Chapter 26

The Completely Random Chapter that clears everything up

So, like the title says, this is going to be a random chapter leading up to the Percabeth wedding next chapter. Any ideas for the wedding, like cakes, dresses, guests, food, settings, etc. Also, an update on the 50,000 reads event, we are currently at 35,205 reads. We are close! Remember, if at the end of May we get 50,000 reads, I will update every single day for a week! So, let's do this! Alright, on with the chapter.

Song of the chapter: I don't have one today, listen to whatever you want, but just… listen to music. Or don't, it's not my choice…. Or is it?

Random fact about me: I don't have a Disney + subscription, so I can't watch the new Percy Jackson TV show….. And I am very sad.

Non possiedo nulla tranne la trama e Raven, ma spero che ti piaccia comunque questa roba!

Harry's POV

I woke up the next day in a red and yellow compartment on large, fluffy pillows and light, yet warm sheets. Wow, these people know how to sleep! I looked over at the clock: it was 7:30 in the morning, most people were probably asleep. I decided to take inventory of my supplies.

There was a mini-fridge in the corner, a desk with a nice red spinny chair, and a light orange, glowing phoenix lamp. I also saw nice, orange T-shirts, and my own, personal Gryffindor bathrobe. I was sad that I hadn't been sleeping on the Argo II before, but I was happy to be sleeping here now.

I got up, and saw Ron, Fred and George sleeping next to me in similar beds. I put on my bright red slippers and my bathrobe, and quietly crept out of our quarters. I looked in everyone's cabins as I made my way down to the dining hall.

Percy and Annabeth were sleeping together, so were Jason and Piper, Nico and Will, Frank and Hazel, Leo and Calypso, Travis and Katie, Connor and Raven, Grover and Juniper, Thalia and Reyna, Hermione and Draco (sorry Elefunt), and Neville and Luna (tell me if I've missed any couples please).

I went into the dining hall, and found myself face-to-face with Ginny. Oh shit, I thought. This is going to be incredibly awkward. She approached me in her light purple, fluffy bathrobe, and I started sweating.

She said "Hello Harry. How are you dealing with the death of Belle?" I stumbled a bit, and responded with "Uh, it's hard, but I think that I'm doing fine…. How are YOU coping with breaking up with me? I noticed you staring at me resentfully while Belle died, and I kissed her…"

She huffed, and we hit a little patch of turbulence. She toppled over, and I caught her in my arms. We blushed, and she stood up, dusted herself off, and made her way towards the window that shows off a sunny place with strawberry fields, and a big blue house.

She then responded. "Um, it's been easy finding boys that want to go out with me, since I am now part of the Americans, and they're very popular. But, most of the boys are ugly, or just want me for the Argo. So, I haven't dated anyone for a while, how about you?"

We continued talking about our struggles in dating, until Ginny brought up the topic of Christmas, and the wedding. I asked "So, who are going to be the bridesmaids? I heard that they're allowing, like, 10 bridesmaids!"

She smiled, like she enjoyed talking about that "Well, Piper is the maid of honor, and then the other nine are: Thalia, Reyna, Hazel, Calypso, Luna, Juniper, Katie, Raven, a girl named Clarisse who's coming from their school, and ME! I'm going to be a bridesmaid!"

Then she was angry again. She grumbled "And Annabeth told us that, to be a true bridesmaid, we need to have dates! And I can't find anyone to go wi - wait. I know who to take."

I smiled a lot, because I assumed that she was talking about me, until she said "Some guys from their school are coming! I can take one of them!" She smiled, and I could tell that she could tell that I was devastated.

"No, they're all taken too. Don't plan on taking any of them." Hermione said, sashaying into the room in her light blue bathrobe. She sat down at the counter, and looked at me, and winked. I knew that she was trying to land me a date, and I was eternally grateful.

Ginny was stunned, but then was angry. "What do you mean, they're all taken?! There should be some single guys in their entire school!" Hermione shook her head, and Ginny said "I'm going to go get ready." And stormed out.

Hermione turned to me and said "It wasn't for lack of trying. I am going to go get ready as well!" I was left sitting at their marbled counter, until I decided to be productive, and get ready.

I walked out of my dorm in my 'Camp Half-Blood' T-shirt, and into the holiday decorated dining hall. Everyone was gathered, and Percy was announcing his Best Man and groomsmen. I sat down, and he stood up.

"Alright, my best man is Grover, and my 10 groomsmen are: Jason, Frank, Nico, Will, Leo, Travis, Connor, Neville, Draco, and Harry. You all will get matching navy blue suits and ties, with white shirts under it. Let's do this!"

Leo burst into the room and said "We have arrived! We are currently hovering over headquarters, so… let's go!" He then proceeded to swipe all of the food away from us, and yell "It's 9:45! Breakfast is done! COME ON! I WANT TO GO!"

So we all dashed out of the room, and out onto the main landing, until Jason summoned some wind, and leitated us down to the door. Then Leo pressed a button on a Nintendo switch, and the Argo went transformed back into a ship-in-a-bottle.

We knocked, and Mrs. Weasley greeted us with a cheery "HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Come in! Lunch is ready!" We went inside, and all of the couples kissed under the mistletoe, which left Fred, Ron, George, Ginny and I standing there very awkwardly.

When they broke apart, we headed into their dining room. We saw that they had set up a nice sandwich bar, with lemonade, and so we sat down, and begin to eat in silence, except for some attempted conversation from Mr. Weasley.

We went upstairs, and anticipated the arrival of the guests from Camp Half-Blood. I wanted to meet them, because I noticed that Hermione had said that the boys were taken, not the girls. I hoped to get one as my date, but my hopes weren't high.

When we had finished listening to (and not paid attention to) Annabeth and Hermione discuss the design of the chairs, tables and decorations for two hours, we heard a THUMP right outside the window.

Annabeth and Percy rushed to it, and yelled "They've arrived!" And so, after a lot of struggling, we made our way down to the front porch, where the giant pegasi had dropped them off.

I know that this chapter is shit. I feel like my chapter quality is slowly decreasing, what do you guys think? I don't like my writing recently… Also, people aren't reviewing as much since I stopped responding. So, I'm going to go back to responding to reviews. Anyway, we're close people, so FOLLOW, FAVORITE, REVIEW, PM, DISCORD! EVEN THOUGH IT'S SHIT!
