The following month, everyone had gathered at the Waister's village to have Zoe's party.
"Put these streamers up at the front gate," said Jim as he handed some streamers to a couple of Waisters.
"Right away, sir," said one Waister as they headed to the wooden gate.
"Hey Jim, what do you think?" asked Abedabun as she walked up with a small statue of a Houndsurous.
"That thing actually looks like it's about to attack," said Jim. Elizabeth then walked up wearing Waister style clothes.
"What's with the clothes, mom?" asked Josh who was setting up a table with all kinds of food.
"I thought it would be nice to make some clothes for your family, that includes you two as well," said Abedabun as she looked at the boys.
"She even made some for me," said Skye as she walked up in a slightly different version of the clothes Elizabeth was wearing.
"That looks great on you, Skye," said Josh who was blushing.
"Thanks, Josh," said Skye as she kissed him on the cheek.
"Hey, Zoe's coming," said Reynolds who was up on a walkway attached to the wall. The sun was setting in the horizon but this point.
"Quick, everyone get in front of the gate," said Jim.
"Hey, open the gate!" said Taylor from the other side as he and Zoe got out of the vehicle. Two Waisters then started to open the gate.
"Surprise, happy birthday, Zoe," said everyone at the same time.
"You all threw a surprise party for me?" asked Zoe with a shocked expression. Taylor had told her that Abedabun wanted her to come over but that was it.
"We did," said Elisabeth.
"Abedabun even made you something," said Jim.
"Here, it's a thank you for the bracelet," said Abedabun as she handed over the statue.
"Oh wow, I love it, thanks Abedabun," said Zoe as she placed the statue on the ground to hug her.
"Now why don't you go with your mom and change into the clothes that Abedabun made you?" asked Jim.
"Alright," said Zoe as she took off to a tent with Elizabeth. By the time Zoe had changed, the sun had sat.
"I'm glad we brought these lights and the generators," said Jim as he and Taylor stood by a generator that was powering some lights around the area.
"That was a good idea," said Taylor. They then heard the scream of a dinosaur out in the forest.
"Was that a Slasher?" asked Jim.
"Sounded close by," said Taylor. Both their hands were resting on their guns by this point.
"Don't worry, our torches burn with a scent that will keep them away," said Abedabun as she walked up with some cake for them
"Wish we had known about those earlier," said Jim.
"By the way, this cake is so good," asid Abedabun as she took a bite of it.
"Just don't eat too much, too much can hurt your teeth and make you sick," said Jim.
