Hey everyone. Here is the next chapter. Sorry it's been late. Also this month is the 7th anniversary of this story, Happy Birthday A Christmas Gift.

Chapter 26

Elizabeth went over to her family and walked into her father's arms. She never thought she would have this again.

"Maximus, what are you doing in the states? Dante, her is not supposed to be here. You should be arresting him," Sonny said, coming over to the group.

"Dad, he has permission to be her for my siblings," Dante told his father.

"Dante, I don't want that man near my kids," Sonny said, getting upset.

"I did not mean your kids. I meant my mother's kids. Let me introduce you to my sister Elizabeth and my brother Johnny. But you knew that, didn't you?" Dante said, watching his father's reaction.

"Is this a joke? I have no clue what you are talking about. Are you telling me that your mother slept with Max and Milo's father and gave birth to Elizabeth and Johnny Zacarrha? You cannot be serious? Sonny yelled.

Maximus let go out Elizabeth and stepped up to Dante. "Sonny, I don't why you are acting so shocked NY this. I asked you years ago to keep an eye on Elizabeth and you did everything to keel her unprotected. Why was that? I am so lucky I had a back up plan for her protection."

"She meant nothing to me, that is why and who was her protection? Jason?" Sonny said smugly.

"Jason? Yeah that is a joke. He could not stand her. She just kept coming around and would not leave him be," Carly said, sticking her nose into the conversation.

"Don't lie, Mrs. Jacks," Max spoke up, putting his arms around Elizabeth, "You used to bad mouth Elizabeth to Mr. Morgan and to her face. Elizabeth would come by and if Mr. Morgan were out, you would never tell him she stopped by. We know you pushed Lansing to go after Elizabeth so she would stay away from Mr. Morgan and you knew he could not stand Lansing. You were also the one to push Sonny to not allow Mr. Morgan to tell Elizabeth that Mr. C faked his death and pushed for Mr. Morgan to guard Courtney. You have caused so may more issue for the two of them, like telling Mr. Morgan that Jake was not his just because Elizabeth was still working. She does not need a man to take care of her like you do. That is why you go from rich man to rich man, but also you had Mr. Morgan on speed dial to deal with your problems. Stay away from my sister."

"If she doesn't need a man to take care of her then why is she contesting Jason will?" Carly added,

"Because what was in Mr. Morgan's actual will not only took care of Elizabeth and Cameron, but his mother, Sonny's kids, Josslyn, General Hospital and others," Frances spoke up. "The will Sam had only taken care of her and her son."

"Did you say her son?" Elizabeth asked.

"Yes, that is what Alexis told me," Frances answered.

"Excuse men," Elizabeth said, walking out of the courtroom. She spotted Diane and walked over to her. Diane smiled at her.

"Great job on the stand," Diane told her.

"Thank you. I have a question. The will that Alexis Davis had, what was the date on the will and the date of the signature?"

"October 18th, why?" Diane asked,

Elizabeth explained her thought process to Diane when her phone rang.

"Hello," she answered.

"Hey. How is it going?" the person on the phone asked.

"Good, Listen I will call you back AJ and Nicholas just walked over," she said, hanging up,

"Hey, you two," she said to the two men.

"Elizabeth. I just got a call from Alexis and Sam both yelling that you married Morgan before he died. What are they talking about? He was married to Sam. Why are you lying again on the stand?" Nicholas demanded.

"Jason divorced Sam a week before and we married three days before his death," Elizabeth answered.

"Why didn't you say anything?" Nicholas yelled.

"Why should I have? I just lost my husband. Not very many people know about it. I would have been labeled a lair. Plus, it was nobody's business," Liz said to Nicholas.

"Elizabeth, may I talk to you in private? Just for a moment," AJ asked.

"Of course," Liz said as Nicholas stormed off.

AJ looked around to make sure no one was around and said, "I know…."
