment, he's been split into different personalities. The Genie that threw you into a wall was his anger. That's laughter right there, Courage is over that way, Kindness is beside him, and well, you probably don't want to know who the final one is." I pointed each one out, though I couldn't help blushing at the last one.

"This is too weird, even for us." Iago grumbled.

"Agreed."

XxRebelWriterxX

We began walking through the streets once more. I wondered if there were more Genie personalities running around somewhere. The five that we had now were enough of a handful though, I wasn't sure how we'd handle even more.

"Get Genie back into one piece? Yeah, that's gonna happen! Where are all the pieces, anyway?" Iago was complaining from his spot on my shoulder. I had asked him to stay there in an effort to keep Lust at bay, it was only working slightly.

"I don't know…" Aladdin trailed off. We all jumped in surprise when a body suddenly fell out of the sky directly in front of us. "Abis Mal!" My brother and I exclaimed at the same time.

"Point that beard at me again and I'll rip your spine out!" An angry voice yelled after him. I looked towards the source and saw what I assumed was Genies anger. Aladdin confirmed this when he yelled it out. Iago immediately flew out, whining about how he liked his spine. Anger turned his attention on us, his eyes narrowing when he stopped Aladdin. "Oh, it's the happy boy!"

"Forget him, there's no time!" Haroud assisted then and pointed out the two Sultans across the street. I knew then that Abis Mal had something to do with this craziness that had befallen my husband. And it had something to do with a plot against the Sultan.

"Okay! But I'm only doing this because you said I could use dimwit over there for a punching bag!" Anger snapped before he stomped over to the two Sultans.

I tried to follow after him, but I was suddenly engulfed in a pair of familiar blue arms. "Everyone is distracted, my beautiful wife. How about you and I get away from here for some alone time. I saw a hidden alcove a couple streets back." The lust Genie whispered in my ear before he kissed my neck.

"Dude, we've been over this multiple times." I growled, annoyed now. I struggled in his grip and he let me go. I knew he would never hurt me or hold me against my will, even with his split up personalities. But I was tired of him constantly trying to pull me away from my current mission. "We need to save the Sultan right now."

Lust waved his hand dismissively. "Your Sultan is fine. It's the other one that was kidnapped by the small oaf and the angry blue one."

"What!"

I turned towards the fight and saw that he was correct. Sultan Pasta was gone, as well as Abis Mal and Haroud. Aladdin was approaching our Sultan and I quickly ran to their side. An older looking Genie appeared beside my brother. "Some sage advice: avoid confrontation. It can lead to severe physical harm." He was saying when I finally reached them. Then he disappeared, no doubt following after Abis Mal.

"Eight Genies?!"Aladdin groaned in disbelief. One of the Genies suddenly turned into a dwarf and took off. I watched him go and shook my head. "This is just crazy." I muttered to myself.

"Genie just kidnapped Pasta al-Dente!" The Sultan exclaimed, looking perturbed at the thought.

"Uh, Genie's not exactly himself these days." Aladdin informed him before he explained the whole situation. "... and that's why we need to hurry up and find Abis Mal. We need to save Sultan Pasta and find a way to put Genie back together again."

The Sultan nodded in understanding, before ushering us away. Aladdin, Abu, and I took off with the rest of the Genie's following close behind. It didn't take long to catch up with them. They were standing in an alley. The Sultan was chained up and Abis Mal was trying on his hat. I swear, that guy had an obsession with big hats.

"Sir, why bother with Agrabah when Getzistan's throne is already yours? After all, it has a thriving economy, glitz, glamour…" Haroud was explaining to his boss, who was excitedly agreeing with him.

"Sorry to spoil your plans, fellas." Aladdin piped up, drawing their attention to us. I stood beside him, my arms crossed. "We're here for the Sultan. And to fix whatever it is you did to my husband."

"Aladdin? Kendra? And more genies? Get them!" Abis Mal commanded.

Things went chaotic after that. Genie's wisdom, fear, and weirdness attacked the other Genies. It was a full on Genie war. Aladdin and I used that to our advantage though and, in all the confusion, we ran up to the Sultan and released him from his chains.

Haroud suddenly tackled Aladdin but I knew my brother could handle him. I needed to get the Sultan to safety. "Come on, let's get you out of here." I said as I helped him stand. Before we moved, I scanned the alley way to try and find the best route. What I saw was slightly comical, though the situation wasn't funny in the least. Wisdom was trying to fight Laughter, but nothing he did seemed to faze the other. Anger was jumping up and down on Courage's chest, but not hurting him, while Fear watched. I could vaguely hear Anger try to get Fear to help, but he wasn't having it. Anger then shoved Fear into Laughter's mouth, shutting him up. The Genies were now all in one huge dogpile fighting each other.I led Sultan Pasta around the craziness and towards the opening of the alley.

"That's it! I've got my hat! Let's just finish this right now!" I heard Abis Mal suddenly shout. I looked over in time to see him take an orb out of his caftan. Haroud yelled at him then, breaking away from my brother and running towards his boss, warning him that he didn't know what that would do.

I saw Aladdin exchange some words with Genie's wisdom, but I was too far to hear. Suddenly, Aladdin tackled Abis Mal to try to take the orb from him.

"Wait here sir." I asked Sultan Pasta before I quickly joined my brother. Haroud went to attack Aladdin with a wooden club, but Abu and I grabbed him simultaneously. I pushed him away from the other and tried to wrestle the club out of his hands.

A blue arm reached down and plucked it from his grasp. I looked up and saw that Lust had it. He was grinning down at me. "Hello, my beautiful wife. I saw you struggling with this buffoon and thought I'd help." He winked at me.

"Thanks hon." I giggled before I pushed Haroud away and stood back up. Then I glanced over at Aladdin in time to see him pick up the orb and aim it towards the pile of fighting Genies. I pushed Lust over to pile right as Aladdin threw the orb. It exploded into a cloud of smoke and I prayed that when it cleared, my husband would be back to normal.

However I was disappointed to still see multiple Genie's continuing to work.

"It didn't work!" Aladdin frowned, ignoring Abis Mal's complaint about it being a cheap orb. Then his eyes light up in understanding. "It didn't work. It wasn't the bomb, it was Genie! Genie was trying to be too many things at once!"

I nodded in agreement. "That makes sense. He was so stressed out about today. Genie, be yourself! We want the old Genie back!" I yelled at the dog pile of Genies. Aladdin understood what I was doing and joined in.

Thankfully this seemed to work. The Genies began to meld back together. Soon enough, my Genie was back in one piece. I grinned and tackled him in a hug. "Genie!" I squealed before kissing him enthusiastically. When we pulled away, he told me I did good, saying that that was all he needed to hear. "We missed you, my love."

"Aw, shucks, it's great to be back! Sorry I didn't bring you anything. I was being pulled in so many directions I didn't know what to get you. Hang on a sec, important call." He kissed my cheek before he turned his attention to Abis Mal and Haroud. They'd been trying to escape, but Genie zapped a cage around them. "Now would you say that this is an occasion to enjoy laughter or share wisdom?" Genie asked with a playful grin.

"Genie, I think I'm speaking for everybody when I say, just be yourself." Aladdin replied, laying a hand on his shoulder.

Iago then came out of nowhere and landed on Genie's shoulder. "Oh, Kindness! You promised me some quality time! I know you're in there!" He practically yelled in Genie's ear.

"Well, almost everybody." I giggled before shooing the bird away. I kissed Genie on the cheek before I skipped over to where Sultan Pasta was still standing. I was surprised to see our Sultan with him as well. He must have followed us here. From the easy going smiles they both had, I assumed that our Sultan had already filled in what had happened to Genie. "You guys alright?" I asked when I reached them.

"Princess Kendra. Yes, I believe everything is alright now. I'm glad to see that your Genie fellow is back in one piece. I have to admit, I was afraid you guys were inadvertently pushing for war. But the Sultan here explained what that Abis Mal guy was up to." Sultan Pasta replied. He had a sour look when he mentioned Abis Mal. That feeling was certainly mutual.

Now that we knew everyone was alright, we decided to head back to the palace for the ceremony. Abis Mal and Haroud floated beside us in a cage that Genie had conjured. When we arrived, we handed over the two villains to a couple of palace guards then we all went our separate ways to prepare for the ceremony. At this point, it was going to start a little late, but what can you do

When Genie and I arrived at our room, I walked over to the vanity so that I could fix my hair and make up. Genie joined me and, while I did my make up, he brushed through the tangled mess that made up my hair. "So do you remember everything that your separate selves did or how does that work?" I asked him curiously.

Genie hummed. "Well, it's like I have eight separate memories from the day. I'm having a hard time sorting through them but yes, I remember it all." He leaned down and kissed my shoulder. "Including our little private time in that alley."

"I don't think it was very private." I smirked at him through the mirror.

"True." His smile dropped, a worried frown replacing it. "I hope I didn't make you too uncomfortable today. I know that side of me pushed you a lot and I hope you know that I would never pressure you to do anything. I love you too much."

"I know you wouldn't, love. I'll admit, I was confused at first. Once I understood the situation though, I wasn't bothered by it. Besides, we've both been "in the mood" almost constantly the past few weeks so I hadn't thought too much of it." I assured him.

"Good." He finished my hair at the same time I finished my makeup. Then he snapped his fingers and my outfit was suddenly clean once more. "Now then, shall we go be all diplomatic. I'm looking forward to showing off my beautiful wife."

I giggled and wrapped my arms around his. "Let's go, my love."

And that wraps up another beautiful chapter! I hoped you guys enjoyed it. Again, I do apologize for the delay. It's just harder for me to find time to write, especially now that I am working two jobs. I wish that I could promise a quick update but I cannot. I'll see you guys as soon as I can though! Until next time, feel free to leave a review!
