ON FIRE
- Deakins, we would like to introduce you to someone! Alex you can come!
Alexandra walked into the living room, followed by a little boy with ebony curls who held her hand.
He stood up and walked over to Alex and the child.
My God, how that child looked like Goren.
But the boy looked a little like Alex.
He hadn't been mistaken, when he had felt this chemistry between his two inspectors.
And so what had to happen, had happened!
But why hadn't they said anything to him?
They knew they could trust him!
- This is Jamie our little boy!
Bobby came to stand behind Jamie, putting his hands on his shoulders. We're sorry we didn't tell you! He looked up at Alex, smiling at her. But Alex and I didn't want to be apart! Hence we hid our relationship.
Deakins nodded.
He understood better now.
He knew Goren well, and he knew that without Alex he was lost. He had seen it with Bishop when she replaced Eames.
He also realized that Eames's pregnancy must have been difficult for him, since he hadn't been able to confide in anyone.
Jamie walked over to Deakins, holding out his hand, which Deakins squeezed gently.
- Nice to meet you Jamie!
The little boy came out, his eyes shining, nodded.
- Mom and Dad love you! Deakins must have been touched by the little boy's admission. They are sad that you are leaving!
Bobby put his hand on Alex's arm, stroking him and pulling him close.
They contemplated the scene unfolding before their eyes with affection.
Since the time they wanted to introduce Jamie to him!
Jamie was right!
Bobby adored his boss, who was a true friend to him.
He had a deep respect for him and it was mutual.
Deakins was a good person and he had accepted him for who he was, just like Alex.
