Glitchy did her routine training for the next gym challenge. She gave the Warden his gold false teeth back, that he somehow lost in the Safari Zone and no one could be bother to go fetch them. As a reward for being smarter than an adult, he gifted her with the HM strength which she taught to Caddi. She then received the Good Rod from the Fisherman living next door to him.
Glitchy travelled to Saffron City to challenge Sabrina for her sixth badge. Lara, Abba and Pacho helped her defeat Sabrina's psychic type Pokémon earning Glitchy her sixth gym badge.
Glitchy then went next door to challenge the Fighting Dojo. The trainers and their leader were no match for Ducktales and his flying type moves and theme song. No longer being an official gym, their leader offered her one of his prized Pokémon, Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan. After much thought, and maybe a game of eenie meenie miney mo, she picked Hitmonlee and named him Hector. Hector was sent to the PC and is going to stay there, Glitchy plans on keeping Meggy in her team and doesn't need a second fighting type Pokémon.
Glitchy travelled to the Power Plant, caught some electric Pokémon then left. After many battles together and helping her earn two badges, Glitchy switched Pacho for her newly caught Pikachu, who she had named Ray. She bought a Thunderstone to evolve Ray into Raichu. She taught her the moves Iron Tail and Dig with the help of TMs. Her next destination is Cinnabar Island, she plans on training Ray on the way.
