The day started just like any other Saturday. Stiles woke up to the sun peeking through the blinds and Derek wrapped around him, his face buried in Stiles' neck so all he could see was bed tussled, dark hair. Derek was growling lightly instead of snoring; tonight was a full moon after all, it was just something else that had become normal in his life. It was one of the more minor things really. There were all sorts of crazy supernatural stuff that was real, his best friend was a werewolf and so was his boyfriend. Not to mention the kitsune, kanima, banshee or any of the other people they hung out with. They also spent a lot of time in the woods, especially on full moons. Everything else, like having a regular life, seemed sort of secondary now.

Stiles drew lazy patterns on Derek's muscular bare back until he woke, head rising off of Stiles and icy blue wolf eyes blinking in the late morning light. Derek also slept more around the full moon but became more energetic when he was awake, even Stiles had trouble keeping up with him sometimes.

"Morning, sleepy head," Stiles smiled.

Derek pressed and rubbed their cheeks together then kissed him extensively, "Mmm you taste good," Derek told him, kissing and licking down his neck.

Everything was heightened during the full moon; Derek was far more intense and sexual. When they had first started dating it had freaked Stiles out a bit because it seemed like he wanted to eat Stiles more than anything else, but it was just the intense primal desires. Once Stiles figured it all out he got used to it and even liked full moons. The sex was fantastic.

"Oh yeah?"

"Your desire is intoxicating," Derek started to pull the covers down, but there was a knock at the door and they both froze.

"You boys up yet?" it was Stiles' dad; he always had the worst timing.

Oh, they were up alright, "Yeah, dad, be out in a minute," Stiles called back through the bedroom door.

Derek's eyes swept the bare, toned form of his boyfriend and he pouted, but when Stiles didn't budge he whined.

"You need a cold shower," Stiles told him with as much sternness as he could muster.

"You should just live with me," Derek growled in frustration and threw the blankets off of himself, then he left the room for his cold shower.

Stiles just stared out of the door after him; did Derek just casually ask him to move in with him? He didn't have time to dwell on it right now. He picked out clothes that were good for hanging out in the woods and grabbed a warm jacket for tonight. He already had everything else he needed in the jeep.

Stiles met his dad in the kitchen, who was draining his coffee mug, "Where's Derek?"

"He's just taking a quick shower, don't forget we're camping out tonight," he reminded his father.

"I know, I've got some food here, can't have you kids starving out there," Sheriff Stilinski said rinsing out his mug.

"Don't worry, we won't. Thanks dad."

It wasn't long until Derek was ready and they headed out to the Jeep lugging the box of food, followed by Mr Stilinski getting into his Sheriff's car.

"See you tomorrow, dad," Stiles called out and gave his dad a short wave.

"Stay safe kids!"

Stiles and Derek drove off first with Mr Stilinski not too far behind.

"Feeling better?" Stiles asked once they were on the move.

"Yes, sorry, there is an energy in the air, I don't know what it is, but I feel a lot less in control than usual, even for a full moon," Derek admitted as he stared out of the window watching the trees fly past.

"That's odd, we'll see if anyone else is feeling this energy when we get to the meeting point," they were silent for a few minutes then "…did you ask me to move in with you earlier?"

"Uh, I mean-" a grey figure moving extremely fast appeared out of nowhere giving Stiles no time to stop. He slammed his foot on the brakes, but they still crashed into it anyway, stopping the car immediately.

They both sat in the jeep for a moment the shock paralysing them. Meanwhile, three other figures ran out from the side of the road and crowded around whatever they had hit.

"Remus!" one of the men yelled, which effectively snapped the pair out of their frozen state.

They heard the Sheriff's brakes screech as he stopped not far behind them followed by another car behind him. The pair jumped out of the jeep and walked around the front to examine what they had hit when a tall black haired, black clothed man pointed a beautifully carved piece of wood at them.

Stiles put his hands up in surrender, "Whoa, it came out of nowhere, I had no time to stop. I'm really sorry," he managed to get a glimpse of a naked man crumpled on the ground in front his jeep, "Oh my God! I swear he-there was no time to brake! I'm so sorry."

Mr Stilinski came up behind them, "What happened? Stiles are you okay?" his voice was full of concern, and then he saw the body on the road.

"Dad, he came out of the trees so fast I didn't see him, I didn't have time to break, I swear, you have to believe me!" Stiles explained again, he didn't know what else to say.

"We'll figure it out, son," the Sheriff told him as he gripped his shoulder in a comforting gesture.

One of the people who seemed to know the naked man, a tall, thin man with long dark hair and tattoos announced, "He's alive!" he sounded relieved, so was Stiles.

"Thank God, we have to get him back to Madam Pomfrey," urged the last stranger, a younger man sporting round glasses and a scar in the shape of a lightning bolt on his forehead.

"Harry I hate to say it, but we are a long way from Hogwarts, I don't even know where we are, we may have to take him to a muggle hospital until we can figure things out," the man holding the stick spoke to the young man with glasses.

The tattooed man seemed to reluctantly agree with other man.

"Excuse me, I am Sheriff Stilinski, I am going to call an ambulance to take him to Beacon Hills hospital, you can all ride in the ambulance," the Sheriff announced with authority.

"Sev, put your wand away, these people obviously aren't going to hurt us," the younger man muttered before turning his attention to the group, "I'm very sorry, we are not supposed to be here. I'm Harry, this is Severus-" he motioned to the black clothed man, "and Sirius," he gestured to the tattooed man, "poor Remus here... Is, um, a bit unwell," he looked at the man on the road sadly."

The Sheriff spoke into his radio pinned to his shirt and requested an ambulance, "Don't worry, help is on the way. This is my son Stiles and his, uh, boyfriend Derek. I just need to take some photos of the scene," he pulled out his phone and snapped a few photos of the jeep, Remus, the road and the forest. Lastly, he pulled out a little notepad and jotted down some things.

"Sheriff!" a lady called from behind the open door of her car, "what's happened?"

The Sheriff went over and spoke to the woman while Sirius put his tatty jacket over Remus and stroked his hair. Harry was trying to comfort him. Stiles, however, was fidgety; Derek tried very hard to keep him calm.

The Sheriff came back, "Mrs Carmichael said that she saw Remus burst out of the trees without notice and run in front of your jeep. Although she described a large grey creature, do you have any idea about that?"

The three strangers looked at each other, "No, not at all," Harry said a little too quickly; the Sheriff did not seem convinced.

"Hello! Is everyone alright? We heard a loud noise..." a group of four men walked out of the trees.

Derek used the distraction to whisper to Stiles, "One of these people smells like a werewolf but slightly different, I don't quite understand it. I think it's the man that got hit."

Harry chose that moment to look at them quizzically.

The Sheriff greeted the new comers, "There's been an accident, help on the way, don't worry. I'm Sheriff Stilinski of Beacon Hills, I'm sorry I don't know you all..."

A shortish dark haired man with a well groomed appearance and facial hair stepped around them to get a better look. Severus and Harry stepped in front of the stranger, preventing him from getting near Remus.

The man put his hands up in submission, "Just seeing if I can help."

"I apologize for Tony, he can't help himself sometimes, most of the time really, but he means well. Sorry, I'm Bruce. We just met Nick and Stephen here a few minutes ago," the spectacled, curly haired man motioned to the other two men standing with him.

"I'm sorry but did you three just come out of the forest chasing something?" Nick asked Harry, Severus and Sirius.

"That is none of your business." Severus answered harshly.

"Sev!" Harry scolded "We were chasing poor Remus, who was hit by Stiles' car, he isn't well at the moment. Were you there?" he knew they had gone through something and ended up here, if these people had seen that happen then maybe they knew something about it.

Derek turned his head suddenly, hearing something no one else could.

Nick nodded, "We will explain it the best we can."

But before he could say anything they all heard the sirens of an ambulance as it raced towards them and pulled up in front of the scene. The Sheriff greeted the paramedics and told them the situation. They began the process of getting Remus on the stretcher and into the ambulance, while everyone stood around and watched.

Once Remus was secure, Harry, Sirius and Severus piled into the ambulance and it took off for Beacon Hills Hospital.

"I'm going to need statements from all of you, if you four could accompany me to the hospital in my vehicle and Stiles please meet me at the hospital with Derek," Sheriff Stilinski requested.

Everyone nodded in agreement and got in the appropriate cars. There was silence all round.
