AN: I just remembered something I should have mentioned a couple of chapters ago. Someone mentioned that One for All wouldn't work well with Izuku's power, because adding a strength factor to someone who already has a quirk like his wouldn't be very beneficial. I don't believe that's how OfA works, though. I feel like it would be way more well-known if the power simply added physical super-strength to everyone who received it, but I think instead that it would provide a power boost to the person's original quirk, provided they have one, and if they happened not to have one, THEN the power would be expressed as the strength we see Izuku exhibit in canon. Any other character who received it I believe would be getting buffs to the power they already had, not being handed the same super strength to all of them. This may not be actually how the quirk works, since I think that might be touched on in the second movie that I haven't watched yet, but either way that's how I believe the quirk works, and will be how it works in this fanfic.

Katsuki couldn't understand what was going on. One second he was cuffing All Might himself, and the next a thin, sunken-looking man lay where his hero once had.

"Who are you? What did you do with All Might?!" Katsuki was furious that someone had interrupted his fight with the number one hero. Him and Deku were so close to beating the guy, too...

"Bakugou, I'm afraid that this may be hard to hear but I am still All Might," the shriveled man explained and Bakugou didn't believe him, of course but... his voice sounded just like All Might's, if a bit more tired-sounding, and his eyes... they still held that light. Katsuki would never mistake that light for anyone else.

"...Explain."

"I believe this may not be the best location to do so... perhaps in my office instead? Midoriya, when does this paralysis wear off?"

"It should be in a couple minutes, sir." Katsuki whirled on Deku.

"And you! Why aren't you surprised by this?" Deku huffed a sigh before explaining.

"I already knew, Kacchan. It's not my secret to tell, though, so you'll have to wait for his own explanation." And so Katsuki waited. After a few minutes, the thin man stood up, seemingly bracing himself before he exploded up into the more familiar form of All Might. He gestured for Katsuki to follow, and led him to his office, where the man sighed with exhaustion before deflating once more.

"So... you were injured enough to make it so you're only just barely even able to fight?"

"I'm afraid so, Bakugou."

"And the villain who did it? You defeated him, right?"

"Yes, I defeated him that day, even at this terrible cost." Bakugou sighed internally, because what else was he expecting? Of course All Might didn't lose, All Might could NEVER lose!

...Still, the fact that he had taken so much damage from a battle, and had come so close to losing, irked Katsuki a little bit. After a few moments of contemplation, he quietly excused himself and left.

Elsewhere, a supervillain known by a select few as the ruler of the underworld was going through the files they had collected on UA's students along with his successor, having the boy read them out loud since he could not see the files himself. The boy was mostly interested in one girl, Ashido, saying her quirk was quite compatible with his own, but the man was much more interested in some of the names he had mentioned.

"So, those two are present as well? Interesting..." the supervillain muttered, before addressing his successor, "Gather whatever information you can on the trip our inside informant mentioned a while ago. I'd like to arrange a... meeting, with a couple of these students."

"Yes, Sensei. I will find out where these hero brats are headed."

Once the connection to his subordinate was cut, the man allowed himself a rare smile. Oh, this would be quite interesting indeed.
