"Hhhhhhhhhhh..." Marie sighed, her face down on the carpet of her tent. She had just woken up, and stood up too fast. "Hello carpet my old friend, I've come to talk with you agaaaaaain." Sapphire got up from her bed and prodded Marie's head with a paw, meowing. Marie lifted her head to look at the gray and white kitten, and saw that she was at maximum floof. Marie picked herself up and looked around, and she found that Sans was on the bed. Marie instantly jumped up in suprise and yelped. "Startled ya, didn't I?" Sans said, his usual grin on his face. Marie gave him a glare, then scooped up the kitten and made her way outside. Going outside, Marie looked around for the husband and wife so she could see Chara again, and found them. Chara wasn't with them. "Excuse me," Marie said with a hint of an ominous tone. "Is Chara with you?" "No." The woman replied coldly. "That idiot of a child ran away." Marie's eyes were wide and filled with anger. "Aren't you gonna look for them?!" "It can die for all I care." At that, Marie lost her temper. She used a Blaster on her, and she was still alive. Her LV was at 13. It was from hurting Chara so much. Her HP was at 32 from the blast. Marie lifted her with SOUL Manipulation, and spoke to her with a cold fury. "I have half a mind to end your pitiful existence on this earth for causing an innocent child such peril. You caused them to run away, along with your damned husband. IT'S YOUR FAULT." Marie's eyes were blazing. "You are truly the scum of this world, so much that you're at LV 13 from hurting them." "So? What's LV anyway?" "LV is an acronym for LOVE, and LOVE stands for Level Of ViolencE. Your capacity to hurt. You gain LOVE from EXP. EXP stands for EXecution Points. You might, but numbers don't lie. You either killed people, or harmed your own child so much that your LV increased. And your husband is no better." Marie said, spite and anger dripping from every word. Chara was oddly silent, their eyes hidden. Marie wanted to kill her, then and there, but she wanted to have her husband so she could kill him too, then they could burn in hell together. She heard shuffling, and found the husband. She quickly grabbed him too, and talked to the both of them. "You both are scum for what you did. You both tortured the child that would call you both their parents. You both deserve to burn in hell, and I hope you do when you're gone." Marie slammed the both of them down, and was preparing a blaster. "Marie." She heard Sans say, and turned slightly to see him. His own tears were flowing. Marie's own eyes were flooding with tears. From the look he gave her, Marie released the two. They scrambled to their feet, and the husband was crying. "I didn't mean to...i was too harsh...I was too strict..." He rambled. "I deserve it..." Now Marie was crying even more. The woman remained emotionless. "Why did you hesitate? I mean, I obviously deserve to die for being a little strict with that thing." Now it was the husband who was angry. "I may have been strict and rude, but you're just as bad as me, so quit acting like it's something that can be swept under the carpet!" Marie couldn't help but smile at the man's change of heart. He was regretting his actions, and he knew that what he did was wrong. He wanted to turn back time. The man actually cared about Chara. "So? It's not like it didn't deserve what we did." Now Marie was truly outraged. She grabbed the woman again. The man nodded to her, and wanted to make her pay. Marie was sobbing, but she knew what she had to do, even if it wasn't pretty. Sans nodded, and the woman, still looking defiant, gave her a smirk that said, "You don't have the guts to do it, coward." Marie lifted the woman higher, and a circle of blasters surrounded her. They blasted, and it didn't leave any trace of the true monster that was there exept for her SOUL. It cracked and shattered. Marie collapsed to the ground, crying. The man helped her up, crying as well. Now that that evil woman was gone, Marie went looking for Chara along with the man. Marie searched along with the man, who she learned his name was Trenor, but found nothing. Marie's eyes suddenly shined completely white without warning, and Trenor jumped at the sight. Marie could now see where Chara was. She saw that they were now at Mt. Ebbot. They were at the very edge of the mountain's gaping hole, and...
They jumped.
Marie gasped and fell down. Trenor ran over to her and asked what happened. "Th-they...they jumped..." Marie said, sobs racking her body. Trenor started to cry as well. After sending him back to his village with the news that his child and wife were dead, Marie's heart was extremely heavy. She walked back to camp, and Percy rushed forward to hug her. "I heard the blasts..." She mumbled into Marie's shoulder. Marie, overwhelmed with grief and guilt, broke down crying. Percy helped her to her tent, and everyone decided to wait a day to break camp, for Marie's sake. Now, late at night, Marie was letting out sobs every now and then, with Percy, Sans, Frisk, Chara, and Sapphire comforting her. Marie couldn't stop crying, no matter how hard she tried. At long last, Marie was asleep, with Percy watching over her.
