Potty Training
"I don't see what's worryin' you, Annie. They're fine," Noah said while Annabelle looked at the stack of nappies sitting on the kitchen table and she sighed.
"But they're still not trained," Annabelle said. She knew her sons needed to be potty trained before they could start school, but her two-year-old sons showed no interest in using the potty.
No matter what they tried, Connor nor Murphy would use the little toilet training chairs Noah had made for them.
"They'll do it when they're ready," Noah assured her as he gave her a hug then he noticed neither Connor nor Murphy were in the living room. "Where'd they go?"
Annabelle and Noah searched the main room when they went down the little hallway and Noah smiled when he stopped at the door to the bathroom. Annabelle stood next to him as she looked at her little angels standing on the toilet training chairs, but what she thought was funny was the fact both of them were naked. Connor and Murphy were looking down into the small bowls to hold the urine as they peed then Connor looked up to look at his parents. Murphy, sensing something wrong, looked up and the twins' eyes widened.
"Shit!" Connor gasped, covering himself.
"Shit!" Murphy repeated, covering himself.
Annabelle covered her mouth as she giggled and Noah walked in the room. He knelt down in front of the twins and he smiled.
"Well done," Noah said, smiling, but Murphy frowned as he looked at Annabelle.
"Ma!" Murphy said as he motioned with his right hand for her to turn around.
"It's not like I haven't seen it before," she teased as she walked closer and she knelt down next to Noah. "Where did you learn that naughty word?"
"Da," Connor said as he pointed to Noah.
"Da," Murphy repeated.
Noah thought for a few seconds when he thought of something and he softly laughed.
"I said it th'other day when they caught me peein' after I got outta th'shower," Noah said.
"Ah. Well, that would explain why they are peein' without any clothes on. They think that's how you're supposed to do it," Annabelle said as she smiled.
"Aye. Still, you gotta admit. It's worked," Noah said and they laughed while Connor and Murphy gave each other a confused look then they shrugged their shoulders.
