Ladybug had always been the one to give hugs.
They were given to her family, when they had game night or had a loss.
They were given to her friends, when celebrating their successes or just for comfort when they were down.
Hugs were given to the akuma victims, to help them feel better and not berate themselves.
Most of all, Chat Noir was used to getting hugs. He got hugs for bringing a present, or making dinner. Considering his upbringing, he loved getting hugs.
Almost everyone could agree that Ladybug's hugs made you feel special, no matter how often you got them.
None of these hugs compared, though, to the one that Adrien got when he proposed. It made him feel like he was the most loved person in the world, and he gladly accepted that.
Just pure fluff. And the benchmarks in their lives.
