I sit and wait by the window hoping to see Ms. Elsa and her husband Jack again. The Mayor, Regina Mills visits the orphanage instead of them. Reluctantly, Ms. Fiona introduces Ms. Regina to me. We become quite fond of each other. "Mayor Mills, you are here to take me home to my parents. Elsa and Jack Frost are their names" I assume. "Victoria, you are correct. You are a very smart little girl" she compliments me.
