"Last time on Freedom Fighters X... after a highflying battle, Tails and Michael transformed the X-Tornado and the Falcon Jet into battle armor mode and headed straight for the Egg Carrier With Sonic and Raymond and the others in tow to rescue Amy from the clutches of Eggman"the narrator says as the plane and Jet took out the missles, "Hang on. Almost there" Tails says as they were getting close to the outside bridge, "Let's bring it in for a smooth landing, guys" Sonic says, "Whoops, Uh… We have a problem here. I forgot something" Michael says, "What now?" Raymond asks, "There's no landing gear in this mode. I forgot to put the landing gear!" Michael says, "Whaaat? Whaaaa!" Raymond and Tiny yells, "Aah! Oh, no!" Tails says, "What is it?" Sonic asks, "You'll have to settle for nice and bumpy. We don't have any wheels. And where gonna crash into Raymond and Michael" Tails says, "What?" Sonic and Jennifer say and Pinky chirping as the Falcon Jet and X Tornado collide and crash making an explosion and begins the Chapter/Episode.

On the Egg Carrier, the others were recovering from the crash. "Wow! This thing is really huge!" Raymond says, "No time to gawk now. We need to find Amy!" Michael says, "You're right, my friend! Let's get busy! Here we goooooo!" Raymond says, "Let's go" Jennifer says, "Right" Tails says as Tiny laughs and she, Tails, Jennifer, Michael and Raymond start running, "Later, guys" Sonic says as he speeds past them. With the treasure hunting trio, they went outside of the Egg Carrier, "Now we'll see who's so easily tricked" Dwayne says, "I can sense the Emerald is here somewhere!" Knuckles says, "Then let's start looking," Emily says as they run. Inside, Dr. Eggman sees them, "Don't get too many ideas, you fools! You haven't seen the power of what this vessel can do and what it really has. How about I give you a little sample? Get a load of this! Quick, launch attacks" Dr. Eggman says, "Yes, sir" the robots say as they start bringing out guns. This made the others gasp and stop running, "Whoa! Hey, it transformed! Did you see that?" Michael asks, "Dang, this makes it harder for us to get to the bridge!" Raymond says, "Now how are we gonna get to the bridge?" Tiny asks, "We're gonna need a plan" Jennifer says as Dr. Eggman laughed, "I bet you weren't expecting that, were you? The only way you can get to me is through the SkyDeck. I doubt if you can make it and figure this out! I dare you!" Dr. Eggman says as he laughs, "Just watch me!" Sonic says, "Oh yeah! Well, we'll show you! Bring it on Eggman!" Raymond says as they got ready for incoming missiles. Back with the trio, they saw the whole thing, "Ugh! This thing's always changing" Dwayne says as they look around. Back with Sonic, Raymond and the others, missiles were flying everywhere as the hedgehogs ran and dodge them as they exploded, they turned back to others, "They're turning back" Tiny says, "Tails, are you okay?" Sonic asks as Tails laughs and nods his head and takes the bandage off. "Raymond, Michael, come on" Sonic says until a missile hits the floor making a hole. "We'll meet up with you later. Now's our chance to search for Amy" Jennifer says as she, Pinky and Tiny went inside, "But, girls…" Michael says, "Don't sweat it, Michael. You, Sonic, Tails and I can look for Eggman" Raymond says, "He's right, let's go before they launch another attack" Sonic says as they run. With the treasure hunting trio, Knuckles got hit in the head with a piece of metal. "Ow! What the" Knuckles says as he rubs his head, "Knuckles, are you alright?" Emily asks, "Yeah, I'm fine" Knuckles says, "Now that we found the rest of the Master Emerald pieces, we can go help Raymond and the others" Dwayne says as they walk in the hallway. As they make their way through the halls, they see the same orange light and get sent to the past again.
Back in the past, the trio look at a reflection of themselves from the water before looking up to see a forest fire. "Oh no!" Emily says, "Not again" Knuckles says, "What is the meaning of this?" Dwayne asks, "I don't know, but this is getting ridiculous. Oh!" Knuckles says they see Tikal and a few Chao on the ground looking weak, "Hey, are you okay?" Knuckles asks as they run up to Tikal, "Hey, what happened here?" Dwayne asks, "I did my best to stop them, but I couldn't stop them. They came and my father and the others would not listen to me. I had no idea how bad this would turn out! I'm shocked, I don't know what to do" Tikal says as she cries, then suddenly, a vision of a water monster appears and starts roaring, this scares the others, "What? What's that?" Emily asks as they look around and Tikal looks and they see the Master Emerald glowing, "Look, it's the Emerald!" Dwayne says, "Who are you?" Knuckles asks as Tikal runs up the steps, "Hey!" Dwayne says, "Wait!" Emily says, "Come back!" Knuckles says as they try to go after Tikal but a flash appears and they get sent back to the present.
Back at the present, they were confused, "What's happening?" Knuckles asks, "Is this a dream?" Dwayne asks, "It's more like a nightmare!" Emily says, "There must be some reasons why we're being shown these things" Knuckles says as they try to find the exit.
At the bridge, Dr. Eggman and the robots see Sonic, Raymond and the others. "We missed them, Doctor" Decoe says, "Now what?" Bocoe asks, "They won't get far, in the meantime, let's see if the E series robots bought me that frog I wanted" Dr. Eggman says as he orders the robots to come to the bridge. With Gamma, a bright light glows around him.
Back in the past, Gamma was at the shrine of the Master Emerald. "Must determine location. Accessing data" Gamma says before examining the area, "No data found. Location unknown. This presents a problem" Gamma says as he looks around until he stops and sees a few chao singing as Gamma takes a step forward. "No! Don't go any closer!" Tikal says from behind Gamma, "I'm sorry, I see you must not be one of them, huh? Did you notice the presence guarding these children? He's a very loving and gentle creature. These little creatures are too vulnerable without its protection. This protection allows them to continue singing in peace. Even I was surprised the first time I saw him. Now my father is trying to take their second home. It seems his heart is closed off to us all. My true hope is that some day, we'll understand each other" Tikal says until the bright light comes back, sending Gamma to the present.
Back at the present, Gamma was holding Froggy as the others were holding the other frogs. "Mine is the real Froggy" Beta says, "No, mine is" Gamma says, "No, mine is the real one" Epsilon says, "The doctor will be so proud" Delta says, "This frog is the one we want" Epsilon says, "No, here's the real one" Beta says, "My frog is the right one" Delta says. "The doctor is approaching" Decoe says, "So settle down, you freaky frog nappers" Bocoe says as Dr. Eggman comes in and the robots line up and Dr. Eggman looks at robots frogs and grunts, "Argggh! Dummies, dummies, dummies, dummies! What is this? You dare bring back these crummy croakers. No, no, no! Yaaagh! You clanky klutz! This isn't the froggy I wanted! Do you see a tail anywhere? We must find the frog with Chaos' tail! The same frog has also swallowed a Chaos Emerald! You're lucky I don't have you flattened into scrap metal!" Dr. Eggman says, "Sorry" Beta apologizes and Dr. Eggman growls, "All right, you nicely planted ninnies, listen here! I am not looking for your average everyday amphibian. I am seeking a very special froggy with a tail that's long and pointy" Dr. Eggman says until he notices Froggy in Gamma's hand, "Huh? Oh! Wha? Wha? Wha? Ah, there it is! Right there! This is it. My little chaos froggy. Yes, there's my baby. I'm proud of you, Gamma! I just knew you would be of use to me and make me proud, Gamma!" Dr. Eggman says as he holds Froggy, "Yes, doctor" Gamma says as Dr. Eggman laughs and grunts as the other robots sweat drop, "You're useless. All you worthless hunks of junk, be gone! Get out of my sight. Bocoe, destroy them all except Gamma" Dr. Eggman says, "Yes, doctor" Bocoe nervously says as he presses a button and this causes the other robots to shake and disappear. "If you have to go, I guess that is the best way" Decoe says, "No, thanks. I want to rust away" Bocoe says, "Gamma, I'd like to talk to my little birdy friend. So you have a new assignment! This one's easy! Go to the room through the last door, Once there, you'll find a girl and a bird. Just get me that bird. Now go! Bring her to me" Dr. Eggman says, "Is this the one?" Gamma asks, "Yes, now go!" Dr. Eggman says, "Yes, doctor" Gamma says as he goes to the room where Amy and Lily are. Gamma walks in the hallway,then remembers Lily and comes across a room where they were dismantling Beta, "Beta? Beta!" Gamma says as he looks at the pieces on the floor, Gamma remembers Lily and is about to leave the room, "Oh" Gamma says as he leaves the room. Back in the hallway, Gamma thinks before heading into the wrong room, "This is the wrong room" Gamma says before heading to the direction of the right room. With Amy and Lily, they were inside a jail cell of the Egg Carrier, "Hey! Eggman! Let me out of here!" Amy says as no one answers before sighing in defeat, "Oh, what's the use" Amy says as Lily chirped, "I was all set to make Sonic a gourmet meal, but Eggman had to spoil it. I spent weeks practicing all the recipes Ella, Jennifer and Daisy gave me" Amy says as she imagines a lot of dishes she made with Sonic looking at them in hunger, "I could have made my way into his heart by going right through his stomach. When Sonic and I start getting close, something always seems to keep us apart" Amy says as Lily chirps again, "But Sonic always does manage to come through" Amy says as she remembers Sonic running while she was chasing him, "Hey, Sonic, wait for me!" Amy says until a robot lands in front of her, making Amy scream but Sonic spins dashing through and sparks come and Sonic grabs Amy and jumps as the robot explodes, Amy smiles as the flashbackends. "Sonic's never let me down before, and I know he won't let me down now" Amy says as Lily chirps again, "Just wait and see, Lily. Sonic will find us here and come to our rescue. Sonic, if you can, please hurry" Amy says as she hugs Lily and closes her eyes. Then suddenly a shadow forms and Lily chirps in fright, "Now, now. Calm down" Amy says as Gamma aims his gun at them. "What do you want? Go away!" Amy says, "Give me the bird. Hand me the bird" Gamma says, "No way. Nope! I won't let you take her. You hear me?" Amy asks standing up, "You must, resistance is futile; quietly hand over and give me the bird, the doctor commands it" Gamma says, "Well I said No! Never! He can't have her" Amy says, "Hand it over" Gamma says, "Now, you listen to me. I'm not afraid of you, and I'm not afraid of him, either" Amy says, "You are not afraid? Why not?" Gamma asks, "No way, I don't need to tell you anything, it's none of your business why not, and even if I was I still wouldn't let him hurt an innocent bird. I want to know why you want it. You tell me, now!" Amy says, "Data unavailable. Does not compute" Gamma says, "You don't even know? I bet you'd be mean to him, you bully! I know you might hurt us both. I know you have a job to do, but I'd be extremely grateful if you could please let Lily and me out of here. Please, Mr. Robot. Why not help us instead? Won't you help us, please? Don't you know how bad I feel?" Amy asks, "No! Not possible. Against regulations. Must obey the doctor. Must obey the doctor. Insufficient data. Does not compute. Why try to save that which is useless to you? You have feelings for something you know nothing about. Does not compute. Illogical!" Gamma says, "I feel sorry and pity you. But why? Love is not part of your programming, you are missing something good. Eggman failed to give you feelings. Just because he taught you to be mean doesn't mean you have to be" Amy says as Lily flies out of Amy's hand, "Lily. Hey Lily! Wait a minute, Lily! Come back here!" Amy calls out as Lily flies in front of Gamma and chirps, Gamma sees this and thinks of something and shakes. "Overload. Overload" Gamma says holding his head, "What's wrong?" Amy asks, "Go. Go. Go escape! Get going!" Gamma says, "Huh? Wh-what?" Amy asks confused before Gamma fires his gun at the cell door making it explode. "Go now. Leave here" Gamma says, "You sure? Why are you letting us go?" Amy asks, "Amy!" Jennifer and Tiny call out and Pinky chirping as they go to the scene, "Jennifer, Tiny, Pinky, what are you three doing here?" Amy asks, "We came to rescue you" Tiny asks, "And who is this?" Jennifer asks, "No time. Must go. Now. It is dangerous here" Gamma says as Lily chirps at the bird, "Go now. Hurry. We will be arriving at the Mystic Ruins base soon" Gamma says, "So, you're really nice. You're different from the other robots. You're really not like all those other robots, huh, are you?" Amy asks as Lily goes up to the girls, "Most robots are mean, but he's not like that, is he, Lily?" Amy asks, "You truly are a good person inside, aren't you?" Jennifer asks, "You've got a soft spot inside your metal frame" Tiny says, "If you want, I guess we can be friends then, okay?" Amy asks, "Thank you, we'll never forget you" Jennifer says, "Bye" Amy and Tiny said, "Take care" Jennifer says and Pinky chirps as they leave, "Bye" Gamma says before leaving. Amy, Jennifer and Tiny try to find their way back outside so they could meet up with the others. As they were running, the same orange light appeared in front of them, sending them to the past.
Back in the past, they were transported to an ancient temple, "Huh?" Amy asks, "What's this place?" Tiny asks, "I don't know, but let's look around" Jennifer suggested as they walked around. When they get to the shrine, they see Tikal and a few Chao, Pinky chirps in surprise as she sees more Chao. "You're the, Chao" Tikal says as a few Chao were scared, "Don't be afraid. You're safe with me" Tikal says as a chao goes up to her and Tikal holds it, she gasps as she sees Chaos about to come out the water and the light takes the five girls back to the present.
Back in the present, they returned. "Gee, what was that?" Amy asks, "I wonder if I'm dreaming?" Tiny asks, "I don't know, but we need to get outta this place!" Jennifer says as Pinky chirps and they try to find the exit. Back with Big, Chris, Daisy and Brian, they were making sure the coast was clear before going to look for Froggy. "It's like a maze in here, they could be anywhere" Chris says, "Yeah, but we can't stop now, they got Froggy!" Big says, "But this place doesn't look familiar to me at all" Brian says, "Wait, let me see if I can sniff him" Daisy says as she tries to sniff Froggy anywhere until she smells something, "Hmm, smells like Froggy"s around here somewhere" Daisy says, "Think we should see what's behind that door over there!" Brian says, "Come on, let's go this way" Chris says as they went to a hallway. When they walked in a room, they saw Froggy was in a cage with a glass wall around him, "That's him. That's Froggy" Big says, "Let's hurry" Chris says as Froggy was trying to get out, "Froggy can't get out" Big says, "Just stay calm" Chris says as they think of a plan, "Before we do anything, I need a drink" Brian says as they were at a vending machine and drank flavored sodas, "Feeling better now?" Daisy asks, "Yep" Brian says, "Well, that's good" Chris says as they went back to the spot Froggy was, "Alright, I'll just fly there and get him" Brian says as he flies and grabs Froggy and flys back. "got him" Brian says, "All right, let's get out of here," Daisy says as they try to find the exit. before anything, the orange light appears in front of them, "Huh? That's strange" Chris says as they were teleported to the past.
Back in the past, they were transported back to the shrine. "Where are we?" Big asks, "I don't know" Brain asks, "This place doesn't look familiar to me" Chris says, "Well, let's look around and find out" Daisy says as they explored, When they got to the shrine, they see Tikal looking at something in surprise, "Wow! Is it alright for me to be here?" Tikal asks the holy water as it makes some movement, "So do you… Trust me? So these are the 7 Emeralds…" Tilal says before walking up the steps as the others follow her, Tikal gasps as she sees the Master Emerald, "Could it be? The servers are… the 7 Chaos Emeralds...unified by one that is the controller, and the one who gives the power to the next 7, the 7 Chaos, the controller itself. Could this be the Emerald that controls the 7 Chaos?" Tikal asks as a bright light appears making the others get sent back to the present.
Back to the present, they got back. "Uh, guys! I don't like the looks of this place!" Big says, "If something happens now, there's no point in staying around" Chris says, "Yeah, we better get going, guys!" Daisy says as they look for the exit again. Back with Sonic, Raymond, Michael and Tails, they were at the bridge from the inside, "Is that it?" Sonic asks, "I think so" Raymond says, "It might be" Michael says, "Guys, we should check out the bridge!" Tails says as they looked to find an elevator to lead them outside. Back with Gamma, he was in deep thought as he remembered Lily chirping at him. "Uh, uh, testing 1, 2, 3. Oh, Gamma! Get ready for battle instructions! Get the Jet Booster from the ammunition room and report to the control deck. I have a job for you. The ammunition room is unlocked"Dr. Eggman says through the speaker as Gamma says as he makes a move on it and grabs the Jet Booster. "I see you've got the Jet Booster. Report to the rear of the ship. Hurry!"Dr. Eggman says from the speakers and Gamma finds the exit to go outside. Back with Amy and the others, they were running in a hallway that was leading outside. "Now if we can only find a way out" Amy says as they were outside, then suddenly, Decoe and Bocoe go in front of them making the girls scream and chirp, "We've got you" Bocoe says, "Yeah" Decoe says before they got scared as Amy pulls out her hammer, Jennifer getting into a fighting position and Tiny hissing. "I don't think so" Jennifer says, "Please calm down" Bocoe says, "Back off" Tiny says as Amy was about to swing her hammer but Dr. Eggman grabs it from behind and laughs, "Where do you think you're going, girls? Going so soon?" Dr. Eggman asks, "Eggman, no!" Tiny says, "You can't get away this easily!" Dr. Eggman says as he didn't notice Sonic, Raymond, Tails and Michael on top of the tunnel. "Oh, Eggman?" Sonic calls getting their attention, "Don't you think you ought to pick on somebody your own size?" Sonic asks, "Sonic! Tails! Raymond! Michael! help!" The girls except Amy said, "You did come" Amy says with tears in her eyes, "Get out of our way!" Amy says as she uses her hammer to hit Dr. Eggman, hit the robots and hit the wall of the tunnel, making the four guys fall and land on Dr. Eggman with heavy thuds as they grunt and groan, "We got you. Give up?" Michael asks, "I guess so. But you're too late!" Dr. Eggman says as a claw comes out of nowhere and grabs Lily, "Ah, no! Not Lily! Lily!" Jennifer says as Lily chirped, "Let her go, Decoe'' Raymond says as Dr. Eggman pushes the animals off him. "Boys, keep your eyes on the birdy'' Dr. Eggman says, "Yes, Doctor" the robos say as Dr. Eggman pushed the girls out the way, "Now then, let's have it" Dr. Eggman says as he grabs Lily, Lily chirps infright as Dr. Eggman grabs her collar, "You won't be needing this. Nice birdy" Dr. Eggman says as he drops Lily and takes out the blue Chaos Emerald from the collar, "Look! It's the Chaos Emerald" Tails says, "What?" Raymond asks, "No way!" Amy says as Dr. Eggman laughs and the girls gasp, "Be gone! All of you! This is all I really need! I don't need you when I've got this! Lucky me. I Give back the birdy'' Dr. Eggman says as Decoe hands Lily back to the girls and Jennifer holds her, "Lily" Jennifer says as Lily chirped, "You're safe" Jennifer says as she nuzzles Lily. "Gamma!" Dr. Eggman calls out as Gamma comes, "You called Doctor Eggman? What is your wish, master" Gamma asks, making the girls gasps, "Its you" Amy says as Dr. Eggman laughs, "How about a bit of target practice? Eradicate all those menses! Give them all you got!" Dr. Eggman says ponting at the boys, "Yes, doctor. Aye aye, sir! I will comply, master" Gamma says as he walks up to the boys, "No!" the girls said, "Aim for the blue one and then the other three. I'll leave it up to you, Gamma. I'm counting on you and don't disappoint me, or else…" Dr. Eggman says, "Gotta catch us first" Sonic says, "Yay, this should be fun" Decoe and Bocoe say at the same time as Gamma gets in position. "Go for it" Sonic says, "Ready aim…" Gamma says as the girls tried to stop the fight, "Don't shoot, robot" the girls say, "It's Eggman that's making him act this way!" Amy says as the boys look confused, "He's really nice" Jennifer says as the robot starts firing at the boys and they try to dodge the fire, "Stop, Mr. Robot!" Tiny says as the rest of the girls gasp as the boys run, "Robot" Amy says as Gamma flies and shoots the guys from above as explosions are heard and seen. Back inside, Big and the others felt the vibration, "What's going on?" Chris asks, "Beats me" Big says, "Come on, we got to hurry!" Brian says as they keep going. Back outside, the guys continue to dodge the fire power, "Please! Stop shooting" Jennifer says as Sonic chuckles and there was an explosion, "No!" the girls say and Sonic climbs up the debri, "Just missed me that time" Sonic says as Gamma continues to fire and Sonic uses a debri as a shield before kicking it to Gamma, Gamma falls as he was hit before Sonic kicks the rest of the debri and lands as Gamma crashes on the ground, "Stop it, Sonic!" Tiny says, "Please stop!" Jennifer says and Pinky chirps, Sonic tries to go up to Gamma but is stopped by the girls going in front of Gamma. "Leave him alone, Sonic" Amy says, "This doesn't concern you, girls. Stay out of the way! That's one of Eggman's clunkers" Sonic says, "No!" the girls say, "You can't hurt him. He doesn't mean to be bad" Amy says, "This robot is our friend. He helped Amy and Lily before, by letting her escape, this robot is different! You don't need to hurt him, okay? Don't hurt him!" Tiny says as Jennifer turns to Gamma, "Hey, Mr. Robot. I know you're not an evil sort. Wait! Remember us?" Jennifer asks, "Jennifer?" Tails asks, "Huh! I really don't get this" Michael says, "I do, they know the robot more than us so they have rights, so Sonic, what's your choice?" Raymond asks as Sonic thinks, "He set us free" Amy says with watery eyes as Sonic comes up with his decision. "Girls… Okay, Whatever you say, if you girls say so" Sonic says, "Okay, I guess we'll let him go, then" Michael says, "Yeah, you girls have your reasons, I guess" Tails says as Raymond smiled "Cool. A friend of yours is a friend of" Raymond didn't finish as there were explosions and shakes, "Hey, you guys. The ship. I have a feeling we're losing altitude" Tails says, "Hey guys, look! The Egg Carrier's losing altitude, we're going down!" Michael says as the ship is going down, "What is happening?" Dr. Eggman asks, "I don't know, doctor" Decoe says, "I think we're falling" Bocoe says, "Impossible" Dr. Eggman says as he goes inside, "Wait for us" the robots say chasing after him. "Eggman's running away" Tails says, "Maybe we should follow him" Michael suggested, "No sweat. I'll take care of him" Sonic says, "Hurry, Michael! We're fresh outta time! We've gotta split. Take the girls, Lily, Pinky and Tails and get out of here and clear out of this thing, fast!" Raymond tells Michael, "But, well, what about you? What will you do?" Jennifer asks as Pinky chirped, "Me and Sonic will nail and find Eggman and put a stop to his evil ways and commission! We can't let him escape! He must be stopped, at all cost!" Raymond says, "I knew you would help us, Raymond. You're my hero" Jennifer says as she gave him a kiss, "Thanks again for saving us as usual, Raymond" Tiny says as Raymond blushed in embarrassment and chuckles, "Mr. Robot, can you hear me?" Amy asks as Tiny, Jennifer and Pinky go up to them, "Uhhh, you okay?" Tiny asks, "And how are you, our metal friend?" Jennifer asks as Lily and Pinky chirp, "Shouldn't we stick together?" Tails asks, "We don't have much time to lose, Tails. Hurry up" Raymond says, "But…" Tails said as he hesitated, "Come on, Tails, old buddy. You're my right hand man" Sonic says as he chuckled, "Ah, hmm, okay" Tails says, "Atta boy, let's go, Sonic!" Raymond says as he and Sonic leave. "He's really hurt" Amy says, "Let's go, girls" Tails says, "We can't leave" Tiny says as Lily chirps, "Mr. Robot" Jennifer calls out as Gamma wakes up, "Hey, he's awake" Amy says as Gamma moans, "Oh, thank goodness you're all right" Amy says, "You were knocked for quite a loop" Tiny says, "We were afraid you might never wake up" Jennifer says, "You saved my life" Gamma says, "We were glad to do it. Just returning the favor" Amy says as Lily chirped, "It's dangerous here. Don't pay attention to Eggman anymore. Free yourself. Come on! Why not leave Eggman and come with us?" Jennifer asks, "Why are you helping me?" Gamma asks, "We said we'd be friends the next time we met and we're returning your favor. Even Lily wants you to be free and what's best for you" Amy says, "Eggman's not the kind of man you should work for. You must ditch that awful man!" Tiny says, "Girls, come on! Let's get going!" Michael says, "Until we meet again, Mr. Robot! Take care of yourself!" Tiny says as Tails picked up Amy and Michael carrying Tiny and Jennifer going on foot, "Goodbye again. Thank you for everything" Amy says, "We'll meet again, our robot friend!" Jennifer says as they leave, "Thank you" Gamma says as he flies away. Back with the hedgehogs, they stopped when Raymond thought of something, "If we're to continue, we need to change this ship back to its original shape! There must be a switch somewhere on the bridge! We've gotta find it, now!" Raymond says, "Okay, then lead the way" Sonic says as they continue searching, when they get to the bridge, they change the ship back to the way it was before, "Emergency alert had been cancelled. Resuming monorail operation" The computer says as the hedgehogs went back outside.
Back with Jennifer and the others, Tails was flying as Jennifer and Michael skydive and see Chuck in the car, "Hey. Tails, Amy, Jennifer, Pinky, Tiny, Michael, down here" Chuck says as he waved. They got in the car and drove off, "It's a good thing I followed you" Chuck says as Jennifer and Tails look up at the sky, "Sonic and Raymond are still up there" Tails says, "We can only pray that they make it out safely" Jennifer says as Pinky chirps as they continue on the road.
Back with Big, Chris and the others, they were healing outside but were stopped when they saw Dr. Eggman and Chaos 4. "Oh, no" Chris says as Dr. Eggman laughs, "It's Eggman" Daisy says as Dr. Eggman laughs again and Chaos 4 growls making Chris gasp and Froffy nervous. "So I see you're trying to escape! I'm right on time. Well, well, try to get the jump on me, eh? Chaos, grab him. Get that frog! This freaky froggy has a most unusual tail. If you catch my meaning, and don't forget the Chaos Emerald" Dr. Eggman says as the others look at each other nervously, then Chaos walks up to them, "Quick, let's make a run for it" Brian says, "Yeah" Big says as they run while Chaos 4 chases them, Chaos 4 jumps in front of them, knocking Big over and dropping Froggy, "Put him down" Chris says as Dr. Eggman grabs Froggy and squeezes him and spits out the purple Chaos Emerald and takes it, "And now, the amazing Eggman will do some magic. Two emeralds. And now to make them both disappear" Dr. Eggman says as he throws the two Chaos Emeralds at Chaos 4 and Chaos 4 transforms to Chaos 6 and growls, this makes the others gasp at the transformation, "Alright! Now I know you had a big lunch today, Chaos, but I hope you saved room for some yummy dessert. And now for the frog. The frog is possessed by your tail. Once you get your tail, you'll be complete and ultra strong. Enjoy" Dr. Eggman says as he drops Froggy on Chaos, "No!" Daisy says, "Hang on, Froggy, I'll save you" Big says as he runs to Chaos, "Stay back, Big" Brian says as Big tries to get inside Chaos but was blocked, this made the others chuckled a bit, "That'll work" Chris says before Chris climb up Big and try to get Froggy, "I got you Froggy" Chris says, "Well, Chaos?" Dr. Eggman asks as Chaos puts Big and Chris inside Chaos. "Gotcha," Dr. Eggman says as Chris, Big and Froggy struggle to get out, Froggy's tail disappears and Chaos 6 grows his tail, Dr. Eggman laughs until there is an explosion, "Huh? It's Sonic and Raymond" Dr. Eggman says, "Alright, they made it" Brian and Daisy says, "Holy cow. There's Chris in there" Sonic says, "Oh no! Not again! And Chaos got Big and Froggy too. Hang on" Raymond says as he clenched on to his chest a bit before landing, "Chaos! Unbelievable! Could this be the same beast? Look what happened! Chaos has transformed again!" Raymond says as Dr. Eggman laughs, "Oh, yes! Attack those hedgehogs, now!" Dr. Eggman says, "Oh, no!" Daisy says, "We must save Chris, Big and Froggy!" Brian says, "Don't worry, we'll save them. Leave it to us" Raymond says, "No sweat. We'll get them back! Watch us!" Sonic says as Dr. Eggman laughs, "Now I have 6 of the Chaos Emeralds. There's only one more left to find. I even found Chaos's missing tail!" Dr. Eggman says, "You won't get away with this, you madman!" Raymond says, "I will! You both are no match for Chaos - even though he's not perfected yet. Okay Chaos! Destroy them all.. Immediately!" Dr. Eggman says as Chaos attacks with his tentacles and the hedgehogs narrowly dodged and held on to one of tentacles and were going in the air, "We're coming, guys" Sonic says as they grind on the tentacles, this made Dr. Eggman gasps and Chris smiles as Sonic punches a hole in Chaos and Raymond gets the funny feeling and they try to reach for the others but are pushed back as Dr. Eggman sighs in relief, "Careful Sonic and Raymond! Don't worry guys, we'll get ya back!" Brian says, "Now, Chaos, let's whip those hedgehogs into shape" Dr. Eggman says as Chaos raises his tentacles and tries to hit the hedgehogs but they dodged and they were pushed back and Chaos was hitting them and holding them down. "Tenderize them with your tendrils, Chaos" Dr. Eggman says as the hedgehogs struggle to get up, "Sonic! Raymond!" Chris, Daisy and Brian call out, "Hold on, guys. We'll get you out. Just hang tight" Raymond says until the tentacle wasn't hitting them anymore, "Oh. What the…" Sonic says as they look to see the Master Emerald hunting tio, "Hey, Knuckles" Sonic says, "Hey, Dwayne" Raymond says as Knuckles and Dwayne hold the tentacles up. "Hey, guys!" Emily calls out as she goes to the others, "Hey there you are, Emily" Daisy says, "About time! Glad you and the others finally made it! I thought you guys got lost, or something!" Brian says, "Don't worry. We'll get them out of here" Dwayne says, "Yeah, how?" Raymond asks, "We'll give you guys hints" Knuckles says laughing and Sonic sweat drops, "Aw, shovel claw, huh?" Sonic asks, "You got a problem with that?" Knuckles asks, "No. No problem here, but if you get too close to that thing, it might suck that claw right in" Sonic says as Knuckles sweat drops, "We gotta figure out some way to get through. There must be a weak spot hidden somewhere in that overgrown jellyfish" Dwayne says, "Hey, hold the phone there, guys, do you see what I see?" Raymond says as he points to Chaos 6 brain, "That's it" Knuckles says as they all chuckled before Dwayne punches the tentacle out the way and they charge at it, "Ready, guys?" Sonic asks, "Ready! Let's go" the three guys say, "Are you gonna be alright, Raymond?" Dwayne asks, "Don't worry, just focus on the battle" Raymond says as Knuckles and Dwayne jump and Knuckles brings out his shovel claw, "Hah! Now shovel claw!" Knuckles says as he slices and Dwayne punches the water off, "Go for it" Dwayne says as Sonic and Raymond spin dashed into the brain making Chaos splat all over, Raymond clenches his heart again and tries to ignore the pain, Dr. Eggman screams, "Aarghh! No way! Not again! I can't believe this! I hate you!" Dr. Eggman says as Big, Chris, and Froggy were wet, "Hoo-ray! Froggy, heh heh heh heh. I won't let them take you away again" Big says as he held Froggy as Knuckles picks up the Chaos Emerald Chaos dropped, "There should be one more emerald around here" Knuckles says as he, Dwayne and Emily search while Raymond and Sonic check on the others, "Hey, Chris, you doing okay?" Sonic asks, "What about you Big and Froggy" Raymond asks as Chris and Big nod their head. "Only problem is, how do we get off of this thing?" Brian asks, "We'll use the X Tornado and the Falcon Jet," Sonic says as they turn around to see the planes, "Easy. Hmm?" Sonic asks when they turn around to see Dr. Eggman with boat paddles and getting away. "Doctor, wait" Bocoe says as he and Decoe follow Dr. Eggman with bags on their backs "You can't leave us here" Decoe says, "Where do you think you're going?" Raymond asks, "None of your business. Until we meet again, I will return, Sonic and Raymond!" Dr. Eggman says, "Watch out, doctor" the robots say as Sonic jumps on the Egg Mobile, "Gotcha" Sonic says, "Let go of me, you hideous hedgerat" Dr. Eggman says as he flies away with Sonic, "Sonic" Chris says, "Stop! Eggman! Come back here!" Dwayne calls, "Don't worry, he can take care of himself" Knuckles says, "Go! Go on the planes and get outta here! I'll go follow them" Raymond says, "Oh, okay… thanks! Come little buddy. Time to get a move on" Big says as he heads towards the planes. "Be careful, Raymond," Emily says, "I will, good luck everyone" Raymond says before skydiving off the ship, "We'd better let Sonic and Raymond handle it from here. They'll do okay" Dwayne says, "Come on, we must return to Angel Island and the Master Emerald" Knuckles says until suddenly Chaos 6 pops out again, "No! It can't be!" Daisy says, "I guess he didn't get enough the first time!" Dwayne says, "You can't stop us from restoring the Master Emerald!" Knuckles says as he and Dwayne fight Chaos 6 again using the same strategy, after they defeat Chaos 6, Chaos 6 melts, "Yeah! You're finished" Brian says, "What's left now is to return the Master Emerald safely to Angel Island" Emily says. With Big, he sees the planes, "Huh. Er. What? Hey, maybe we could use these? But I don't know the first thing about it. Oh well, I'll give it a try, anyway" Big says as he goes inside the Falcon Jet, "Sure is neat, huh? Froggy?" Big asks as Froggy croaks, "What's he doing?" Knuckles asks, "Don't touch anything, Big" Chris says, "What if he tries to fly that thing?" Brian asks, "Big, wait for us" Daisy says as they waved at Big, "Big, whatever you do, just sit there, were coming" Emily says, "Don't touch anything, Big" Dwayne says as Big presses something and starts up the X Tornado, "Uhoh, I got a feeling we're in big trouble, Froggy" Big says as he sees the others running to him, "Stay where you are" Brian says, "Too late" Big says as he flies off, "No" Knuckles says, "Big, come back" Chris says, "Come on, Let's follow him in the X Tornado" Emily says as they all got in, "Do you know how to fly this?" Daisy asks Brian, "Yeah, Tails and Michael gave me piloting lessons awhile ago, hang on everyone!" Brain says as they fly after Big, "Where is everyone?" Decoe asks, "Search me" Bocoe says, "Oh well" Decoe says as they drop down and bring their parachutes up, "No use, no hanging around here" Bocoe says, "You can say that again" Decoe says as the Egg Carrier explodes and falls into the ocean.
Back with Big, Chris, Knuckles and the others, they landed on an island near Mystic Ruins. "Everybody okay?" Chris asks, "Yeah, I'm fine" Daisy says, "Same here too" Brian says, "I think Big and Froggy are a little dizzy" Dwayne says, "But at least we're safe now" Emily says as Knuckles starts walking away from the group, "Where are you going, Knuckles?" Chris asks, "We've got to find a way back to Angel Island. Come on, Dwayne and Emily" Knuckles says as he continues walking, "Oh, alright then" Emily says, "Good luck, guys" Dwayne says as they leave and Big wakes up, "Hey, where are we?" Big asks, "In Mystic Ruin, I think" Chris says as the X Tornado hits the ground. "Whoa, that was close" Brian says, "It almost crushd us" Big says as the others chuckled, "I guess we're just lucky" Daisy says, "Lucky" Big says and Froggy croaks, "Yeah, and we also have a robot named Lucky, back at our HQ" Brian says, "Robot" Big says and Froggy croaks again, "Hey, look" Chris says as something was glowing underneath the X Tornado's wing, they go up to it and gasp as it was the white Chaos Emerald that Raymond and Michael found and lost again. "A Chaos Emerald" Chris says, "I think it's the seventh one" Daisy says as Brian picks it up. "Well Big, we got to go, we're glad that you reunited with Froggy, but we have some unfinished business we need to take care of, so will see you later, friend" Daisy says, "Yeah, I had a good adventure too, I hope we see you again, Big" Brian says, "Alright guys, let's go" Chris says as they began running, "Bye, Big! Bye, Froggy!" they all said at the same time, "Hey, Knuckles" Chris calls as they went into the forest, Big just watches them leave, "See you, buddies" Big says as Froggy croaks, "I'm sleepy. What do you say you and me go home, Froggy?" Big asks as Froggy croaks and they swim in the water knowing that they have completed their quest to look for each other and now it is time to go back to doing what they normally do in life before all this even started.
