The Magical Trinity

AN: I should be publishing now weekly on Mondays! Unless my muse leaves this should work for me. Sorry for the cliffy but I needed that to end there as the Majority of the chapter now will be on how the trio convinces Kira, the Bajoran Security Forces, then Starfleet to allow then to continue their quest. With a little help! ;-)

"What would that quest be Mr. Potter?" Kira laying back on her chair shaking her head thinking thy this trio were so important to cause the Prophets to want them there.
"To start with saving the Alpha and Gamma Quadrants from the Borg that is what we are going to do!"
Chapter 8: The Borg, The Founders, and the Prophets oh my!
Colonel Kira:
1Kira Nerys was and always is practical yet pragmatic. But her beliefs in the Bajoran Prophets always seem to influence her. So, when the young man before her made that statement she seemed to freeze on the spot. Then, she was in another place all white and empty. She looked around trying to see if there was anyone or anything there.
Suddenly Several familiar figures appeared in a foggy area of the Promenade. Each of the 4 looked like her former friends stationed there when the Dominion-Federation War ended. Bashir, Dax, O'Brian and Sisko all walking around her.
"Why does she resist? Doesn't she realize this could affect us and then Bajor?" The Bashir Prophet asks, moving around behind her.
"Because though she has faith in us her upbringing precludes her from believing what she sees." The Dax Prophet adds as she moves out of her view.
"Yet, she is contemplating becoming one of the Religious orders. She does have faith, but does she have the conviction to act." The O'Brian prophet states.
Then 'The' Sisko Abruptly appears in front of her from thin air. He smiles at her and she feels him put his hand on her shoulder. "She knows what to do and as my friend she also knows who we are. I don't think we have to worry." Then he vanishes as she wakes up back in her office looking at what seemed like amused faces of the three Magical visitors.
After a few moments to collect herself she nods to the teens and then quickly contacts the appropriate authorities on Bajor and the Federation. She lets them know to take in one of the Promenade's food establishments, then come back to her office in 2 hours' time. All 3 nod get up and leave her office. After a few instructions by a Bajoran officer on the command center they're on their way.
The Promenade:
As the trio made their way off the Elevator like platform then took from the command center, they spotted several businesses and Kiosks vending all types of items and foodstuffs. All alien looking as most were either from Bajor or other parts of the quadrant. The trio agreed to look for more familiar food choices and found it about halfway through their trip around the Promenade.
After a meal run by A human who had various foods from around Earth, they then started window shopping as they took their time knowing that their meeting with this reality's Bureaucrats was coming up. Luna then lit up as they passed a place called Quarks! "I'm having a feeling that we have to go in and play one of the games there." She looked expectantly at her companions.
"Luna, you know that the games in there are favoring the Establishment. In the muggle world it's called gambling and most of the time the players lose." Hermione told her blonde haired friand.
"Oh yes I know all about that, but I see us winning and getting the attention of the proprietor and by doing that his interest can be useful later on in our mission." Luna replied.
"And this will what to us Luna." Harry asked.
"Harry, you know I can't see things that far ahead only that it will be important!" She smiled and was hopping on her feet in excitement. She always loved it when things like this happened as most of the time it was a positive vibe for her. As Harry shrugged to Hermione who was shaking her head in amusement, they headed in.
Within 15 minutes there was a huge commotion that came from Quarks. Someone was winning every play of Dabo and the Bar's owner Quark was racking his brain trying to stop the blonde Huuman with the long pointy hears from continuing her winning streak. As he was thinking the girl's companions stood at the bar smiling and waiting for her to finish her little game. She had confided in them that she would use her magic to win to have the bar's owner indebted to them.
When a Bajoran security officer entered and told them that they were wanted back in the Station Commander's office a slight nod had Luna end her game and walk towards the bar. As she arrived she then had a short talk with Quark. With a wave the trio left with the officer as Quark was looking at them, then he looked at the data crystal Luna had left him knowing he had a debt to pay later.
Bajor and the Federation:
As the trio arrived, they saw arrayed on a now longer desk Colonel Kira and 2 others, one male dressed in a Bajoran officials' uniform, while a female Tellarite in a formal suit sat next to him. Both had various folders in front of them.
As there were 3 seats open on the 3rd side (The table was triangular in shape) they sat and acknowledge the Colonel. "Should we call you commander or Colonel in this Case?" Hermione asked as her companions pulled out a shallow stone basin from their seemingly light shoulder bags as well as several vials.
Kira said 'Colonel will do' as she then introduced the two sitting next to her. "This is Senator Siral who will be representing Bajor in this meeting while Ander Saaraga is representing the Federation." After peasantries were exchanged the Federation representative started the conversation.
"Colonel Kira has explained to us that you are on a mission to the Gamma Quadrant to reach the Founders, is that true?" the trio nodded. "Well unless you can provide some more evidence than what you told Colonel Kira, the Federation can't give you any permission to use our resources to get there nor can we offer protection in the Gamma Quadrant" She held her hands up and Waited for her companion from Bajor to speak.
"While we are of course aware of the celestial temple where the Prophets reside, unless you can give us a sign or as my Federation friend here said some evidence we also cannot help." As he finished the trio all smiled. The asked Colonel Kira if she could think of the vision she had with the prophets. She nodded then they instructed her to bring it up in her mind.
Then to the Amazement of the w officials Harry reached over and touched Kira's forehead and drew out a watery bubble from her forehead and then dragged it in the air to the basin they had pulled out earlier. Then he flicked it to the center and then stirred it a bit before speaking. "This is what we call a pensieve which is carved with runes and has precious stones embedded in it."
Before the 2 officials could ask Hermione continued with the Explanation. "We can use this with our magic to view like a foggy screen above the basin or by dipping our finger in to see the memory as if we were there." Hermione stated.
The Luna concluded by saying; "in this case we will observe it so you can see what Colonel Kira saw." And with that She tapped the side of the pensieve, and Kira's vision of the prophets played like a large monitor for all to see from wherever they sat on the table.
After a few minutes the memory concluded and to say the 2 officials were flabbergasted would be an understatement. Not only did they see enough for both government entities to approve the trio's transportation, but also how powerful these three teens were, they displayed enough to the 2 officials for them to have very interesting reports to their superiors to say the least.
Within a Bajoran 26-hour day they were given the use of a runabout coincidently called The U.S.S. "Thames" supplied for a 1-2months long trip as well as being upgraded with the latest Technical and tactical upgrades available given that they were going to the Gamma Quadrant. Going with them was Kira Nerys who was asked to come by the Trio, and a Federation Science officer Ezri Dax called back to the station by Kira and took extended leave to join the mission after being shown Kira's Vision with Sisko.
The Wormhole & The Prophets:
With preparations done and all 5 people briefed and ready to go the Thames rose from the internal shuttle bay up through the doors and headed to the wormhole. As they entered it the 5 members of the crew were transported to a facsimile of the Command center with several of the Wormhole Aliens or the Prophets all seemingly taking one of the crew to talk to.
As the one Harry was talking to looked like Sirius to took him a minute to realize who he really was. The others also had someone they n=knew and cared for being mimicked by the Prophets.
Luna had her Mother, Hermione Professor McGonagall while Dax had Benjamin Sisko, and finally Kira and Odo.
"It took me a moment to understand who you really are. I have been sent see who you know is a cute we are here to make sure you do not disappear "Harry said to the now startled Prophet, within moments those talking to Luna and Hermione all disappeared as those with Dax and Kira continued.
"Why have you asked me to accompany these three? Kira bluntly asked.
"Their quest women Salvation for basil continuance for us pier "the Prophet looking like Odo answered her.
"While my believes demand me to do this biological science and my emotions are in conflict is there more you can tell me? "Kira all but pleaded with the Odo Prophet.
He smiled and put a hand on each shoulder. "Trust in the three Mystics and your heart and all will be as it should be. "He vanished and a moment later all were returned to the runabout. They checked the chronometer and found not even a full second had passed as they entered the wormhole.
Dax conveyed a similar conversation with the Sisko prophet whom she and Kira knew was their old friend. They were still sitting in the seats they were sitting in before when Luna tilted her head. "Perception is reality. If you filter your perceptions and magic through your emotions, then that can alter your reality. Very simple really."
Hermione seeing a little confusion in their faces added "While this is true of where we come from even to a quantum level it's still true here. Science has yet to find an answer for every question or mystery." With that the ship continued towards the Gamma Quadrant side of the wormhole and a chance to make things right.
A "Q" Graduation:
As Quincey finished his last exam at Star Fleet Academy, he knew he was going to be home for a little while with his owing family. Naomi was 6 months along and he had his visits with his parents as well as Naomi's too though with his parents it seemed like he was reliving an old mid 20th Century Earth show called Bewitched.
'Hey maybe that gave me the idea to checkout that other magical reality for those three Magically inclined humans.' He said to himself.
"Of course, it did Junior that's what a Q does is think up things like that though I have been much better at acting upon it than you." Daddy-Q said with a smirk."
"Daaad stop that you know in my human form I get startled when you do that" Before Q2 could go on His dad was transformed into a frog and send via an open window to a pond below the Married Cadet's quarters called Boothby's wallow. He looked up to see his mother Wink at him the Disappears. Momma-Q got her husband while he was distracted while their beleaguered son sighed.
Before another second passed his wife ran into their apartment and told him that they were going to be assigned to the Alpha-Centauri Science Academy to earn their Doctorate's and research various scientific projects. After their hug and kiss all Quincey though was 'How will we raise our children when Mom and Dad pop in whenever they want!'
He almost cried!
