(Marty exits the courthouse and walks over to his mom)
Marty: Mom!
Lorraine: Marty! You're back!
Marty: Is that what I think I see?
Lorraine: No Marty it's not a flask. If it was then your father would be very angry at me especially with the marriage problems we're having.
Marty: I thought you and dad were happy together.
Lorraine: We were when we first started dating but a little after we got married we started to have on and off marriage problems due to his weakness to stand up for me and you kids.
Marty: Then why not divorce?
Lorraine: Because divorce is illegal in Hill Valley. Even if we tried to do it here it would be rejected. Going out of Hill Valley won't help either.
George: (Speaking through camera) Lorraine! That's not what I think it is, is it?
Lorraine: No George it's just a little water canteen for me to drink water out of.
George: Ok I'll be watching you and Marty through here.
(Lorraine takes a sip of the little flask)
Marty: (sniffs) I think I know what you're really drinking through that flask!
Lorraine: Ok Marty I admit I did turn back into my old ways! Now George is going to kill me which will result in a family demerit! (cries and runs away)
Marty: Better throw this away. (Finds a trash can and walks towards it)
Danny Jr.: What do you think you're doing Martin!
Marty: Throwing this flask away.
Danny Jr.: Give it to me! (sniffs) Is this alcohol?
Marty: I believe so but it could be.
Edna: What do we have here Officer Parker?
Danny Jr.: Martin here has a flask which smells like alcohol.
Marty: I only found it but was going to throw it away.
Edna: Give it to me! (Grabs the flask and sniffs) This is definitely alcohol. The worst smell and drink in the world! If only prohibition succeeded and alcohol was illegal, I wouldn't be dealing with this!
Marty: But I didn't drink it. Mom had it and threw it on the ground running away crying.
Edna: Well Lorraine is going to cause a whole family demerit!
Marty: Will this lead me to a second demerit?
Edna: Yes it will! One more and it's the Citizen Plus Ward for you! (Walks away)
Danny Jr.: Don't think you're gonna get away with this.
Marty: I won't so I'm just gonna go (Marty walks towards the DeLorean)
