He watched as Kagome slid her palm over Aizawa's broken and bleeding body. Shards formed over his injuries. In a matter of seconds the man was nearly covered in them. He was fully aware of the fact that Crystallize had healing properties to them. He just never expected to see it in action so quickly.
The two dove forward at the same time.

While she was distracted he'd get in close and then subdue her.
