Aaaaaand we are back readers with the next chapter for the day.

I also wanted to give all of you a heads up, at the end of this chapter I will be talking about a certain issue going on that involves the TV show Paw Patrol.

So without further delay, let's get back to the current mission the pups are on, enjoy.

Zuma's POV:

After we crawled into the room, I turned on my night vision sunglasses and looked around the room. It was a medium-sized room, there were shelves on every wall. I took a step forward, but something stopped me, I looked to see Cooper with his paw blocking my way. I tilted my head in question and he pointed down, I looked to see that we were on some shelves ourselves.

I walked up to the edge and looked for a way down. The shelves were not spread out too much, so I pressed a button on the top of my pack and a wench rose up. I hooked the end into the edge, piercing the shelve and I dropped off the edge. I lowered myself down to the floor gently when suddenly Cooper landed next to me without a sound. It surprised me for a moment as I retracted the wench into my pack.

We went up to the door and cracked it open a little. I looked out to see stairs going up to another floor, but behind them, I could see a ladder that seemed to go higher than the stairs. I poked out my head to find that we were in the middle of a hallway. I looked down both ways and saw no one coming.

I flicked my tail and Cooper and I took off to the area under the stairs covered in darkness. As we reached the area under the stair, I could hear someone coming down the hallway. I motioned to Cooper to drop to the floor and lay flat and still. We both dropped flat to the floor and stayed still just as someone came into view.

"So, when are we moving out?" The dog said

"Soon, we are just waiting on the go order from the boss" after voice said just as another dog came into view

"Good, I heard that the police pup from the paw patrol is at that warehouse we set up for him" he said laughing at the end

"I heard that too, I doubt he'll get out" he said with a smirk.

I slowly pulled out my gun and pointed it at them. But then I felt something grab my paw, I looked up and I saw Cooper shaking his head. Just then the two dogs continued down the hallway and out of sight.

I glared at Cooper, "they aren't worth it" he whispered as he stood up. He then pointed to the ladder as I stood up and started climbing. We moved quickly and as quietly as we could up the ladder. I saw a platform as we got closer to the top. It was a walkway suspended above the warehouse. When we got on the walkway I looked around and saw that it had pathways all over the warehouse.

"Good find Zuma, now we can get around easier and not be seen" Cooper said quietly

"Thanks, but we need to be careful, I have a feeling this was put here for a reason" I said "come on, let's start looking around" I added and started to the left with Cooper following. As we walked, I could hear something below, up ahead there was a T-intersection of walkways the path the right was slanted down to a lower walkway. I heard a commotion in that direction. I motioned to the right and Cooper covered as we turned right and headed lower. Then once it leveled out, I could see below that there were some dogs loading stuff into a box.

"How much more stuff do we have to load up?" One dog asked

"Not much more, just that stuff over there" he said pointing towards a pile of stuff about 15 feet from him. I pressed a button on my glasses, they zoomed in on the pile.

What I saw sent a chill down my spine, it was nothing but weapons. Grenades, ammo, assault rifles, shotguns, sniper rifles, submachine guns, rocket launchers, and a couple of mini guns on tripod stands at the end of the pile. I looked at Cooper and his expression of shock and horror matched mine.

"That's going to take us no time to load" one of the other dogs said

"Then we can add the other packages after, as long as they cooperate." The one who seemed in charge said

Cooper and I looked at each other. I could see we shared the same thought. It could be the girls.

"Sir!"

We looked back to the group below to see this other dog racing towards the one giving orders.

"What is it, Junior" the dog said

"Those pups are putting up a fight, they are demanding to see their siblings. They attacked the guards" Junior said

Cooper and I looked at each other in surprise and confusion, more than likely thinking the same thing… it's not the girls after all.

The lead dog growled "anything else?"

"No Bruiser, that's it" Junior said

Bruiser turned to the other three dos behind him "Axel, take over this. I have some pups to take care of" he said following Junior out. We looked to Copper and he nodded, and we followed Bruiser and Junior. Luckily, we were up so high that we could not see us above and the smell of the stale air below was masking our scents. The air smelled of gunpowder, and the many scents of dogs, the gunpowder smell burned my nose as we followed Bruiser and Junior.

The odd thing about this warehouse is that hallways and large open spaces were completely open and did not have coverage, but small rooms did have a ceiling that was not the top of the warehouse. As we followed them through the warehouse, we came upon a hallway with rooms that had lower ceilings. As we followed them down the hallway, and they stopped at one of the doors and they waited by the door. Then a third dog came moments later. Then Junior opened the door and the third dog went into the room. After closing the door, I heard a commotion coming from inside the room followed by screaming and crying. Then after a few minutes, junior opened the door and the third dog walked out of the room where we could hear whimpering.

Then they all left and one of them said something I could not make out then they all started to laugh and continued down the hallway, turning left and leaving the area. I looked at cooper and he looked at me.

"Should we get them out?" Cooper whispered

"I think we should, but we need to find some stuff first on these mutts" I whispered back.

"Ok, then let get going" Cooper said turning around and heading towards where Bruiser went.

I followed Cooper back to the main floor and when we got there, I saw more dogs than before. I saw Bruiser talking with a couple of other dogs and then they started walking in the opposite direction. We followed them across the main warehouse floor as they went into a smaller room, but not as small as the cells. When they entered the room, we stopped above on the catwalks. I pressed a button on my pack and a door opened a compartment and a robotic arm came out with a handheld audio listening dish and I put an earpiece in my ear and turned it on. I had to adjust the frequency until I could hear their voice.

"Alright, let's go over the plan" a voice said, and I stopped tuning and started to record the conversion.

"First, we will meet with the west side crew and await as back up" one dog said

"Then once we get the ok from the east and north crew that they have met up, we each sent our… welcoming parties" another dog said putting an emphasis on those last two words in a menacing way

"Then we wait on the signal from the main base, that the Paw Patrol has come for their… precious little girls, then we move in and surround the place and make sure they don't escape" a third voice said

"Yep, that is the plan in a nutshell, so our team is meeting in the western warehouse district. And the other group is meeting in the abandoned eastern suburb. We will await the signal to move in when the Paw Patrol begins their rescue." The first voice said

Just then I heard a beep from our comm system, "Zuma, it's Lance. If you can hear me don't answer. We engaged the enemy and now are in the process of a rescue. We'll have to fight our way out, if you found anything get out now and we will meet up soon. Good luck" Lance ended the message.

I looked back at Cooper, "time to go" I whispered and put away my gear. Cooper took off and I followed behind him. We headed to the cells. As we got over the cells, we could only see the two guards below. We jumped off and each landed on a guard, knocking them out from the blow. Cooper grabbed a key off of the guard he landed on and proceeded to open the cell door. We walked in and saw two pups huddled on the ground. One stood up and turned out to be a German Shepard pup and the other was a golden lab pup. Both were covered in cuts and bruises and their fur was dirty.

"Here to do more damage" the German Shepard pup growled

"No, we are here to get you out, now let's go. Things are going to get crazy" I said

"What?!" The lab said lifting her head

"No time to explain, we are leaving now!" Cooper said grabbing the scruff of the lab pup and I grabbed the German Shepard pup. We put the pups on our packs and a vest locked them in place then we ran out of the cell. I barked and my assault rifle came out of my pack. We raced down the hallway. We took a right and in front of us, there were some gang dogs. They looked up as they saw us coming and we started shooting. We got them after a couple of shots. We came up to an intersection and hung a left and then as we turned the alarm started.

"Well, this should be fun" Cooper said rather sarcastically.

Just then a group of 5 guard dogs came around a corner from the left up ahead and cooper and I opened fire on them, they did the same. We had to take cover as they attacked. We fought back and, in a few moments, we took them down. We then took off again down the hallway and jumped the dead dogs. We went to the next intersection and hung a left and there were more dogs. Cooper barked and a cannon came up out of the top of his pack, then it fired a Grenade. We took cover behind some crates. Then we heard a shout,

"Grenade!" followed by a boom and screaming.

I saw the pup tense up on my back, "close your eyes pup, you don't want to see this" I said and came out of hiding.

I saw a gang dog attempting to get up, but I shot him before he could, and Cooper took out another one. We raced over the carnage. We took a right at the following intersection and we heard voices and I looked back to see digs chasing us. I barked and my gun pointed backward and started firing. Cooper did the same as we sprinted, dodging bullets, running for our lives. I threw a grenade back and heard the explosion. But there were still dogs that made it after that last blast and continued their chase. We hung a left and saw the exit door ahead, but it was blocked by dogs.

I looked at Cooper and he nodded, and fired two grenades, I did the same right to the door. We jumped behind some crates and it violently exploded, light flooding into the warehouse and suddenly gunshots came from behind. We fired back and I started running with Cooper behind me. I heard a yelp from Cooper and a thud, I turned to see him bleeding and limping.

I barked "sentry" I commanded and a part of me pack shot up and sprouted tripod legs and turned into an automatic Gatling gun. It started firing a barrage from bullets at the dogs chasing us.

"Cooper come on! You can make it!" I screamed

"No, get the pups out! I'll hold them off!" Cooper said

"But you'll die if you stay!" I said

"That's their challenge, now get out of here. I'll catch up." Cooper said

"But…"

"Go Now!" he screamed as the golden lab pup raced towards me. I grabbed the golden lab pup and we raced out of the warehouse. I ran for the tall grass at the edge of the property, I looked back to see cooper fighting off the dogs with two sentry guns and his firing. I looked forward and dove into the tall grass. I had to hold on to hope that he would make it out alive as I put both of the pups on the ground and started to herd the pups away from the complex. As we ran I fought to keep my tears from falling and having the pups see me like that.

Trackers POV:

"There They Are!"

"Get Them!"

Lance and I raced down a hallway each carrying a pup on our backs. I dodged a bullet as it whizzed past my head. I looked back and fired my rifle at the dogs who pursued us. Seeing that the pup on my back was ok, I continued sprinting after Lance. We rounded a corner and Lance motioned to a crevice in the wall and dove in. I followed close behind him, cramming in. We did not move as the gang dogs ran past us and waited as they drew further away. Once the coast seemed clear we continued through the narrow passageway to a different hallway, we creeped out of the passageway to see that it was clear both ways.

"This is a fine mess we got ourselves into" Lance whispered halfheartedly in a joking manner

"Come on Lance, we have to keep moving. Vámonos" I whispered urgently

He nodded and we continued on heading to the right down the hallway. We rounded a corner and saw some gang dogs with their backs to us. We crept up behind them, and with the butts of our guns we struck them down. With them unconscious, we rushed past them. However, there were two other dogs walking towards us when we attacked the other two.

"Shit" Lance growled

"There They Are!" one shouted we shot at them before they could get anything more out. But then we heard distant barking

"Run" Lance screamed

"Tell Me Something I Don't Know! por amor de Dios!" I said as we retreated firing behind us at the large group of gang dogs that suddenly appeared behind us.

Lance and I sprinted down a hallway and we saw light at the end of the hallway

"Think this could be a way out?" I asked as we ran

"Only one way to find out?" Lance replied as we headed into the light. Suddenly the hallway disappeared, and it opened into a vast stable like area. However, unlike normal barns, there was no hay or grass laying around on the ground. It was a cement floor and there were what seemed like garages for vehicles. There were dogs walking all over the place, then one towards us.

"There are the intruders!" he shouted, and every head turned towards us.

"Well, now we know where this went" Lance said sarcastically and we turned and ran to the right with about 75 dogs now chasing us.

"Lance! Let's get some cover fire" I said

He nodded and both of us called out our sentries and the back half of our packs popped off and turned into automated machine guns that sprayed bullets like a water sprinkler.

We then continued to run for the big door that lay ahead of us. Suddenly some dogs blocked the way and we swerved to the left and headed into another tunnel. It was short and it led us to some stairs. Hearing the dogs coming we started to scale the stairs at a furious speed. When we got to the top, we found ourselves in a hayloft. There was a window at one end. Down the stairs, we could hear dogs pursuing us.

"Tracker look!" Lance said and right by the stairs were some hay bales.

"Perfect, we can knock those over and trap them on the stairs" I said and we ran behind them and started to push with all our might. Then just as the dogs rounded the last platform the bales tipped over and collapsed on them blocking the stairs and knocking the dogs off the stairs. As multiple hay bales fell down the stairs, we could hear yelps and cries following.

"Now let's get out of here!" Lance said as we got to the window, we saw Rocky running into the tall grass.

"Alright let's use our ziplines to get out of here" I said but Lace was staring at something. Then I heard it, endless gunfire and I realized that Cooper was not with Rocky.

"Lance, we need to go" I insisted

"I can't leave him though; he needs my help" Lance said

"These pups need our help now Lance. We have to get them out of here" I said

"But…"

"But nothing, we have to go and get that information back to the group. Now let's go!" I said and shot my zipline to the ground and Lance reluctantly did the same. Then we jumped off the ledge and descended to the ground. When we landed, we stopped and I looked back to see Cooper in a heated battle.

"Lance, take this pup" I said handing him the pup I was carrying "you have the intel and the pups now get out of here. I will go and help cooper. Go meet with Zuma, take one of the trucks and get out of here. We will catch up" I said

"Wait, no you can't what about…" Lance started to say

"I know what's at stake! Now I'm telling you to leave and get what is needed out of here. You have lives to save and intel to save two more. Now get out of here, I will get Cooper out!" I said, Lance stood there with a dumbfounded look "Get Moving, That's an Order!" I screamed and with a shocked look, he turned tail and dove into the tall grass after Rocky.

I turned and with my rifle at the ready charged towards Cooper. Using my grenade launcher attachment, I shot three grenades over Coopers' head and blew up the area surrounding Cooper hearing many yelps and cries that followed. I rushed to cooper who was shot in his front right and left shoulder and had bullet scores scathing his hindquarters from bullets just narrowly missed his body.

"Cooper, we have to leave now!" I said peaking up over the cover of some fallen piece of the warehouse roof and firing my rifle on some of the gang dogs shooting at us.

"We have to defend Zuma and Lance's Retreat!" Cooper said hoarsely and fired his rifle killing a gang dog in the distance.

"They are deep in the tall grass and probably back at the trucks, now it's our turn to get out" I insisted returning fire. Then falling back as a bullet slashed my shoulder. I gasped in pain as I fell

"Tracker!" Cooper said and took out the dog that shot me

"We need to leave now! Ryder and everyone needs us for the rescue mission. They are counting on us to return!" I cried in pain. I grabbed a grenade and threw it behind me and over our cover.

After the explosion of the grenade Cooper nodded "let's go" he said and helped me up.

"Can you walk?" I asked

"Yes, can you?" he asked me

"Yes" I replied.

"Ok, the sentries will cover our retreat. Let's move!" Cooper said and we turned around and ran out of the warehouse.

The sentries were mercilessly laying down cover fire as we ran. But a couple of dogs broke the barrier of fallen warehouse debris and chased us. I looked back and started shooting with my pistol arm from my pack. Cooper did the same. Then we reached the tall grass and stood our ground. We took out one after the other and after about 10 minutes we killed or wounded about 20 dogs and then we dove into the tall grass and started to run as fast as we could. We raced through the tall grass and as we started to climb upward, our injuries started to affect our speed and I felt the grass hitting me in the face. We kept running through and finally made it to the road.

Just as I had told Lance to do, one car was gone and the truck that Cooper and Lance arrived in still remained. We hobbled towards it and got in as fast as we could and then we took off down the road and headed for the base. My vision blurry from exhaustion and my injuries making it painful to drive, but I continued because I knew that the faster I got to the base, the better the chance Cooper and I had on surviving this.

Wow! Plans revealed, pups rescued, paw patrol pups injured and possibly dying!? Will Tracker and Cooper survive their drive back to the base? How will the pups proceed with the rescue now with this information? Will the Gang dogs change their plans? So many new questions, all soon to be answered as this story nears its end!

I hope you all enjoyed this chapter, it was fun to write these two chapters. I also wanted to take a moment to talk about the Paw Patrol TV Show. People want to cancel Paw Patrol or take Chase off of the show. Please help to save this show by going to Change .org and search Paw Patrol and sign a pension. I believe that children should not have to suffer the loss of this beloved children's show or the loss of Chase. If you would like to talk about this matter, please private message (or PM) me only, thank you.

As always, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns about the story or this chapter, please leave a review or you can PM me as well. I will get the next chapter out as soon as I can for all of you. Again I hope you enjoyed these past couple of chapters.
