Situation: Gabriella has a miscarriage (an Ectopic Pregnancy) and she didn't know she was pregnant

Gabby's vomiting wakes me up at midnight. I assume her cancer has returned back with vengeance. Gabby, Melody, and I prepare to go to the hospital asap. Gabby becomes unconscious during the long drive there in which is quite scary. A worried Melody follows behind as I carry her mother into the building. Gabby is immediately transported to the operating room. Eventually she wakes up and I am allowed to see her. An ectopic pregnancy caused Gabby's physical aliments. The doctor said the dead fetus was a boy and around eight weeks gestation. We are absolutely devastated because we didn't we know were expecting.
