Bella felt the power of the spirit wolves rush over her. They were close to the battlefield. She could see the smoke rising from the distance.
"Stop!" Taka aki ordered.
Bella felt Raven come to a halt. He then turned to the duo saying
"Isabella as the peacekeeper of the tribe. You cannot afford to be distracted. We need you to focus completely on what needs to be done. My brothers and I will go forward while you stay back hear at a safe distance, and raven will guard you."
Bella let out an inhuman snarl.
"you expect me to stay behind while my pack! My tribe fights for our people?!"
"no Isabella I expect you to fight the only way you can. By using your supernatural gifts and abilities. You need to sit and connect to all that matter to you right now. once you do so the pack will be undefeatable. You're are the peacekeeper, the wisdom seeker, and most of all the guardian. Now sit and focus!"
Bella felt the power come off of Taka aki in waves. She could do nothing but submit.
"But Taka aki …I don't know what I'm doing?" Bella whimpered. At this moment Bella looked like the scared eighteen-year-old she truly was.
"sssh, child. Everything you need is inside you. Just focus."
And before she could say anything else Taka aki and his pack disappeared.
Bella slumped to the ground, raven whimpering beside her.
Her heart was pounding, and her thoughts were racing a mile a minute.

" When did you become so fearful child?" a wise voice called.
Bella looked up as did raven and sitting under a nearby tree glowing in golden light was old quill.
"old quill!" Bella gasped as she couldn't believe her eyes.
"yes child, it is I and we do not have long. Now close your eyes Bella and focus. We've done this before."

Jacob snarled as a vampire had him cornered. he snapped his jaws and growled but he was blocked in.
"need some help their grandson!?" A strong voice questioned in his head.
And right before Jacob's eyes a wolf that resembled his own, glowing in golden light had taken the vampire down.
The pack while still fighting was momentarily confused. Out of know where wolves covered in a golden light had appeared taking down leeches faster than they had ever seen.
"My lord… it can't be!?" Carlisle said in awe as Ephraim black in his wolf form took down a nearby vampire.
"Do not get distracted cold one! Your enemies are getting away!" Levi Uley growled as maria, Vladimir and Stephan were trying to sneakily getaway.
Jasper of course saw them and ran to cut them off.
The battlefield was starting to become an uneven battle. Maria's Army was losing.
"Vladimir! Stephan!" maria hissed "this is not what we planned at all! where did those Glowing mutts come from! We need to use our trump card!"
"yes! I believe your right sister dear!" Vladimir hissed back as jasper crouched low.
"Layla! NOW!" maria shouted.
Out of nowhere, the battlefield froze. Literally froze. No one could move. It seemed like time itself had frozen.

"Bella! you must concentrate! Everyone you love is in danger!" old quill warned Bella as her face scrunched up.
Bella stopped breathing as the battlefield froze before her. everyone she cared about was now frozen. Like statues.
"no! no! maria's going to kill them all!" she shrieked.
"ISABELLA FOCUS! ONLY YOU CAN REVERSE WHAT HAS BEEN DONE!" old quill yelled
Bella's heart stopped. She couldn't do it! she just couldn't
Yes, you can.
A voice spoke within her
No, I cant.
YES. YOU CAN! STOP BEING SUCH A COWARD. THEY NEED YOU! YOUR FAMILY. YOUR PACK, YOUR TRIBE! THEY NEED YOU! NOW WAKE UP!
Bela gasped as her heart began to beat.
She knew what she had to do.
With her eyes still closed, she focused all of her power. All of her energy into freeing the pack and the Cullen's.
She thought about all the good things they had been through. The bonfires with the pack, the chess games with jasper. Talking with Esme and Carlisle's kind words.
It only took two words to free those she cared about most.
"Be free!"

Sam felt himself gasping for breath as his body was somehow allowed to move again.
"She did it!" Taka Aki roared as he jumped unto the nearest cold one.
Sam was still in shock to see the ancient wolf, but he couldn't dwell on it now.
"No! no! No!" maria growled. " this cannot be happening. How did they become free! Layla!?"
Maria looked around the battlefield but could not find her secret weapon anywhere and also to her horror she couldn't find Vladimir nor Stephan.
"maria!" jasper shouted
Maria froze as she saw his face. He was once her right-hand man. Now, he was her enemy.
"your mine!'" jasper hissed as he launched himself at his creator.
