Few years later...
Simulation ended.
The group powered down as the room returned to normal. A male sighed as he looked around.
Tobias: Looks like we improved a bit.
Girl: YEAH! We did awesome right big Bro!
The male next to her grumbled. Two Rusherz walked over to the group.
Arrow-Head: You guys did a good job on this level of the simulation.
Tobias: Thanks Arrow! Is there anything we could improve on.
Pillage: Other than working on movements in the armor, you all did well but-
Pillage and Arrow-Head turned their heads to the male next to his sister.
Pillage: Just make sure you kids work together, your mentors put that ideal on a pedestal.
Tobias: Right.
As the new Rookies walked out, Pillage and Arrow-Head were behind..worry on their faces.
Pillage: You see that look on his face too right Arrow?
Arrow-Head: You mean him...yeah, i see it to as do the others and the veterans Guardians. I have a bad feeling that this kid might be trouble.
Pillage: You don't think he might go rouge right?
Arrow-Head: I remember Lasso telling me the Guardians were preparing for that just in case when we were fighting those three followers of Endgame.
The two walked out of the room and down the hall.
Pillage: Dispite him, the others show much potential..I know my fan is doing well.
Arrow-Head: Same with mine. Those boys are going to have a bright future if they keep working hard.
Pillage: I hope so...I just, I can't shake the feeling that tragedy is coming and we will be thrusted into another battle.
Arrow-Head: If that does happen, we will be there...I know I will be right by my fan and friends side when that time comes.
Pillage gave Arrow-head a small smile
Pillage: I will too.
Meanwhile...
The male and girl were walking down the halls of the HOK.
Girl: You need to lighten up bro! You were amazing out there too!
Male: *Bored* Yeah yeah...
The girl turned to the male, pouting.
Girl: Barron, why are you always sound bored?
Barron looked at his sister.
Barron: Just tired.
In truth, Barron was bored of this Guardian position...and he was hoping to maybe spice up life in the future...
Eventually, a being or person just as deadly as Endgame will come. As much as I want to help, I don't think in my position i will be able to do much.
Bolt sighed, before going into a small coughing fit calming himself as he closed his journal. He knew a new challenge was coming, he remember Ish telling him that one day they would have to face a challenge not even the Rusherz would expect...He just prayed that despite his still healing condition, the new Guardians would step up to face those challenges. The balance must be maintained.
