I suppose, if I'm being honest, my real conscious connection with the Force began on this day. I awoke to this soft, slow, low ringing in my ears; almost like backwards chimes vibrating in the wind. It's a sound that's almost impossible to describe. All I remember is hearing this gentle ringing that appeared to only be in my head with a few strands of my hair drifting over my cheek. This sound…. My eyes opened just a tiny sliver as I listened absent-mindedly. I can hear it inside my mind, but what's making it? What are you trying to say to me?

"Don't underestimate the Force." My eyes opened wider this time as I gazed up to this man I'd never seen before standing in front of me. It was just the frog lady and me in the control room presently; Mando had gone to retrieve some more supplies. If my brain wasn't so foggy, I would have realized that a brand-new Force Ghost had shown himself to me. This ghost had longish blond hair and a solid black robe on. His hands were covered by his long black wide sleeves. He had a belt around his waist. He looked young- maybe in his early to mid-thirties. The man simply, almost fervently stared down at me, as if he was grasping the concept of my very existence. It was just me and him in the room who were awake at the moment, since the frog lady was still asleep resting against me. I gazed up at the stranger with tired eyes.

"Who are you?" I asked, a bit absent-mindedly. The man didn't answer, but I knew he must have been a Jedi; only those who can wield the Force can become Force Ghosts. Instead he continued watching me in silence for a second longer. His eyes narrowed down onto me, almost in a scolding yet affection fashion. It was the strangest, most bizarre look anyone had ever given me before. "If I could only keep my son from you…" He said more to himself than to me. My eyebrow raised in confusion. "Your son? Who? Mando?" Was this man talking about Mando? But no…. He's a Jedi and Mando's well…. not. Unless Mando's parents were Jedi but going off Kuiil said before I doubt that's the case. Once again, the mysterious dead Jedi ignored my question, electing to shake his head sadly. Wait, he's sad? Why? Just who is he exactly? His mouth opened but it took a moment for any more sound to come out. "They are right….. The Force is strong with you."

With that, the ghost spun around and began walking away. I sat up a bit, still dazed and confused. "Hey; hey! Who are you? Where are you going?" My voice called out to him, albeit not loudly. The man did not stop. I blinked and, in a heartbeat, for the briefest of seconds he turned into a small boy with his back still turned to me. His hair was much shorter and his clothes were dusty and beige with a brown belt. Just as soon as he was there, he vanished without a trace. I sat there, mouth agape; my brain was still so foggy- so much so that I wasn't sure if what I experienced was real or not. Did another Force Spirit really reveal himself to me, or did I imagine the whole thing? My eyes lowered onto nothing, locked in the direction he had disappeared in. "Who are you? Who are you…..?"

"Who are you talking to?" My head tilted to the side where the Mandalorian entered into the control room. He had two pouches of food in his hands and looked rather cold. All I could do was watch him now half-dazed. "Talking to…..?" I reiterated in an attempt to make sense of the words he was saying to me. Mando sat down on a crate opposite me; by his body language I could tell he was concerned. "Are you ok?" "Am I…..? Uh, yeah; I'm uh….. fine," my hand raised up to my forehead. By now frog lady was also awake and alert- much more alert than I was previously.

Mando handed us each a food box. Frog lady immediately tucked in while I just glanced down at it for a few minutes. My lips parted ever so slightly. "If I could only keep my son from you…" Who was that man? I'd never seen him before. Did I just dream him up? Is my mind playing tricks on me or something? What's going on with me?

Mando quickly stood up and only then did I snap out of it. I blinked, recollecting my thoughts and looked up to my husband; I still hadn't touched the food on my lap. He paced the floor, again demonstrating visible nervous body language. "If you haven't guessed, we're in a tight spot. The main power drive is not responding, and the hull has lost its integrity. I suspect the temperature will drop significantly when night falls. I'll have a better idea of our prospects at that time."

He finally sat down in what seemed to be defeat. The frog lady began speaking to him in her own language, only perplexing him further. "Sorry, lady; I don't understand "frog". Whatever it is, it can wait til morning. I recommend you get some sleep," Mando folded his arms and leaned back against the wall of the ship's interior. Meanwhile the frog lady removed her blanket and placed it overtop her egg vessel. I watched her curiously and began to worry about her own body temperature. My hand lowered from my head and I got up with my own blanket wrapped around me. She moaned in surprise as I draped it over her shoulders. Then, with one last smile at her, I went to go lay down beside my husband. Mando draped one arm over my shoulder as I rested my head onto his chest armour. That's how we stayed, falling fast asleep until a loud startling noise woke both us up.
