Back with our heroes they were currently tending to the White Lantern team who had suddenly began to scream in pain.
"how are they Fluttershy?" Ash asked as she checked on Celestia.
she turned to him.
"well fortunately they're no longer in pain and are now resting they should wake up any minute." she explained making him smile.
"that's great to hear you're an awesome Doctor Fluttershy." Ash said.
She blushed madly at the praise.
"th-thank you." she stuttered.
"no problem tell us when they wake up okay." Ash said.
"okay." she replied before Ash walked outside where his fellow Lanterns were waiting to here about the White Lantern team.
"How are they Ash?" Kitty questioned.
"Fluttershy said that they're fine and should wake up soon." Ash answered.
"that's good to hear." Gadget said relieved.
"but what could have it have been to cause them such pain?" Judy questioned.
"i don't know Judy but it must have been horrible." Ash said.
"Well I'm sure that once they wake up they can tell us what happened." Starfire said before noticing Fifi's friends approaching.
"oh hello there you're Fifi's friends right?" Nala questioned.
"Yes we are I'm Buster Bunny." Buster said.
"And I'm Babs Bunny." Babs greeted.
"no relation" they said together as they always do.
"Like I'm Shirley the Loon." Shirley said.
"I'm Hampton Pig." Hampton said.
"And I'm Plucky Duck." Plucky introduced.
"It's nice to meet you all." Kitty greeted with a smile.
"so what brings you all here anyway?" Clover questioned.
"well we just wanted to thank you for saving us from Daffy who knows what he could have done if you hadn't shown up." Buster said gratefully making them smile.
"Don't mention it we were happy to help." Judy said.
before anyone could say anything else Fluttershy called out.
"Everyone they're awake!" She said getting their attention.
they rushed into the room to see their White Lantern friends are indeed awake.
"guys thank goodness you're awake." Gadget said relieved.
"blimey what happened?" Colleen questioned rubbing her head.
"we were hoping that you could tell us you guys just started to scream in pain out of nowhere before passing out." Goku explained.
"really i wonder what could have caused it?" Princess Celestia questioned.
"it was the black light that caused it." Cody suddenly spoke.
his friends turned to him.
"what do you mean Cody?" Kitty questioned.
"the black and white lights are connected when one does something the other can sense it that connection is what caused us pain and it can only mean one thing." Cody said as he got up from his bed.
"what does it mean?" Fluttershy questioned though fearing the answer.
Cody looked towards them with a serious expression on his face.
"it means that the black lanterns have awakened." he said shocking them.
"WHAT!?" They all said.
"I'm as shocked as all of you i don't know how they awoke but they have and we must find them and take them down." Cody said.
"but how can we find them? we don't even know where to look." Bubbles said.
"and even if we find them can we really beat them? Daffy was one thing but the Black Lanterns are another." Sonic said in doubt.
"we can beat them." Cody said.
"How can you be sure we can?" Danny questioned.
"because we have something they don't." Cody said.
"and what's that?" Judy asked him.
"teamwork" he answered her before continuing.
"it was teamwork that defeated Daffy and teamwork is what will beat the black lanterns i know that if we stand together we will prevail we'll find them and we will defeat them." Cody said.
moved by his speech they looked at each other before looking back at him with smiles.
"alright where do we start looking?" Ash said.
Cody smiled knowing that the Black Lanterns will fall.
