A/N: Soooooo remember how I was supposed to have this shit done like three months ago? Yeah I kinda lost track of time XD. In my defense I needed a new laptop; don't give me that look. Have no idea how much work I had lost.
Jane Arc's Yuri Harem
Summary: Jane Arc just wanted to go to Beacon and become a huntress. Becoming the object of every girl's desire was never part of the plan! Why did things have to be so complicated?
*Upgraded*
Ruby Rose knocked on JNPR's dorm, nervously teetering back and forth on her toes. She knew of the less than inconspicuous, ahem, activities that often took place in JNPR (specifically regarding their adorable leader) and did not want to live with the embarrassment of accidentally walking in on Jane completely in the nude with another girl between her legs. Blake already did that once and nearly passed out from the resulting nosebleed (but not before describing in vivid detail about what she had stumbled into). So much for her innocence.
Then again, Qrow did give her the talk properly earlier this year. So technically he ruined it. For a few years she thought Yang was being literal when she told her the boy pushes his banana in a girl's pudding cup. But then Qrow corrected it in his usual blunt way. "They fucked."
Smooth, Qrow.
In the young redhead's hands was the first prototype she was helping Jane with, the blonde's new sword. It was much heavier than what she would be used to by a long shot. Combining the metal of the shield to the longsword had made it a solid forty pounds heavier at the least. The damn thing weighed more than her precious Crescent Rose.
The door squeaked open and Jane poked her head out, rubbing one eye wearily. "Ruby? What's up?"
"It's ready!" Ruby smiled. "I just put the finishing touches on it this morning!"
Jane blinked, wide awake now. "Really? Already? That was fast."
Ruby laughed awkwardly, scratching the back of her head and swaying a little. "Aw, stop, it's nothing really…haha…"
"Stop, you give yourself way too little credit. Take pride in it," Jane said, stepping out fully. Ruby turned the slightest bit pink at the compliment, not because Jane was seemingly only clad in a long night shirt. Nope. That's not how it happened. Don't look like that.
The blonde's eyes flickered down to the large claymore, a look of anticipation crossing over her features. "Wow. It looks great. You wouldn't think it was the same sword, just mixed with the shield. Do you mind if I pick it up?"
"Sure!" Ruby held out the bronze handle for Jane to take, her hands slightly shaking. She had only been in such close proximity to her once or twice before, though on those occasions Jane was thankfully fully dressed.
Jane's hands clasped firmly around the handle and Ruby nearly squeaked when their fingers brushed against each other. She wouldn't deny she thought Jane was cute. But at the same time, she was two years younger! Though age gap didn't seem to be much of a problem thanks to Raven being…well, Raven. There really wasn't any other way to put it. Raven was Raven.
Ruby hastily drew away, turning her head sharply to the side so Jane wouldn't see that she was as red as her favorite cloak. Being embarrassed by just being near her was bad enough. Oum forbid if they actually kissed. Ruby would probably have a nosebleed and pass out. If that happened then the jokes from Yang would never stop. Weiss would probably tell her to get the hell over it.
"Soooooo, do you want to test it out?" Ruby offered with a small squeak. "It's going to take a lot of getting used to and better to do it here than out in the field."
"True." Jane hefted the broadsword over her shoulder, showing just how strong she had gotten over the last year. At the beginning of their first semester, Jane had trouble lifting Crescent Rose at first. Now she was able to lift a heavy broadsword practically one handed. All those extra training sessions she did with Uncle Qrow and Pyrrha were really paying off. She wasn't much of a limp squishy noodle anymore.
The new sword was at least six feet long with a triangular blade. Any kind of Grimm that got hit by it would most likely be torn in half just from the sheer weight and size of it alone. Two small slots for Dust were near the base of the metal, meaning she could still use elemental attacks if needed to.
"I think I'll use it in Glynda's class in an hour," Jane said. "I want to use it in a sparring match to see how easy it is to use."
"Sweet! Extra practice before the tournament next week?" Ruby guessed.
"Yep. Thanks a lot Ruby. I really mean it." Jane placed the weapon down before giving her a quick hug. Ruby's face flushed even redder as she was practically buried in Jane's breasts, her own body flooding with a bit of heat. Being squished by Jane's boobs was not on the redhead's 'to-do' list, though she wouldn't deny that it was nice. From what she could tell from the beginning of the year, they had grown a little bit. Nowhere near as big as Glynda or Yang's, but still sizable.
She also noticed that she wasn't wearing a bra underneath either, adding more fuel to her embarrassment. Thankfully Jane released her grip and Ruby could breathe free. "I-I'll see you in Glynda's class!"
Before Jane could even answer, Ruby had bolted in her team's dorm and closed the door behind her.
Ruby put a hand over her chest, panting hard and trying to recover her breath. 'What the heck was that!? It was like being caught up in something. Was that her semblance or just me?'
Ruby looked at her bed and her snoring teammates and sighed. She was going back to bed before things got any weirder today. She didn't need to hear it from Yang about how she was next on Jane's list to kiss with.
Jane rested her broadsword against the wall, looking at it more closely. Two options for Dust crystals, preferably Fire or Lightning, meant she could still be useful at range even without a gun. She also wouldn't ever be forced to call on her Summer Maiden powers, being more than capable of handling multiple opponents thanks to her broadsword. The size and length meant she could keep them at distance and block attacks with ease.
Against someone like Qrow or Pyrrha, this would make matches between them even closer than they already were. She could go toe to toe with Pyrrha for a few, but Pyrrha's endurance was much better than hers and she could outlast her. Same with Qrow, except he had his semblance plus a lot more tricks up his sleeves. Another match or two against him wouldn't do her any harm, especially with the Vytal Festival Tournament right around the corner. Team JNPR of course had volunteered to be one of the first year teams to compete for Beacon, along with RWBY and CRDL. Looked like the friendly rivalry all three teams had was going to keep going through the second semester.
The rest of JNPR was slowly starting to wake by the time Jane put her new broadsword down and her partner lazily blinked one eye open. "What time is it…?"
"About eight in the morning," Jane answered with a whisper. She gave Pyrrha a kiss on the head, smiling. "Sleepyhead. I thought I was supposed to be the one who hated waking up in the morning."
Pyrrha yawned and pulled Jane on top of her. The blonde let out a soft squeak and landed on her, only for her lips to be assaulted by her partner's. She hummed into their kiss, her hands reaching under their blanket to find Pyrrha's waist. Jane was about to start tugging off their clothes for a quickie when Rin sat up abruptly, stretching her arms over her head. 'So much for having a morning quickie. Oh well, can always find somewhere else to have one.'
Pyrrha let out a weak groan of disappointment and Jane looked up at her teammate. Somehow Nora was still snoring away without a care in the world. "Morning Rin."
"Morning." Rin yawned and brushed some hair out of her eyes. "Nora, get up. I'm making waffles."
As if on cue, Nora's eyes shot open in an instant and she bounced out of bed with a loud sloth cry. Or at least Jane thought it was a sloth. She gave up trying to understand Nora at this point in the school year. The best way to describe her is, "Nora is Nora. Leave it at that." Direct quote from Rin.
"WAFFLES!" Nora leapt onto Rin's back, the slighter girl grunting in surprise from the force and crashing into the ground. "You're the best Rin!"
"Nora…get off of me please…" Rin mumbled from the floor. The hammer swinging ball of energy known as her partner bounced off her and Rin slowly got up to her feet, rubbing her head. "Thank Oum for aura…"
She pulled her hair into a ponytail and flung it over her shoulder before making her way into the kitchen, Nora bouncing along behind her. The hammer wielder was cheerfully singing a song about loving pancakes and waffles to no one's surprise. Rule 1 of Team JNPR: Nora is Nora.
Rule 2 of JNPR: There's a good chance you're going to walk in on Jane in bed with someone. Just try and ignore it if possible. And whatever you do, do not make eye contact; her semblance will rope you in too.
With half of her team gone Jane gestured over to the newly remodeled Crocea Mors. "So, what do you think? Ruby's work."
"Hmm." Pyrrha got out of bed to take a closer look, running a finger over the two circular slots near the base. "These are for Dust I assume, right?"
"Yeah. Think I'll use Fire and Lightning." Jane nodded. "Unless you have a better idea?"
"Well, you already have those two covered thanks to you being a maiden," Pyrrha reminded. "I've never seen you any kind of ice magic, so it might be good to cover that weakness by swapping out one of them for Ice Dust."
"Not a bad idea. I'll keep a variety of crystals on me too just in case things get a little hairy." Jane leaned over and gave her partner a kiss. Pyrrha cupped her face and shoved her onto her back, the blonde letting out a surprised meep. She never did get used to just how rough her usually gentle partner could be. Especially in the bedroom.
Jane remembered the first time they slept together. By Oum, Pyrrha was much more dominating than she expected. She wasn't even sure if she could call it sex. A more accurate description was to say Pyrrha conquered her. Her ass had never been so damn sore, nor had she been that exhausted.
The redhead's hands groped her small breasts and she let out a low whine, trying to keep quiet so Rin and Nora didn't hear them. She was not getting cockblocked by her own team goddammit. She had enough of that from Raven being a jackass.
"Pyrrha, Jane!" Rin called. "Waffles are ready. Nora, no! You are not drinking all of the syrup! Do not give me that look, either!"
The blonde sweatdropped at the sound of breaking glass and she looked up at her partner. "Should we…do something? Or just let it sort itself out?"
Pyrrha ducked under a plate that crashed into the wall and sighed. "I give it ten minutes before Nora's passed out on the floor and Rin's trying to put her back in bed."
"I'll take those odds. So…shall we continue?" Jane asked coyly.
Pyrrha took one look at the chaos now erupting in the kitchen (most notably Rin chasing Nora around with a spatula) and made her choice, mounting Jane and kissing her. Yeah, fuck that. That mess was gonna have to sort itself out.
She sure as hell wasn't about to shove Pyrrha off of her to go chase Nora around.
A/N: Yeah sorry this shit keeps taking so long to get out. Work has been a bitch and a half plus I'm trying to quit smoking. Headaches often leave me too tired to do anything besides sleep nowadays.
