Chapter 34

Drake

Maxwell. My heart was pounding hard, but I sighed in relief. 'Maxwell!' Iris scolded, her voice also relieved. Hana was giggling as she pulled me up, definitely not strong enough to carry me, like Maxwell was carrying Iris. 'Grab your suitcases, put on these clothes, and meet us outside the door!' Maxwell grinned, put Iris down, handed her two shirts and Hana and he left.

Iris and I shared to look, full of surprise, and then she held up the shirts. They said "Team Jemma" and had a picture of Jimmy and Emma on the back. She burst into laughter and I shook my head with a laugh. 'Jeez, we're going to have to wear those?' She giggled and handed me the bigger shirt. She took off her pyjamas and changed into the black Team Jemma shirt. I put mine on, and frowned. 'We'd better not be wearing this all day.' She kissed my cheek and shook her head. 'I'm pretty sure Hana's planned something else as well. This is clearly Tim and Maxwell's doing.' She walked into the bathroom, and grabbed our toiletries as I grabbed our suitcases. We'd already packed them yesterday, which had been Tim's advice. He'd said we'd be leaving early in the morning. I checked the clock, and cocked an eyebrow.
Half past two A.M. could be seen as really early, sure.

We both put on pants, and walked out the door, where we found Maxwell and Hana. 'Are you guys ready?' Maxwell asked happily. I cocked an eyebrow. 'I was having a good night's sleep.' Iris slapped my shoulder and giggled. 'We're ready, show us the way.' Hana smiled big as she saw our T-shirts. 'You guys look awesome!' 'Hana, before Drake gets into a frenzy, please tell me we won't be wearing these shirts all day?' Iris asked, eyeing me playfully. 'No, only for a certain part!' Hana giggled and got us moving along.

'Oh jeez,' I sighed, grabbed both our suitcases and followed them outside. We saw two limousines there, and I was getting the feeling that it were the bachelor and bachelorette limousines. 'Say goodbye to each other guys, because this is where we break you apart… only to meet again in about ten hours!' Hana said happily 'What, I thought our parties were mixed?' I asked confused, not really in the mood to leave my pregnant fiancée during all the assassin escapades.

'They are, but the trip to your parties isn't. Say goodbye!' Maxwell said, and walked over to the left limousine to wait there as Hana walked over to the one on the right. I turned towards Iris, with a deep frown on my face. She chuckled and pecked my lips. 'We'll see each other again, you heard them.' I sighed. 'I know but-' She smiled as she cupped my cheeks. 'I'll be safe, we'll see each other in ten hours.' I nodded slowly, pulled her close and tangled my hand in her hair. 'We'd better. I love you, Valentine.'

She pulled my face closer and brushed her lips over mine, kissing me passionately. 'I love you too, Drake.' I smiled as I rested my forehead against hers, and enjoyed my last moments with her, until we heard the front door open again. We looked up, and Tim, Jake, Jimmy and Emma walked outside. The first thing I noticed, were Jimmy and Emma's T-shirts, and they saw the same thing. 'Oh my god!' Iris and Emma yelled and burst into laughter.

Jimmy and Emma's shirt said "Team Dris". Jimmy turned around to show us the picture on the back, it was a picture Maxwell had made when we'd just started living together. I chuckled and turned around so they could see their picture. Emma shrieked, 'it's so cute!' Jimmy and I chuckled and were rudely being dragged away by Tim and Jake. 'Hold on!' Jimmy said confused, 'what's happening?' I quickly stole a last kiss from Iris as Tim dragged me away, and I cooperated, walking over to the limousine with him. 'Dragging me away from my fiancée? You'd better have whiskey in there, male Valentine,' I grumbled. Tim chuckled and nodded. 'More than you know, but you here's another piece of advice, my almost brother in law, don't get drunk. There's too much fun ahead!'

I frowned. 'I'm not seeing Iris for ten hours, why shouldn't I get drunk?' Tim grinned. 'Because there's too much to do once we're at the hotel.' I cocked my eyebrows, 'hotel?' He shook his head. 'I've overshared. Just, don't get drunk, don't let Maxwell feed you whiskey endlessly.' I chuckled. 'Fine, I won't.' He smiled at me. 'I haven't said this before, Drake, but I'm really glad it's you marrying my sister.' I smiled back as he stuck out his hand. 'As a brother you know the feeling.' I nodded, 'all to well.' He shook my hand. 'I'm glad to be a part of the Valentine family, Tim. Thanks for arranging all of this,' I said.

He slapped my shoulder, and opened the car door for me, and Jimmy, who suddenly turned up behind me. Tim let us in, and we heard a lot of cheers. 'WHOOO!' Maxwell yelled. He, Danny, Ron, Bertrand, Jake and Tim were all together, and wearing the same shirts as Jimmy and I. Danny, Tim and Bertrand were Team Dris, and Maxwell, Ron and Jake were Team Jemma. Jimmy and I laughed and sat down next to the guys. 'You're kidding,' I said, shaking my head.

Tim handed me a glass of whiskey and shook his head. 'Definitely not, welcome to the beginning of your bachelor party!'

Iris

Hana was waiting for Emma and me by the limousine, and opened the car door. 'Welcome to the beginning of your bachelorette party!' She cheered, and let us in. Inside the limousine, we saw Penelope, Kiara, Savannah and … 'Fleur, Sarah!' I called happily as I stepped into the limousine and hugged Fleur, Jake's girlfriend, and then Sarah, Danny's girlfriend. 'I'm so happy to see you again!' Emma called and hugged them too. 'Oh come on, we wouldn't miss this for the world!' Fleur cheered and pulled Emma close. I hugged Sarah once more. 'Han, thank you so much for arranging all of this!' I said, smiling up at Hana. She shook her head. 'Of course, for you two!' I moved on to Savannah, hugging my almost sister in law lovingly, and then Penelope and Kiara. Kiara and I had never been that close, mostly because I knew she had a think for Drake, and I was pretty sure that her feelings were still there, but I still appreciated her presence. 'Thank you for coming,' I smiled at her. She nodded, a small smile on her face.

Penelope, however, hugged me happily. 'Iris!' I giggled. 'Pen!' Hana asked us to sit down, because the driver had left Bellatio's driveway, and she scraped her throat. 'Ladies, welcome to your bachelorette party! I am happy to announce… that we are taking you to…' All ladies cheered at once. 'VEGAS!' 'OH MY GOD!' Emma and I called and jumped onto Hana, who burst into laughter. 'I'm guessing you're into this.' I nodded happily. 'Ah, girls, thank you all so much for coming. I'm so happy you're all here and willing to celebrate this with us during this crazy time,' I said.

Emma nodded, and reached her hand to Fleur, who took it. 'I would like to thank Hana for arranging this,' Emma said, and smiled big. Now I nodded. 'I thank Hana and Savannah for being the two best sisters in law I could ever imagine,' I said, and smiled at both of them. Savannah blew me a kiss, and Hana put her head against mine. 'A big thanks to Fleur and Sarah for travelling all the way here, I'm loving the fact you're here, and we've missed you like crazy,' I continued, blowing kisses to our Dutch friends. They smiled big and nodded. 'We've missed you too!' I nodded at Emma to do the final speech, because even though I appreciated Kiara's presence, didn't mean I was incredibly fond of it. Sure, call me jealous, but I was marrying the guy she wanted. She had every right to hate me… I would, if it were me.

'Penelope and Kiara, I thank you for coming too, we've grown closer during the competition, and I'm loving that you're here for us now. To the girls!' Emma said happily, and raised a glass that Savannah handed her. 'Yours is kiddie champagne, Iris,' Hana said with a wink, as she handed me a glass too. 'Bless you,' I chuckled and raised my glass in the air. 'To the girls!' 'To the girls!' The others called, and downed their glasses. I grinned. 'Oh you guys are going to get so drunk.' Hana shook her head. 'I advise you not too. You're going to miss out on a lot of things if you're drunk in Vegas!' Emma giggled. 'Damn it, so no more?' All girls cheered as more champagne was being poured. Hana and Savannah took pictures of all of us together in our T-shirts, sipping the champagne. Or kiddie champagne, in my case.

'Okay, girls. Within the hour, we'll arrive at the airport, and I suggest all of you sleeping in the plane… because you won't have a lot of time to sleep after!' I grinned. 'So that's what the T-shirts are for?' Hana smiled big and nodded. 'Show 'em, girls!' She took off her sweater, and so did the others. Emma and I burst into laughter as all girls were wearing either Team Dris or Team Jemma shirts. 'I love this, it's awesome Hana,' Emma laughed. Hana, Savannah and Sarah were wearing Team Dris T-shirts, and Penelope, Kiara and Fleur were Team Jemma.

'Of course we're all fans of both teams, but we had to make teams, for later this evening!' Savannah said, and winked at me. 'Hana, Sarah and I will be your group tonight, being your sisters in law. Oh and who are we kidding, you and Danny are like brother and sister, we're a family group.' Sarah laughed and nodded. 'Yeah, you know, I could be jealous of any girl ever, but not you, Iris.' I burst into laughter and grabbed her hand. 'Oh Sarah where were you when Drake needed you the most.' Hana and Emma burst into laughter as well, and Sarah looked confused, so I started explaining the story.

Due to all our chatting, the hour flew by and we entered one of the royal planes once we'd arrived at the airport. Everyone chose a chair to sit in, and I chose the one next to Emma, resting my head onto hers when she put her head onto my shoulder. 'I've missed spending time with you, Em,' I said, smiling slightly as she grabbed my hand. 'Same, Iris. I…' She sighed. 'I've been so worried about you. I can't handle you being pregnant and being a target like this.' I rubbed the back of her hand with my thumb. 'What do you think about me? I dragged you into this. Yeah sure you found Jimmy… but this assassination is something I've never wanted to make you a part of,' I sighed.

Her head shot up. 'You've given me so much. This assassination is nothing compared to the lifetime of happiness Jimmy and I are going to have together!' I smiled and wrapped my arms around her. 'I promise to be safe, Em. I want to be right by your side to see that lifetime of happiness you're going to have with Jimmy.' She smiled half-heartedly and hugged me tightly. 'You'd better.'

We chatted for a few more minutes, until we both started yawning. 'Let's get some sleep,' I said, and Emma nodded. She put her head on my shoulder again, and I put my head back onto hers. 'Just imagine Drake and Jimmy sitting like this,' Emma muttered, causing me to giggle. 'I'd kill to see that,' I said. She nodded, laughing together, then drifting asleep quite quickly after that.

We were shaken awake by Hana, a few hours later. 'Girls, we've almost arrived at the airport!' Emma and I sat up and stretched. The drive over to the hotel wasn't long, but as I thought back of Hana's words, I raised my eyebrows. 'Hey Han, didn't you say that we wouldn't be seeing the guys for ten hours?' Hana nodded. 'Yeah, why?' 'Well, it's about seven and a half hours later right now, and we've almost arrived at the hotel?' Savannah grinned. 'Yeah, we're going to check in first, and then we have a special appointment. You'll see later.' Emma and I shot each other a look, then looked at the other girls, who giggled. Once we'd arrived at the hotel, it turned out that I was sharing a room with Emma, Hana and Savannah were sharing, Fleur and Sarah, and Penelope and Kiara. Everyone was sharing a room, even the boys, being Jake and Tim, Danny and Ron, Drake and Jimmy, and Maxwell and Bertrand.

'We're not going co-ed tonight,' Hana said with a wink, 'as a "you can't see each other" kind of thing.' I giggled and shook my head. 'I don't want to be the one telling Drake.' Hana looked at Savannah. 'If the guys haven't told him yet, you are, right?' Savannah burst into laughter. 'My brother is not that scary.' Emma cocked an eyebrow. 'You didn't see him when Jimmy chose Iris to marry him back then. At times, he was quite scary.' Savannah nodded and grinned. 'Yeah, okay. I can imagine him being scary at times like those.' Penelope and Kiara returned. 'Okay, everyone's checked in! Let's go!' Penelope cheered, and grabbed my hand to pull me along. I giggled and followed her, feeling jittery about what was going to happen. We all walked up to a certain room, and once Penelope opened the doors, my mouth fell open as well. 'Oh my god!' It was a massive beauty salon and a boutique in one. 'Vegas, baby!' Emma shrieked and cheered, as all the girls giggled and pushed us inside.

A few people walked up to us, and asked for Iris Valentine and Emma Woodbury. 'That's us,' I said happily as I pointed at Emma and me. 'First of all, congratulations on your engagement,' a woman said happily as she shook our hands, 'and secondly… I'd like you to enjoy this experience, as we're going to clothe you in two killer dresses, and we're going to do your hair and makeup. Your guys will hardly to able to resist you!' Emma and I cheered softly and thanked her, then hugged Hana again, who giggled. 'Enjoy!'

Drake

I wasn't drunk. I definitely wasn't drunk, but I did feel a little bit of the whiskey. I needed it though, because Maxwell had let on that we'd be dancing tonight… and if I needed anything to get my body to dance, it would be whiskey.

Once we'd arrived at the hotel, and Maxwell led us to the front desk, I found out that I wouldn't be sleeping next to my fiancée that night, but next to Jimmy. 'Excuse me, what?' I asked, glaring at Tim who'd told us the room charts. 'You're not sharing a room with my sister, you'll be sharing a room with Jimmy. This is your last night as a single, that means no spending the night with your fiancée. Enjoy!' He said happily, then quickly skipped off. I was still glaring at him. Jimmy chuckled. 'Oh Drake, don't you want me anymore?' I chuckled and brotherly hit his shoulder. 'Okay, men. Get to your rooms, change into the suits you'll find on the beds, and make sure you're ready to meet the girls for dinner. Shower, dress, do everything to make yourself look good,' Maxwell told us.

'Ron, just saying,' Danny started, and looked at Ron. 'Don't take "do everything to make yourself look good" too literally. We only have about half an hour, and you'll never be able to look good.' We all chuckled as Ron rolled his eyes and grinned. 'Don't wear yourself out either.' Now we all laughed, as the two started bickering and Tim and Jake came between them, settling the fight saying both were equally ugly. 'All I'm saying,' Ron said, and raised his hands. Danny's mouth fell open. 'Oh come on, I've got to be better looking than red over there.'

I looked at Jimmy and chuckled as we quickly walked away, over to our room. There were two separate beds, and we found a suit on each bed, a sticky note on each suit saying who the suit belonged to. Jimmy's suit was blue, and mine was green. 'Okay, this room is so big, it actually has two bathrooms, are you kidding me?' I asked surprised. Jimmy looked about the same. 'Well, that's a good thing, now we don't have to fight about the shower.' I chuckled and nodded. I grabbed my toiletries and walked over to the bathroom closest to my bed. I showered, made sure I smelled good and put on my suit. I ran a hand through my hair, knowing Iris loved it the most when I just left it looking slightly wild. I stepped out of the bathroom, and waited until Jimmy returned.

Once he stepped out of the bathroom, he smiled up at me. 'The girls are going to love us in this.' I grinned and nodded. 'I'm hoping for the look. You know, the "you're in a suit and I'm loving this" look.' Jimmy laughed and nodded. 'I know the look. Emma can hardly handle a good suit.' I chuckled. 'Sure, but when she can't handle it anymore, give me a signal, I won't come back to the room.' He laughed, 'sure.'

As we walked downstairs, Tim led us to a room. 'We're having dinner in this room first, and afterwards, the activities will start,' he said, and had us all sit down. After about ten minutes, Tim told us that the girls were about to enter, as he'd gotten a text, so we all stood up. In some weird way, after only ten hours apart, I felt a few jolts of excitement running through my spine, thinking about Iris walking through that door within a minute. I couldn't wait to kiss her again, and-

The doors opened, and all the girls walked in, looking styled, besides Emma and Iris. 'Really?' I moped, folding my arms. Savannah chuckled and pointed at the door. 'Boys, we give you… your future wives.' I unfolded my arms, and swallowed, suddenly a little nervous.

But then she walked in. 'Whoa,' I whispered, dropping my arms by my side, forgetting all my nerves. She looked like a vision… the most gorgeous woman I'd ever seen. She was wearing a red, glittery dress, which was tight on the top and a little flowy on the bottom, ending right above her knees. The neckline of her dress was low, and as her chest wasn't tiny to begin with, it showed me a great view of her gorgeous curves. She was wearing sexy red heels, red lipstick, and her hair was wavy and cut a little shorter, now slightly below her collarbone, which looked fucking sexy on her.

As she smiled at me while walking up to me, I felt my heartbeat quicken. Fuck she looked incredibly sexy. 'I think you've broken Drake, Iris,' Emma grinned, pointing at me, as I was still speechless. Iris smiled and pointed at Jimmy, who was looking the same way I was. 'And I think you've broken Jimmy.' The others all started laughing, but I still couldn't take my eyes off of her. And there was something else I couldn't stop from happening either. My pants started to become tighter, and I was almost in agony by how hard I was growing, seeing her dressed like that.

This was going to be a tough night.
