The content for this chapter and the next two will be more explicit. I wanted to wait until Bri was older (fifteen-sixteen) because that was around the age I started to sexually mature. I hope y'all are okay with the smut that is going to happen later on cause I'm so ready to write it lolololol!

The Life of Bri Tsutoni

Anko's POV

I secretly secured the crow camera so that it peeked towards Bri. Her Uchiha lover wouldn't want to miss out on her current discomfort.

The camel carrying her was young and unnaturally playful. It kept speeding ahead of the pack, disgruntling its rider. Every time it sprinted awkwardly forward, Bri would let out a squeal of disdain. Her left hand would hold the ambassador hat on her head from flying away while her right hand desperately clung to the useless reigns hooked around the camel's neck.

"I'm sorry for his spritely behavior, young Tsutoni. He was the only one available that was small enough for your...height..." Baki trailed nervously, trying his best not to offend her.

"It's fine. Everything's fine," Bri mumbled back, also trying her best not to offend the Land of Wind's hospitality. It wasn't their fault that she was short, after all.

After ten minutes of this, she glared back at me and motioned for me to stop my snickering. How the hell was I supposed to do that?! Unfortunately, because I couldn't do that, my infectious laughter spread to our hosts.

That was all it took for Bri's short fuse to pop. Poor girl. She had been trying so hard to be ladylike too. She growled before stretching in frustration.

"I can't do this anymore!" She spat and scooted down from the mount. He appeared to whine and circle around her with his head ducked down in apology. Who knew camels could be so damn cute?

"Princess Tsutoni, I must insist that you remount. Your feet aren't used to walking great distances on sand. The terrain is not the same as the mossy ground you're familiar with," Baki attempted to console her while covering his smirk behind his right hand.

"No. My hips hurt," she mumbled more to herself than to him.

"Oh yeah? Well you better get used to that or Shisui might get tired of you," I accidentally smarted aloud.

Her mouth popped open in surprise as her face turned a bright shade of tomato. Gai, Baki, and Yashamaru distracted themselves by fidgeting with their bags, desperately hoping they wouldn't be forced to hear anymore.

"I'm sure Shisui's waist isn't going to rub my thighs raw, Anko. Or will it?!" She retorted after the men in our party moved out of earshot.

"I don't know," I shrugged, "I know his face wouldn't..."

"Anko!"

"He'd agree if he were here," I continued to tease her the rest of the way. It was hard not too! She was so innocent. I'll make her a perv before the end of this trip if it's the last thing I do.

I don't care how pissed Gai is going to be. His scolding isn't going to scare me away. Seeing Bri's eyes bulge and her bottom lip pucker in concern was worth any of his backlash. Besides, I'm sure Shisui would get a kick out of the situation whenever he reviewed the footage.

Bri's POV

It was the entire fucking trip.

The whole trip.

Anko would not shut her fucking mouth the whole goddamned ride to Sunagakure and it was all at my own discomfort.

If I wasn't trying to be as professional as I could possibly be, I would have already gotten physically violent with her and she knew it. That's the only reason she wouldn't leave me be.

My legs were chaffed, my clothes were soaked in sweat, and I swear the volume of my hair reduced in size from the arid heat. My curls were getting more brittle and flatter each passing second!

My temper was beyond foul by the time we finally arrived at the Hidden Sand's borders. Luckily, the three small children that were positioned to greet us helped alleviate my grumpy mood.

"Father was right. She is a princess," the lone girl in the young trio stated.

Surely I looked gross from traveling? Maybe the women here had low standards for beauty. Regardless, it made me feel a bit better.

"You must be Rasa-sama's daughter, Temari?"

"Hai!" She squealed before grabbing my hand to lead me inside the Kazekage summit.

Kankurō appeared a bit disgruntled at his sister's forwardness but remained silent. Gaara, tiny for his age (not that I should really be judging), seemed...sad. We reached the meeting place before I could question the matter.

We were led into a conference room that held full-bodied statues of the previous leaders. Rasa politely stood at our arrival, but otherwise remained stern-faced.

"Welcome, Princess Tsutoni, Mighto Gai, and Mitarashi Anko. I am relieved to see that you all made it here unscathed. The sand is vast and can be an unforgiving travel companion."

I wasn't sure if he was joking, but I chuckled anyway. He raised an eyebrow in response. Ooof.

"As your Hokage has already informed you, you and your entourage will be staying with my family for the first half of your duration before being directed to the Feudal Lord's home. I ask that you dismiss for the remainder of this week to learn more about our culture. Think of it as a vacation from your duties. This way, you will feel refreshed before we discuss the political business of your visit."

"We greatly appreciate your consideration. Thank you," I bowed and waited for dismissal.

Baki remained with the Kazekage while Yashamaru took charge of my company.

Once my group was settled in, I dug out the gifts I had set aside for the Kage's children.

Temari's jaw dropping reaction to the fans was worth the pickiness I had when shopping for them. She was already channeling her chakra through them when Yashamaru took note of the similarities she shared with me.

"Bri-san, did you know that my sister, Karura and I, are distant relatives of your clan? Our lineage came from a Tsutoni that married into a family of Rōran.* Karura dreamed that she would get the chance to meet the Purple-Eyed one that our family's legend spoke of."

I took the hint of her being passed away and chose not to inquire further about it. Something told me that it had something to do with youngest.

"The Tsutoni were nomadic for a while before the founding of Konoha, so that would explain why the people here show strong affinity for wind release jutsu," Gai spoke for me as I handed Kankurō his gift.

The oldest son frowned while he studied the figurine.

"I know it's on the simpler side, but it looked—"

"It's perfect, Princess Tsutoni," Kankurō cut me off before retreating to his room to tinker with the new puppet.

Gaara looked towards the ground anxiously. Did he expect to be left out? Surely not?

"Last, but certainly not least, is your present, Gaara. I hope you like teddy bears," I smiled encouragingly.

I held out the bear and prayed that he would accept it. Red-gold sand surrounded my arms and the stuffed animal. Hokkaidō growled nervously until the sand quickly snatched the animal out of my hands and into Gaara's arms.

'What the hell was that about, Hokkaidō? Why are you afraid of him?'

"He's the jinchuriki for Shukaku."

'And? Why would you be scared?'

"Shukaku, like many of the tailed beasts, has been treated like a monster. He has grown to hate humans. This child is suffering greatly. It is a sad thing. I wonder...how often does he sleep?"

'Sleep? Why would that be an issue?'

"Shukaku can take over him completely if he were to sleep too long, too deeply. If that were to happen, he would wreak as much havoc as possible before being stopped. The beast is that hungry for murder."

I frowned at the thought of Naruto suffering the same.

"The Nine-tails is not so ruthless. Kushina's son doesn't even know of its existence yet." Hokkaidō reassured me.

"It's soft," Gaara spoke up, snapping me back to the present.

"Of course! It's perfect for cuddling," I grinned, despite my newfound worry for him.

"What is 'cuddling'."

I chanced a look at his uncle who only shook his head.

"It's when you hug something close, like this," I explained as I pulled Anko into a tight hug and rubbed our faces together.

"Can you do that to me?" Gaara mumbled, his cheeks tinted to a soft rose.

I giggled at his cuteness before leaning in to show him. The sand I was exposed to earlier returned, blocking me from reaching the four-year-old.

"I'm so sorry, it looks like your barrier isn't too sure about a hug from me yet. Why don't you see if your teddy works, hmm?" I suggested before the tears I could see lining his eyelids could fall.

He did so and seemed satisfied with the result. After that, the rest of the evening was spent going over the different activities my friends and I could do.

Break Week (Bri's POV)

"So, most of the wealth here comes from Rasa-sama's gold sand?" I asked as I poked at the sand dumpling.

"That's correct. Unfortunately, it isn't enough to really keep us ahead. Most of the Land of Wind is desert. Our villages are built on the oases available. Without our trade agreements with the Land of Fire, we would have very little to thrive on," Baki elaborated as my group dined at one of the favorited restaurants in the area.

"Your lack of financial gains must be why your military prowess is more advanced than ours."

"Again, you are spot on. Not many here get to be chunin or jonin. Only the best of the best can represent us."

"The talent here is amazing, that's for sure," I smiled before finally plopping the morsel into my mouth.

"Oh! It's so good! I didn't think sand would be so yummy!"

Temari laughed at my surprised approval.

"It's not sand. It's soy flour, Bri-san," Kankurō snorted, clearly disappointed in my ignorance.

Several minutes passed as we ate in silence other than my random outbursts with each new food discovery I made.

"It's too bad Gaara couldn't join us," I eventually said, initiating more conversation.

"I understand your concern for him being withdrawn from his siblings, but it is for the best," Baki stated in a tone that suggested that I leave the issue alone.

"What do you say about us splitting up for the day? I'd love some girl time," I winked at Baki while Temari nodded her head in excitement.

She hadn't had a mother figure in quite a while. It would be a nice change of pace for her to be around some strong female leaders.

"Uh-uh. No way. Uchiha Shisui said not to let you and Anko wander around unsupervised after what happened last time."

Of course Gai would take Shis-kabob's words to heart.

Still, I needed to get Temari away. I needed to know if what her uncle said was true. I needed to know that the Tsutoni blood I had ran through her veins too. There was one thing I had in my arsenal that Gai couldn't resist: feminine wiles.

I rounded my eyes, blinked slowly, and made sure that my mouth was formed into a cute pout.

"Aww, but Mighty Green Beast, it'll just be for a few hours. I promise to be extra cautious! Think of Temari. She's surrounded by smelly brothers all day. She—"

"Come on, young Gai, they'll be fine. Besides, what's the worst that could happen?" Baki interrupted my plea.

"Baki-san, you have no idea how those two kunoichis are when they are left to their own devices," Gai sighed with a grimace. He was probably recalling the numerous incidents we had caused throughout our genin days.

"Nonsense, Come Kankurō, Gai, we will find something to do and give the girls a break," Baki ended as he placed money onto the table.

Anko stuck her tongue out once Baki's back was turned. Gai's nostrils flared, but he decided it was best not to argue with the older chaperone. We shared smiles of victory with Temari before we headed out too.

After further discussion about what we could do, we agreed that practicing jutsu would be a great way to pass time and that we could end the day with bathing at one of the bathhouses that Temari called a sauna.

Sand Training Ground 3

"Temari, is there any type of shampoo that I can use to protect my hair from this dry heat?" I asked as we stretched before training.

"Not many here have your type of curls. But I think there is a potion maker that has a moisturizing formula that could help."

"We should check it out before going to the bathhouse sauna thing you mentioned."

"So Bri, I know you have a reason for wanting to bring Temari here. What's up?" Anko asked.

"Right, you know me too well. Temari, your uncle suggested that we were related. It doesn't really matter how distantly, any wind release user that is of Tsutoni origin can make Tatsumakis. Today, I'm going to show you how to build a storm."

Anko stuck the crow figure to my bag laying on the sand nearby. I raised an eyebrow to let her know that I caught her, and she responded with a shoulder shrug. Oh well. At least I would by hyperaware of not making myself look like an idiot like that night in the Mist.

"Bri-Bri, that's a forbidden technique. You shouldn't share is so irresponsibly!" Anko scolded in a very Shisui-like manner.

"Anko, I need be a real with you for a moment. How many of my clan is left?"

"...I only know you, Bri-chan."

"Exactly. I don't know if I'll even have children. I've had dreams of a son, but prophecy isn't a guarantee. It would be a shame to see the end of my clan's jutsu. This is my backup plan. Just in case, you know?"

"Fine," she sighed before putting the crow back in my bag. "This must stay between us, okay Temari? If anyone asks how you learned it, let them know that it was self-discovery."

"Yes, Anko-san."

"Temari, if you pull this off, you can have the Tsutoni name. It'll be your birth right to claim," I stated.

"My birthright? The people here aren't allowed to take such titles. If they are caught boasting about being related to certain clans, they get punished."

"You'll be able to prove your heritage though. I won't be the 'Little Tsutoni' anymore. There would be someone smaller than me!"

"If you say so, Bri-san."

"I do say so. Now, the first thing you must learn is resilience."

"Huh?"

"Resilience is the ability to withstand anything that could break your spirit. It is something the Sand seems to know well."

"It is."

"It is an important Tsutoni standard as well."

"Oh yeah! Isn't there a mantra or proverb or something like that about your people?" Anko perked up.

"How many ways can a Tsutoni bend before they break?

There is no number high enough.

They are the wind

And the wind cannot be broken."

"It's a hand-clapping game," I laughed after showing them.

"You're saying that I can't break?"

"Your will, your beliefs cannot be broken."

"I am as resilient as the wind."

"That's right. You're getting it. Are you ready for the next step?"

"YES!"

"Now that you know that you are the wind, you need to feel it. Close your eyes and let your chakra swirl around you. It must be like a breeze sifting through the sandy dunes."

"You don't have sand in Konoha. How do you envision your breeze?" Temari asked as she increased her chakra levels.

"I see it weaving through tall trees. The leaves bow and dance for me. Once you feel that your chakra is the wind around you, visualize it as a single, giant force of spiraling, indestructible air."

"Okay."

"The jutsu requires two hand formations: bird first, and then dragon. After forming them, place your dominant hand, palm down, towards the earth. This should form your Tatsumaki."

"I'm...nervous."

"It's absolutely terrifying. It took me over half a day to form my first one because I was so scared. Would you like me to go first?"

"Please," Temari answered, her teal eyes full of determination to absorb all the new information.

I nodded and followed the steps I had given her. A beautifully grey cloud appeared overhead as my glorious tornado formed.

My demonstration was flawless except for one little...major...thing. I didn't consider the looseness of the sand.

The yellow, gritty earth engulfed my tatsumaki, shredding the air with violent beads of sharp sand pellets.

"Oh shit," Anko choked as the sand began to swallow us.

"Take Temari and flee. I'll fix this!" I squealed, desperately trying to sound calmer than I felt.

"Hai!" She replied before pulling Temari away.

I shut down my tatsumaki, but the sandstorm that formed because of it was still blowing in full force. I focused on the storm cloud overhead. I needed to bring the thick humidity the air would have up there to me. Slowly, I could feel the rain fall thanks to my constant air pulling.

The brief shower stopped the sandy storm within seconds.

"Whew," I sighed before sitting down.

"You did it! You stopped it!" Anko cheered as she returned with a trembling Temari.

"You doubted me? If I can make it, I can destroy it. I really need a bath now though. I must get this sticky sand off," I smirked once Temari realized that everything was going to be okay.

Gai's POV

What's the worst that could happen?

Baki's words were playing on repeat. He had no idea. None. He didn't know how destructively clumsy the little Tsutoni could be.

She could have the best interests at heart and still cause chaos.

And that was the moment I saw it, a storm cloud forming in the east. It looked strange floating there all alone in the empty sky.

"How often does it rain here?" I asked as I returned my attention to Kankurō.

He was currently poking a scorpion with the puppet Bri had given him.

"Once or twice a year. It'll be a few months before that happens though."

Surely Bri didn't do anything to form that. She promised she'd behave.

"Uh oh," Kankurō gasped.

The irate scorpion rattled its tail before jumping to sting me.

Please don't let that storm cloud have anything to do with Bri, I thought as my vision blurred.

The Market Place (Bri's POV)

"You scrunch your curls up like this with the formula in your hands," the potion maker explained before showing me how to use the serum she whipped up for my hair.

"Thank you so much. I didn't realize how thirsty my hair was," I giggled as it quickly soaked up the lotion.

Temari led the way to our next stop, the sauna. Public baths were common back home, but I rarely used them since the Uchiha home and mine had their own bathrooms. This one was separated by gender, so it took some of my self-consciousness away.

What I didn't expect, was to be swarmed by the women that were there. As soon as we sat in the shallow pool of water that was being heated by hot stones over a fire, they quickly took places beside us.

"Your hair is very pretty."

"I bet the men in Konoha love it."

"Her eyes too. I didn't think the Purple Eyed Tsutoni would have so much gentleness in them."

"Do you have a husband yet? My son is at the right age for you now."

"Have you already bled?"

"Have you already taken a man in bed?"

The questions were so bold and so different than what I would have expected back home that I didn't even know how to react.

"Oh goodness, look at how red her cheeks are turning. We shouldn't be so overwhelming for her. This may not be a familiar custom to a Leaf nin," the oldest woman near me smiled.

I sheepishly returned the smile. Truthfully, I didn't mind the nosiness. If anything, it let me know that these women might have some information I could use. The kind of knowledge a woman needs about what Anko had teased me about earlier.

This was it. This was where I would have my first sex talk.

"It is...different, yes. But I don't really mind. I don't have a husband, but I am engaged. I have already gone through puberty, as you can tell," I laughed as I pressed my breasts together.

"But, I haven't...slept with a man. I don't even know how to go about it," I admitted as I bit my bottom lip anxiously.

"You sweet, sweet, beauty of the Land of Fire. We will tell you all you need to know," the elder smiled mischievously.

"Temari, it is getting late. Perhaps it is time for you to dress and return home?" The woman suggested.

"Yes ma'am. I'll see you both back home later, okay?" Temari said, taking the hint and waving goodbye.

Anko, who had a group of girls harassing her too, turned a shit-eating-grin towards me. She was certainly enjoying the presence and attention of the naked women. How would Mei feel about this? I'd have to tease Anko about that matter later.

"Foreplay, the act of kissing and running your hands on one another, is absolutely key in the love making process."

"Yes, you must let him warm you up because it will help make the actual fucking easier for you. Especially since you're a virgin."

"The wetter you are down there, the better."

"Yes, and if you aren't relaxed, it could make the insertion of a penis painful."

"Painful?!" I asked, pausing the barrage of advice.

"My dear Tsutoni virgin, it really depends on how ready you are. The more prepared the man has made you, the less pain there will be. There will be a slight pinch regardless though. If he does everything right, the pleasure will outweigh any stinging or stretching you will feel."

The women around me nodded in agreement before they began their outbursts of advice again.

"Hai, make sure he uses his fingers first!"

"Oral is another thing you may consider."

"Oooo! Yes! You're going to want to make sure your tongue covers your bottom teeth if you do that."

My neck hurt from jerking my attention from one speaker to the other. I hung on to every bit of information I could siphon from the Sand women and hoped it would give me great results.

"Bri-san! I'm sorry to barge in after my dismissal, but it's urgent. Gai-san was stung by a scorpion and he's calling for you!" Temari cried out.

Anko and I exchanged looks of concern before we dressed and followed her hastily.

"She's here, Gai-san!" Temari alerted him of our presence.

"Bri-chan. Please, come close," he whispered hoarsely. A cold sweat was covering his face.

I leaned in, convinced that he was dying.

"Closer, please Bri-chan," he insisted. I leaned towards him, my chest resting inches above his face.

He took a deep breath before shoving his face in between my boobs.

"Achhdashk! Gai!" I screamed before swatting him down.

"The poison from the sting should fade soon. It wasn't a lethal scorpion that stung him," Baki spoke up, irritation printed on his face.

Gai gave me his signature thumbs up along with a twinkling smile.

"Let's go, Anko. Let's let him sit in pain alone," I groaned before abandoning him.

The remainder of the week went by without a hitch.

Rasa-sama made the trade agreement easy for me to understand and the current and new treaties were upheld quickly. The month was over before I knew it.

The last night there, I dreamed of something new.

A beast, yellower than the sand and with eyes as dark as the endless night sky, began to throttle the village it dwelled in.

Gaara's forehead was painted in blood. A marking was carved onto the left side of it. Love.

I awoke to Anko shaking me and telling me to take a deep breath.

"Another dream?"

"Nightmare. Yes."

"It's our last night here. Maybe staying with the Feudal Lord will make it easier for you to sleep. I heard his mansion is built on an oasis that is blossoming with palm trees."

"That does sound relaxing," I sighed.

I silently watched my friends rest peacefully before I eventually packed all our things by myself. I was too awake to sleep.

Soon, the morning came. I was sitting on the roof of the Kazekage's home when Gaara approached me. He sat quietly beside me as the pastel pinks of the morning sky greeted us.

"Will you try to cuddle me again?" His soft voice asked.

"Of course," I smiled and noted that he held the teddy bear tightly to his chest.

I slowly scooted towards him, careful not to excite his armor with my presence. The sand tensed around us both. I quickly blew it away before it could hide the child. I pulled him into my arms and made sure to press my face against his the same way I showed him when he asked what cuddling was.

The sand forced a wedge between us within seconds, but the skin-on-skin contact was enough that I hoped he wouldn't forget it.

I hoped that the One-tailed beast within him wouldn't make him forget it.

I hoped my dream of his destruction was only that and not a prophecy.

*A/N Roran was a city mentioned to be in the Land of Wind
