Episode 7: A Dream of Death
"There is no more difficult task than representing the world from other eyes, the eyes of creatures moving through the forest and jungles see the world in a very different way from a human one". – Cristina Allen
Author Note: the events of this chapter take place not long after the events of Episode 3: Indoraptor Resurrection.
The Californian woodland was eerily silent in the aftermath of the most recent storm that had passed through it, no sound was heard throughout the seemingly empty redwood forest, no birds chirping or beasts barking of any kind, nothing, except for the lone buzzing of a single fly as it flew through the wood before landing atop a fallen tree turned log.
The abnormally large fly perched itself on a piece of protruding bark sticking out from the rest of the rotting log, the insect rubbed its hairy legs together, cleaning them of moisture as it rested and despite the sheer magnitude of its multi eyed vision, the fly never saw the pair of sickly yellow eyes watching it through the darkened hole of the fallen tree right behind it.
The glowing yellow eyes watched hungrily as the big juicy fly finished cleaning its hairy limbs and quickly began beating its translucent wings again as it once again took the air.
It did not get very far.
As of a second later, a small bipedal Compsognathus erupted out of the logs hole with a loud chirp, snapping up the buzzing insect in its slender jaws before swallowing it down in a single gulp. The little dinosaur was no more than twelve inches high with its long skinny neck and three feet long from its sharp toothed snout all way down to its long lizard-like tail, it had five small clawed fingers on its hands and three toed claws on its feet. Its scales were a light green all along its body, except for its underbelly which was a pale yellow like the colour of its eyes.
After finishing its very small snack, the Compsognathus raised its long neck high from where it stood atop the log and sniffed the still wet air, smelling for what it hoped would be far more substantial prey that might still be in the area.
Sniff! Sniff! Sniff!
The tiny theropods sniffed the air for a long time before its yellow eyes widened when it finally caught the scent of something drifting in on winds from the sea not too far away, there was food nearby and a lot of it, not a small field mouse or tree lizard, but something much, much bigger and meatier
Big enough to feed the whole swarm from the smell of it, speaking of which, The Compy turned its long skinny neck around to look over the grassy clearing and let out a commanding chirp which seem to echo throughout the wood.
Chirp!
A moment later, the long skinny neck of a another Compsognathus shot up, chirping out of the forest foliage, quickly followed by another and then another, before the long the whole clearing was littered with chirping Compsognathus
Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp!
CHIRP!
Giving out another, more commanding call, the apparent leader of the swarm hopped of the log and into the underbrush below, followed quickly by his ten swarm members, who hopped over the log after him.
The group of eleven Compsognathus made their way out of the still damp woodland, running past towering trees, through tall grasses and over large stones, all the while chirping in excitement.
After all, their alpha had found them food and they were hungry.
Suddenly the earthy forest floor gave way to rocks and then hard, black asphalt as the swarm reached the main road leading up to the Lockwood Manor.
The burned-out truck and torn up police cruiser remained where they were from a few hours ago, both wrecked vehicles seemingly forgotten by the rest of the world and completely ignored by the group of small green dinosaurs as the Compsognathus ran beneath the two mangled machines in their quest to follow the scent of prey.
As the swarm scurried up the road, the silence of the forest became replaced by the sounds of the surf hitting the cliff face and the air became saltier as they got closer to the big water. The Compsognathus stopped however when they reached a ridge overlooking where the rocky cliffs met the sandy below.
Eleven pairs of hungry, yellow eyes all looked down at once and there, further down the beach, they finally saw what they had been searching for.
A corpse had washed ashore, it lay face up, the top half touching dry sand with while the lower half lay in still damp receding water which lapped continuously at it.
Hopping up and down in excitement, the group of Compsognathus, led by their alpha, began to carefully make their way down the cliff face, jumping from one jutting out rock to the other until all eleven of them had safely made way down to the sandy shore below.
Scurrying quickly across the wet sand and leaving tiny three toed footprints in their wake, the swarm reached the coveted corpse in no time, but did not touch it until their alpha had inspected it first.
The leading Compy hopped on top of the food and examined it closely, the flesh was wet and cold from the recent storm and the still crashing surf, most of the exposed skin was covered in hard, crusty sand and laced with sharp cuts where drying blood still bled, but the food was still fresh and good enough to eat from the smell of it.
After giving an all-clear chirp, the group of Compsognathus gathered around the waterlogged corpse and joined their leader as they all began to feed on this free bounty from the sea.
Robb was running, it felt like he had been running forever.
His fast footsteps seemed to echo throughout the redwood forest along with the sound of his own heavy breathing, muffled only by the continuous downpour of rain as the lighting storm raged on above him.
He didn't know for how long he had been running, he couldn't even remember when he had started, all his memories came to him in freighting flashes in sync with the lighting strikes overhead.
FLASH!
Jumping off the cliff, shooting the truck's engine, fleeing the manor, his friends-
FLASH!
-Brad's horrified face, Marcus's screams of terror, Stan's dead eyes staring at him and Tom's severed arm hanging from the jaws of the-
FLASH!
Don't think about it, He told himself desperately as he forced himself forward to jump over a fallen tree and land back down into the wet earth with a very loud splash that echoed, too loud in the dark forest
Don't think about it, He told himself once again desperately inside his own head, as if saying or thinking that creatures name would summon it before him, don't think about it.
The forest seemed vast and endless to Robb, no matter where he ran, it never ended or opened up, until finally it did, he saw lights of a town just ahead, where he could get shelter, warmth, but most importantly protection,
A place where he would be safe and for a moment, Robb felt the slightest hint of a smile spread across his wet face.
He was going to make it out of this alive after all.
FLASH!
Suddenly, there was another flash of lighting, the brightest one so far, everything around and in front of Robb was painted in brilliant white light, traced with dark shadows and in that briefest of instants, he saw it horrifying outline of… It, just standing there, between him and his apparent safe haven, waiting for him.
Thunder clapped above his head and the forest threw Robb back into its dark embrace.
The young hunter stood frozen in the dreadfully downpour, he stared wide-eyed into the black abyss as one by one, the lights of the town that was never there, died out, leaving only darkness and a pair of glowing red eyes, watching him in mild amusement.
Then the eyes closed and disappeared as well and for a moment, Robb thought, he hoped, he had just imagined them, imagined it, maybe it was just a trick from the lighting strike, maybe the rain had messed with his vision, maybe like the town, it had never been there at all.
But then, he heard it, even through the constant barrage of rain, he could still hear it, because it wanted him to, the sound of heavy breathing, coming ever closer to where he stood.
Then it roared at him, a hideous shrieking roar that echoed throughout the woods and filled his soul with terror.
HHHRRROOOAAARRR!
AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Screaming in fear, Robb turned tail like a scared deer and fled back into the dark forest, as he ran, jagged rocks caught his feet, tripping him up and low hanging branches struck at his face painfully with their wooden, leafy claws.
But he never stopped running, never looked back, because somewhere in the darkness, he knew, that his predator was watching him, just waiting for him to tire and stop, he could feel it.
He staggered suddenly and looked down, the forest floor was slick and muddy from the rain, it was a miracle he hadn't slipped and fallen yet-
Splash!
Then, Robb's right foot stepped into a rainwater puddle that was far deeper than it looked, his foot sunk into the mud, causing him to lose his balance and fall into the shallow water with a very wet and very loud splash.
The young hunter just lay they're in his own little puddle of misery for a moment, the surprising coldness of water making him shiver for the first time from something other than fear, he lifted his face out of the muddy water, panting with exhaustion and slowly turned his head to look at his surroundings.
The forest seemed empty, completely devoid of life.
Which could mean only one thing.
It was nearby.
Robb knew he didn't have the strength to run anymore, hell he didn't know if he even had the strength to stand up, each breath he took burned through his lungs like a raging fire, his body was unbearably numb from the ice-cold water and from the sound of his terrified heartbeat, even his blood was now struggling pump itself through his veins.
He couldn't run, he couldn't escape, he had to hide.
Then, as if in a sign from God himself that there was indeed still a slim hope for survival, a flash of lighting revealed the large burrowed out base of a large oak tree, directly ahead of him, obviously once the home of some large digging animal and from the looks of it, just big enough for him to hide in.
Given renewed strength from the sight, Robb hauled his drenched and freezing body out of the steadily growing puddle and clawed his way to the base of the tree, before bodily hurling himself into the, he belatedly realised, flooded burrow with another loud splash, hoping the thunder had concealed the noise of entry and that the rain would wash away his muddy tracks soon.
After pulling himself back into his flooded shelter as far as he could, all Robb could do then was sit, shivering in the cold muddy water, wait for the storm to pass and hope that his predator had lost him as he ran in the rain.
That hope, given his current waterlogged hiding place, was the very definition of a pipe dream.
As he looked out into the dark raining night from the burrows entrance, Robb wondered how his life had all gone so wrong, had it been when he decided to loot the Manor with his friends, had it been when he signed on to join Ken Wheatley's mercenary company, or had been when he left his family and hometown without so much as a goodbye to either his parents or his older siblings.
Robb felt a tear of water fall down his cheek and knew it wasn't rain water, the cold hard truth was, he didn't know and he now feared he would never find out.
He had hunted in forest's like this one all his life, since he was a young boy in fact, not once did he ever have anything to fear before from any known woodland beast, until now.
Now he was afraid, terrified in fact, huddling under a burrowed-out tree like a frightened rabbit hiding in a hole from a hungry wolf.
Speaking of which…
Robb stilled his shivering as somehow, over the roaring storm, he heard soft footsteps slowly padding around the paddled forest floor, every footstep was carefully placed, methodical and silent, he heard the predator sniff the wet air, followed by a long, low growl of frustration.
GGGRRRRRR!
Behind him, Robb felt the huge oak lurch as huge sharp claws struck the wood and tore of giant strips of bark, the roots shook and the water around him swirled from the impact, in that moment, it took all of his will power to keep himself from screaming in fear.
Then, the oak stopped moving, the roots stopping shaking and water was calm once more, but Robb was not, he knew the creature was standing somewhere right outside his burrow, it was circling the tree, trying to locate him in the storm, but seemingly having no luck, the monster took it's anger out on the innocent oak tree.
Better the tree than him.
Robb waited to hear for any other sound besides the thunder and the rain, but heard nothing else, as quietly as possible, he carefully tucked himself further back into the burrow when his back pushed against a twisted root and broke with a loud snap.
SNAP!
Robb stilled at the snapping sound, silently cursing himself and prying it wasn't loud to be heard over the pounding rain, he looked back out at the dappled surface of the now even larger puddle he had fallen into mere minutes ago and waited once more, holding his breath until his lungs felt sucked dry.
Minutes passed and saw nothing but the rain hit the puddled water surrounded by the darkness of the wood.
A few more minutes passed and nothing happened, nothing was heard and nothing came for him.
As quietly as possible, Robb sighed in relief, perhaps the predator had lost him and finally decided to leave.
Then another bright flash of lighting struck the are just outside his burrow and in that moment the dark world was brightened by the storm, Robb saw the silhouette of the creature reflected in the watery surface of the puddle.
It was heavily distorted, but Robb could clearly see the outline of the monster's body, taller than a man, with a long tail and muscular limbs, the creature raised its long snout and sniffed the air, its hooked claws clicking in anticipation while its toothy jaws part in a slow savage snarl.
It was standing right outside from his hiding place and it was less than ten feet away from him.
Robb felt himself begin to tremble uncontrollably in the water, his tears lost in the rain that was now gushing into the burrow from the cold wind outside, a pitiful whimper forced its way out of his throat and he quickly clasped his hands around his mouth to stop it escaping.
But it was too late.
The creature had heard him, it slowly turned its long snout in the direction of the burrow, its red eyes burning in the darkness of the night and stared at him.
Robb ducked his head down, trying to avoid its horrible gaze, but a moment later he looked up when he heard splashing footsteps approaching him slowly from the darkness.
The predator was taking its time, it knew he had nowhere left to run.
As it came closer, Robb's eyes finally became better adjusted to the darkness, he saw the huge muscular hindlegs of the creature come to stand before him, the single remaining sickle claw on its right foot flexed and stabbed into the muddy earth.
Robb was now completely petrified with fear, so much so that he could no longer think or even comprehend his own reality.
He could only helplessly watch as the creature crouched down in front of his burrow and stared at him, its burning, red eyes glaring at him with a cold, calculating gaze.
Slowly, the predator spread its long-clawed arms out to help ensure that this time there would be no escape, casting his pitiful pit of a hiding place in its shadow, the sharp talons scraping against the roots of the tree as it did.
The predators glowing red eyes burned like two dying fires in the darkness as the cold rain pelted against its jet-black scaly hide in an endless barrage.
But Robb could only hear his own pathetic whimpering and the slow, steady breathing of the creature, its jet-black scales blocked out what little light was left to him, that Robb could only just barely the monster open its jaws to reveal rows of sharp, serrated teeth.
Its hot breath, rancid with the smell of death and decay, washed over his face and made him gag, then it pulled its head back and instead reached into the hovel with its right long fingered hand, slowly coming for.
Robb felt the cold wet claws touch his cheek and slowly grip his shoulder, he moved to pull away from them and the stabbing pain they brought, before realising he had no room to move and nowhere to go.
The hunt was over, the predator had caught his prey.
AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
A moment later and Robb screamed in terror as he felt himself being roughly pulled out of the burrow by the predators clawed hand digging into his flesh and back into the storming night.
The creature held him in its cruel embrace for a moment, staring intently at him with its burning red eyes before turning him around in its hands and carelessly dropping him in the wet mud.
Robb, once again landed in the mud with a wet splash, and once again tried to crawl away to safety, despite knowing how futile it was.
The Indoraptor looked down at his crawling prey, its toothy jaws pulling back into a horrifying smile at the human's pathetic attempts to get away, it saw the three slash marks his claws had made earlier when its prey had only barely escaped him earlier.
AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
A moment later, Robb screamed in agony again as the Indoraptor sunk its sharp hand claws deep into the wound, causing the flesh to tear open even more and fresh blood to ooze out of them.
After pulling its bloodied hand claws out, the super hybrid dinosaur turned Robb over where he lay bleeding in the mud with its hands again before once again staring at him with a cruel, toothy smile.
Still bleeding out, Robb stared up at the Indoraptor as the super hybrid continued to smile down at him.
The Indoraptor then raised its hind leg high into the air, up above them both, lighting flashed just in time for Robb to see it was the leg that still had a huge sickle claw attached to it.
It flexed its claw once in anticipation of the strike and then brought it down onto Robb's body like a lumberjack would bring down his axe
AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Robb screamed again, even louder this time as he felt his chest get carved open by the huge claw, which dragged slowly across his torso, cutting through flesh and bone like they were paper, then the claw was wrenched back suddenly and Robb saw that the quick motion had torn him open completely, his guts were showing and his broken bones were sticking out.
Robb opened his mouth to scream, to cry, to do something, but noise escaped his throat and as his strength left him in his finally fleeting moments of life, Robb could only watch helplessly as the Indoraptor buried its snout into his abdomen and tugged out coils upon coils of warm, wet intestines in its jaws.
The last thing he saw was the image of the horrifying hybrid holding a severed coil, just dangling out of its mouth, just like Tom's arm had been, before swallowing and sucking it down like an oversized piece of pasta, the storm continuing to rage around them as the predator feasted on his flesh and over the forest, the full moon shone high above the horrific scene.
Only then did he finally wake up from this nightmare.
Robb threw up seawater as he woke up from the same recurring nightmare he had been having over and over again since he had washed up on shore.
He had been drifting in and out of consciousness more times than he could possibly count, and every time that he did, he ended up being chased by that nightmarish Indoraptor through the dark woods in his dreams before waking up just as it began cutting him open and eating him alive.
Safe to say, neither his dreams or his rest had been particularly peaceful.
How long had he been laying here he wondered as he came in and out of consciousness, a few minutes, a few hours, a day maybe, perhaps even two?
Robb remembered opening his eyes once or twice and seeing the sky, which was still dark and cloudy, though the storm had long since passed and beams of light had begun to pierce through the greyness of the sky, he could feel the crashing of waves wetting his lower body and itchiness of the sand that seem to cake every part of him as he lay on the beach.
Somewhere in the back of his still exhausted mind, Robb knew he had to get up and get out of here, wherever here even was.
But he was so tired and in spite of his endless death filled nightmares or even because of them, all his body wanted him to do was go back to sleep.
His survival instincts however, the ones which had helped keep him alive as a hunter growing up in his grandfathers' forest, practically demanded he wake up, get on his feet and reach safety.
But he was so tired, perhaps he could sleep for just a little bit longer, maybe the Indoraptor wouldn't be stalking him through his dreams this time, he closed his bleary eyes and felt himself fall back into unconsciousness, drifting once more back into his dreams of death…
Chirp!
But before his nightmare could begin anew, a loud chirping noise, like that of a bird's, brought him back to consciousness.
Chirp!
He at first tried to ignore it and go back to sleep, but then he heard it again… and again, and again.
Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp! Chirp!
The endless, noisy bird-like chirps seem to be coming from all around, ceaseless and unrelenting, like the world's worst alarm clock. He groaned and tried to turn on his side in the sand, but felt something heavy on chest weighing him down and keeping him from doing so.
Eventually though the chirps went away and Robb felt himself once again slip into a deep slumber.
But then, a stab of pain shot through his left hands middle finger and he grimaced, He could feel the sharp pain waking him up, finally pulling him back into full consciousness again, whether his tired body liked it or not.
Slowly, Robb opened his eyes, blinked out whatever sand was left inside them and looked down at his left hand.
A pair of sickly yellow eyes looked right back at him.
The eyes belonged to a little green dinosaur about the size of a chicken that was standing right next to his left hand, it looked back at him for a moment before leaning its long neck over and taking his middle finger in its tiny jaws again, tugging at the bleeding flesh.
Robb realised then that all the other fingers on his left hand were bleeding too, rugged chunks of flesh had already been ripped away by sharp little teeth.
He pulled his hand away in surprise when he heard that familiar bird-like chirp, looking down, he saw another little green dinosaur standing on his chest, staring at him curiously before letting out another chirp.
Eyes widening, Robb turned his head and saw nine other little green dinosaurs all standing around him, pecking at his arms and legs and who knows what else like hungry birds.
More than a bit alarmed now and gasping in from the darting bites, Robb sat up suddenly and jumped to his feet in the receding water, shaking off sand and scattering the surrounding dinosaurs in the process, including the one that had been standing on his chest, who chirped in annoyance at his disrupting movements.
Once he had finished shaking himself free of sand and his shivering revulsion, Robb stopped and looked to his left, the group of green little dinosaurs had moved a few feet away and were staring at him with hungry, yellow eyes, showing no fear.
On the contrary in fact, they seem to be waiting, patiently, it unnerved him.
That was when Robb realised what species these little green dinosaurs were, they were Compy's, Compsognathus, a species of theropod dinosaur that mainly feed on dead or dying animals.
Wait, dead or dying animals? Robb thought to himself before he quickly became horrified by the realisation, Jesus Christ, they were feeding on me, they thought I was dead, they were freaking eating me.
Still reeling from revolting revelation, Robb took a deep breath to try and calm himself, instead he tasted the saltwater still in his mouth and bitterly spat it out at the Compy's.
The surf came in suddenly and he staggered back into it, almost losing his balance in the rushing water. He felt searing pain all across his body and especially along his back as a sudden wave of dizziness threatened to overtake him in that moment.
As Robb struggled to walk through the receding waters and once again onto the dry sand, the group of eleven Compsognathus continued to chirp and wait, watching patiently as he stumbled on loose ground and finally fell knees first into hard sand.
Grunting in pain from the slight fall, Robb shot the group of scavengers a dirty look. "Go on". He snapped. "Get out of here, now".
None of them moved, they just continued to stare at him hungrily, cocking their heads quizzically to one side in an almost bird-like manner and waited.
A sudden fury filled his belly and Robb found himself grabbing a fistful of wet sand in his right hand. "I said leave! Now"! He shouted as he threw it at them, the giant clod broke up into smaller clods of sand as it was thrown through the air, though none of the little sand meteorites hit their target, the Compy's still scattered at their approach, retreating a few feet away before the falling sand re-joined the rest of its beach brethren.
As the Compy's chirped in anger at his sand attack, Robb shakily stood back up and looked down at himself, his shirt and pants were torn in a hundred places from the scavenger's sharp teeth, his shoes and socks were still wet from the surf, sand still filled his hair and covered his exposed skin while fresh blood dribbled from a dozen different tiny wounds on his person.
He felt another sudden wave of dizziness and quickly bent over and to prevent himself from falling into the sand again, putting his hands on his knees, closing his eyes and breathing deep.
When he opened his eyes, he saw his blood dripping onto the sand near his face.
Christ, He thought watching his own blood splatter the beach before him, how cut up did I get out there in the surf, or was it all the Compy's who did this to me, or was it-
No, he stopped himself as he shuddered about the dark place his mind had begun to go… and the even darker thing he knew was lurking within it, it doesn't matter, I'm Awake and I'm Alive, that's all that matters. He thought to resolutely, pushing any thought of his death dreams to the back of his mind where they firmly belonged.
Robb sunk his hands into both of his pockets suddenly and to his surprise felt something big and bulky in each of them, pulling both items out at once, one was very familiar to him, his personal customised pistol, which he knew had at least one shot left in it and the other… was the huge jet-black claw of the Indoraptor he barely remembered pulling out of the trucks torn tire before he had leapt off the cliff.
Staring at the cruel looking claw, Robb barely noticed the Compsognathus had begun to inch closer to where he stood until he heard them chirp from only three feet away, he turned and loomed large over them, causing the swarm to quickly back away from him, but then a moment later, they inched forward again as he watched them, waiting.
One of the Compy's came just a little too close to his foot however, and Robb kicked it hard into the air, sending the little green dinosaur flying over its fellow shocked scavengers.
The Compsognathus squealed in fear and alarm as it flew, but it still landed on the ground like a cat would, upright and uninjured before rushing forward to re-join the rest of its swarm who had once again backed up a good metre away from him now.
The eleven small green dinosaurs stared at Robb intensely, unnervingly, perhaps it was his kick that sent one of their own flying or the sight of a clearly still loaded pistol in his grip, but fortunately for the young hunter, the swarm didn't come any closer after that last show of aggression.
Sighing in something close to relief, Robb looked once more at the jet-black claw in his hand before putting it back in his pants pocket, keeping his gun in his hand however, the hunter turned and slowly made his way along and eventually up the beach, towards the woodland further away.
The time for sleep was over, it was time to find his way out of here.
As he reached the edge of the forest however, he heard a familiar chirp and turned, the swarm of Compsognathus were following him, scurrying across the sand and leaving tiny three toed footprints in their wake.
Narrowing his eyes in annoyance, but knowing trying to chase them off would be futile, Robb turned and carefully made his way into the dark woodland that was not unlike the one from his nightmarish dreams, the group of eleven Compsognathus, chirped in hunger as they followed him into the forest.
The haunting Dream of Death was over, for now… but the waking nightmare for survival had only just begun…
Greetings to all my fellow fanfic readers and writers, I hope you enjoyed Now That Dinosaurs Roam the Earth Episode 7: A Dream of Death, I had originally meant for this one to be a Halloween themed episode, but you what they say, you can't rush art, I've had this side story planned since episode 3, anyone who is a fan of Jurassic Park: Trespasser will hopefully enjoy the episodes for this arc.
Know to answer some fan inquiries as of late from some guest reviewers, thanks for the question's guys, but please do consider getting FF accounts so I can answer all of your respective questions in a more direct and timely manner.
1. Blue is already in the story guys, quite a lot in fact, she just hasn't interacted with Owen much beside the first episode, yet…
2. Parasaurolophus, Corythosaurus, Ceratosaurus were all on board the Arcadia and escaped the Lockwood Manor during the first episode, all three will appear at some during the series along with all the other dinosaurs mentioned in my fanfic supplement material Arcadia Species Manifest at the end of episode one, check that out that for escaped species and sold specimens for the series…
3. Stygimoloch otherwise known as a juvenile Pachycephalosaurus will definitely appear in this story, very soon in fact…
4. Spinosaurus and Mamenchisaurus were not aboard the Arcadia and did not escape with the other above-mentioned species, but both species like all the others will appear at some point in this series, I've got plans for the Spinosaurus in particular…
5. Once again, if you read my fanfic supplement material on the Arcadia Species Manifest at the end of episode one, you'll see that I've added a few other dinosaur species to my story which were not apart of the movie franchise, though many of them have been mentioned in other Jurassic Media, Olorotitan from Jurassic World Evolution among them…
6. All species of prehistoric creatures seen in the movies will appear in this series and yes, that does now include the Giganotosaurus and the Lystrosaurus.
7. Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler will be appearing in this series, along with many other surviving human characters throughout the previous movies, though how long many of them will all survive in this new Jurassic World is still unknown…
8. Ian, Alan and Ellie are all already aware of Claire's reasons for wanting to the save the dinosaurs, Alan and Ellie get it, Ian doesn't and more importantly he doesn't care, Claire for her part holds Ian responsible for turning the pentagon against her and the DPG with his act of god speech, thus giving her no other choice but to accept Mill's offer in Fallen Kingdom.
9. Maisie isn't going to tell anyone that she is a clone, no one knows the truth about her origins but her, Claire, Owen, Iris and one other person who isn't going to tell anyone about what she is for now, also if you read episode 1 again, you'll notice that Maisie wasn't the one who let the dinosaurs out of the manor this time around…
10. Dodgson and Biosyn will appear in this story, don't worry guys, we've definitely got Dodgson here…
I hope these answers were all satisfactory guys, please ask more, but do also remember to tell me what you like about an episode in a review other than you think its great, I love when you do that, but I want to know what's your favourite scenes in the story as well, which ones scared you, which ones thrilled you or made you laugh, that kind of stuff.
Reference List to other Media outside the Jurassic Franchise featured in this Episode
