"Ugh maudie, can you get me a glass of water! Can't stand horse rides, you'd expect to have choferes being royal" Gothel said as she entered the castle.

Maudie came with a hurry to get her cloak. "I'm sorry madam right away, I was just fixin the bottles for prince Arkyn"

Gothels eyes widen "who...?" "Prince Ark-" "GOTHEL!" Yelled Fergus not letting Maudie finish her sentence.

"Yer back already from your trip now yeu can come see your grand nephew ! Come" Fergus said gesturing her to follow him.

"I-I shouldn't I just got back, I'm real tired"

"Nonsense it'll just be a second" Fergus insisted. "Brother I have no-" then before Gothel could finish her sentence hiccup walked in with Arkyn in his arms.

"There he is !! Lad bring over my gorgeous grandson" and hiccup did as Fergus asked. Gothel backed up a little as hiccup got closer. For some reason she felt fear towards this little thing. "What's wrong Gothel ? He won't bite" Hiccup said seeing exactly what Gothel was feeling. But he didn't want to play the usual cat and mouse game as usual so he decided to be polite. "His name is Arkyn" Gothel just kept staring at Arkyn and Arkyn did the same to Gothel. "Here you want to hold him" hiccup asked "n-no, no that's alright" Gothel replied taking a step back. She didn't know why she felt this fear and hate, maybe because it was the future king or because he was the child of the person who was the most dangerous person to mess with. And that person was holding him. "Come on Gothel don't be like that hold your grand newphew!!" Fergus insisted. "No, maybe next time I think I'll retire to my room, Hiccup, Fergus." Gothel said as she departed, "what's wrong with her ? It's like she seen a ghost haha" Fergus finally said. "Maybe she hasn't ever held a baby in a long time?" Hiccup added. "I your probably right lad now let's go get this little wee thing some grub!" Fergus said as she gestured hiccup to the kitchen.

"Ughhh THEY BROUGHT HIM HERE IN MY HOME?! Well enjoy it little niece because his stay won't be long." Gothel said as she looked out the window seeing Merida come back from riding angus. "Maybe you made it easier for me to take him though hahaha" she said laughing mischievously.

{Later that night}

Two of gothels good we're outside by the castle sitting in a carriage that looks like the trade carriages that transported essentials to the village from the castle. The goons sat there playing cards till Gothel gave them orders.

"You got any fours ?" "No...do you have any Aces?" "Aggh" "haha I win"

Suddenly a figure came out of the shadows. "Alright boys it's show time" said Gothel, "so what the plan?"

"Simple, I grab the little brat and give it to you two and then you'll safely AND I MEAN SAFLY hand it over to Drago who will be waiting with his dragon to take him to a secret location" Gothel explained.

"Wow that sounds easier than the one we were going to do" said one of the goons" "i knooow but my little niece made it a lot easier and hiccup will never suspect a dragon cause toothless is the only one here now move out !" Gothel added.

The castle was quite you could not hear a sound but the sound of the guards part rolling outside as their keys and armor clinked against on echo other.

Merida and Hiccup slept in their beds soundly hiccup had his arm wrapped around Merida as the moonlight reflected into their room. Arkyn was sound asleep till he began to wake up for his usual mid night feeding. When a door to the balcony unlocked and the door creaked open. A soft breeze of wind came in. Arkyn's crib was almost near the window so he was able to feel the cold which even more upset him and he began to fuss and readying himself to cry but before he could a figure appeared above him. His mother ? No. His father? No a woman smiling at him mischievously with a cloak around her and a hood over her head

She talked into a whisper "say goodbye to your crown forever" Arkyn simply stared at her as if he was trying to figure out who she was. The woman picked him up carefully. "A shame my niece fell in love with a Viking I might have thought twice before disposing of you. Wait, no I would have still done it hahaha" the woman then went to the balcony waiting to see in her goons were it there yet but they weren't and she was growing impatient "where are those idiots" she said angrily under her breath. Arkyn began to get fussy again and it made Gothel more nervous "quite child" she angrily whispered at him. When finally her goons were there ready for her to jump of the balcony into a pile of hay they prepared "okay Gothel were ready !" They yelled quietly but as she was getting ready to jump Arkyn began to cry and woke up Merida "wh-wha.." her vision was blurry but then began to focus she saw...a figure...holding a bundle of blankets in her arms? No...it was...her son ! "H-H-HICCUP!" She said frantically as she tried to get the words out to wake up her husband. Hiccup woke up confused but quickly saw what Merida saw. The woman then turned to see the child's parents were up and she quickly jumped off the balcony. Merida raced after her as fast as she could, she wanted to yell and cry out for her son but she couldn't get it out. Her heart felt like it was going to rip out of her chest and it did...as she saw the woman jump off the balcony with her son in her arms. Merida stopped and gasped. It was as though someone had punched the air out of her. Hiccup was right behind her in shock too there was no way she would make It. Merida and hiccups eyes began to water but then hiccup sadness became rage and anger and he ran to the balcony ready to jump too but before he did he shouted "TOOTHLESS" and toothless swooped in to catch him. There was no one at the bottom no one around that area either it was as if they vanished hiccup flew to the balcony to see Merida looking down also and crying from there. "There's nothing Mer. It's as if...they vanished" "N-no I saw them !" Merida exclaimed "I-I know...wake up you Fergus I'll tell the guards to look around with me, let's go tooth less" Said hiccup Merida nodded and ran to her parents room "MUM !! DAD!!"

As hiccup rallied up the guards "i need you all to help me find this person, a woman with a long dark blue cloak she has the prince he's wrapped in a light blue blanket I want you to find them and bring them to me." Hiccup ordered and the guard replied back "YES SIR" he then turned to toothless "did you see anything bud?" Toothless just made his little gurgle sound and put his head on the ground in sadness as though saying 'no' "it's okay but I know you were sleeping to..we all were" hiccup said as his eyes began to water but he quickly brushed them away.

In the castle Fergus was with Elenor and Merida "Rally up the horses, get me my spear and arrows WE NEED TO BRING MY GRANDSON BACK!!" Yelled Fergus. "Already on it sir" Hiccup said as he came in and everyone turned to look at him. Merida ran to him "Did yeu get the guard ready?" Hiccup looked at Merida "yes" Gothel then emerged from the stairs "what's going on ?? Don't tell me the boys blew something up again" she teased they all turned to look at Gothel and then elenor spoke "Arkyn...someone took him" she said as she began to weep. Gothel gasped as though she was surprised then turned to look at Merida and opened up her arms to her Merida ran to her crying into an embrace "oh no dear, who would do such a horrible monstrous thing!" Gothel said as she brushed her hand through meridas hair hiccup didn't look to convinced about gothels comment and gesture but he didnt think to much of it all he could think about was his son and then he turned to lookat Fergus "We are ready if you want to join us My king" Fergus smiled and noded "let's go my lad" and they walked out of the castle. Gothel just smiled mischievously at them as they left
