Hill Valley Courthouse

(Marty walks over to the Hill Valley Courthouse and bumps into a teenage Doc walking out)

Marty: Whoa sorry, let me help you pick these up.

Young Emmett: Don't touch those! Those are very sensitive legal documents! Only authorized personnel are allowed to handle them!

Marty: Doc?

Emmett: My name is Emmett Brown but I'm a law clerk not a doctor. What might your name be?

Marty: Michael Corleone

Emmett: Great to meet you Mr. Corleone. Now excuse me while I take care of my duties over at the local law office.

Marty: But Do.. Emmett! I need to borrow your rocket powered drill for something!

Emmett: For what?

Marty: To break my friend Carl Sagan out of jail. He didn't burn down the speakeasy yesterday. It was someone else who knocked him out and framed him by using evidence.

Emmett: Where's your proof?

Marty: I don't need proof. I know him very well that he would never do such a thing.

Emmett: Whatever you say.

Marty: So you'll let me borrow your rocket drill tonight?

Emmett: I never said anything about letting you borrow my rocket drill. But if you come over to my house tonight I can lend it to you as long as you help me with my science experiment I'm performing.

Marty: That'd be great.

Emmett: Ok I'll see you tonight at 7:00.

(Marty walks over to the police station to talk to Doc)

Marty: Doc!

Doc: Marty were you able to find my younger self?

Marty: Yeah and you never told me you had a job as a law clerk at the courthouse. Why didn't you tell me?

Doc: Because I hated that job so much it was incredibly boring since I was interested in becoming a scientist. My parents forced me into that job since my dad was the judge at the time I turned 16. It wasn't until the day of the Hill Valley science expo that I finally stood up to my parents.

Marty: Geez Doc. Besides I saw my Grandpa Arthur at the diner and my Grandma Sylvia was my waitress.

Doc: (gasps) No!

Marty: Don't worry Doc I didn't interact with them.

Doc: Oh good.

Marty: My grandpa was bullied by Kid Tannen at the diner. Do you know anything about Kid?

Doc: Yes he's Biff's father who was a notorious gangster in Hill Valley. He opened up his brewing businesses along with other speakeasies in 1925 upon starting his criminal career but was shut down by the local authorities due to corruption in 1931 along with The Sisters of Mary Soup Kitchen. He was then placed behind bars and your Grandma Sylvia broke up with Kid immediately after his corruption was exposed. He broke out of jail four months afterwards in 1931 to start his own gang. Your Grandpa Arthur was then bullied by him to become his certified accountant. Kid will end up in prison again on August 25, 1936.

Marty: But how would that effect Biff's birth?

Doc: After being placed behind bars on August 25, 1936 he escapes prison again on December 5, 1936 for him and Myra Benson to get married that way when Biff is born on March 27, 1937 it won't appear that he was born out of wedlock. Then Kid and Myra part ways afterwards and he sends Biff to be raised by his mom Gertrude Tannen. Of course Kid and Myra end up getting caught later on and get sent to prison again and never escape after that.

Marty: Wow. Anyways I'm meeting your younger self at your place at 7:00 to help him with a science experiment so he can lend me his rocket drill to get you out of here.

Doc: Not the best choice but if it's the only way to get me out of here then it's fine.

(Marty starts to walk over to the courthouse park again to wait for teenage Emmett to be done)
