A Moment, a Whisper

The rain began as a gentle drizzle as the dusk rolled in. The grey abyss in the sky was a soothing blanket tucking everyone under it to bed. The tranquil droplets were the calm lullaby close to the ear putting them to rest.

The misty breeze had cooled the U.A. dorms. She sighed out, staring at the rain slide, merging together. It was the perfect weather to cuddle but everyone was already supposed to be going to bed. She was staring at her phone's screen, debating whether or not to text him.

Her phone chimed as she got a text notification from him.

Izuku: Hey, the weather's nice.

She giggled to herself, overjoyed that he made the first move, but wasn't going to let him know.

Mina: Wow... u hav like no game lmao

Izuku: I was being serious! The rain looks cozy.

Mina: IT SOO DOES! COME BE COZY WITH ME!

Izuku: Okay.

Mina: BE MORE EXCITED!

Izuku: OKAY!

She chuckled knowing Izuku wasn't the type to be expressive in text, "He's too formal when texting." But she was working on that. She had walked to her glass door leading to the veranda, unlocking it just as he came over from his side of the dorms using his quirk. She quickly opened the door and led him in before the rain got in.

"Quick babe, under the sheets!" She dragged him on the bed with her so they could get comfy. They both let out a sigh of content as they cuddled together. They continued to snuggle against each other for warmth as the rain continued to pour.

"Ah, this is great." She hummed out as she used his arm for a pillow.

"Yeah." He leaned into his role as the big spoon, laying his other hand over her waist curling his arms around her to bring her just a bit closer, into a nestled embrace. Their breathing began to sync with the gentle tapping of the raindrops as they faded to sleep together.

The rain began to grow heavier throughout the night. The droplets fell like pebbles and the air grew numbingly crisp. She never closed the door properly and the cold had snuck in, the sheets had unraveled and they both woke up shivering. It didn't take long for them to realize what was wrong. He quickly got up and shut it right before making his way back to the bed.

"Hurry, I'm cold!" She whined with her arms out, waiting for him. They both had clattering teeth as they scooted closer together before sighing at the body heat contact. They were under her blanket, rubbing up against each other for warmth... at first.

The pounding rain was in rhythm with their resonating motions. The condensed air outside contrasted the smothering moans in her room. The creaking springs of her bed squeaked along to her squeals and his grunts. On the outside, the windows were frosted on the edges but the inside of the room was warm and musky from their passion. But the light sweat glazed over their skin gave the appearance that they had only recently came in. It eventually turned into a rainstorm with thunderous flashes that drowned out their climax.

They were both panting as their actions came to a stop. Izuku rolled over trying to catch his breath. She could only rest her head on his chest as they tried to lower their heart rate.

"It's... Three... a.m." Was all she said.

"Yeah, we should be sleeping." He let out a deep breath as he let his head rest on the pillow, staring at the ceiling as he wrapped his arm over her bare body, keeping her close.

"No..." She protested even though her voice was a drowsy rasp. She lifted her head from his chest, tenderly getting closer to his face. She weakly grasped his jaw before leaning into it, giving him a hot smooch of bliss. After, she slid her arms around his neck and remained laid on top of him.

They remained in content silence hearing the rainstorm in each other's arms. Although they were both thinking about their relationship. He was thinking about his confrontation with Kirishima, the conversation he has to have with Uraraka, the mess he roped bakugo into, and Momo.

But Mina, she was only thinking about Izuku and Mina.

"Hey, Izuku..."

"Yeah, Mina?"

"It's... It's okay that we aren't going as slow as we said we would,

...right?"
