Unknown Location, The Sanctuary.
In the deep darkness of space, a single throne can be seen floating among the asteroid belt, on the throne sat a being of immense power that was feared throughout the Galaxy.
Soon, a humanoid that wore a cloak and had binds on his eyes walked towards the throne and spoke.
"My lord, the creature has awoken, it tried to attack our forces but was ultimately subdues by your children"
The being slowly got up from his throne as he turned his head slightly.
"...Bring him to me" he ordered as the being bowed and left.
Shortly, he came back with the Black Order following him.
Cull Obsidian, Proxima Midnight, and Corvus Glaive surrounded their prisoner while Ebony Maw used his telekinesis to keep the prisoner immobile.
Thanos stared into the red eyes of this creature that glared back at him with the kind of impunity he rarely saw.
"Tell me creature, who are you?" Thanos asked.
The creature looked at him with disdain as he said.
"Why should I answer to a lower lifeform like you?"
Immediately, the creature was assaulted on all sides by the members of the Black Orde who did not take kindly to his insults towards their father.
Thanos gave a mysterious smile as he slowly walked down from the throne as he said.
"Release the creature"
The black order looked at each other with slight apprehension at their father's words.
It was not easy to capture this creature when it had suddenly teleported near the Sanctuary, it was only thanks to Ebony Maw surprising the creature with his telekinesis that Cull Obsidian was able to knock him unconscious.
However, they only hesitated for a few seconds before Ebony May let go of his control over the creature's body who immediately got on his feet and tried to attack Thanos.
only to have his fist caught by Thanos effortlessly.
The Creature attacked once more, setting strike after strike towards Thanos who used minimal effort to subdue the creature.
Suddenly, the creature let out a scream as the nodes on its arms glowed before retracting into his arms, causing them to bulge up and grant the creature strength far greater than before.
Thanos looked at the creature with mild amusement at it attacked once again using its enhanced strength.
This time, Thanos had to use a little bit more strength than before to subdue it once more.
The fight went on for a few hours where the surrounding asteroid belt was mostly destroyed in the fight between the two, all the while, The Black order and the Other watched the fight with great interest.
but soon, Thanos proved himself to be superior as he grew bored of this fight and used a greater portion of his strength than before to finally put down the creature again, this time making sure that he cannot get up without some time to recover.
Thanos walked towards the downed form of the creature before planting his foot on his chest.
"You have proven yourself to be somewhat strong, so I will give you one chance to answer my questions, who are you?" he asked as the creature finally relented and answered.
"..I am Vilgax, conqueror of ten worlds," he said as Thanos once more gave a mysterious smile.
"Well, Vilgax, conqueror of ten worlds, what do you seek?"
"...I seek vengeance upon the human that stole something from me"
"Then I can provide you with the means to do what you want, however, I want you to do what I tell you to"
"...What?"
"I have one of my subordinates on the homeworld of the humans, trying to find something that I require, I know that the Humans have no chance of mounting a defense against my subordinate, however, I would like to keep insurance just in case, I need you to travel to Earth and assist my subordinate, in return when he has conquered the Earth, he will help you find the human you are looking for," Thanos said as the creature though for sometime before nodding.
"...The terms are acceptable, however, this does not make me your subordinate, Vilgax serves no one," he said as Thanos had a smile as he said nothing.
And thus, one of the most dreadful alliances in history was established.
