Amidst the clouds of smoke and laughter, the four old friends reconnected in ways they could've never predicted. At heart, they were still the same group of kids. Time had passed, but for the better. The only thing they'd bring back from the '70s was better health.

Hyde's ego wasn't bruised after his friends interrupted one of his old signature lines. "I've probably said this before, but I can't believe I'm still hanging out with you guys after all this time. You'd think we'd have other friends besides the ones we had when we were, like, eight."

"Well, if it ain't broke, don't fix it," Eric replied.

"You know, I should care more that you said what we do as husband and wife is 'hanging out', but I'm too zen right now," Jackie giggled.

"Babe, you know I didn't mean it like that," Hyde leaned in and whispered to Jackie. "I love you and everything we've made together more than anything else in this world,"

"Aww," Eric and Donna cooed in unison.

"All right, now that I've reminded Jackie how much I love her, let's try to follow a few rules that may have been put in place before. I don't know: I can't remember a lot of what happened before 1982. Rule #1- no expressions of love in the Circle. Rule #2- no fighting in the Circle." Hyde explained.

"I don't know, Hyde. I'm kinda in the mood to break rule #1." Donna dusted Eric's neck with butterfly kisses.

"Damn, this stash must be laced with something," Hyde sighed.

When they made plans for today, the Hydes decided they wouldn't go back home until they were sober enough to attend to their kids. There was a high chance Marcy would want to sleep over, even though her parents forgot to prearrange that. They trusted that their children could take care of themselves at least for a few hours. Hopefully, the weed would do its job without putting them out of commission for too long.

It was soon after their various exchanges of love when the hunger kicked in. The two bags of chips the Formans had available were gone faster than anticipated. But, they were satiated for now.

"It's funny, I think Robbie thinks we're over here having an orgy," Jackie commented over her last bite of chips.

"God, where does he even get that stuff?" Eric responded.

"It's called being a 12-year-old boy. Don't you remember?"

"You know that I don't, at least not right now,"

It was an awkward subject to approach, but Donna couldn't control her curiosity. "I mean, you guys have never thought about doing that, have you?"

"Having an orgy? God no. I like you guys, but not like that." Hyde smiled. "Why, have you?"

"No, I was just wondering. Nothing more." She shrugged.

It truly wasn't that big of a deal. Jackie's comment had reminded Donna of something she'd been repressing for over a decade. It had been Eric's idea, and she was reluctant to go through with it at first. But neither of them had ever had sex with anybody else, and, knowing themselves, never would once they were married. Eric didn't express any disgusting overenthusiasm about the fact that Donna was willing to be with another woman. She was someone Eric knew from his part-time job on campus. Someone Donna had never met before and never saw again in the two years before she graduated but after she became Mrs. Forman.

Her stomach grew queasy as memories of that night flooded back. She tried to convince herself that it was because of the drugs, but that throwaway line got to her. That night in 1982 had been one of the best sexual experiences she'd ever had, which is something she couldn't bear to tell Eric. She wasn't gay, and she wouldn't give up her life with him just because of a few orgasms. She figured she could teach him to be that soft.

"Well, since we're on the subject, have you ever had a threesome?" It was like Eric could read Donna's mind.

"Not with Jackie," Hyde answered.

Jackie groaned in response. "Yeah, you were a whore before we got together. And a little bit after, too. But no, I've never had one. And I'm assuming you haven't either."

Eric and Donna looked at each other and smiled. "Wrong!"

"No way!" Hyde yelled. "So Pinciotti, you didn't like the idea that Forman's dick would be the only one you'd ever touch, or what?"

"Actually, it was another girl," Donna grinned.

"Woah, that's hot!" Hyde said.

"It really was," Eric smiled.

"Yeah, I always thought you were a little gay," Jackie chimed in.

Donna could feel herself turning red. "It was one time. I'm not gay."

"Fine, whatever you say," Jackie shrugged it off. "But you know who might be gay? Anna. The way she talks to me, it seems like she's in love with Marcy."

Hyde scoffed. "Please. That's just the way kids are. Robbie talked a lot about Captain Kirk, do you think he's gay?"

"No, Anna's different. Give it ten years or so, and you'll see I'm right." Jackie challenged.

"Fine. Wow, 2005 seems so far away. I wonder if we'll have flying cars by then." Hyde pondered.

"Or a woman president," Donna commented.

"I don't think Marcy is gay," Eric circled back. "She talks a lot about the boys in her class. But who's to say?"

With that, the foursome left talks of their children behind. It could be hard for parents to talk about other things. But it was in no way a limitation. No matter the topic of conversation, it was always great to spend time with old friends.

A/N: I honestly have no idea where I'm going with this story, so I think I'm going to close it up. What I want for it has changed a lot since I outlined it six years ago. I said it would be three parts, but I want to save the idea I have for the third part and write a novel or movie script based on it. So let's just say, for the sake of closure, that Donna gets better and life goes on. Thank you for reading :)
