Composition Instructions: When you turn thirteen, you will either be admitted to the University of Alexandria for further academic study or be assigned an apprenticeship somewhere in the Alliance. It's important to start thinking about your goals early. Write at least five paragraphs answering the question, "What do you want to do when you grow up, and who is your role model for this vocation?" Your role model should be a currently living person who is employed in the vocation you wish to pursue.

I want to be a Navy Captin when I grow up. I want to be a Navy Captin b/c I want to sail to Canada or Florida or maybe Porta Rico or Mexico and find other camps and make the Alliance bigger and richer and better. Also I got an A+ in Weapons this year and an A in Martial Arts and an A+ in Survival so I could kill any pirates. But I don't want to be a Catpin like Captin John Smith. Or a Captin like Captin David Cummins. I want to be a Captin like Captin McBride. Here's why.

Captin John smith got him killed. And Captin David Cummins got him killed. But Captin McBride is alive. He didn't get him killed. No! He killed that pirate in 8 NE and made that bad guy tell my daddy where all the good loot was.

Also why I want to be a Captin like Captin McBride is Daddy said Captin John Smith had sex with hores. And Catpin David Cummins had sex with some guy's wife. And that's called cheatin and beeing a dumbass asshole and "pissing in nother man's cheerios." Mama says Cheerios was a breckfast seriel in the Old World but I don't know why anyone would want to piss in it. That sounds gross. But my daddy just says strange things sumtimes. Mama says he has a "rich vocabularee."

But anyway Captin McBride is maryed. And he doesn't have sex with hores. And he doesn't cheet on his wife. Her name is Mrs. McBride. She also has a first name. But I don't know what it is. And he likes his wife. And she likes him. Like my daddy and mama like each other. They hug and kiss on each other. And sometimes they rassle at night. But I don't know why they never do the rassling contest at the fair if they practice rassling so much.

I want to be a Captin who gets maryed two. I can get married at 17. It's leegal. But Mama says I should be older. So I think 20. I'll be SO old and grown up then. But my freind Hope says we don't have a lot of choices of boys to mary. And I can't legally mary anyone younger than 17. And Hope says we shouldn't mary anyone older than 30 b/c he'll be too old to play with our babys.

Gunny Porter – 18 – Alexandria

Junior – 22 – Hilltop (Mr. Jerry's boy)

There are some other boys that aren't to young or to old but I don't know them that well. And I can't mary Zeke b/c he's my nephew. And I can't mary VanDaryl b/c he's my best freind xcept for Hope and Yona. I'm also friends with Gracie and Judith but I don't see them much. I only see them 3 times a year. And they're all growed up now. Like 16 or 17.
