Chapter 25: The Steel Jungle. Empire City, the incredible power of the All Star!
After getting to know Zack's friends a little, Sonic and company arrive in Empire City. Empire City is a high-rise metropolis based on the impressive and bustling city of New York, also maintaining the characteristics of other famous cities in the United States such as the fountain in the center of the hub world that bears a resemblance to the Buckingham fountain in Chicago. Endless highways, mile-high skyscrapers, and an urban environment that characterizes Empire City, with bridges similar to the George Washington Bridge and the Verrazano Bridge as well as tunnels similar to the Lincoln Tunnel making it almost like a mirror image of the Big Apple.

He has two horns that protrude from the sides of his forehead and points running vertically from the top of his face and down his neck, which is quite long and thick compared to his body. His ears and teeth are pointy, while his lower body is relatively plump and chubby in comparison. DN Luffy hits Moria; however a zombie acts as a bodyguard. It was a short-haired zombie with one yellow eye and the other light blue. Her face is beautiful, even with the scars and stitches. Her outfit was a purple-black suit frayed by both sides, exposing her arms and legs wrapped in bandages.
DN Luffy: Huh? Wretched! Who you are?
Moria: Kishishi. I see you've met my new second-in-command.
?: Moria-sama, are you alright?
WA Zack: A zombie?
Devil Rose: Z... Zack ...
WA Zack sees Devil Rose staggering and falling to the ground. He runs up to her, with Sonic protecting the couple.
