Chapter 15th

It was the next morning with Captain Olivia Stabler walking in with her coffee and sandwich. She had a meeting with her detectives in regard to the shooting of Vance Edwards.

Fen, Amanda and Dominick walked into her office wearing their masks waiting for the captain to be ready...Fen had a file in his hand having been working early on trying to find Ellen Martin's sister.

Looking up at the trio in her office while taking a sip of her coffee. Though she is supposed to be cutting back with the pregnancy. "Tell me you have a lead on the case Fen?" she directed her question with him.

"Actually I do Captain. I was able to find her along with where she has been staying." he hands her the file into her hands with Amanda saying that Ellen is willing to be cooperate to a certain point.

Reading the file on the desk with her glasses..."Are you serious? Her name is Lorraine age 32 and is a mental disable patient at the Evergreen nursing home." she said sourly with her tone of voice and in general her demeanor.

"Correct Captain. I was able to speak with her doctor Danile Roberts in charge of her case for the past five years. She has a history of violence and she is capable of anything and including murder. There was times for is clear headed and others she has to be strapped in her bed with trying to do damage to her body and others." Fen had to say on the subject...

"This is amazing everyone and Ellen is trying to protect her sister and knowing that she had shot Edwards?" Captain Olivia Stabler needed to say.

"And why Ellen's lawyer was so shock with the news in regard to her sister. The judge on the case decided to keep the bail at one million dollars since neither of them have that kind of funds to get her out of jail." Amanda said with Dominick says the following.

"Tell me something everyone. How did this mental patient of the Evergreen nursing home get out in the first place?' Dominick had to asked the obvious question.

"She differently had help that day with getting out to gather herself a vehicle and shooting the bartender. Another question is to where she had gotten the rifle in the first place?" Fen announced to have everyone shaking their hands.

"Than I suggest all of you get to it with finding those questions." She ordered to the team while drinking her coffee. She needed to call her husband to give him the update on whether one of his detectives can go undercover to find out whether he or she can find out the truth on who is helping out Lorraine to get out of the nursing home.

Sometime later with her husband out in the field with another Organized Crime Unit case. "Are you serious to have one of my unit members to go undercover?" he cried out over the noise of the traffic while driving back to his office.

"It will be beneficial for the case to find out how she is getting out of the nursing home Elliot." she commented from her office and with her stomach doing flips for the moment from the pregnancy...

"Fine. I will get right on it. I have two officers in mind for the job. Hopefully talking to the manager of the nursing home will help us out?" he asked knowing that his wife has already set it up already.

"Manager Lowry is being cooperative with the file of this particular agent to be placed into the database. He and one other will know what is going on with the undercover operation. I understand that Lorraine is supposed to be having a session with her therapist sometime this afternoon since she requested it in the first place.

"Okay let me talk with my detectives and see what they think of the idea." he commented with hanging up and without saying "I love you" over the phone. It's par for the course for when it comes to the work...

Sometime later in his office he has asked for Lt. Omar Hetty strong enough to lift a patient age 37 and the other Sergeant Jackson age 41 as well built with working out in the gym three days a week.

Both men walked in wondering what was going on with coming into his office. "Please sit down. I have an interesting undercover operation for the both of you. I spoke with Captain Stabler of SVU and she tells me that the manager of the EVERGREEN nursing home is working with us to have only two work undercover to keep an eye out on Lorraine Martin and figure out how she has been getting out of the nursing home."

"Are our files on the profiles for the undercover personas being sent to the nursing home?" Lt. Hetty asked with crossing his legs in his seat.

"Yes. The both of you will flip coins on which times you like to work like day or night since it's a 24/7 home with the employees?" he had to asked in order not to cause any friction.

"I will take days." Lt. Hetty had to say on the subject. While Sergeant Jackson is happy with the nights since he's a night person mostly.

"Well then it's settled. I will call the manager and let him know the situation with the two undercover officers. You will start tonight Sergeant Jackson once your profile is in placed." Elliot had to say to the both of his officers getting up to leave and prepare for the operation.

Watching them leave he called back his wife to let her know that two men had been picked for the day and evening shifts. "What about the overnight shift anything can happen at this time of night Elliot?" she was right in a big way...

"Damn! I didn't think of it Olivia. I will get right on it with another undercover officer." he responded this time by saying.."I love you"..I had forgotten to say it earlier to my wife. I will make it up to you tonight." he replied with hanging up with the call and Olivia shaking her head...
