-Chapter 7-

"Mrs. Dubois!" Huey exclaimed at the mother's very bold action. "What the hell are you doing?! Where the fuck are your clothes at?!"

Huey felt himself stiffen physically and mentally, the only thing that moved was his eyes all over her body. Every part of her was displayed that he'd never thought he'd see from Sarah. From her rather large and somewhat perky breasts, her toned stomach, and so forth; it was all there in front of him. His mouth was drying up, probably from drooling, and his words were tongue tied. This was too much and it scared him that he felt himself becoming drawn subconsciously.

"Huey, I just want to say I find you very attractive…" Sarah admitted, standing in front of the door. Her words were like silk but direct, yet Huey didn't want to hear it. As she spoke, he had tried to avert his eyes, but he found himself looking back. It wasn't like when he saw his granddad in his speedos, he felt lust this time.

"Mrs. Dubois, let me-"

"And if you want to make an arrangement of some sort-"

"No, now let me out."

"We can definitely come up with something like a hotel, so just call me."

"Mrs. Dubois, I said let me out!"

Suddenly the revolutionary heard humming outside and the keys fiddling with the door, trying to unlock it. His maroon eyes widened, it was Tom coming home from the party. "Damn, that's him!"

With his strength, Huey lifted the mother with ease from blocking the door and quickly placed her aside. He ran downstairs into the living room and sat on one of the chairs like nothing happened, however he clearly appeared somewhat distraught from what happened. Tom entered the house and saw that the lights were already on. "Sarah!" he called out, figuring that his wife was home. However as he headed into the living room, he saw the revolutionary sitting on his chair.

"Oh hey Huey, what a surprise!" the attorney greeted with a warm smile. "What are you doing here? Have you seen Sarah by chance?"

"She's...upstairs, Mr. Dubois." Huey replied, wishing he had that drink right now. He stood up, preparing himself to leave. "She was feeling tired and wanted me to take her home."

"Ah, playing bodyguard for the wife I see?" Tom chuckled, placing a hand on the revolutionary's shoulder. "By the way, you look tense. Is something wrong?" he commented.

"Just..nervous about the future." Huey lied, he felt like he couldn't even face Tom after what happened, especially without thinking about Sarah. It was very unlike him to say that, but he needed something.

The attorney nodded. "Well, I understand, Huey. It is a big decision." Tom stated sympathetically. "Tell me, you're twenty-two right?" Huey nodded. "That's a good age to be at. You remind me so much of myself when I was younger, but you know what I did?"

Huey didn't want to but he knew Tom was gonna tell him anyways. "...What did you do Mr. Dubois?"

"I kicked back and relaxed, you know? Just...breathe in and take what life has to offer. You'll only be young once." the attorney replied. Huey found it a bit funny that it was coming from Tom, the man who was always anxious about something, but he had somewhat of a point. Huey knew he was already an adult and he honestly never really enjoyed being a kid, ever since his parents died. At that point, everything was the start of being cynical and coming up with conspiracy theories. Although he began to slowly but surely make a close knit group of friends, which weren't much, but it was all he needed.

"Like I've said, Jazmine will be coming and maybe you two can make plans." the attorney suggested.

Suddenly he heard Sarah coming down in her slippers and baby blue robe. His self reflection soon disappeared from his mind as he began to stiffen up, but he tried to hide it. He began to wonder if she was wearing anything under that robe as well…

"What the hell is wrong with me?!" Huey thought. He should be telling Tom what happened in Jazmine's room. How Sarah had undressed before him and offered herself to him. However his body had stopped him, he simply felt like he couldn't get a word out. Besides, who was Tom going to believe? In fact, in a suburb like Woodcrest, whose word would they take? A young, muscular black man or a bubbly slender, white housewife? Maybe it was Huey's paranoia, but there were plenty of reasons why he told himself he'd never mess with a white woman and this was one of them.

"Oh there are you, sweetie! I was just telling Huey that he reminded me of a young version of myself" Tom informed his wife.

Sarah rolled her eyes as she headed to the kitchen to pour herself some bourbon, which Tom was aware about. "Oh Tom, Huey does not remind anyone of yourself." she bluntly complained, even if it was the truth. Even Huey didn't know if being called the younger version of Tom was a compliment.

"No really, I felt the same way before going to law school." Tom replied. "And I definitely see someone as bright as Huey making it up the ranks of course. But I told him that he needs to relax and have fun now. Don't you agree?"

Sarah nodded, walking in with her second glass of bourbon. "Well... I do think Huey should definitely enjoy himself." she replied, giving a warm, seductive smile. Huey knew what the hell she was implying.

"Well I'm sure he had to fight off the sorority ladies, right Huey?" Tom asked, playfully nudging him. "Am I right?"

"Oh I definitely second that." Sarah commented.

"Well I better get going, I'm sure Granddad needs help cleaning. Goodnight." Huey said in a hurry. He immediately headed to the door, leaving Tom perplexed. The revolutionary did not want to see Sarah for probably the rest of his life, since he knew he was going to be thinking about her naked body especially. This was going to be hell, how could he face his neighbors ever again?

"Was it something I said?" Tom said to himself.

The Dubois couple followed Huey but stopped at the front door to watch him head back to his house. "Goodnight Huey, it was great talking to you and hey, remember what I said!" Tom called out.

"Goodnight, Huey! I hope we can see each other real soon!" Sarah also called out, much to Huey's chagrin. The revolutionary groaned, why did she have to do that and why did she have to be so fine? He knew he had to take a shower before getting any reading done.

Huey quietly entered the Freeman home in case Grandad was asleep. Unfortunately for him, the elderly man along with Riley were watching "The Real Housewives of Orange County". Huey looked in disapproval, just what he needed, trash TV about sexy white housewives. At least the party ended and the guests left.

"Boy, where have you been?" Granddad demanded. Huey was sure he wouldn't have noticed. "I haven't seen you all damn night!"

"I was walking Mrs. Dubois home, Grandad." Huey replied. "She was tired and didn't want to walk home alone in the dark."

"HA! He fuckin' that white hoe!" Riley snickered.

"Boy, watch your fucking mouth! You don't get to say fucking in my fucking house!" the elderly man scolded. "Now…" he started, facing the elder grandson. "I know it didn't take your ass that long to walk her home. I may be old, but your granddaddy has a sharp mind."

"Well, I took a walk to clear my mind about the future." Huey lied.

"Pssshhh..nigga talking about 'clearing his mind'." Riley teased.

"Shaddup, boy. At least he brought me back a degree! All you ever bring are heart attacks! You better not be bringing me back any great-grandkids!" Granddad defended. "Now Huey...go on in the kitchen, I wanna talk to you."

The revolutionary obeyed the elderly man. A minute later Robert also appeared, giving themselves privacy from their rambunctious relative. Huey wondered what he had to say since it was private; it must've been about Huey's future.

"So boy, you're stressed about the future huh?" Granddad confirmed. "Well..you know you're only young once. There's no repeat." he stated. "Tell me boy, is there a special woman in your life right now?"

"Not at the moment, Granddad." Huey replied. He knew he didn't want to put himself out there and then settle down, at least not now.

"GOOD!" Granddad replied. "Go soil your wild oats! Go have fun! Find some cute honeys! Don't stress about anything. Yep, stay as single as long as you can! Take it from your Granddad, boy. I was a baller back in the day! Shoot, I still am. I got a date with a cutie pie coming up!"

Huey arched an eyebrow, so that was why Granddad was in a good mood. He remembered that Grandad was always on the prowl for a young, beautiful woman. That's all he really saw growing up when it came to relationships. His parents died at a young age for him to remember a stable, loving marriage. This subconsciously rubbed on both Huey and Riley as they had their fair share of sexual encounters, however he was definitely more quiet about it compared to his younger brother.

"So, you still feel stressed?" Granddad asked.

"No, I'm not, Granddad." Huey replied. He just really wanted to take a shower and read.

"Good, now go on and get outta here, makin' me miss my show!" Grandad complained before heading back to the living room.

Huey headed upstairs, finally getting his well deserved peace and quiet. At least Granddad didn't go hard on him for missing the party, although it wasn't the main problem. He had seen Sarah Dubois naked and it was no way easy for a young man to forget it, especially since she was his neighbor. He needed a long shower.

However as he got ready, his mind became boggled with advice from both Tom and Granddad, especially Granddad. "Soil your wild oats" and "You're only young once" repeated in his mind, the stress of the future, along with the image of a naked Sarah offering herself to him. It was a dangerous combination. To be honest, it was a tempting one for him.

"It'll be our dirty little secret…" he heard Sarah's words repeated in his mind.

"Our secret…" Huey wondered.
