Amazing Mary Jane
Note: This is a Mary Jane centric story.
"My name is Mary Jane Watson, I am the girlfriend of Peter Parker as many people call him Spider-Man. You know his story, but you don't know mines. I am a model and a actress. It's time that you get to know the real me, this is my story." Mary Jane narrates.
Mary Jane is inside some kind of building as she is holding a gun, she shot at some thugs as one of them got behind her, she elbows him in the face and ducks down, does the back sweep kick. She sees another one coming in as she picked up the gun and shot him.
She stands up as another assailant is standing in front of her. Mary Jane prepared to fight off in hand to hand combat. The assailant throws the first punch as she blocked and grapple his arm, she jumps up and wraps her leg around his head and flips him down hard. She sees him still on the floor as she got closer and wrapped her arms around his head.
"Do you yield?" Mary Jane said.
"Never... finish it!"
Mary Jane twisted his neck and killed him. A woman came out clapping her hands.
"Well done... Black Widow. Your training is complete."
"Thank you, Madame B." Mary Jane said.
"And... Cut!"
The whole thing was a audition for the studio to find someone who is worthy of playing Natasha Romanoff in the new Black Widow movie. The whole shots and neck snaps aren't real, just acting. Mary Jane auditioned for the role.
"How was that?" Mary Jane said.
"Very impressive Ms. Watson, you've certainly did the part well, I said that you're qualified. We still have other actresses lined up for the role, we'll call you and inform you of our decision. Thank you for the audition."
Mary Jane walked out of the studio as she finished her audition.
Later as Mary Jane got her latte from the cafe, she walked out and sees Spider-Man swinging in. Everyone cheered as Spider-Man waved to them as he swings.
"Show off." Mary Jane smiled.
Flashback
Eleven years ago
Back home in Montoursville, Pennsylvania, a man named Philip Watson is working on a new novel as he is having a hard time concentrating.
Eight year old Mary Jane is her room with her mother Madeline playing with her. She's playing hide and seek, Mary Jane is hiding as Madeline finds her.
"Where are you Mary Jane?!" Madeline smiled.
She opened the closet and sees nothing, Mary Jane smiled as she hides under the bed.
"Come out, come out, wherever you are!" Madeline smiled.
Mary Jane still remains hiding until she got surprised by her mother looking down and found her under the bed.
"Got ya!" Madeline smiled.
Madeline pulled Mary Jane out and started ticking her as they both laughed.
"That tickles mommy!" Mary Jane smiles.
"I love you, my little Strawberry Shortcake." Madeline smiled.
"I love you too mommy." Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane hugs her mother, Madeline has proven to be a loving mother as she see Mary Jane as the greatest gift that gave her so much happiness. Madeline got back to tickling her again as she laughed.
Philip came in bursting and angry.
"Will you two be quiet!!! I can't focus!!!" Philip yelled.
"Mary Jane, wait here." Madeline said.
Madeline and Philip went outside the room as Mary Jane walked over and took a peak at the door. She sees her parents arguing.
"You should never have yelled in front of our daughter!" Madeline said.
"So you two can make all the noises you want while I'm trying to think up a new novel?" Philip said.
"You know that you haven't managed to write up a decent story." Madeline said.
"Maybe I would have if I'm not too busy breaking my back to provide for you and our daughter." Philip said.
"So you're blaming us for your failures. Face it Philip, you're not cut out to be a writer!" Madeline said,
"How dare you! You better stop talking!" Philip said.
"No, I'm just being honest. You never should've left your job as a college professor, as least you were good a something but not this." Madeline said.
"Stop it, right now!" Philip is getting angry.
"Now you blame me and Mary Jane for your failures. The only one to blame for your mistakes is yourself!" Madeline said.
"I said be quiet!!!" Philip yelled as he slapped Madeline.
Mary Jane got frightened as she witnessed her father just slap her mother in the face, he became more abusive than before.
"I don't recognize the man you are now, you've changed." Madeline said.
"If you and Mary Jane don't like what you see, then leave. I don't need either of you." Philip said.
Madeline decided to take Mary Jane away from Philip as she doesn't want him to use his anger on Mary Jane the same way he just did on her.

Present
Mary Jane is at her apartment at night as she practiced Wing Chun on a dummy that Peter brought over to their place. She's dressed in a black sports bra and sports pant.
Mary Jane kept on blocking and punching the dummy as she is no stranger to violence ever since her father first slapped her mother when she was a little girl, then there's the issue of her boyfriend Peter Parker who is the hero known as Spider-Man. He reveal his secret to her and her life was never the same since.
She took some self defense classes since she was ten, then she got kidnapped last year by Venom, Peter taught her some moves to help her protect herself in a situation whenever he's not around.
She still remembers the day that her father first got violent with her mother and it was traumatic. She vents her anger on the dummy as she works up a sweat. She kept punching and kicking until she got exhausted and stopped.
"What did the dummy do to you?" Peter said.
Mary Jane turned around and sees her boyfriend Peter Parker in his suit.
"Sorry... got carried away." Mary Jane said.
"I can see that." Peter smiled.
Peter looked at Mary Jane as she is sweating for the workout that she did, dressed in a sports bra and pants sure made look appealing.
"Peter!" Mary Jane smiled.
"Right, right. So how was the audition?" Peter said.
"I did my part well, I used the moves you've taught me and remembered everything that Natasha told about herself, I'm pretty sure that I got it right." Mary Jane said.
"I'm happy for you MJ." Peter said.
"Well I haven't gotten the part yet as there are still other actresses like me lined for the role. What if I don't get it and get passed over?" Mary Jane said.
"Hey... nothing in life is ever easy, I know that better than most. Sometimes I think that being Spider-Man means that I would never get to live up to the dream that I wanted. I use to think that you and me would never get together because of my other life." Peter said.
"But we did, I know that we've had our bumps in our relationship because of all the secrets, I still love you even though we were separated. I was shocked and angry to find out that you were Spider-Man and that you've lied to me. But then I understand the pain that you've gone through, something I too understand." Mary Jane said.
"Because of what happened to your parents?" Peter said.
"My dad used to be verbally abusive to me and mother until the day he slapped her, I saw the whole thing." Mary Jane said.
"I'm sorry." Peter said.
"She took me and left home, for two years it was just her and me until the day she died. That sort of pain never goes away. I just do my best to hide it with smiles and jokes." Mary Jane said.
"Like wearing a mask, right?" Peter said.
"Right. My mom had dreams of being an actress since before she and my dad met. They fell in love and eventually had me, mom called me her greatest gift, even though we didn't have dad in our lives anymore, I was her happiness, I just wished that my dad would see me the same ways." Mary Jane said.
"Hey... your dad may not have seen how great you are, but I do. I didn't have any friends back before you moved in the neighborhood. You came into my life and became my best friend, you accepted me for who I am, then you and I dated in high school." Peter said.
"Then you and I gave each other our very first time together, that night we first became man and woman, you told me that you've loved me." Mary Jane said.
"I still do, you're my greatest love, my jackpot." Peter smiled.
"That's very sweet, Tiger." Mary Jane smiles.
Peter and Mary Jane kissed each other as thing are getting intense around here. They broke off the kiss as Peter backs up and looks at Mary Jane still sweaty as it shines her skin.
"You're sweaty, you know." Peter smiled.
"I better hit the showers." Mary Jane smiled.
Mary Jane walked over to the bathroom as she pulls her sports bra off her body as she walks. She stops as she look back at Peter.
"You coming, Tiger?" Mary Jane smiled.
Peter smiled as he follows her into the bathroom.
They both are inside the shower as the water rains down on them, they both hugged their bodies together as they kiss.
"Face it Tiger, you've hit the jackpot." Mary Jane smiled.
"Heard that before." Peter smiled.
Peter kept kissing her as his hands rubs on her back, he then plant kisses down her neck as he reached her collarbone. They then proceeded to have intercourses in the shower.
Later at night as Mary Jane rest against Peter's chest as she sees him still sleeping.
"I love you Peter, I know that I make you happy, but you made me more happy too." Mary Jane said,
Peter still has eyes closed. "Did you say something MJ?"
"Nothing... good night Tiger." Mary Jane kissed his cheek.
Mary Jane laid her head on his chest as she closes her eyes and sleeps. Mary Jane can't deny that Peter makes her feel more special and loved at the same time. Mary Jane knows the real Peter and loves him not only for his identity as Spider-Man, but as himself. Peter too knows the real Mary Jane and how her life turned out but he still sees her as the most wonderful person there is, the woman he loves.
Flashback
Ten years ago
Madeline and her daughter Mary Jane are now living in Jersey City far away from Philip who chose to cut ties with them. They both lived together for a year and adjusted to their new lives as Madeline works to provide for her daughter as Philip cut them off.
Madeline returned back from work as she's in the kitchen washing the dish. Madeline then coughed as she grabbed a wipe and covers her mouth. She kept coughing repeatedly until she stopped and sees blood on the wipe.
She got worried that coughing blood is a bad sign. She could tell that something is not right with here.
Nine year old Mary Jane just returned home after the school bus dropped her off, Madeline hides the wipe as to not let Mary Jane sees it.
"Hi mom, I'm home." Mary Jane
"Mary Jane, how was school?" Madeline said.
"Its great, but I got a C in math." Mary Jane said.
"Oh... you don't have to feel ashamed just because math isn't your best subject. You remember Aunt Anna? She told me that her best friend has a nephew who's very smart, she thinks that when we come over that we should pair you two up." Madeline said.
"A boy? Eww, gross." Mary Jane said.
"He's the same age as you. Who knows, you two could become good friends." Madeline said.
"You're my friend mom and I've already made friends." Mary Jane said.
"I'll always be your friend, but there will be a time that you'll meet someone who you'll feel most happiest, hopefully you'll have better luck than me." Madeline said.
Madeline hopes that one day that Mary Jane will find someone good, someone better than her father. Madeline made a mistake in giving up her dreams to marry Philip but their relationship did give birth to something more wonderful, it gave birth to Mary Jane.
"What are we having? I'm hungry." Mary Jane said.
"Oh... I didn't get the chance to make something. How about we have some pizza today." Madeline said.
"Yeah... pizza." Mary Jane smiled.
"Okay... go to your room. I'll make the call." Madeline smiled.
Mary Jane left the room as Madeline is about to order pizza. She felt sick recently in these past week. She'll have to pay a visit to the doctor to see what's wrong with her, she doesn't want Mary Jane to know that something is wrong.

Present
The next day, Mary Jane is posing in new clothing as the photographer is taking pictures of her posing. Mary Jane is still working for Janet Van Dyne, the fashion designer. Mary Jane has been doing well for a model since last year and is rising in the modeling industry.
"Okay, just a few more shots, keep on smiling MJ!"
Mary Jane smiled back as the photographer is taking more shots of her.
"Okay, that'll be all for today!"
Mary Jane left as she went to the dressing room. She changes into her regular clothes as she already has her bra and jeans on. Her phone rang as she reached and sees who's calling.
"Kristy? What does she want?" Mary Jane answered. "Hello Kristy."
"Cousin Mary Jane, it's been awhile." Kristy said.
"It sure has, so what's happening?" Mary Jane said.
"I want you to know that I'm coming over for a visit during my spring break, I'm at the airport about to board the plane." Kristy said.
"Wait! You're coming over?" Mary Jane said.
"Of course, I'm on vacation so be sure to pick me up in two hours." Kristy said.
"Kristy..." Mary Jane said.
"Thank you Cousin, see ya soon!" Kristy hangs up.
Mary Jane is surprised that she's gonna see her cousin Kristy again in person. She dials her Aunt Anna.
"Aunt Anna, did you know that Kristy is coming over for her spring break?" Mary Jane said.
"Of course, her parents gave her permission to spend her spring break here. I'd go to pick her up but I'm busy helping May at the shelter. Can you go and pick her up at LaGuardia airport?" Anna said.
"Yeah... I can go." Mary Jane said.
"Thank you Mary Jane." Anna hangs up.
She dials her boyfriend Peter Parker.
"Hey MJ, are we still on for our lunch date?" Peter said.
"Sorry Tiger, gotta take a rain check on this one." Mary Jane said.
"Mary Jane taking a rain check? That's new." Peter said.
"Funny... Anyway, I have to go and pick up my cousin at the airport." Mary Jane said.
"Which one?" Peter said.
"The crazy one... Kristy." Mary Jane said.
"Kristy? As in Krazy Kristy?" Peter said.
"That's the one and only. Sorry about this Tiger." Mary Jane said.
"Don't worry, besides Jameson needs me to check out an accident at Oscorp labs, there have been complaints about a new guy who can produce electricity, the media has been calling him Electro." Peter said.
"So you and Gwen have another supervillain to deal with? Don't worry, to deal with you problem and I'll deal with my silly cousin." Mary Jane said.
"Thanks MJ." Peter said.
"Good luck Tiger." Mary Jane said.
"You too." Peter hangs up.
Mary Jane nows finishes dressing up as she walked out of the building and heads to pick up her cousin at the airport.
Two hours later, Mary Jane is at LaGuardia Airport waiting for her cousin.
"Here I am now, skipping my lunch date with Peter as I'm waiting for my cousin Kristy to arrive." Mary Jane said in her thoughts.
"Cousin Mary Jane!!!" Kristy yelled.
Mary Jane sees Kristy Watson here in person walking towards her with her suitcase. Kristy is Mary Jane's cousin from her father's side, like her she's a red head with green eyes, she's currently thirteen years old.
"Cousin, it's been awhile." Kristy said.
"It's nice to see you too." Mary Jane said.
"Where's your boyfriend... Peter?" Kristy said.
"Oh... if you wanted to see my boyfriend, he's got work to do." Mary Jane said.
"Right, he still takes photos while studying to cure cancer as always. So how's the supermodel doing?" Kristy said.
"This supermodel had to leave early from work to come here unexpectedly to pick up my silly cousin." Mary Jane said.
"So shall we go to your place?" Kristy said.
"My place? You're not staying with me, are you?" Mary Jane said.
"Of course not, but I like the idea. Don't worry, I'm staying with Aunt Anna for my vacation. I just want to check out your place... please." Kristy said.
"Fine... let's get going." Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane and Kristy left the terminal and took a cab to the city.
Later Kristy and Mary Jane arrived at the apartment that Mary Jane rented and stays with her boyfriend Peter.
"Nice place! How did you get a pad like this?" Kristy said.
"My modeling gig pays a big salary for me to afford this pad." Mary Jane said.
"You can look out and see New York? I bet that Spider-Man sure pops by to check on the model." Kristy said.
"More like sleeps with her." Mary Jane said.
"What was that?" Kristy said.
"Nothing... say are you hungry? You just got off a two hour flight." Mary Jane said.
"Well I could eat. Know any good restaurants that makes a good burger?" Kristy said.
"I know of one." Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane and Kristy left her stuff here as they both left to eat.
Mary Jane and Kristy are at Stan's Diner as Kristy is having burgers and fries.
"Damn!! This is one fine burger! The fries are not too bad either." Kristy chow down on her food.
"Glad that you're please." Mary Jane said.
"You're not having any?" Kristy said.
"Had breakfast this morning, besides I'm trying to maintain my figure." Mary Jane said.
"So how do you maintain your figure, Yoga... or Pilates?" Kristy said.
"I exercise regularly and follow a strict diet, I do eat burgers and fries on some occasions. I would've had a decent lunch with my boyfriend but I got called at the last minute by you." Mary Jane said.
"Oh... I'm sorry, I didn't know that you and Peter had plans." Kristy said.
"It's okay, we're both busy people." Mary Jane said.
"It's kinda ironic, he's the smart one who works and studies at the same time while you're the only one who makes more money than him." Kristy said.
"Well there's more to Peter Parker than meets the eye." Mary Jane said.
"For a guy who's a science geek, he sure is attractive. He's both smart and sexy." Kristy said.
"Oh don't I know it." Mary Jane smiled.
Mary Jane know Peter Parker better than anyone, he's one of the smartest guys there is, not to mention that he's got quite a body that attracts the ladies. Mary Jane sure know every inch of Peter Parker.
Flashback
Ten years ago
Madeline is at the hospital as she does a biopsy and finished. Mary Jane is still at school as Madeline tries to be discreet about her condition.
She waits in the doctors office as he came inside.
"Mrs. Watson, I'm afraid the news isn't great. You have stage four lung cancer."
Madeline is shock to hear that she's got lung cancer.
"How bad is it? Tell me honestly." Madeline said.
"Not good, the cancer cells are spreading fast, if it continues at this rate, it'll be terminal."
"So how do we deal with this?" Madeline said.
"I can recommend chemotherapy, that could work, though these cases are tricky. I can't promise that it'll be successful but we can try.
Madeline couldn't believe that she's dying and that it's happening soon. She wonders how Mary Jane would respond to the news that her mother is dying. She decided to get the treatment for cancer in hopes that she can be cured, for Mary Jane's sake.

Night time came as Mary Jane and Kristy are at Time Square, Kristy is enjoying the tour, taking selfie's.
"Wow! Can't believe that someone as young as you made it here!" Kristy smiles.
"Yeah well, New York isn't always safe as it has it's share of all kinds of danger." Mary Jane said.
"Really? What kind of danger?" Kristy said.
All the lights around Time Square shut down as did all of the New York area.
"What's going on?" Kristy said.
"I don't know, some kind of blackout." Mary Jane said.
They then see some yellow sparks coming in towards Time Square. Everyone in New York sees a man in a green suit flowing through the city. This guy has the power to generate and manipulate electricity.
"People of New York! I am Electro! As you can see I have the power to take or give electricity to this city. Now kneel before your new master!!" Electro said.
"Hey Electro!!" Spider-Man said.
Electro sees Spider-Man swinging in for a kick and got hit. Ghost-Spider webs him up on the wall.
"Piece of cake!" Ghost-Spider said.
They see Electro charging up as he is burning off the webbing.
"You were saying." Spider-Man said.
Electro bursts out of the webbing and discharges electricity at all directions. All that power is crashing down around the building as the people started running around.
"Come on Kristy!" Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane and Kristy get off the streets as there is fight happening between the two heroes and Electro.
"Did you really have to take all that power?" Spider-Man said.
"The people cannot live without, they'll start to turn on one another. Only then will they get desperate, they shall look to me for power, and I shall become a god!" Electro said.
"A god named Sparkles?" Spider-Man said.
Electro fights off Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider as he fires off bolts of electricity at them. The people watch as Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider leads Electro away from the crowd. Mary Jane and Kristy came out of the building as they see the wreckage left behind.
"So this is what you meant by danger." Kristy said.
A taxi cab that got hit by the bolt blows up as Mary Jane and Kristy sees it on fire.
"Welcome to New York." Mary Jane said.
"So now what?" Kristy said.
"First we're going back to my place and stay there. This whole place is starting to get wild without power." Mary Jane said.
"Okay, let's go." Kristy said.
Mary Jane and Kristy left the area as it is still dark all around New York as the power is still off.
Later as Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider have already defeated Electro and has him all trapped inside the webbing. Electro is taken away by S.H.I.E.L.D. onto the quinjet.
"Okay, Electro is down but this city is still dark." Spider-Man said.
"Unfortunately the electric companies are working hard to try to get power back on but thanks to Electro who siphoned all the juice, it's gonna take longer." Maria Hill said.
"This whole city could go wild without any power, not to mention the hospitals where patients could die at any moment." Spider-Man said.
"So any ideas?" Ghost-Spider said.
"Wait... the Arc Reactor at Avenger Tower, it can supply enough power to this city until plant can provide power." Spider-Man said.
"Are you sure? It's designed to power up the tower, not the whole city." Maria Hill said.
"We have to try." Spider-Man said.
"Okay, we'll get Electro locked up safely away at the Raft, you focus on getting power back to the city." Maria Hill said.
"Got it, let's go Ghost-Spider." Spider-Man said.
"Right behind you." Ghost-Spider said.
Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider swings away as Maria Hill boarded the quinjet and leaves the New York area with Electro in custody.
Mary Jane and Kristy are strolling down the empty neighborhood as they try to reach home. Mary Jane tries to call Peter but the services around New York are off.
"No service, let's keep moving." Mary Jane said.
"Are you sure this the way?" Kristy said.
"Yeah, we just cut through Hell's Kitchen to get to Upper West Side and try to keep our heads down. There's no telling what kind of danger we'll face in the dark." Mary Jane said.
They stopped as a couple of guys came out of the alley and walks towards them.
"Let's turn around." Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane and Kristy turned around only to find two more coming in.
"Hola Chicas, are you both lost?"
"No... we're just passing through." Mary Jane said.
"You shouldn't be alone in these streets, especially with all the power down. Maybe we can keep you two company."
"That won't be necessary."
"Oh but we insist... Do we know you from somewhere?"
"I remember her, she's that new model that showed up on the Van Dyne catalog. Damn she's hot."
"No, she's sexier in person."
"Back away! You don't want to mess with me!" Mary Jane said.
"Easy Red, we can be nice guys once you get to know us."
"Not interested, I'm already taken. Let us pass and I promise you won't regret it." Mary Jane said.
"Feisty... I like it. We gonna have so much fun with you."
One of the guys grabbed Kristy behind her.
"Hey! Let go of me!!" Kristy said.
"Kristy!!" Mary Jane yelled.
Mary Jane was grabbed by two guys as the leader of the gang walks towards her.
"You shouldn't have resisted, we could've taken easy on you. But now we have to do things the hard way."
The guy tries to have his way with Mary Jane until she kicked him hard in the balls, then see stomp the knee of the guy next to her. The other guy felt his knee dislocated and all injured as he lets go of Mary Jane. She uses her right hook to deliver a punch to the guys face. Three of the gang members are taken down my Mary Jane. The other guy is surprised that a woman like her took down three men, as was Kristy as she watched Mary Jane fight. The other guy let's go of Kristy and is about to fight Mary Jane.
"You got lucky, you think that you can take me on?"
"Let's find out!" Mary Jane said.
The other guys executes his first strike until Mary Jane managed to block his blow then he does another strike but she block that too. Mary Jane uses Wing Chun to deflect every attack until she counters with a punch to the rib. The guy got angry as he charged in until she kicked him hard in the balls, the guy got hurt as he lower himself in pain, Mary Jane finished with a roundhouse kick to the face and took him out.
"Whoa!!" Kristy said.
The gang leader is still conscious as he tries to get up.
"Bitch... you'll pay for this."
Mary Jane took out the gang leader with a punch to the face and he went down again.
"I don't like that word. Let's go Kristy before they get back up!" Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane and Kristy ran out of the area as they leave the gang all injured.
Later they got tired off running as the kept moving towards the Upper West Side where her apartment is.
"Let's take a break, then we keep moving." Mary Jane said.
"Okay." Kristy sat down on a stair. "How did you do it?"
"Do what?" Mary Jane said.
"That, taking down four guys at the same time. Where did you learn to do that?" Kristy said.
"Self defense classes, when you're a girl in New York, you must always learn to protect yourself." Mary Jane said.
"I don't get it, when you fought those guys, you didn't seemed scared." Kristy said.
"Trust me, I was a bit scared back there, but I learned to fight through it." Mary Jane said.
"How?" Kristy said.
"Sometimes life can force you to be brave to face anything whether you like it or not. Something I learned as a kid." Mary Jane said.
Flashback
Nine Years Ago
Madeline Watson fought in the past year trying to survive, to beat the cancer but she wasn't strong enough as the chemo didn't do much. She looked weak as she lost her hair from the procedure.
She's now lying on a hospital bed as the cancer has already accelerated throughout her body and her time is ending soon. Ten year old Mary Jane is with her as she holds her mother's hand.
"Mary Jane." Madeline said weakened.
"Mom! You're going to be okay Mom." Mary Jane tears up.
"It's okay, I'm not afraid to die. I've lived a great life raising a beautiful girl like you." Madeline said.
"Please don't leave me!" Mary Jane cried.
"I'll always be with you, but don't worry. You won't be alone, you still have family." Madeline said.
"Dad?" Mary Jane said.
"No, your Aunt Anna, she'll take care of you. She's a great woman, trust me." Madeline said.
"I do." Mary Jane said.
"I love you Mary Jane." Madeline said.
"I love you too Mommy." Mary Jane said.
Madeline smiles and dropped a tear in her eyes, then she passed away in front of her daughter as the monitor stopped beeping.
Later as Mary Jane is left alone at the hospital as her mother died, her Aunt Anna came and sees Mary Jane.
"Mary Jane?" Anna said.
Mary Jane looked up with tears in her eyes, she sees Anna Watson in front of her. Mary Jane got up and hugged Anna as she hugged her back.
"My mom!" Mary Jane cried.
"I know... I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. I promise that I'll never leave you." Anna said.
Anna and Mary Jane need each other in the lives as their lives have now changed.

Present
At Avengers Tower, Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider are working to get the Arc Reactor online to generate power for the city.
"Did you reroute the cables?" Spider-Man said.
"Yeah, I followed your instructions." Ghost-Spider said.
"Okay, let's hope this works!" Spider-Man said.
Spider-Man turned on the Arc Reactor manually as it generated enough power to the tower as it began to channel power throughout the city.
Outside the tower everyone sees the lights at Avengers Tower turned on as did the lights on every building.
"We did it!" Spider-Man said.
Meanwhile in Hell's Kitchen, Mary Jane and Kristy are surprised that the lights have turned back on.
"Cousin! Look!" Kristy said.
"Looks like power is back on." Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane pulled out her phone as long she calls Peter again, hoping the cell towers are back online too.
"Peter?" Mary Jane said.
"Mary Jane, are you alright?" Peter said.
"Yeah, we got a little lost but we're fine." Mary Jane said.
"Cousin, look!" Kristy said.
They sees the same gang members that Mary Jane took down but this time they brought friends.
"Hey you! Did you really think that you can get away?!! Now we're gonna make you pay, but we're gonna enjoy you both slowly and painfully!!!"
Mary Jane and Kristy ran to the apartment complex as they rang the bell.
"Who is this?"
"We need help, please open the door."
The door buzzed as they opened the door and entered, the gang sees them as they chase after them. They close the door behind them. They ran up to the elevator as they pushed the button trying to get it working.
"Come on, come on!" Mary Jane said.
The front door broke down as the gang entered the apartment and they see the two girls at the elevator.
"Come on!" Mary Jane said.
The elevator opened as they entered inside, the gang ran up to the elevator until it closes and the girls are safe for now.
"That was close." Mary Jane said.
"MJ? MJ, are you there?" Peter said.
"We're fine but we're in danger. We run to a gang and fought them off but now they're pissed and they're after us!" Mary Jane said.
"Where are you?" Peter said.
"We're at an apartment complex in Hell's Kitchen, I'll text you the address, please hurry!" Mary Jane said.
"Okay, try to survive as long as you can and help will get there." Peter said.
"Okay, I will."
"Be careful Mary Jane." Peter said.
"I will, I promise." Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane hangs up and text the address of the apartment complex that they're in. They arrived at the top floor as they got out and try to reach the rooftop but the door is jammed.
"Damn it! We're trapped!" Mary Jane said.
"Hey, I think they're at the top! Come on!"
They hear footsteps as the gang are using the stairs.
"They're coming." Kristy said.
"I know, let's find a place to hide." Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane and Kristy kept knocking and twisting the doorknobs as they're desperate to find shelter. They hear the footsteps getting closer.
"This is not good." Kristy said.
They hear the door opening behind them, they see a woman who is offering them safety.
"Thank you." Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane and Kristy enters the apartment of a woman, they hide inside as the gang reach the top floor and sees nothing.
"Search every apartment and find them!!!"
Mary Jane looked through the door eyehole and sees the gang busting down the door to the apartment across the hall.
"What are they doing?" Kristy said.
"They're in the apartment across the hall, they're still looking for us." Mary Jane said.
"So what gonna happen if they break into this apartment and find us?" Kristy said.
"I'd rather not find out. Get me a knife from the kitchen." Mary Jane said.
Kristy sees a knife in the kitchen and hands it Mary Jane.
"What are you gonna do with that? You're not really gonna...?" Kristy said.
"Do you want to find out what they'll do to us once they break in?" Mary Jane said.
"On second thought, no." Kristy said.
Mary Jane looked through the eyehole again and see the apartment next door is broken in.
"They're getting closer, get ready." Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane holds the knife as she prepares for what comes through that door.
"I think that they're in this place!"
Mary Jane listen to the outside as they're about to move on to this apartment.
"This is it." Mary Jane said.
Mary Jane is preparing to fight as she see the doorknob moving, she holds up the knife as she gets ready.
They then hear noises coming from outside the apartment as they hear kicking and punching, some kind of ruckus is happening out there. A lot of gangs screamed and silenced during the fight.
Mary Jane and Kristy had no idea what's happening out there. They then hear the door knocking.
"Hey! Are you guys alright in there?!" Spider-Man said.
Mary Jane approach the door and opened it, they see Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider here and all the gang members down for the count.
"You two arrived just in time." Mary Jane smiled.
"Glad to hear it." Spider-Man said.
Later outside the apartment complex, Mary Jane and Kristy watches as the NYPD arresting the gang for going after the girls. Spider-Man approach them.
"How are you ladies doing?" Spider-Man said.
"We're fine. If you two did get here in time, I don't know what could've happened." Mary Jane said.
"Well from what we can tell, you held you own against them, nice work." Spider-Man said.
"I learn from the best." Mary Jane smiled.
"Spider-Man, I got word that the plant was able to generate enough power for the grid, looks like the city will be normal." Ghost-Spider said.
"That's good to know." Spider-Man turned to Mary Jane and Kristy. "Shall we take you ladies home?"
"I'm glad that you've asked." Mary Jane smiled.
Spider-Man held Mary Jane close as Ghost-Spider got Kristy, they swing away to their home.
Later at the apartment, Mary Jane, Kristy, Peter, and Anna Watson are present. Anna came to pick up Kristy to take her to her home.
"Kristy, it's so good to see you again." Anna said.
"Good to see you too, Aunt Anna." Kristy said.
"I'm glad that you girls are alright after everything that's happened." Peter said.
"Oh, I didn't know that you were so worried about me." Kristy said.
"Not too worried because I knew that you'd be safe with Mary Jane around." Peter said.
"Yeah, she's amazing." Kristy said.
"Don't I know it." Peter smiled.
"Peter, can you help out with the suitcase?" Anna said.
"Sure, I'll be right there. Excuse me." Peter said.
Peter left to help Anna Watson take the suitcase to the car, leaving Kristy and Mary Jane.
"How do you do it?" Kristy said.
"Do what?" Mary Jane said.
"Get through life, I know that you don't live with your dad and your mom died. How do you do it?" Kristy said.
"See these two right here." Mary Jane said.
Kristy looks at Aunt Anna and Peter.
"These two are the most important people in my life, they've kept me going. Aunt Anna took me in after my mom died, and because she took me in I met Peter. He became my best friend, then later we fell in love. I'm happy that they're in my life." Mary Jane smiled.
Peter came back up as he finished loading up the suitcase in Anna Watson's car.
"Okay, Anna Watson is waiting outside." Peter said.
"Okay, it's time for me to go." Kristy then hugs Mary Jane. "Thank you for saving me Mary Jane, you're my hero."
"It's been a pleasure." Mary Jane said.
They broke off the hug as Kristy left the apartment to leave with Anna Watson. Peter and Mary Jane are now alone in their apartment.
"Okay, now that Kristy has left with Anna Watson, now what?" Peter said.
"Now we're all alone." Mary Jane smiled.
Peter and Mary Jane kissed each other as they're happy to have each other in their lives, it's been this way from the beginning.
Flashback
Nine Years Ago
Few days passed after the funeral of Madeline Watson. Mary Jane is now living with her Aunt Anna in her home in Forest Hills Queens. Anna came in to Mary Jane's room and sees her all sad from not having her mother around anymore, her whole life has changed.
"Mary Jane, are you alright?" Anna said.
"I don't know what to do without her." Mary Jane said with tears in her eyes.
"I know that you miss her and I'm sorry, but you're gonna have learn to live without her." Anna said.
"How?" Mary Jane said.
"You're not alone, I'll always be here for you." Anna smiled.
Mary Jane wiped the tears off her face and smiled, she hugged Aunt Anna.
"Now, why don't you go outside and play basketball on the net outside." Anna smiled.
"Okay." Mary Jane smiled.
Mary Jane picked up the basketball that Anna bought her since basketball is Mary Jane's favorite sport.
Later she got outside as she's at the driveway and plays basketball on the hoop that was installed. She throws the ball at the hoop, until it jumps off and landed in the driveway next door.
"Oww!!!" Peter said.
Mary Jane heard a noise, sounded like a boy's voice, she ran to the driveway next door and sees a young boy the same age as her.
"I'm so sorry!" Mary Jane said.
"It's okay, just can't find my glasses." Peter said.
Mary Jane sees the glasses on the floor as she went over and picked it up.
"Here." Mary Jane puts the glasses on him.
"Thank you. You must be new." Peter said.
"Yeah, I'm living with my Aunt Anna. You live here?" Mary Jane said.
"Oh... yeah, I live with my aunt and uncle, my parents died." Peter said.
"I'm sorry, my mom died too." Mary Jane said.
"Oh, I didn't know." Peter said.
"I guess we're two peas in a pod. Do you have friends?" Mary Jane said.
"No." Peter said.
"Me neither. You want to be friends with me?" Mary Jane said.
Peter is surprised that someone wants to be friends with him, especially a pretty girl like her.
"I like that. My name is Peter Parker." Peter introduced himself.
"I'm Mary Jane Watson, my old friends calls me MJ." Mary Jane introduced herself.
"Thank you for being my friend... MJ." Peter smiled.
"Sure thing... Pete." Mary Jane smiled.
Mary Jane and Peter started their friendship that day, Mary Jane is lucky to have her Aunt Anna take care of her and is happy to have a friend like Peter. She managed to find the strength to move on, to be happy thanks to them. She became the one and only Mary Jane Watson.
