A couple hours after lunch was history class. Eliza Zambie had decided to hopefully talk to Zahra, a zombie acquaintance who was in her history class and debate club, but she never talked to much. That is, until during their debate club meeting after classes yesterday. Zahra had said she spotted Addison and Wyatt talking before Homeroom. They had almost been late to class too. Zed wanted to know what happened, and Eliza kind of wanted to know too. She would catch Zahra after class had ended and head into the hallway. She didn't have to rush to get back home afterwards. They'd continue their conversation outside somewhere if they needed to. Eliza hurried inside the classroom and sat down. Her classroom and another classroom were used for history as the rooms were smaller than the rest. This class was mainly zombies, a couple werewolves, and a couple humans. Sadly, Addison, Zed, Bree and Bonzo had been put in the other group. as well as Wyatt, Willa and Wynter.

The teacher, Mra. Renney came in and began to write on the chalkboard in big letters. "Open your notebooks today, class, instead of your books." She then turned around , still blocking the board. "This week and weekend you will work on..." She added a pause in between, then revealed what she wrote. "...Family History!"

A series of gasps, groans and a couple rare happy cheers came from the room.

"You have until Monday to finish your family history essay. " Mrs. Renney continued "And some of you will get to read it out loud. You may begin planning and writing im your notebooks today. "

Mrs. Renney sat at her desk and pulled out a book to half read, half watch her class.

Meanwhile, in the other history room, Addison and her friends all sat in complete shock as Miss Lansey revealed the same assignment. Addison stared at her notebook and couldn't write a thing. Finally she began to write one sentence: What am I going to do?

Soon the bell rang and both classes put their notebooks into their bags and headed out. Eliza put her notebook away and walked over to Zahra. "Can we talk in the hallway or outside?" she said quietly. Zahra nodded. They went into the hallway, put things away and took out what they needed out of their lockers, watching as people either headed to their clubs or outside. Zahra nodded as the halls had cleared and decided to sit in the stairway to upstairs where no one would be yet. A door outside to the backside of the building facing the woods was close by so they could exit if needed.

"You told me you saw Addison and Wyatt talking before Homeroom... do you know what they said?" Eliza asked.

"I saw them talking today too, but only heard parts of the conversation." Zahra said. "Strange side effects, and something about a necklace."

"Thanks Zahra!" Eliza exclaimed quietly. The two then headed outside to go home.

Meanwhile, in the gymnasium, Addison and the squad had finished practice. The Wolf Pack had attended and didn't do too bad at cheer. Everyone had begun to exit the room except Wyatt and Addison who waited for everyone else to go ahead of them. "See you at the den?" Wyatt asked quietly.

"Yes. This won't take too long right? I still have to get home for dinner." Addison replied.

"Of course not." Wyatt said.

The two went outside and waited until the humans and zombies had made their way to their transportation and then Addison and the Wolf Pack rushed for the woods. They speed-walked to the den, navigating the obstacles of fallen trees and logs. They came to the den and everyone went in and to the other rooms deeper in the den except for Wyatt, Wynter, Willa and Addison. They took a seat at the table just like before. Addison set her backpack beside the log-seat.

"So, what happened?" Wyatt asked.

"My sense of smell went crazy at lunch." Addison explained. " I was smelling the smell of tacos way before I was in the cafeteria, not even the doors, which were still closed. It was definitely not normal."

"Should we tell her?" Wyatt whispered to Willa.

Willa nodded. "A heightened sense of smell, even for a brief moment, is the first sign of becoming a werewolf."

"When you put on your Moonstone earlier, you didn't change yet because you are like myself and Willa. " Wyatt said. "Willa and I are part human part werewolf. We only have a little bit of werewolf in our genetics, possibly from ancestors who were also the same or similar, possibly a result of a human marrying a werewolf."

"However, Wynter, has more werewolf in her than human, but enough human to look like a human." Willa added.

"You'll probably experience more of the side effects I mentioned before, but that's just how a human who just discovered their werewolf genetics becomes a werewolf. It happens over time, but only once you put on your Moonstone." Wyatt continued. "The heightened sense of smell and hearing is just a normal thing for us that will remain later on, toothaches just occur because you aren't born with werewolf teeth."

"You need to wear your Moonstone Necklace until you completely become your full werewolf self, or else it may not continue due to the loss of the moonstone's energy." Willa said. " No one has ever not done so, but we strongly believe it wouldn't be good if one chose not to become one in the middle of the transformation. "

"Once completed, you'll only be able to take off the necklace for very brief moments in time. As the possible Alpha, you must be very cautious on this." Wyatt finished.

"Okay. Is that everything?" Addison asked.

"For now, yes." Willa said.

"Once you've completely transformed, which you'll know when, we will begin your tests on if you really are our Alpha."

"Sounds good." Addison picked up her backpack and slung it over her shoulder " See you at school tomorrow? "

The Wolf Pack nodded, and she headed outside and began to sprint home.
