After learning the news about the new baby, Regina and Robin decided to tell Cora and Henry right away. They already had the big sister shirt on Lola so they thought it would be the perfect time. Regina was carrying Lola down the stairs with Robin following behind her. They walked in the living room where they see the older Mills .

" There's my granddaughter ." Cora says smiling at the sight of Lola.

" You mean our granddaughter Cora."

" Oh you know what I mean Henry, for heavens sake."

" Would you both mind watching Lola while I go pump bottles. "

" Of course just leave her here." Cora says taking Lola from Regina

Regina and Robin walk into the other room. Cora and Henry admire their grandchild.

" She is such a beautiful girl , just absolutely gorgeous."

" She is quite the beauty " Henry comments

" She looks like our side of the family." Cora says proudly. She beamed with pride looking at her granddaughter. Cora's eyes widened when she looks at Lola's shirt. " Henry have you seen her shirt?"

Henry looks at his granddaughter and his eyes widen as well.

" You don't think?"

" Regina ! " Cora yells going in the kitchen where Regina is. " Is this true? Are you pregnant? "

" Yes we just found out."

" Regina congratulations" Cora says hugging her daughter. Henry walks in and shakes Robin's hand. Lola makes grabby hands and reaches for Regina .

A few days later Regina is in the bathroom. Roland may have recovered from the flu bit morning sickness has hit Regina. Robin was there behind her holding her hair back.

" Its ok Regina " Robin says rubbing her back.

" What time is our appointment ?"

" I spoke with Zelena she moved it to this afternoon so you could rest." Robin explains helping Regina up and moving her to their bed.

" Don't you have work? Robin you should go to work."

" Not while you need me at home."

" I'll be fine I promise I'll rest and you can come back and get me for my appointment."

Robin smiles at Regina he kisses her making her smile at him.

" I'll be back soon. " Robin says before she leaves.

Regina was true to her word and relaxed until Robin came. She enjoyed the morning snuggling with her kids. When Robin came they got in the car and drove to the appointment.

" I'm excited to see the baby ." Robin says

" We might not see the baby today ."

" Do you think we will have another boy or a girl?"

" I don't care as long as its healthy."

" Did you think of any names?"

" Its a little early for picking names don't you think ?"

" Well I suppose so . I just cant help myself."

Regina smiles at Robin's enthusiasm . She was worried about how he would react to the new baby. They drove to their appointment and were done rather quickly , since this only required bloodwork and a urine sample. Robin then decided to take Regina to lunch. They pulled up to Granny's and walked inside.

" I must say Mr. Locksley I'm impressed you didn't pass out at my blood test."

" Well I suppose I've become a pro by now. I was disappointed we couldn't see the baby today."

" I'll set up a ultrasound for next week. " Regina says just then her phone rings and she picks it up. " Hello? Zelena you couldn't have missed us already."

" Your blood results came back and I was wondering if you could come in for a ultrasound. "

" Certainly we will be right there." Regina says hanging up. She looks worried over at Robin." Zelena wants us to come in for a ultrasound right away."

" He there is nothing to worry about. If it was anything bad Zelena would have warned us." Robin says trying to comfort Regina without letting on how worried he was,

They drove to the doctor's and walked to an exam room. Zelena doesn't hesitate and walks rigt in.

" Sorry if I worried you both. Regina your tests were fine you are definitely pregnant."

" Then why did you have us come in?"

" Because of your HCG levels they were very high and usually that could mean multiples" Zelena explains

" I'm sorry multiple what?"

" Babies , there is a chance you could be pregnant with multiples."

Both Regina and Robin looked shocked, here they were suprised by a new baby now there could be a chance for multiple babies. Regina lied back and lifted her shirt so Zelena could squirt the gel on her belly . She moved the wand around and a heart beat was heard. After moving it around for awhile she only saw one baby. It was still very early and it is possible Regina is having multiples but they wont know until she's further along. Zelena sent them on their way. Regina and Robin were so thankful that the baby was healthy.
